This induction into the "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" will be to honour the group "PIGFACE" . This is a group that isnt really a selected group of steady member's ... kind of a project of sort in a way, this is hard for me to explain, so I will let the Wikipedia link above do that for me. Bottom line though, it was kind of a musician invite thing from Al Jourgensen's early day tour of the Ministry , this music group assembly had so many musician's play in it over the last 20 year's, several I met and know myself that have contributed to this project, so the sound of the group may not have any real trademark label or style for that matter, called by this Wiki link simply a industrial rock group, to make it simple.

I attended their debut record release gig in Dallas when they first started, I wasnt sure where this group was going or even if they would make it past what is known to many new group's as the "6 month syndrome" and continue for any length of time. As far as industrial and post modern industrial, alternative, electronika ... they brought in alot of the cream of the crop over the year's, legendary figure's/ composer's as far as the circle's of these type genre's. My first thought's at their debut as I told a few musician's I attended with, that there could be a clash of interest's, ego's, composition's, etc ... who lead's this? what direction is it going? ... will it be too homogenized, overorchestrated, overproduced, etc, because also of having so many musician's (up to a dozen or so at a time) trying to highlight their individual worx, and various project's? So I attended with much anticipation to see how this would pull off on their first tour, knowing it would require some conformity to some theme and working together, which can be difficult sometime's, beside's just a one time jamm gig where a group of highlighted artist's get together as a super group play a few tune's/ 45 minute set's, tour up a dozen cities and call it quit's and just let it go, and back to their initial project's.

But alot of these musician's had a thing in common as well ... being that they all seem to have drawn inspiration from each other's project's, and even many were invited in that worked the old school WaxTrax label and associated production's, and Al Jougensen as I pointed out in previous posting's also inspired so many of these new idea's and brought together alot of folk's to where it seemed like familia in this industry ... a small independent type network, but catered to a genre that was lacking in mainstream label's at the time as well ... but in definite growing demand. But for this to last for 20 year's ... nope ... I didnt expect it. But even with a clash of ego's and a revolving type door, it worx well as this type project and they manage to give a great selection of piece's they created. I chose 4 of many favourite's that I have been over for month's on and off, to try to compile as well some of their more recent worx ... so enough from me, cause I can rattle on about these folk's till the goddamn cow's come home ... Enjoy!

A lil out of the ordinary posting for this journal, but a very importante issue, so I wanted to post on this, even though it isnt popular with alot of folk's that I personally know. But there's million's of American's like myself, that depend on these label's and are concerned with this issue, so it's only fair to consumer's. The talk out of those in these food's industries, is that they of course are doing what regulation's and law's require, and of course I appreciate that as a consumer, but I also know about business, and how watchdog's are needed to constantly keep up with this. I also heard arguement's that consumer's should be sharper, more intelligent and aware, etc, etc ... not expecting for government to protect them from everything ... which is also fine ... but ya'll make goddamn sure to remember who payroll's our government and these agencies, as well as ya'll's industries with our consumption and spending. And also a reminder for all these folk's about "thinking of the kid's", since they are alwayz talking about it.

Also what inspire's this posting is, 2011 I hooked up with my doctor and started a health sort of diet, which include's examining of these labels on product's ... I mean, I was mid 50's, overweight, and ate good for year's, "good" here meaning the usual unhealthy, fattening, and processed shit, pig out buffet's and barbeque's, and ton's of Tex-Mex, that smother's American's and especially Texan's eating ... which I love, but it dont love me. As a result as well in just a matter of month's, I had such weight loss, that I actually asked my doctor if something was wrong? ... he kind of chuckled and said something like ... "No ... your doing fine Thomas, I wish alot of my patient's in your age range were as open to this and not so stubborn" ... having went back to the weight I was back in my 20's. Believe it or not ... just simply cutting all the food's, soda's, and junk that I taken in for year's with minimal excercise at that done this, and eating whole grain's, health type food's, etc. But what bring's me to this, is when I first started on this and visiting supermarket's (I ate out alot prior to this), I started reading label's and the advertising closely, which was recommended to me ... and as I suspected ... there was just too much bullshit in it all after taking that 2nd glance. And this was the worst part ... because I soon realized that every goddamn thing was saturated also with sodium, sugar's, fat's, calories out the ass, etc.

It's no goddamn wonder that obesity, diabetes, and all kind's of other shit plague our nation, and rapantly at that amongst our young people. I was somewhat shocked taking that closer look at what we eat, yet at the same time like many other's, I ignored these thing's for year's. I mean like almost everything had some "health" or "whole grain" labeling/ advertising shit on it ... like even kid's cereal's out of curiosity I looked at, that were obviously ill, were labeled as being a healthy source of this or that, fiber, etc ... and the chemical's was unbelievable ... I couldnt even understand what half the shit was in it as a consumer at time's without having some college education in these science's. It was like recipe's for weapon's of mass(es) destruction. Even fast food joint's advertise certain order's/ plate's, as being wholesome or a great source of fiber, whole grain bread's, or other bullshit.

I live right by the major intersection of Marsh Ln & Forest Ln in NW Dallas ... there are 3 major supermarket's at this intersection ... an Albertsons, Tom Thumb/ Safeway and a Sprouts, which is a farmers market like chain with alot of the whole food's stuff, etc ... then another half dozen or so within a couple mile radius of the major chain market's and Wal- Mart Market, etc. All of these market's have advertising out the ass inside of health food's, etc ... the most straight up out of all the market's and choice for me is Sprouts for instance. But to me, even though the FDA has a so called grasp on everything, it aint good enough. I want to be fair here, because over this piece that ABC News covered, there is alot of bitching out of big business ... and I'm not trying to accuse anyone here of out to be harming folk's/ consumer's ... but when I hear these folk's constantly bitching about regulation's in food's labeling, especially to our representation in Washington, it's a bit much, with the endless complaint's that consumer's and government are trying to put them all out of business ... frankly ya'll are putting your customer's out of business, which in turn will affect ya'll's business/ profit's in time ... get the fuck over it!

I know alot of folk's as well that do not like to talk about these thing's, and I understand ... because we love what we eat, watch our own selves on what we eat, etc. Yes, we have our own responsibilities, and one of those is also being aware of this deceptive advertising and making aware through our government and agencies of such ... were saturated with so much bullshit to begin with, I see no shortage of it. It should be of concern what is being advertised ... and believe me ... it's only a matter of time as well before folk's start to wake up to these so called "energy drinx" as well, which are consumed almost as much as morning coffee by American's. Back a year ago or so I heard talk out of some politician's (GOP side) ... that was actually against these basic consumer protection's as well, even wanting to cut certain agencies from existing, to so call "tighten our spending" ... when we should be cutting their goddamn salaries and pet project's spending to "save" as well ... whining that it's all bad for business ... a rainy goddamn day is bad for the car wash business too ... bitch about that.

I'm trying to be as fair as possible as well, in the link's and such I posted below ... so the reader doesnt just automatically assume that I am some anti business health freak of sort ... understand that I have to be aware as a consumer of these thing's, especially at my age (56), and concerned with it for my grandchildren and their friend's as well. Also importante to know, that the whole food's market's like mentioned above are very competitive in price's with these mega chain market's, so it isnt like you have to make alot of money to eat better either, and they have really a great selection of food's as well, so it's not as bland as some may think either. TIM COLE: A Look at the "Addiction to CONVICTION" & the "Politic's of WRONGFUL CONVICTION" (INCARCERATED AMERICAN PT.9)

A couple dayz ago, a historical marker and site was added here in the Metroplex for a man who was wrongfully convicted of a rape, and died in prison after 14 year's, but the story behind this is actually incredible, and for some maybe even unbelievable, that in a country like USA with such a complex check all system and finely detailed ... that this can happen. So this will be Part 9 of this series, but to serve as well as a Memorial posting of sort. Tim's brother Cory also inspired part of the heading for this post in the part "Addiction to Conviction".

Tim is a hero as well, but not because of his service in the U.S. Army to this nation, but because of the "willing" sacrifice he made of not giving into this, and standing his ground to the end ... which in turn resulted in the nation's best compensation for folk's that are wrongfully convicted here in Texas, yet Tim wasnt able to utilize any of that compensation being dead either, and this man had no prior's (arrest's or conviction's), was a college student and even a Army veteran, spit and polish. I mean, this guy was offered a parole long ago just to confess, yet he held out ... still saying that he would do 25 year's flat before he take's a cop- out plea to something he didnt even do. You see ... too many time's all over the nation even ... defendant's take these quick cop- out plea's to avoid incarceration ... I mean, when your in a cell, all you want to do is "walk" ... it dont matter anymore to most that's it's on your record, etc ... many of these folk's just plea to get it over and walk, whether it's right, wrong, justifiable or anything else, bottom line ... they just basically "give up".

Just read through some of the link's below to get a grasp on the politic's of this as well. Do you know why they offered him a plea deal to get paroled? ... because they knew the case was wrong and they fucked up, period ... not because of Tim, but to only cover their asses, this kind of shit is destined to backfire in time. But even the way that investigator's held back evidence from the rape victim here is actually about ... everybody want's the "check box" on their scorecard/ record ... being case investigated, solved, and suspect convicted ... it's all about stat's and number's, to brag and campaign on, when running for office's such as County DA's, Judge's, Police Chief's, state political seat's, etc ... to boast of their "conviction" record's and how they cleaned up crime, etc, etc ... holding up their pie chart's and stat sheet figure's. Even most of these public defender's are in on this, and any case that isnt capital ... make's folk's also get lazy to do their job's and stand by the oath's they have taken. Add the financial/ monetary factor's and being able to use these common citizen's and even veteran's at that, as a commodity to fill prison contract's and milk taxpayer's money off it, just make's this whole system about as corrupted and outdated as it get's.

And they even had a confession of the actual rapist after the conviction, where he himself had contacted/ wrote several official's and court's even, cause he felt so lousy seeing this man doing time for what he done (waiting for the statute of limitation's to expire on the offense, before he confessed though) ... his "letter's" were ignored (see the NPR piece), that is really the kicker to this ... I mean, you know you fucked up, the evidence is clear and about to explode into the mainstream and you actually try to even cover that and pretend none of this happened. This is the kind of people we pay to run our judicial system's? And everytime they pull this shit, it allow's the one's who actually committed the offenses to walk and be free to commit even more ... it's not only injustice, but pure incompetence and failure to get the job done. I could go on and on with this shit, but my point is clear. Read and view for yourself below.

Cory Session, Brother of Timothy Cole, speaking at 10th Annual March to Abolish the Death Penalty ... Thanx to STOPEXECUTIONS ... I wanted to post this video to have a listen to Tim's brother Cory. This "march" was Cory speaking on behalf of the anti- death penalty drive back in 2009 concerning the case of Cameron Todd Willingham that I posted on here . My issue here is NOT with the idea of the death penalty, I never really opposed it (for the victim's familia), but have been forced to oppose and question it, because of these conviction's which have been a repeated story time after time here in Texas especially ... so I have no choice. I mean ... if I was in a position of power myself or a Governor or whatever ... I would do everything in my power to at least stop all execution's indefinitely ... looking at the condition, I would have no choice, period. And this is not only in Texas ... I would put a halt to it nationwide immediately if given the opportunity, because these wrongful conviction's are nationwide, it's just that Texas rank's first place in this.

VOLCANO HOUSE/ SPACESHIP HOUSE/ EVIL LAIR? ... Whatever! ... A Look & Shout Out for the House in the House }: )

Anyone familiar with this area of the Mojave Desert know's of the awesome beauty in this area ... not only familiar with the area, I also had done some hunting out here when I was younger, even bow hunting, and it's one of my favourite area's of the country as well. Although it may seem desolate as Hell for mile's and mile's, it's only a lil over a half hour drive to Barstow (CA), which is a decent size town, and 2 hour's from Vegas or L.A., take your pick! But remote enough at the same time to give you that unique peaceful feeling, and nice little layout for an artist, or even a small home sound studio.

I just had to have this home in this journal after seeing/ reading about it, I never even reckonized it myself in the past, and used I- 40. I was somewhat shocked that this home hasnt been able to sell for like over 2 year's now ... I must be missing something here(?). The price being $750K frankly is a steal of a deal in my opinion, and I know damn well if I had the money, I would be out here giving this property a serious lookover. This place is totally kick ass in my opinion!

With 2 bedroom and 2 bath, not too big, but the space and floorplan with split level make's it very comfy and spacious looking, and not so confining. A carport for a few vehicle's, has a patio that entirely surround's it, beautiful fireplace in the center and bar, with glass transparent wall's surrounding it, great for small social gathering's, a solid structural awning as well all around to provide shade, a nice sized outdoor sundeck ... and the glass wall's also give it a romantic touch and erotic as well for those special time's with your partner! The roof is an observation deck and if you know this area, you know how awesome the star gazing is out here at night, and spectacular for the telescope! Also beside's 60+ acre's of property, a 2 level 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom guest house at the bottom of the hill with an outdoor patio, and your own lake/ reservoir. I'm not sure about the energy source, but this would also be ideal to invest in solar panel's too.

Part 13 of "The Awakening" will look at the vote and choice's in America currently, and the state of the state, due much to our political representation ... I mean, people in other democratic countries of the globe probably get a laugh out of our politic's, and I dont blame them. It is funny, but at the same time, increasingly frustrating, because again ... we just go in circle's. I supported so many of the President's proposal's as well, which are even truely bipartisan, but even the President, or any President obviously is not able to move forward because of the deep monetary corruption in our representation. And even more nauseating is the political media's, becoming harder the closer we get to these election's, to actually find something without a left/ right slant and just focusing on the issue's and reality, instead of the petty biased bullshit that smother's political talk.

I have been voting Democrat, only as a choice of the lesser of two evil's ... I dont exclusively agree with the left or the right, and never really did, I cant count how many time's I have been asked by folk's on both of these side's, which side am I on?, after they may listen to an opinion of mine, both suspecting that I am on whatever side their opponent is. The majority of folk's that vote and in the political media's who feed and attack each other simutaneously are mainly on Politipop Paddy Wagon's that are all driving themselves to jail basically, the way they think at time's and fight over this day old Political Pot Pie that's pretty much a waste. I dont even try to explain anymore how I think and/ or favour political side's ... it's downright pointless and a waste of time ... I mean, if someone cant even vision anything out of the box their in, you couldnt hit them in the head with a brick and make them understand. But yeah ... million's like myself are totally burned out on this.

This posting is also for "Black History Month" ... and most fitting at that! Beside's "NFL Football" and "MTV" (old dayz MTV), ... "Soul Train" was the only tele programming I was hooked to over the year's, anyone who knew me, knew how "Soul Train" was a ritual of sort ... but to be honest here ... it was those "Soul Train Girl Dancer's" I quickly got addicted to, that ... let's just say ... got me all worked up! ... some of the most sexiest women on any tele network, that really knew how to move!

But Don was a one of a kind ... so straight laced with that salesman pitch and style ... almost like the auto and insurance industry sales he started in, never left him : ) He is also a U.S. Marine veteran, and served in Korea. Don was more than the "MC", and the "Don" when it came to picking the talent ... what an eye! and built an empire from scratch, with that hustling American entrepreneurial spirit. He done so much at the same time on showcasing R&B/ Soul artist's ... the most in my opinion since Motown's work, just taking the industry and art to a different level. For Part 3 of "Mo of Yo Money", is another issue that I have brought up time and again throughout this journal about my questioning our agenda in so many countries around the world, and our budding into everyone else's business, so again I can compile some of this in this one posting. First of all, it create's opposition to U.S. policy, undermines and degrade's the meaning of "democracy", which in turn lead's to terrorism, sabotage, kidnapping, resentment, etc on us and our allies, and social unrest in their countries ... and those who dictate this (our representation and those who dictate them) never feel any of these backlashes period, only us, and those people in them countries, to create this new- wave non democratic form of democracy, period. Bottom line ... a large portion of our tax money is used to enslave and imprison other's abroad, and now even us. And we ask ourselves "What can we do about it?" ... yet the majority of us dont even vote or try to do anything.

Instead, every time we invade one of these nation's in some fashion, we American's are jumping for joy, slamming drinx and partying, talking shit like "we freed the people" ... simply because we toppled and killed one shitty leader and now replaced it with another one who does whatever we tell them. The point is ... you can put in all the leadership you want and manipulate thought, etc ... but you cant create actual change and peace unless it's in the people's heart and interest, and where they "choose" to go and do. Same as creating Palestinian and Israeli peace for example I have used before ... the leader's meet, shake hand's, talk about their love for each other, etc, etc .... but the question is ... "the people"? ... do they feel the same way as those in the palace's making these agreement's?, eh? ... simple. It can be done, but it has to be in the people's interest's and will to do so ... that's what we dont get. The people we have engineering this, dont get it, and use strategies that are clearly deceptive and then cheat the people, and create more conflict's than those nation's initially had. It's easy to place a group of millionaire's or whatever in a conference room where they have a few drinx and become friend's and chat ... I mean ... we do it ourselves all the time in bar's/ social club's/ gathering's ... yet we and they forget in the process, the reality of the rest of the world around us and the nature and need's of the people, basically intoxicating ourselves with bullshit instead of booze (alcohol).

I'm certainly not against helping any nation who want's to be allies with us and in some way "share" and/ or return the favour, but I am against going into countries/ territories and telling folk's what to do in their own territory. Take Afghanistan for instance ... we have a puppet leader in place, that many question, and all these atrocities that go on, just like the other day when a man murdered his wife for giving birth to a girl instead of a boy, we whined in our media's, yet that same leader we support, goes along with it ... and we spent billion's and 10 year's in that nation, thinking were there to free folk's from these thing's, yet they still run rampant, and we "keep" feeding the fire. Look at Iraq 2012 ... is it really better than when Saddam ruled it? there's constant conflict and bloodshed, there's thousand's of Iraqi's lining the street's for day labour, because foreign corporation's/ interest's came in and brought worker's in from countries where the worker's will work for lesser wage's than Iraqi's, and even stay in labour type camp's/ compound's away from their families while they do nothing but slave for these entities ... and we call this "free" or even "democratic" ... even when people voice and rebel of this in the street's ... our newly trained Iraqi force's kill the people right on the street's and brutalize them ... and our representation in Washington actually support's this, yet on camera tell us they are against tyranny, oppression, and inhumane treatment etc, etc ... I mean ... which is it?

We also use the claim of much being in "defense" ... again ... I have never felt a threat unless we are "under attack" (physical attack, not 'woof ticket's' of shit talking), and I am positive that we have the defensive capabilty to challenge and counter any attack drawn on us ... so to me, that is more nonsensical talk. Yet ... at the same time, we keep supporting those in our political representation that do and support this, and accept that they spend so much of our money to continue this without trying to stop it. While we accept simutaneously that we are in a financial rut ... then accept thing's like cut's to our entitlement social programme's, institution's, infrastructure repair, education, health, etc, etc. We bitch about these too big to fail institution's yet stand in line to do business with them ... even everyone in Washington from the President on down the line allow this, yet speak against it. And I'm not being unfair here, we have gave these folk's year's and year's to change ... we ourselves have neglected to change.

This is just a lil ole personal posting for fun and memories. The first bike I bought as a kid, was when I stayed in Flatbush (Brooklyn) with money I hustled from shining shoe's, it was a 5- speed. I cant even count how many time's I would race my bike through traffic like this young man, along Flatbush Ave with my shine kit/ box hooked to the handle bar. This video below took me back over 40 year's, and so much still look's the same even! To make it short here ... one day I was in a store, no more than 7/8 minute's top's or so, had my bike chained by the front tire to a curbside pole outside, came out of the store and my front tire was still chained to the pole and the rest of the bike gone. I saw a NYPD cop slow cruisin by, flagged him ... and told him that I wanted to report my bike got stolen ... he said something like ... "What the fuck do you want me to do kid? ... I'm not the lost and found ... go report it to your mother!" ... and he just zipped off .... that's Brooklyn fer ya, eh? : )

OCCUPY OAKLAND & DC: The Private "DECLARATION OF WAR" on the American People & Globe ... (THE AWAKENING PT.12)

First of all here for Part 12 of "The Awakening" will be some recent news and video, and interview's with Sara Flounders and independent journalist Luke Rudkowski . I didnt know a thing about either of these two people before these interview's, and found out that Sara Flounders get's quite a bit of criticism it appear's ... however ... their view's of this are diversified as well, so it's importante, and they also play their role's in defending America, regardless of the talk of Sara being anti American especially. Diversity and multi strategies are needed here. This is a needed update/ follow- up on the Occupy Movement, but mainly inspired by major media coverage over the weekend, trying to place blame on these Oakland occupier's and questioning their action's as criminal act's and inciting violence, which is simply mainstream pre- paid propaganda.

But at the same time, this isnt to criticize mainstream media's ... they only do what they can, so much of them is controlled by the same dollar's that control our representation in Washington, and like so, has corrupted much of media and free speech. I mean, mostly all this last couple week's been saturated with is these debate's over these GOP candidate's, which has gotten extremely nonsensical ... having primarily two millionaire's Mit Romney and Newt Gingrich (both who have done nothing or anything for America basically, whether it's job's, economy, and both saying our problem is the President) argueing and insulting each other over their money basically, claiming one or the other has too much, who believe's in ghost's, plastic value's, etc, etc. Even to the point where Romney was claiming to be a Mexican (Dad born in Mexico or similar shit) ... and Gingrich calling for a Cuban Spring Revolution of some sort, both of course in South Florida ... I'm serious too, this is no joke, check it out yourself. All these folk's are so phoney, they would claim to eat raw shit straight from the butthole, if they figured the majority of voter's had a "scat" fetish : )

RCJ: "THE AWAKENING" PART'S 11 THRU 1

This is importante to take seriously ... this isnt someone just selling woof ticket's and running their mouth's talking shit ... these action's and strategies being used are actual physical violence and attack's, critical injuries and even death/ murder ... and not only in America, but around the globe, which is simply an unofficial and private "declaration of war" on the people. It is clear as day by now who is inciting all the violence, and it sure as Hell isnt some protestor's tossing a few bottle's or rock's. As far as the talk about criminal activity breaking into Oakland's abandoned and closed civic center structure ... this is something that happen's daily across America by homeless folk's in particular to have a roof over their head's, and why not? Is that criminal? who is it harming? The thing is here, is they want folk's to have no place for refuge, or to congregate, to speak, or anything else ... bottom line. Again, none of this is about hygiene, safety, crime, etc.

Oakland and DC dictated law enorcement are taking different approaches and strategies, simply to see what worx and dont work. Mr. Rudkowski above also sum's up the method's used to attack ground media's ... look at the stat's on where America stand's even on freedom of press ... 47th(?) ... behind Taiwan even ... our so called bundle of free speech country. And what he sayz as far as undercover cop's working covertly within, you have to expect ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ) ... that's why their called "undercover" ... so dont think this doesnt exist. There are alot of cop's quietly even questioning this, that dont like their detail/ assignment, believe me ... they took oath's to protect and serve, and now many are wondering who they are really protecting and serving? They know in their heart, that many of these protestor's action's are justified ... they just have our law enforcement by the ball's as well, because they need to earn a paycheck, just like they do with our military ... which is abusing them both as well.

I have read/ heard, case after case, from senior citizen's being beaten to pregnant teen's, one had a miscarriage, another a damaged kidney ... broken rib's, etc, etc ... even our veteran's have been beaten/ assaulted and shown no respect, this is also where our military veteran's who support the movement will come in with their experience. You see ... what also is needed is various different splinter's, yet having a solidarity "commitment", different strategies, approaches, etc ... diversity in this area is importante. We have many veteran's as well that support the movement and can help by organizing and training in self- defense, weapon's, and combat tactic's to other occupier's who are more of the soldier type's that will participate in the physical fighting, defense, and combat ... basically to build more well organized militia's. This is not to promote violence, but to protect America and it's people from tyrant's ... it is clear as day in few word's in the 2nd Amendment as well, why this and these militia's of the people are needed. Again ... you cant alwayz have just peaceful demonstration's when your under physical attack ... and you already have peaceful type's as well to deal on that avenue and other non- violent avenue's, such as work in the political process, social media's, etc ... but you also need "muscle" and "defense".

As far as Oakland and it's so called history of protest's and being more violent ... this is because the City of Oakland has had such a bad recent history of violence, police brutality, even law enforcement murdering citizen's, and continued violence on it's people, the entire Bay Area at that ... and the worst I seen since the dayz of the Civil Rights movement in place's like 1960's Alabama. Dr. M.L. King had no alternative but to act in peace only ... he was a black man in the south trying to protect a minority population that was targeted ... otherwise he probably would have been assassinated at his start, if he advocated violence. The population under attack these dayz is much larger and multi class and cultural, but still attacked with similar tyrannical method's of "violence", and goal's ... to "enslave"

When I say this should be taken serious ... I mean it. Understand that everyone is under attack, this is not an attack on poor people, or minority people, and it cover's many classes up and down the ladder of our society ... our veteran's ... your children that pay substantial tuition fee's in the college's/ universities and drowning in debt by 25/ 30 year's old, who are even being brutalized by these force's on their school campuses now. These especially are your children and your future ... the physician's, teacher's, rescue worker's, scientist's, entrepreneur's, etc of our future that are under attack. So this cover's everyone across the board that even are the greatest of contributor's to our society now and to come, to all those production/ manufacturing and service industry worker's on down the line, and the strong middle class who make's this engine work with their purchase power and spending.

SHAFIA FAMILY: Found "GUILTY" in 'HONOUR KILLING'S' of Daughter's & Servant Wife ... (HUMAN MORALITY PT.3) & (KILLER PARENT'S PT.9)

This is another posting that will serve both the "Killer Parent's" and the "Human Morality" series for this journal, a case that was big news in Canada as well. These 3 convicted still claim to be innocent of murdering these kid's and even a live in wife/ servant, who lived as well with the family, and married to Mr. Mohammad Shafia as well, along with his wife Tooba Yahya.

The evidence used in this case that stuck hard with juror's, was the post statement's after the 4 died in a drowning accident ... some from wired phone statement's from Mr. Shafia that his daughter's dishonoured the family, which included thing's like acting like western kid's, wearing jean's, admiring western style boys, failing grade's, etc, ... the usual talk you hear from these type's based on religion/ morality and familia value's. Recorded statement's from Mr. Shafia, that his daughter's should have to go through this death 100X time's and that the "Devil" should shit on their corpses, because they are worthless whore's ... yes ... this include's his 13 year old child. According to the personal diary of his victim first wife turned servant, had wrote that he also enjoy's beating and degrading his women/ wives as well ... the poor 13 year old girl was trying to get out of the family and be put up for adoption to escape her violent familia clearly orchestrated by her father too.

Some call this type "life" sentence too harsh, I dont know what 25 year's before parole mean's in Canada ... here in Texas for instance it mean's you do 8/9 year's (Texas give's 3 dayz for everyday served for instance) ... and I hardly call the Canadian sentence even a "life sentence" ... but that's just my opinion ... if this would have happened in Texas for instance, the sentence for this type of crime would have been more solid let's say, and Mr. Shafia would almost certainly be given the dealth penalty, or at least a sentence that guarantee's that he would actually spend "life", and under harsher, rougher incarceration condition's. I myself buy the evidence until I see other ... and I dont think this type sentence is harsh enough. And Yes, I blame this mostly on the father here, because he dominate's and dictate's the household.

***** NOTE: The sentencing hearing/ phase hasnt been done yet, this was only the juror's guilty verdict, I'm basing my statement's here of the sentencing phase, on what has been discussed and proposed by both defense and prosecution in this case.

This induction into the "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" is another past due, to honour the legend and unique self styled guitarist "Mr. Jerry Reed" . I used his song "She Got The Goldmine (I Got The Shaft)" the other day for a posting , which reminded me right there of how this man is way past due for this journal. But not for his acting or casual humour in his music, but to take a look at this man's unique guitar work. He is a fella who has created his own unconventional picking and tuning, etc ... for me in this category of his style, rhythm, and picking, he and Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin have alot in common, and I absolutely love them both ... it was a fantasy of mine to mix the 2 artist's for a picking duet composition.

But below I wanted to post a mix that showcases some of his outstanding guitar worx, and his distinctive trademark of vocal work as well. He has been as well such an inspiration to so many guitarist's over the year's ... and Thank You Jerry for it all ... Love ya Guy! Enjoy!

TAX THE RICH!! ... & Live HAPPILY Ever After ... Collapsing, Reforming, & Re- Creating an outdated 20th Century System

I have touched on this in various past posting's, but I want to just compile some thought and fact here in this one post, since the new meaningless buzz phrase is "Tax the Rich!" ... it has gotten so popular that even rich folk's are saying to please tax them more, every politician on the left and right out of political desperation and political correctness is chanting it, most in the Occupy Movement, Teabag folk's, etc. But what really caught my atencion to inspire this posting, was listening to the President's recent "State of the Union" address the other day, where our President was almost forced to hammer the Hell out of this, while both Democrat's and Republican's in the House, cheered, smiled, applauded, and stood up and sat down more than at a Catholic Church Mass, many of those same people who dont want to actually see some of those same proposal's by this truely bipartisan President materialize, and pretending to support President Obama. And just hour's later, the media's were sopping this all up like gravy with bread as usual, and dissecting everything word for word of what the President said, which was mainly accurate ... I mean ... I couldnt help to laugh at all this! : )

I chose this video of many that I seen, that just came in, where Mr. Adam Davidson make's some simple math point's that are clear and right on, and a couple article's linked below that I wanted to use to take a balanced look at this as well. Again, we have turned this as usual into a left/ right, have's/ have not's issue, so you must try to set that to the side for a moment and look at thing's just for what they are and rational ... we have worked again, ourselves into a frenzy over nonsense basically.

HUFFPOST/ BUSINESS: Taxing the Rich Will Not Solve the Problem

No doubt that the wealthy and those more well off can pay a more fair amount in tax, even they themselves in most cases admit it. But this isnt the big issue here, or a one size fit's all solution, and all of those at the President's address the other night know this. This is why I have constantly hammered the idea of collapsing the system throughout this journal, and the sooner the better ... and someone is going to have to sooner or later anywayz ... period. You know you cant just let everything go unregulated as is forever with Wall St, or even the half dozen or so international bank's that control/ move/ house the majority of wealth and asset's, they even know this themselves, that's why all these sudden get- together's amongst them ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... they fear themselves more than us! : ) Basically, they know without reform, they will destroy themselves, just like a junky or crack cocaine addict would, if you leave them in a room with a pound of crack or heroin and tell them to "please use responsibly" ... you will come back a week later and find corpses, and that uniquely sweet, yet foul stench ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : )

As far as how hard we are having it in America, with this gap between the have and have- not's ... believe me ... we aint seen nothing yet, and this is why I been hammering this also throughout this journal. For example here ... look at a Democracy such as India (since it is so huge in population, about 4X times that of our's), and look at the gap between the wealth and poverty in that country ... it make's our nation look like kiddie play, from poverty to healthcare to corruption, and everything in between. Again ... these hard time's are a blessing in disguise, it has awoken us to look at thing's that we have ignored for far too long, and even gave birth to the new movement's such as the "Occupy" movement and those affiliate's who will expand and grow ... in time, which are 'watchdog' and 'protector' group's, which in turn over time will help change the face and system of politic's through pressure. This was all needed and has arrived a lil sooner than I expected actually ... and thank goodness! : ) Cause we have been slacking and sleeping, and been all expecting to have our cake and eat it, thinking we will have this miraculously quick turn around of the growing condition ... we have fell to temptation and this is the cost when you dont maintain balance and let one or another extreme take you over, without thinking straight ... and we American's are guilty as Hitler ourselves. We have bought into this, we failed to excercise our right's and will, and to utilize all the tool's that we have available, most of us dont even bloody vote for that matter. The rich didnt twist our arm ... they just went with what we gave them and let them do.

The thought of penalizing wealth is nice, but everything also has a flip- side to it as well. The system we are working with is a late 20th century system that worked well for the time's, but has outplayed itself simply ... it's over, period. Technologies bringing thing's like speed trading, and transfer of fund's all over the globe in the blink of an eye, with hardly any oversight, still playing by the old rule's cannot work. This is why I focus so much on not only the collapse, but especially reforming and re- creating a system that is for the 21st century, and you cannot achieve this without hard move's and misery of some sort, we just stood still at the red light and didnt pay atencion to the green light change is all, like so many of us do in traffic with our lil handheld device's waiting for each other's "Tweet's" and playing game's, not paying a damn bit of atencion of what is happening around us. I alwayz had a saying that I never met a dumb "Indian" (from India) ... Why? ... because all those I met here, were sharp, utilized everything they can, and sharp hustler's who dont miss a beat ... their condition's back home is what made them that way. The same way that all the street's and reformatories and similar experience's as a kid molded my tolerance and discipline, if that make's any sense.

I am one that actually like's rewarding those who invest, and giving tax incentive's to do so, and love open world trade even, but balanced in a way that work's instead. I sure as Hell dont want to stop folk's from being able to obtain wealth or burn wealthy folk's at the stake, nor do I want them to take their money and rathole it all offshore ... I want to give them a reason to play and stay if I can ... that's just good business. Understand that our political representation here now and across the democracy nation's of the globe, lack integrity and leadership qualities, are weak, morally deficient, which in turn make capitalism no longer true capitalism, and an economic enviroment that is not only unbalanced, but unstable. And just saying that we can tax the shit out of rich folk's and all live happily ever after, is about as extreme and nonsensical as enviromentally thinking we can just shut down the world, move everyone in mud hut's, all ride bicycle's and we will reverse the change and damage we already done ... both are taking thing's to the extreme in last minute desperation.

Our biggest obstacle and problemo is not the President or even the wealthy ... it is all the in- between's ... being the Senate and Congress and all the speculator and hedge investor's and how they all are allowed to operate with these old school rule's. And NOT changing THIS will be the issue of concern, because as long as we stay in this mindset thinking that just taxing the rich or ousting the President will bring us success, we will stay in more misery. For one, we need alot of new representation, we need alot of regulatory reform, and most importantly with cooperation from the global banking and major market's, we need to stop letting icon's get too big to fail, which is even in the best interest's of the corporate and international investment banking sector's ... because when they do, they bring down the whole house of card's, we need even more importantly to stop all this lobby pay- off's in Washington too, letting corporation's solely dictate ... because until we change some of these thing's ... they will continue to act in a reckless manner ... it's their nature, same as a person who repeatedly score's (hold- up/ armed robbery) on the same liquor store or business over and over, because they got away with it and now feel comfortable, or the serial killer who uses the same MO over and over ... we are animal's of habit, and that contribute's to weakness and failure.

Thing's like Social Security and Medicare are not even any problemo, and this constant attack on such is just a cover to try to privatize everything so these same gambler's/ hustler's can play that at the table's as well (and NO ... making money like this does NOT make you 'elite', anymore than winning several million in a lottery can make anyone 'elite') these needed social programme's shouldnt be touched and have stable money in it for year's as Senator Sanders of Vermont constantly hammer's. A huge chunk can be saved in defense and diverted to other investment's of interest and fortune domestically, far more beneficial economically than the constant overpaid contract's that we currently dish out, WITHOUT having to sacrifice ANY expenses for our veteran's for instance ... and they ALL in Washington know this, they want to just cut anything that doesnt affect their revenue's and personal lobbied interest's, earmark's, pet project's, etc, etc.

This posting will be a Thank You posting and look at a non- mainstream, mainstream news media that is a treat in these time's. I enjoy all the mainsteam media's as well, they put together some great programming/ show's, and I like to get all the news, so I listen to news whether it's left, right, or independent (I myself am not left/ right). Most of the mainstream media's whether large or small, are kind of predictable, and you have to understand why ... being because of money, rating's, following's, and the pressure's of political correctness. You have folk's on both of the polarizing side's for example, that are not even what they preach to be, whether it's liberal or conservative, both claiming to be good of course, and their opposition to be evil. And of course anyone like RT America is quickly labeled as a joke by many on the pop- culture left, and commie's or anti- American by those on the pop- culture right ... yet both side's also look at everyone out of the mainstream box/ circle's as "extremist's" ... I mean ... these dayz, a church going grandmother can be considered extreme, just because she may carry a gun in her purse for protection/ self defense ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... or more popularly a "Nazi" or "bigot", etc : )

I only call it "mainstream" because for me anything in public, and a network as large as YouTube or any other widely accessible media is "mainstream", to me only ... although I understand what folk's mean as "mainstream", so that's just how I define it. I myself am mainstream in my opinion, for having a journal on the internet where anyone can access it, and I cover many mainstream issue's as well ... so you get my drift on how I define/ view such term's.

But despite all the opposition talk about what "RTAMERICA" is, or how anti American it is ... it is truely a slice of what American Democracy and free thought/ speech is all about ... and for me as truely American as apple pie and baseball as far as journalism. I only hope to see it continue and expand and hold solid to it's value's, principle's, and continue it's discipline and dedication, because there is no doubt that some entity will try to buy it out or contaminate or destroy it in these time's and how thing's are done. GAY/ LESBIAN/ HETEROSEXUAL PARENTING: "Family Values & Children" vs. "Valuing Family & Children" (HUMAN MORALITY PT.2)

For Part 2 of this journal's "Human Morality" series ... I wanted to post this recent research below in the HuffPost link on the issue of gay/ lesbian parenting ... which has everything to do with human morality actually, because of the sharp divide especially in our nation over this issue. And part of what inspire's this, is a recent statement from GOP Presidential candidate Rick Santorum and his statement where he said something like having a parent in prison is better than having a gay parent. In time's like now, being a parent especially, is a Hell of a thing to say, and running for the office of President in 21st century America is even worse, and we even have media's and representation that support and showcase these people, passing them off as people of value to our nation?

What really get's me about these arguement's on this, is all the talk in our nation of how we are thinking of the kid's, so bold and proud of our family values, yet seem to neglect our children more than ever, and dont even value the family. We have unwanted children in foster and state care across the nation, we pump them full of drug's in many cases, saying that they have emotional and social problem's ... it's no wonder they have emotional and social problem's with what we put many through. Then the kid's that do have decent families and place's to live and are wanted ... we rip them off on education and drive them into debt ... and basically using them as sort of a commodity.

I'm a parent and grandparent, so I know a tad about parenting ... I have touched before in previous posting's how even thing's like same sex marriage, expand, enhance, and support the institution of marriage ... and like so .... same sex parenting is just as much of a value to our children, instead of our petty cult hang- up's, political trash support, and pop- culture hypocrisy. We have a habit of denying those who want to be contributing parent's and citizen's the right's to do what is needed, to nurture and protect our children and maintain our love of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

WXYZ/ ABC7 DETROIT: Fight breaks out after arraingment; tripod broken and used as weapon

DETROIT FREE PRESS: Detroit man charged with killing student during purse- snatching ... it's bad enough that our student's/ kid's in this country have to fall victim to these type robberies ... and this point blank range execution after the fact was especially tragic and un- necessary.

RCJ: "SELF DEFENSE" PART'S 4 THRU 1

First of all, my heart goes out to the mother and familia of the victim here, Ms. Claudia Benson. The suspect who was arraigned, 35 year old Mr. Jacob Wells is innocent until "proven" guilty ... but my opinion here hasnt a thing to do with Mr. Wells arraignment or pre- trial hearing's ... but what the murder victim's familia had to face at the hearing, and the protection they received (NONE). This is clearly a case of justified self defense, is the point I want to make here. Also, whatever town/ jurisdiction you live in, it's good to be at least somewhat on the up and up on law's and right's. I speaking here as I know my right's by law in Texas. I am fortunate to live in a state where I know that I can legally protect myself and familia. But even if I were in a state that didnt allow it, I would anyway, that's just me.

In the CNN video, the opinion's as far as sympathy, empathy, or whatever for the victim's familia is a nice thought ... but not reality ... as well as the talk about letting the justice system/ law enforcement and God handle it ... again ... "nice" ... but the fact is, that God nor the Justice system or law enforcement showed any sympathy or even tried to protect the victim's familia here, if it wasnt for the citizen's intervening and holding back the woman with the tripod turned deadly weapon, Mrs. Benson (victim's mother) could have been killed or seriously injured herself. Not even the security who was most likely county deputies, if it's a county court, came to assist, saying it wasnt their job outside the building ... or some related rulebook, union, or I dont give a shit attitude response.

Now for some straight fact's real quick ... First, the minute that the woman (suspect familia) took and destroyed the tripod, that was a criminal offense, misdemeanor category at that point, but still "criminal" ... even if the media who owned the tripod refused to press charge's ... the state/ county has the law to pick up the charge's since it was in public and/ or on the county/ city/ state property. Secondly ... when the woman tore off part's of the tripod, it was clearly and evidently used to make a weapon, this type of weapon being metallic and sharp, also fall's into a weapon of a deadly category with clear evidence of "intent". 3rd here ... when attempting to approach Mrs. Benson (victim's mother) she said that her intention's was to "kill" her with many witnesses and video, only again being held back by bystander's who intervened ... the 2nd and 3rd point here, also being low degree "felony" charge's. Mrs. Benson in this case has every right to defend herself from this deadly threat with a deadly weapon, by whatever mean's necessary.

The CNN journalist above who talk's about the protection given at the Michael Jackson trial for instance, is the reality we have ... being that high profile folk's with alot of money are clearly the only one's as a majority who get protection in this nation today. Their neighborhood's are the most protected, their entertainment and work/ occupational area's, are more protected than the average citizen ... therefore in these time's, self defense is needed more now than before, and especially due to the forced austerity, oppression by those who govern and dictate, way above average unemployment in especially a town like Detroit, etc.

The most disturbing part to this for me, wasnt the suspect's supporter's/ familia violence and lack of sympathy as CNN guest's put it ... but the fact that the courthouse security didnt intervene ... and on top of that ... Detroit Police didnt even come into it. For instance ... if this was a case of some "Occupy" protestor's in Detroit's financial district ... Detroit Police would have been all over it like a cheap suit ... just because of who get's favoured in this country for protection, and even if Occupy protestor's didnt have any weapon's and no intent of violence, they would be met with police brutality in many cases. As a result of this lack of protection ... now the victim's mother and familia will have to live with the fact that she was threatened to be killed, and no one on the side of law enforcement was there to protect her, or at least to deal with the woman threatening the violence and death against her and her familia member's.

Mrs. Benson and her familia should take this as a death threat and serious and not just some heated moment of anger ranting, and do everything they can by whatever mean's to protect their lives, not worrying about a justice system of law's that wont even respect them until they are dead, before they address it.

The sight alone of just what has popped up over the last several year's here in Texas is remarkable ... This induction into the "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" will be to honour the vocalist icon "Etta James", who recently passed away, which inspire's this sudden posting ... because she was bound to be in this journal's honour roll society anywayz. As far as her background ... I'll let the Wikipedia and news handle most of that.

I cant even categorize or put in a certain genre of music when it come's to her vocal's, but she is well known in the area of jazz/ R&B ... what isnt heard much though, is how much she was also a cornerstone of todayz rock music as well, she played on alot of bill's, with alot of legend's themselves, she really been around the block. But her voice has a wide range to it, and for me had a sensual touch to it as well, that could make me melt, with a style that is in it's own category ... she was as smooth as silk, or she could belt out the most upbeat edged tune's, she can cover alot, and really knew how to "throw" her range. Her personality is for real too, she know's life from every angle, she is sharp and street smart as well ... having lived the life to it's fullest ... which is heard in her vocal's clearly. Back in 2009/ 2010 when I was writing about the crap we would see bumrushed on us if we let the GOP even get anymore power, such as in the "2010 Show" series, concerning their desperation and how fast they would start to move ... I even feel now over the last year that I underestimated even that ... imagine that! Cause they been hammering everything between the U.S. Supreme Court and every legislative avenue they can ... recently trying to screw the vote in America and even making it harder for folk's to vote, and the rest of the current mess. The GOP of all folk's complaining about America being divided, are more and more trying to even divide the state's more, in everything that they propose. In my opinion, the national vote need's a complete overall and have equal right's, accessibility, and conformity across the nation, period! Not this crap where a few state's decided recently to try to start make folk's register for special ID's just to vote, etc. (at the last minute at that!) Of course the official technical blame to this goes to Texas Democrat's for not using proper proceedure, making the unanimous U.S. Supeme Court ruling "fair".

When this crap happened below ... I couldnt help to think of country legend Jerry Reed and his song "She Got The Goldmine (I got The Shaft)" : ) ... Now I dont know as much about this as more informed political writer's/ blogger's ... but any avenue I look at it from so far, it look's like a snowjob. It is almost impossible to redraw a map by February 1st at that!, but worth the try at least, although I feel it wont be what many Texas voter's, especially Latino voter's expected to be fair. With the 4+ million population jump, the new seat's we are to get look like the fairness the GOP want's to give out would be 75% for them, and 25% for the Democrat's. I could be wrong ... maybe the U.S. Supreme Court here is all just about fairness ... but this is a Hell of a time (early 2012) to have to get dealt this hand.

Not ALL, but a significant portion of our Representation in Washington "truely" dont want much "Change" or "Reform" ... Why? Because it IS NOT human nature. I mean ... There is no incentive ... they have to be "forced" by the people ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... just call it something like "laying down the law ..." : ) Think about it a moment ... If you had a paycheck of say a couple hundred thousand dollar's a year, the best health insurance money can buy (tax money at that : ), great retirement benefit's, free luncheon's/ dinner's at fine eateries (tax write- off expensed : ), a month or two off for major Holidayz such as Christmas/ New Years, luxury car rental reimbursement's, recreation and health workout facilities, and additional financial support in the 100's of thousand's to a million+ dollar's or so annually, no term limit, you write and pass all the law's, locked and cocked for life, etc, etc ... Why would you possibly want much of anything to "change"? Why would you even want "reform"? Why would you want to get out of gridlock, or a 2- party system, especially when it stall's everything and guarantee's you an opponent next election that you can blame everything on?

"Pharmaceutical Cash Cow's" Part 2, will be to look at what should be a major concern with even our pre- paid politician's, as well as every American, instead of going with the flow and just accepting every up and down in life as a disorder, because frankly the only thing in disorder is our goddamn laziness, self pity and way of thinking. Most of us in urban America probably know someone or have kin/ relative's who is diagnosed and medicated because they dont fit into some pop culture way of acting and conforming to the welcomed hypocrisy of pop society. Parent's too busy and stressed out to "parent", and many not paying atencion because of all the distraction of what their doing or why?

I want to be as fair as possible here because of the arguement's of both side's, but you also have to point out fact's regardless of what arguement say's what. The idea that all this is about saving the children and helping them strictly, I cant even buy any of that ... especially knowing of the billion's that is in this industry, the lobby for it, marketing, law's legislated by those icon's to enable them to be favoured for this, etc. This reckless quick cash grab and extreme greed that has taken over this nation will eventually destroy itself, there is no reason for us to "tag along" with them.

When it come's to some of the pitfall's of drug abuse, I know it too well, with illegal drug addiction being a part of my past ... my addiction's of choice were in the area of cocaine and opiate's ... however, the only time I actually overdosed and almost died was from actually a legal pharma presciption drug I got through the black market called "Quaalude/ Rohrer714" ... up in Atlanta one night playing music at a club in the "Underground Atlanta" district, after a short set, walked off and overdosed in front of a crowd who were there, paramedic's from what I gathered were there quick and rushed me to Grady Memorial Hospital in Central Atlanta. The folk's that were there to enjoy the music are responsible along with those paramedic's, were who saved my life. I cant remember anything else about it, after my head started to swirl and I went out ... waking up with a sore stomach later in the hospital.

A friend DeeAnn, after a lengthy nasty divorce was told by a doctor she seen of her depression, she had a busy life to keep up with having also a small business (beauty/ tanning salon) and the rest of what her former husband put her through. She was prescribed Prozac, which also led her to using too much alcohol and constant pot smoking, which was a bad combination, but all in all done her more harm than good to make it short. 2 other friend's Mike and Randy (both musician's) who became addicted hardcore to Oxycodone, Mike died from an overdose. Another friend Minerva, started on Oxycodone, and soon became addicted to black tar heroin as an upgrade, and started dealing in the drug business after, which led to a 10 year prison term, etc ... I could even tell quite a bit more.

These pharma drug's of popularity such as Adderall are an experimental mixture of amphethamine's ... basically speed/ meth. You cant tell someone like myself that there is not any issue or problem or addiction with these, it's impossible to not have any ill outcome year's down the line, prescribing these to kid's especially for just simply acting like kid's in many cases. Even as far as back in the 1970's early where Preluden- BI62 addiction ran rampant as a result, even to the point of addict's cooking off the coating on the tab's, to cook the pure speed inside to run up the drug intrevenously. My daughter not long back was telling me of even the pressure and prescribing that ran heavy in the Dallas area University she attended of Adderall amongst the student's, the need's/ addiction as well as the high demand, and the shortage's, which I also feel some of these so called "shortage's" are influenced by those who run the market's, which basically is no different than "price fixing" and manipulation.

One of the saddest part's to this, even sadder than the pushing of these drug's on adult's is also these ridiculous diagnosis's galore that we have today, then getting to the point of pushing this on million's of American children, while out of the other side of their mouth's from the same tongue, ranting about the pitfall's of meth use and how it's such a big problemo in our nation. Say NO to drug's? ... why are ya'll saying "GO" to this?

This induction into the "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" will be to honour and look at some of the work of a music Goddess ... Brody Dalle. Brody is currently more known for her work with "Spinnerette" , but I want to focus this particular posting for her, on her work with "The Distillers" ... this woman is just an all around bundle of raw talent at it's best ... it doesnt matter if it's in the area of her pounding powerful vocal ability and stage persona, her outstanding guitar work in this genre, or her songwriting/ composition work (also a keyboardist) ... she is at the top, and one ass busting artist! On top of that, a mother of two and just had a birthday on New Years Day!

She is also very versatile on her art as well ... but understandable, with the range of influence's as a kid from the Beatles to Hole, to Cyndi Lauper, to Black Flag, to name a few. The punk sound work done with The Distillers bring's an added touch and expansion to contemporary Punk as well, and a fresh dimension nightcrawling into the 21st century genre, and what a blend with a touch of nostaglia and class this crew is! She is of course one of my favourite's and even with her more recent work with "Spinnerette" ... which expand's her talent's in other direction's. Also (according to an interview with Brody I read), Brody wanted to move in other direction's musically, and got a lil burned on the strickly punk, but was having vocal issue's after her mid 20's because of the vocal strain/ demand, and a few other factor's in that, that come from alot of work, lifestyle habit's, change's, hour's, etc. But this posting will focus on 3 cut's in particular that came from Brody and The Distillers, that are really some great work, and a few of my favourite's ... she is also one of my favourite vocalist's too! Part 2 here of "Mo of Yo Money", is another looksy at the expense in these trying tight budgeted time's that will be paid to have these 2 convention's secure. I mean, is there no better price of what to spend on 2 convention's in two medium size American cities, both with reasonably moderate cost's of living? ... and both fairly laid back cities at that as far as protest's and politic's. I mean, their not as expensive either, and/ or regulated as say ... town's like Boston, New York, or San Francisco. This is the cost's for 4- dayz? what a burn (rip- off) of tax money to say the least, and also another urban experiment to play/ excercise "control of the huddled masses" with this clearly neo police state show of force. Right now we been getting media drilled and drowned with this sappy GOP/ Republican debate/ caucus rubbish ... the only positive part of it, is that it create's job's and revenue for the smaller cities their held in ... many of the mainstream politician's/ candidate's havent got a damn thing to say/ contribute that hasnt already been said by other previous self serving mouth piece's ... and spending this kind of more money on them and their bullshit show's is another waste of our bloody tax dollar's!

***** GOP/ REPUBLICAN NOTE: (related to my above statement on GOP candidate's) I need to say here that there was 2 candidate's in the only debate I viewed (NBC Meet The Press) that DID stand out and make some really decent point's ... one being Jon Huntsman, the other Ron Paul. I agree much with what Paul has to say, he tell's it like it is, and proposes what need's to be done in some way/ fashion. My only problemo with Paul ... stemmed from over a decade ago when I attended a speech and interview he gave in Dallas (only because a friend attended and invited me), and I noticed that he wanted to dump damn near everything at the time as far as social and public service's it seemed (as if they werent needed) and eliminate most taxes if not all. Now I know this sound's great in a way ... however ... I was also thinking at the time, in a nation with 300 million people and so much borderline poverty as it is, and the need's ... this could be disastrous ... socially, but yeah sure, it's a great idea to think we can just eliminate these problem's/ issue's, service's, and all of the sudden live in some kind of Utopian self efficient enviroment. I also have some question's on his foreign policy plan's, but that's it. Other than that, I dont know where he stand's today on them domestic public service's/ social issue's/ need's, nor have I read his book, so I cant tell you where this man stand's today on these issue's ... but yes ... I do agree with much of what the man sayz ... also understand that saying what you will do and actually doing it, is two different thing's *****

Back to the convention's expenses ... Believe me ... we could get adequate security for only a "fraction" of that cost, we have a government that just squander's and waste's money without no regard of where those dollar's come from, and much of which need's to be voted out of office, with new regulatory oversight and legislation made to control and expell these spending addict's! Of course they wouldnt use the "drone's" ... can you imagine the daily rental cost's of those? that would spend too much ... much that they will use to buy other military styled police equipment for future use (in cities at that, that wont even need it locally). The contracting out of law enforcement from other cities will also be inflated (anyone who know's how the contracting/ moonlighting officer's gig work's, know's what that will be), there are alternative's to secure these event's, that are even more people/ community friendly, and could get them dollar's in the communities paid to people/ veteran's/ organization's that will in turn spend them dollar's there and boost the local economies. Even the security cam's/ surveillance dont need to be permanent, and can be rented/ leased as for any large scaled temporary event. Then the money/ grant they get is almost locked in to be used with certain corporation's/ companies that are all Washington affiliated/ lobbied ... total burn (rip off)! You could easily find a more efficient and friendly way to cover and secure this locally with only $10 million top's, per city (80% less) ... I'd bet my paycheck on it.

Basically what you have here is the same shit that stream's from their mouth's in Washington combined with their reckless spending, and a slap in the face to all voter's in our nation!

The reason for posting this video address, is because this hasnt nearly got the atencion it deserve's, and has been almost ignored by media's as far as importance. It is downright shameful! All the media's are saturated with, is this lolligagging bullshit over these Republican/ GOP candidate's, for 2 bloody week's now! ... all who are which talking in circle's with pipe dream's that dont even exist, and issue's that are are so out of touch with what America need's. This is straight to the point and easily explained and laid out. It's bipartisan, in desperate need, it's simple, and can work.

RCJ: PRESIDENT OBAMA 1 ON 1 WITH "CBS 60 MINUTES" ... This is a December 2011 exclusive with the President where he explain's much of what's going on in Washington.

I have covered so much of this myself over the last few year's in this journal, and to hear the President address this is a relief, the trick is ... who will listen to the man? I dont want to dig up past posting's here, and will just rehash some point's to add here.

I didnt like a few move's that the President made as I have pointed out, 2 issue's that got me were the Health Care Reform public option drop, and refusing to raise the Debt Ceiling through using his executive power and pen, and a couple minor odd's and end's. For the last few year's, I havent been able to figure out the President's stand on some issue's, but now am seeing clearer, that much was influenced by member's of his own party and Administration, and his bipartisan outreach and friendship has been abused by the Right/ GOP. I didnt realize this at first, because I really didnt know much about politic's, I only been following them since I been online, a lil shy of 4 year's now. But a close look at this show's me what the problem is in Washington ... and it sure as Hell is not the office of the President, but our Senate and Congress.

And to show here as example how divided, off target, and out of touch with the time's this cesspool of representation is, as well as the masses that cheerlead them ... Liberal's feel that the President isnt nearly liberal enough, while Conservative's feel that the President is a socialist or commie, a divide being as clear as day and night, the President left basically between a rock and a hard place, bottom line. And as I pointed out before ... alot of folk's simply cant understand his way of thinking, anymore than those can understand my way of thinking, or those like myself ... nothing difficult to understand, but many folk's DONT WANT TO ... however, this thinking is what will rise in the near future and the next generation's. Why ?, because eventually, folk's are going to look for result's more than anything, after being shafted and ran in circle's for decade's. This system is on the way out the door, it's just a matter of when.

Even though the President lay's this mess out so clear that a 2nd grader could understand it, many will NOT want to understand it ... and the fact is again, that many in Washington, especially those who been in there longer than they should, are going to be reluctant to change much of anything in any significant time frame ... again ... where's the incentive to do so? There is none, period. You have special interest's on one hand feeding them and want certain part's of the government to fail and be weeded out, put on the auction block for private takeover, sure ... as long as it isnt a division/ dapartment only of their interest's. Which is why most of the cut's are made to thing's that affect the public, and not their project's ... again ... the money influence and factor. Yet these same interest's DONT want the maze to be made easier and less expensive, because it serve's their multi- interest's to divert, distort, and complicate. Then we let these folk's draw these salaries with extra pay- out's, and especially the life long benefit's with all the long list of added treat's, without no term limit's at that.

Now common sense would make you think listening to the President above, that this sound's fair, needed, bipartisan, a decent idea, and should have no problemo getting passed through, eh? That is what I cant wait to see ... I mean it sound's even like what a conservative would want, they have been ranting till their blue faced over cut's, downsizing government, stretching the tax dollar, etc ... yet, some republican's are already speaking ill about it ... so wassup? Then you will have democrat's like Reid, Baucus, Levin ... who I cant wait to see how they react and/ or what they will try to twist it into, not to mention other democrat's who will not want to see anything that decreases White House job's/ department's. It is just a mess. I would only hope that the President can get support on this all the way, because this kind of restructuring is needed bad in these time's especially.

Small companies/ corporation's and businesses is what employ over 3 quarter's of America's workforce, yet much of those these dayz are ignored because of the new global gambling investment arena ... and yet even conservative's have done NOTHING to address that as far as job's ... and they of all, outright claim to support those businesses ... where? Again ... let me be conservative here myself ... WE CANT EXPECT GOVERNMENT OR A PRESIDENT TO CREATE ALL THE JOB'S ALONE! The President time and again has brought up so many idea's, and not just here above, that need to be considered, and are truely conservative as well ... yet on these issue's he has been stopped in his track's too many time's because of this special interest that plague's our represenation/ government ... and by of all people ... conservative's, as well as even liberal's. We need to export more as well, more infrastructure plan's and funding, etc ... the President has bent over backward's to try to get this in motion I've noticed, and has been stalled or sidetracked too much. Even on the Health Care Reform, when I was pissed that he threw in the towel, the fact still is, that it was the President that initially presented it ... it wasnt until Snowe(R) working on the side with Baucus (D) and Reid (D), that it got halted and stopped.

One of the President's biggest beneficial move's as well, was when he proposed and was able to eliminate the middle player/ banking from interfering and running the student loan's in this country, a total hustle (street storefront type game on a large scale) and waste of taxpayer's money in the billion's! ... it was a success, but only because the President done this early on and had caught everyone off guard ... and had his own party dominating both the Congress and Senate at the time. That WAS truely cost saving, as well as conservative ... yet you can bet your paycheck, republican's and their outside money influence, hated it. He proposed move's that would encourage and make alternative route's for downsizing and dividing up too big to fail entities (something I have ranted about as well since the start of this journal) ... you see what Washington has done with that ... threw it in the trash can basically.

This will be the opening posting for another series for this journal called the "Human Morality" series. This is not to point out good and evil, right and wrong, but to take a look at the other side of "morality" ... something that you can even find in other ape species or animal's, but human's take it to a whole other level with everything from their phobia's to creativity, culture's to their man made religion's, war's to revenge.

Part One of course to look at the Holocaust , which I felt is a fitting one, since you hear so much today of folk's calling other's they may dislike or disagree with ... "Nazi's". The only worthwhile advantage for Ms. Spies here, is at least she is getting some publicity and can hopefully utilize that even to further her dream's and or career. I have also viewed some of her other photo's/ portfolio, which are shot's that would be standard for any model to have in her/ his portfolio, in fact without photo shoot's, you cant expect to get a start ... and have not seen one thing that could even be questionably inappropriate or indecent, which her photo's have been called both ... and by women at that. Nor do I believe that these student's were making their decision based on that and were highly influenced by the school staff and pressured.

This is also another example of the bold hypocrisy of our society, on one hand this school will try to censor this woman/ student ... yet later if she became successful as a model or in a related industry, you can bet they would have her picture probably on a monument in front of their school and even sell tour's if she became really popular in some career ... so ya'll are liar's as well. Yet at the same time ... although it is forbidden, indecent, inappropriate, or whatever other evil label they put on it ... they are willing to put her photo in the year book for $300 dollar's ... make up ya'll's mind ... where do you really stand?

Anyone who has daughter's such as myself, know's how some like to look at their beauty as a sort of art, just like a little girl who dresses up doll's or tries on a pretty dress, heel's or whatever. Some young ladies start at a young age and work so hard to get into modeling, performing art's etc ... as a career, I have known girlz personally that have went into modeling and the art's, dancing, performing, etc and have worked damn hard trying to keep up in it ... it is a career mindset and job, and these school's that advocate for their student's to excell and pursue their dream's and career's, should be supporting this 110%, if they really lived up to what they claim to be about.

Alot of the criticism of this also just come's from folk's deeply rooted phobia's and sex hang- up's within themselves and havent a bloody thing to do with what is appropriate, decent or not ... I even seen feminist's of all people like this before, that will try to go out of their way to suppress their own beauty and try to look as bland and boring as possible, but most of it is really a psychological issue with those. Then you have the religious type's who will naturally go after anything, just to run their mouth's and make a name for themselves, look like heroes or saving young girls from exploitation or something else.

Nothing should stand in your way Ms. Spies as a young woman of pursuing your goal's and/ or career choice ... and those who try to get you to conform to their personal hang- up's or cult mentalities, you should ignore and never let get in your way, and if they discriminate you ... take legal action immediately. I agree with the art aspect of it, and you are a very beautiful young lady, and at least do have dream's and goal's which are importante for any young person ... and great to have such a supportive mom. Part 6 of "Truth or Treason 2012" is partly inspired by Mr. Tim Waters of "Scared Stiff", because this is something that we discussed here online concerning politic's, and Tim has stood his ground solidly on what he support's and dont as a democrat supporter/ voter himself. We discussed our difference's on the President for instance, but I understand Tim like so many other's ... because where do we draw the line? I supported President Obama before he was President or candidate, because of what he stood for, and he had truely great idea's for this nation as far as moving forward, the President hasnt been able though to do what he had proposed either on many avenue's. I know what he is up against and that is also why I know that the people of this country need to put a line in the sand somewhere's ... Hell, I have wrote about this cesspool since the start of this journal, and this system continue's to fail.

Again ... it must fail and we must suffer to wake up, as I have pointed out time and again as well, and history show's you with common sense combined that change is inevitable ... and this system WILL collapse and those who dictate will destroy themselves in time. Forget all this doom and gloom whoa is me submissive shit, the nature of civilisation and the species DOES NOT work like that, when an animal is cornered and tormented. Again, their action's and such as thing's like this sudden debt crisis, austerity, cut's, market's change, etc, was all manipulatively "created" as I posted time and again, out of desperation, where in the past I used football game strategies and such to explain what was happening and how fast they will start to move and why ... they (those who dictate our representation) are simply running the clock down and we are in the last 2 minute's of the final quarter, this is why it was so importante to not let what happened in the 2010 election's advance any further ... because we once again failed to do our part. We would have seen this anywayz, even under a total democrat majority, but just a much milder ride as I pointed out. Our representation are being terrorized as much as all of us on this war we face now.

The worst time this can happen is right now as these 2012 election's come up, and again ... this is all due to collapse in time, and is happening sooner than I expected, which thrill's me as well. Knowing that American's are finally waking up to this cesspool of politic's that has spread over this nation like a cancer ... and "No Thanx" to these various media's and blog's that keep feeding this cancer. Yes, I vote Democrat as a choice of the lesser or two evil's so to speak, and have voted before 6/7 year's ago ... almost exclusively republican my entire voting life. But the GOP/ Republican party has actually turned into a party of no bloody integrity of any kind, and act more like treasonist's in these time's ... selling out and betraying the very democracy, individualism, and true free market and all else they claim for year's they supported.

I watched one debate the other day on a "NBC Meet The Press", special debate edition of the GOP, sunday morning ... it was absolutely nauseating, I only watched it to be fair in my assessment's that I make here, having mocked them recently for having nothing to offer, without hearing them out in the actual debate's. All (or at least "much") in Hell they talked about was petty stupid shit ... issue's on sexuality/ homosexuality, religion, morality, contraceptive's, and other shit that doesnt do a goddamn thing for what over 3 quarter's of American's are concerned with currently, while supporting secretly a bunch of special interest's, then flip- flopping and denying what they initially said, what a fucked up mindset you would have to have to swallow any of this bullshit ... supporting entities and proposal's, that are taking all our goddamn money, job's, and everything else and shipping it offshore basically, because as I wrote in previous posting's ... all the money milking of us, is because they are fixin to abandon America and even Euro nation's, and other democracy type nation's across the globe, and we better wake up to this. I mean, why do you think all of this sudden manufactured austerity rubbish is being presented as a major issue in damn near every free country on the globe? ... to milk everything we have, change our law's and governing, and to rathole all the wealth in the new major market's they want, which alot of that is in Asia.

The Democrat party has been just as nauseating to me, to where I even hate being identified as what is considered as "liberal" in 21st century America, almost as much as I hate being identified as a conservative by todayz standard's. The passive pussive attitude's on this coming election out of so many democrat's has been even more nauseating, supporting crooked democrat's that are equally paid off and bribed by special interest's, and all out of fear of the chance of the republican's winning more than they have now ... which of course would be worse, but who in Hell are they afraid of? Look at these GOP candidate's ... do you think any of them would have a snowball's chance in Hell of being trusted up against President Obama and his Administration in these trying time's? Sure the GOP had alot of great thing's as far as talk to say ... but again ... none of this can work in the new global market or the 21st century arena ... it could work, say in 1960 America maybe.

These new job/ unemployment figure's being bragged about this month is even more idiotic bullshit, most were created simply because of the holiday season last month, were service end petty job's, and the figure's are so highly politically manipulated ... and you cant depend on the government especially in these troubled time's to do ALL the job creation. Job's have increased and are on an upward trend, but as I posted time and again on these job's issue's, you cant mathematically even come close to replacing what we lost, especially when hardly anyone on either side are even addressing how to help create job creation incentive's and idea's, much need's to be done domestically and those investor's that invest here, need to be given the tax break's they deserve to get it going as well, but "locked in" as I have pointed out before legally/ legislatively and contractually, so bipartisanship is essential in this avenue, green tech's, alternative energies, manufacturing, technologies across the board, etc ... not bloody job's serving burger's to each other! Employment in this country is the worst that I have seen in my 55 year's of living, and when you lose so much, any little bone tossed to you will look significant, especially while you play these political game's. The President hasnt a thing to do with it, and he can only do what they let him do, even now being dictated to by those in his own party and the financial support he now owe's for, the money influence has just been so much of a factor in corrupting our representation across the board.

And this other constant goddamn whining about how it's doom and gloom and will only get worse ... get the fuck over it! ... of course it's gonna get worse before it can get any better, I wrote so much about this myself even, over the last few year's. They say it's a "satan sandwich" ... and it's not pleasant? eat it and learn to digest it, period ... and most importantely, like anything else you digest ... shit it out in the toilet bowl later, then flush it down, dont sit there smelling your own goddamn waste! Life aint pleasant all the time, period!

This constant whining (which Michael in the above video does so well in the start : ) out of folk's, especially on the left ... "Ohhh ... boo- hoo ... what do we do?, please dont make me say something I shouldnt ... etc" These type's need to step to the side and let the strong take position and action to lead ... your nothing but whining pussies who only lack any goddamn backbone in their pacifist lives. The biggest mistake we made had already taken place in the 2010 vote, which is why I focused so much on that in the "2010 Show" series of this journal, talking about "what" will happen if we let the GOP even control in only a Congress or a Senate ... we already fucked ourselves on that, then these democrat's turn around with these petty dog biscuit's and say ... "At least it's better than nothing" ... when in actuality we GOT NOTHING! I mean, these type's remind me of the same type's who loan and invest their money in a financial entity, that entity goes south and fail's, you lose maybe 40% of your money, then support bailing out the entity to make it stronger and just accept your loss ... YOU ADVOCATE WEAKNESS!

We all need to occupy this nation and put ourselves first, and these politician's who dont get their shit together, shape up, and do what the Hell we hired them to do ... need to ship out, by whatever force needed. As far as these major corporate CEO's and their allies who pay- off everyone in our government, we need to stop that too, they can stand in line if they want and vote like the rest of us, and the politician's who dont think their salaries and benefit's are not enough by itself ... find another goddamn job! And all our politician's should have to take oath's like the GOP did to never raise taxes in their career, but an oath to actually serve this nation and represent all the people ... no more pay- off's or special interest's salaries. Just like we have the Presidential campaign fund to contribute to on our income tax form's at the end of the year for $3 buck's ... have it publicly funded through such, to clean out this legalized corruption, and it will be a true saving's compared to what we pay now in supporting these financially that run our government!

Frankly, the only thing I look forward to as far as a voting democrat this year, is either current democrat's getting their act together (which is not likely as a whole) or having a strong enough more progressive choice to vote for at the end of this year as far as candidate's ... which will happen in time, but I like to see it sooner than later, especially the way we been constantly going south in this political Bermuda Triangle of sort, even now trying to more and more suppress folk's from being able to vote. Each and every progressive American need's to start demanding of our representative's what they need to do, which is happening more and more. Like a bad relationship or marriage ... you dont sit there and feed it ... you dump it. Many of us ... if ya'll in Washington keep fucking around and playing these game's, we WONT VOTE for you, and NEVER fear the repercussion's of it either!

Since Bloomberg and his posse are so concerned with folk's "quality of life" and "condition's" ... why dont ya'll take ya'll's asses up over 110th St and up into West Harlem ... how bout Hunts Point and the South Bronx ... Jamaica/ Queens ... BedStuy or even Flatbush in Brooklyn ... place's I hung and stayed as a kid myself ... talk all that shit there about your concern's. Alot of folk's will be joining more from these area's of the City, and many are already there ... do ya'll think their scared of you, with what many of them lived in? Do you think throwing them over and over in Rikers (jail) or some other holdover around town will make them scared? Do you think many of those fear your ass whipping's? WORLD PERCEPTION OF AMERICAN'S: Stereotype ... Atencion Deficit Disorder ... or Laziness? (AMERICA'S STUPIDITY PT.2)

This Part 2 of "America's Stupidity" will be to look at what I find incredibly interesting as far as folk's being informed, educated, etc. I will say that I consider it a stereotype as well of American's, because most cannot be this challenged ... and human's are not born stupid, our species would have never evolved this far if we were. I also want to say that I have found this in various place's, such as England, Scotland, Canada, and across the nation here. Even thing's like racism and segregation for instance, I found all over ... one of the most racist, segregated, and backward place's I ever lived in had to be Brooklyn, New York ... even Los Angeles, believe it or not ... when most people would actually think you would find more of that in Texas ... another stereotype herd mentality mindset. Not to offend anyone here, but I am speaking the truth only ... I met folk's even in England that were dumber than a doorknob ... I shit you not. I havent been to many countries, but I would guess this is elsewhere's too around the globe. I can understand in some countries that are far more oppressed and impoverished where it may flourish ... but this is America! Even if you dont attend school, or even have a computer, you have public libraries all over the place, documentary tele show's, PBS, etc ... so you may wonder ... how is this possible? It redefine's the term "Atencion Deficit Disorder" for sure, but it's actually laziness and lack of atencion as well, that your not born with, but chose.

You may view this video below and get a laugh out of it ... but it is a serious issue in our nation ... and hardly something to laugh about in reality. Because of our lack of knowledge, it make's us more vulnerable to the way we are manipulated by everything from pop culture to politic's to religion ... all of which need drastic reform. And it mainly is our laziness to think ... really, combined with other self imposed weaknesses ... I say "self" ... because we are in a fairly free society, and there is no reason for anyone to be this uniformed of what is going on either ... no bloody excuse. Especially with the education level's of folk's in this country and the incredible amount's they spend on such and get in debt over. We cant blame this on the government/ politic's, the church, or anyone else as long as we keep feeding that which destroy's us ... lack of any decent education is more destructive to our society than just about anything else. I myself only have formally an 8th grade education, and dont even read that many book's, I known plenty of folk's in the same status, yet got at least halfway educated. Just the saturation of public libraries, online info, PBS, news media's, tele documentaries galore, and all kind's of access to info, that many countries dont even have nearly what we do, or the opportunities and/ or liberties ... is shocking. Even further education these dayz has become nothing but a market for mega profit, who could give a shit less about turning out educated citizen's, the more dumb and uniformed they keep you, the more those who dictate our society prosper.

This will be the official induction posting in "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" for Mr. Rob Halford. Mr. Halford is of course well known for his high octive opera type vocal range ... but I want to focus here on him as a songwriter/ composer more. I have an additional link below posted of one of his show's doing an old classic "Electric Eye" that was wrote with Judas Priest, and the history of the Priest in this genre of Metal music is unmatched, and the outstanding guitar work of folk's like KK Downing and Glenn Tipton was a treat as well. This is a man I could also write about till my finger's dropped off as far as his work as a songwriter/ composer, inspiration/ contribution's, inpecable vocal work, the grand showmanship back in the dayz of the Priest and the releases impact on the entire metal genre scene.

I never seen "Fight" live, but I did see Judas Priest back in the early 1980's on the "Screaming For Vengeance" tour ... and what a piece of audio perfection that show was (large arena show with full stage) ... absolutely outstanding performance! Enough from my mouth ... and onto this genius of a composer and legend. Of course I chose 3 favourite's of mine, but wanted to include the HBB Unplugged version of "A Little Crazy" for a different flavour using the acoustic touch ... Enjoy!

And what a chance she took ... actually spending time on the phone with a 911 operator and armed with two weapon's, knowing she was about to be attacked by two men, one armed with a 12" inch hunting knife, who had been stalking this woman since her husband died, which is about as low and cowardly as a man can go. There are justifiable homicide law's in many state's, like the "Castle Doctrine" that allow's you to protect yourself, in other state's you have to wait to be assaulted or killed basically. Sarah done everything by the book as far as Oklahoma Law and saved herself and infant son doing so ... I'm sure her husband would have been proud of her courage under attack.

There is suspicion that this intruder even killed a dog of her's. Anyhow, this is one of them cases that end up too many time's as another statistic of a woman, child, or even familia, that end up meeting a tragic end ... so Mrs. McKinley has also served her community by terminating this one, forcing the other to flee and turn himself in later.

NDAA & Bill of Rights 2012- Soaring Gun Sales & Failing Left/ Right Politic's (The AWAKENING PT.10) & (TRUTH OR TREASON 2012 PT.5)

This will be another dual posting to cover both the "Truth or Treason 2012" and "The Awakening" series of this journal. I wanted to wait to do any posting's on this till after the start of the new year, to focus on this year, so it's a tad past due ... but still VERY importante and something that been discussed throughout this journal as far as the eventual decline of confidence of American's on every level in politic's. This will show now how this has touched all ... left/ right/ independent, upper middle class to the poor across the board, and how this will eventually lead to the change in the mindset of all in time and the next generation, regardless of which of the two polarizing side's we lean more toward's. Again ... this is such a healthy time for America and other Democracy type nation's. The mainsteam media's are basically saturated of course for the last few week's over these Caucus show's in Iowa, or else the fear card's over getting our dog biscuit's tossed to us as far as a tax break extension, unemployment extension, or other petty social issue's, so not too much out of them, but this is heavy throughout the internet.

***** CNN OPINION/ ELECTION CENTER 2012: LZ Granderson- "I Want This Election Over- Now" ... Mr.Granderson here sum's up perfectly, what many American's are also going to feel after the next 10 month's or so of constant political mudslinging, and multi- million's in ad's to discredit everyone from the special interest mega buck's (our own surplus revenue, that we handed to them through our current and past representation : ), while they are continuously cut, cut, and cut on everything ... Heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ) ... Just wait and see how this will also eventually get on people's nerve's, especially listening to a bunch of politically bloated self serving mouthpiece's who would sell this nation in a heart beat, just over their political rating's and gain.

First a couple video's below concerning the rapid increase in gun sales, which is great for business, but also reason why you see these measure's and fine print in the NDAA being loose. Those who control our political representation are very concerned and even why they have to tighten up on cyber security, which I wrote about in the last piece on "End to Privacy?". On one hand, you need more security, on the other hand, you cant do this without trampling on some right's in the process. Much is going to be blamed on the President, especially his signing of the NDAA, which he said month's back he wouldnt do and had heavy reservation's of such, being a Constitutional expert of sort ... however, on the other hand ... it had to be passed to an extent, it's just part of the annual fiscal plan and spending of such, so he was in a no way out position. The most importante part of a defense bill like such is who actually wrote it (to see what political representative's stand on what), which is both side's working jointly, and just how loose it is and what type of affect it can/ will have toward's a slippery slope.

Much of the talk is over "martial law" ... but I pointed out also time and again that there is no actual reason why anyone would declare such, when you have law's in place and new law's being ran through legislatively all the time to cover such. Nothing in this nation is ever called by it's "true name" in other word's, basically for political reason's and snowballing ... but it is all dictated by the money too. The same as the war being over in Iraq, yet the constant financial feed to overpriced security after, and protection of the new corporate interest's who now occupy it's nation and government ... which of course is why you alwayz have backfire's of these new type war's and occupation's ... or the various title change's and buzz phrases we are fed, is all as much marketing as simple as everything is alwayz $14.99 instead of $15, or how you need to spend money to save money, etc ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ) But no ... the President was never on a campaign either to take folk's gun's away, for the record. I was in the waiting room of a large nationwide tire center about 3 month's ago, waiting on my car ... and a gent next to me also waiting, started up some small chat with me, after seeing the magazine I was reading was "Guns & Ammo" (those magazine's like "People" or "Field & Stream", etc, they have in them waiting room's), he was telling me about a couple gun's he like's and we exchanged preference's, etc. But he also said to me about "stocking up" because Obama and this Administration are going to try to take all our gun's away. Basically I told him that I disagree that Obama even "want's" to take gun's or had any "plan's" to ... and frankly, as I posted before ... to try to do this will be difficult in this nation.

Again, because people are getting more keen/ aware to just how they are manipulated more than ever, which is a plus.

Many are or have been controlled strictly on fear, and the petty issue's they keep us at each other's throat's over ... religion, sexuality, petty amount's of cash back, or other heavily marketed political stuff related. But all this left/ right clashing will burn out in time, after people start to realize that their just going in circle's, like a dog trying to catch it's tail, rehashing the same thing over and over and trying to get back to a time that caused all the intitial mess to begin with ... so Yes ... these do have political repercussion's, and will change the face of politic's, as well as inspire what other free nation's have more of, which is multiple political parties that have and are gaining momentum ... it's just a matter of time. One of two thing's can result, either the people will change, or these parties will change ... so take your pick which will come first ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... you dont need a degree in politic's to figure that one out : ) People on all level's will come to realize that they all have something in common as American's and what that mean's to them. Part 7 here of "How to Privatize America" will be a look at about the largest grab as far as mega corporate market's wanting on the auction block, the USPS. And believe me, they will spend million's to make sure this public entity fail's if they have to ... you seen what pharma giant's and mega insurer's spent just to eliminate a public option in health care and to assure there is no outside competition ... USPS is a $60+ billion annual entity, and they WANT IT TOO! And we must look at these privatization entities as our opponent in this fight, and "jab" back in these final round's, plain and simple ... go down on the count if we have to, we have nothing to lose, only to gain, doing so. Every American who love's free market, democracy, and the liberties we have should be concerned, regardless of what side you are on, this is our nation vs. corporate communism ... it is NOT anti -corporate at all ... it is pro- American/ Democracy!

The reason to start the new year with this posting, is because it has been past due for me, since I been following this closely, and because the other day I was having some small chat with a neighbor and just brought up to him, that it's good that him and his wife still are working, etc ... when he turned to me, saying that he feel's more insecure about his job than ever now. He work's as a mail carrier for USPS, he is also an Iraq war veteran, and I wont use his name here, they have 2 children 4 and 6, his wife has a steady full time decent job, that I cant mention either, I will call him "PO Vet" here. But from what POV tell's me in response to my telling him he has steady work at least ... is that he doesnt know from one day to the next what is going on, or the other employee's at USPS, they keep them in the dark, and alwayz worried about cut's and sacrifice's they need to make. Him and his wife with the 2 kid's are not old enough yet to have made any nest egg either (both in their 30's). He also is non- union ... and I thought that all USPS full time folk's were union, but he tell's me it depend's on the town/ state that their in as far as who is and isnt, yet he also work's with union worker's as well.

But POV was totally in the dark about what I'm talking about here as far as folk's wanting for USPS to financially fail and/ or privatization of such, their young, busy and have their own lives and finance issue's to deal with like million's of other middle class working American's. But alot of the political spin on this is bullshit in the media's. There is a need of course to tighten the belt and to update service's ... they are NOT allowed to expand to be competitive is the problemo. Also understand you have certain privacy right's as far as first class mail now for instance, that if this get's turned over to a purely profit business, all else become's obsolete, including our right's of such, search, or anything else, once they become corporate owned, including protection of property, litigation, public/ customer input, etc ... become's dictated by not any government entity of the public, but their board of CEO's and shareholder's. Enough from me ....

Of course the challenge's are true ... but NOT the entire picture by far of what is going on.

How the Right Wing Destroyed the U.S. Postal Service ... Thanx to SAMSEDER ... Sam sum's this up perfectly here as far as the scam is concerned, is why I chose this ... but, I will not blame it solely on the Republican's, because I know that there are Democrat's involved with this crap as well, just NOT exclusively like the GOP. But this is NOT a matter of left or right with me, but just a need to clean up this cesspool of corruption in our government across the board.

Saving the Post Office ... Thanx to SENATORSANDERS ... The Senator here make's some point's on how to diversify and expand what the post office offer's, how to save the entity, etc. Understand, that the private entities who forcefeed our representative's in Washington ... have NO REASON to want the post office to expand, or have the right to go into these area's of service and are the one's who make it so they cant through our pre- paid political representation. But these same private entities have 60+ BILLION REASON'S to want the post office to FAIL.

Below I wanted to take a look at some of the private competition to the USPS, the one's who are supposed to make this business better and more profitable, less waste, more efficient, etc, etc. I also left the video's related linked, since there is a whole buffet of them, including argueing at the home of the customer with the customer. And I wanted to post this to also explain here "why" this service has been degraded to this level, having personally known 2 people that have worked for UPS within the last 5/7 year's, who explained to me in detail the pressure's of this job. I actually have to say, considering the pay they received both, which was approximately $10 an hour starting pay with "no benefit's" to work part time, had to be one of the hardest job's I ever known anyone to work for as far as pressure.

Understand also, that both of these people I know that worked for UPS, both ended up quitting, and only worked part time, because the Dallas area UPS they worked at dont hire any labour delivery and sorting level full time employee's (at least at that time, maybe they do in 2011/ 2012?), and therefore (at least by Texas Law) dont have to give ANY benefit's to employee's that are kept under 40 hour's per week, having them work longer hour's in only say 3/4 day's as well, which of course cut's any overtime across the board, but you also get more than 2 dayz off a week, but believe me ... no treat to that. It is a very stressful, high pressure work type enviroment, that I gathered as well from a couple other's who have also quit after working there ... but the two people I know, have really filled me in on detail's, and I have known both these people for year's. Basically ... you are at a point where if you deliver for instance ... you dont have time to walk a package to the door most of the time, this goes on more than we realize, your schedule and load is tight, you barely have time to use the bathroom, if you cant work like this, you will be replaced in a heart beat. If you work in the sorting/ distribution warehouse like my other friend did in a Dallas suburb ... you have to work at the same pace and on a tight clock, you have no choice but to throw, kick, toss package's to make your time. My friend who worked in the sorting warehouse was a woman, who worked there awhile after a lay- off, because she didnt want to draw out her unemployment, she had bruises all over her arm's the first couple week's, just from trying to keep up with the thrown package's, she told me alwayz to check carefully if I get a package delivered by them, even telling me that package's were kicked around like football's in the warehouse. Luckily she found another job afer a couple month's.

A few band's also do "live" show's at the event bringing in the New Year ... it's not Times Square (NYC) ... but it's a great time in Dallas and nice fireworx show! Enjoy! : )

***** Ranch Chimp Tip: Those attending "BigD- NYE" this year, should consider taking the train/ rail ... Victory Station is right there, parking in downtown is a bitch, and park in a no parking, you'll get towed ... also all Dallas area law enforcement will be on a "zero tolerance" this weekend for drinking and driving, refuse the test, and they will take your drivers liscense on the spot.

This below was just sent to me from some of my familia in New York this Christmas, the woman in white 2nd row from bottom with the Guy in the white shirt and tie is one of my mom's sister's & her hubby (both in their early 80's now) ... and the rest are her kid's (my cousin's) and grandkid's, the kid on the bottom right with the dog is a dancer, touring with Britney Spears on her stage dance crew. This brought back memories for me, because I can go back at least 50 year's and was in these Christmas picture's in this same room with my cousin's opening present's and playing as a 5/6 year old kid ... the tree was on the right just like here back then, and the wreath was also in the center window, just like a half century ago.

Billy Idol- Scream & White Wedding ... Thanx to DRDVZ1971 ... This is a New Years Eve 2005 video that I chose for a music video of Billy Idol doing "Scream" & "White Wedding", that I wanted to post, because anyone who's been to a Billy Idol show, know's how this crew deliver's "live" too! Guitarist Steve Stevens of this crew is actually a "show" in himself, I stood once right alongside of him (I had an "all- access" stage pass through a local production company) less than 10'ft once on the "White Wedding" tour and was so impressed just with his guitar work and style, it just blew me away between listening to his monitor output and the huge cabinet's that surrounded the stage, was a storm of classic work in high gear, doing a couple random spin's at a speed that looked like a West Texas dust devil at 100+mph, but absolutely incredible guitar work, especially being he worked solo covering the rhythm and lead so well in the blend of them. It was kind of a funny audience up in front, surrounded by girlz dressed in white wedding dresses as well! BTW ... old schooler's like myself may recall even the older dayz when Billy was with "Generation X" ... love these guy's "live" though! Enjoy : )

I wanted to post this Thank You video from OWS to it's supporter's, plus OWS' commercial video and a Thank You as well from American's that support this movement especially, because over the last couple month's I have viewed and read so much opposition to this movement as well. They have been called dumb, stoner's (pot smoker's), a waste of time, draining our public tax money with their occupation's, disrupting everything from election's to people trying to work, to being called a hippie movement who need's to use soap and water, a waste of media time, etc ... several folk's asking them to please stop, while calling them insult's as well ... and one Guy mentioned for them to stop, so other young American's like himself can have a real movement that can create change by 2075 ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... which is fine and dandy, but some dont just want to sit and support the same ole same deadbeat shit for another half century while waiting for change : ) This posting is NOT to post any of the complaint's over this movement, but to Thank and support this movement, and post as much as I can with hopefully million's of other's like myself, so that this movement continue's to pop up again and again all over the internet.

Of course it's a free country to an extent still, and those who wish to ignore this movement and sit nice and proper going through the usual channel's of change and supporting the same ole same people are entitled to do so ... but I hardly call something like this a waste of time or insignificant, and it certainly is about as pro- democratic as you can get. What's also importante of this movement is what it will inspire and infuse for splinter's even more organized and feed the thought and spirit of this for million's of even young American's who see through what we currently have, just like those of my generation seen through the fault's that our fathering generation's before us had.

This inspire's true thought and motivation for change in action. For me this is far more than just poor folk's against the wealthy or 99% Vs. 1% ... this is about accountability, cleaning a house that frankly need's a good bath, and not the soap and water kind, to bring awareness in trying time's of how detrimental this is to the well being and stability of the future by ignoring these renegade's of market's and trade, letting them just recklessly continue business as usual, while we passively sit by and think we live in LaLa land of an era like "Mayberry RFD", "Leave It To Beaver" or other nonsense, like the American Dream as we knew it still exist's or the related, and everything will be fine and change, if we just say and do what were told, or whatever the pop culture report tell's us is acceptable or not. Hell, I'm not against true free market at all or capitalism, but when it become's not that anymore ... that's the issue, just like when voting the same ole same get's to be useless ... that is the TRUE "waste of time".

It take's all kind's of avenue's and strategies to get change, and alot of work ... this movement played a big role in inspiring that ... and Thank You much! This is not so much of a battle between the "have's" and "have not's", as it's painted to be ... but the "have not's" being able to get also rewarded for merit and hard work and being the true leader's and engine of this system ... not rewarding worthless self manufactured icon's who do nothing but manipulate.

This Part Two of "End to Privacy" is just a video that just came up from one of my favourite YouTube site's RTAMERICA. I am actually 110% in support of the CIA and other's affiliated of doing this ... so the reader of this may call me a commi or whatever ... which is fine as well. But ... I have my reason's, just like I have my reason's to not want to know what certain intell agencies in our nation is doing as well. But first the video, then my view on some of this, beside's what I wrote in Part One.

I'm a tad different than many in my thinking on this, also I dont live in a fantasy mindset of thinking, I realize how dangerous the world is. But what inspired my first posting on this a couple year's back, was all the people I talk to who are worried about their privacy, yet ... they willingly play into everything that contribute's to invasion of it. When you just use your social security, drivers liscense, credit card, apply for a job, or anything else that has your code or number, you just lost some of your privacy, period ... you dont even have to get online and use a computer or even a cell phone. It's simple ... you dont want to discuss something in public ... dont ... period, but dont blame this on the government either. This uproar over the TSA scanning is also for me ... nonsense ... I dont care if you strip me buck naked, like in jail intake, ask me to bend over, spread my asscheek's and look up my ass. I would rather have ya'll doin that before I get on a bloody plane, than sitting in a seat on the plane later wondering if the SOB next to me is squirming because he may have a bomb strapped to his ball's, detonator up his ass that activate's by a ground cell or something, their even trying to surgically implant explosive's now for that matter according to intell. That's the reality that we live in, like it or not ... period. I'm also aware that agencies may use this constant threat of terror to invade more of our lives ... I'm just aware, not paranoid ... and I cant change the fact that we have major threat's against our well being as well, whether were pumped with "fear card's" or not ... it's the time's we live in.

Even that cant stop terror/ harm completely, but make's for just a tad more safety from it. For instance ... you may wonder if Bin Laden was some kind of genius for being able to avoid capture for so long? ... nothing "genius" about it though ... he was able to, because he didnt use the technologies that we use daily or cell phone's that are on contract's with your friend's and familia package discount's, and stayed in clear sight, down the road from a military base, that even had U.S. support ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... right in the open, right in the heart of the city, even burned all their trash for that matter and used foot messenger's, etc. Major drug cartel's operate similar as far as communication's ... their not genius, just not that stupid. But all this shit as far as sifting social network's is needed, if we like living. A buddy who work's across the street as a car mechanic for instance, who moved to Dallas from Jerusalem (Israel), was telling me just how dangerous it can be in that town, just going to a bloody mall on the weekend to shop or browse ... and the tight security that is needed in that town. I dont think we clearly understand that there are folk's that are out to kill us, not because of our personal action's, but just because we are in America, and they feel they have a job to do, which is to destroy us ... period. And now even more of a threat of local domestic terror, even by lone wolves, tampering with store shelf medicine's, food line's in buffet's, comtamination of public drinking water, sabotage, etc, etc ... the list is endless, we even have our own financial entities screwing us, and Wall Street! We should also realize, that we have a job to do, to stay alive and safe ... the reason's are not importante, it is what it is, and this is the reality those who run this country made happen over year's of their action's and interference with these nation's and people, and blaming who or why aint gonna change the reality, but action will.

As far as the "fishing expedition's" of law enforcement ... well ... you have to expect that too, that shit was going on before the computer age ... but ... also understand that you still have court's and law's to use in your defense, if something foul come's up, and even after the fact, appeal's, etc. And we even have watchdog's watching all these watchdog's as well. We dont need to watch the government agencies as much as you should watch where the funding of these media's come from ... so watch us, because we are also watching Ya'll too : ) But I also mentioned in some of my earliest posting's that security in this cyber space especially is simply going to have to get tighter ... we even have countries that are hacking into our system's. Also as far as your privacy is concerned ... all your major marketer's are watching every move you make, even watching your cell's when you shop, your eye's, what you shop for, eat, like and dislike, etc ... Why? ... because it's business. I mean ... how many time's do you visit a site even online ... and next thing you know, your hammered with product's folk's are trying to sell you in pop- up's etc? ... there IS NO BLOODY PRIVACY ... and most folk's frankly dont give a shit who your screwing or whatever, unless they can make a buck off you.

Sure ... they can cut down communication's like these organized movement's, OWS or whatever ... but that wont stop us either from protesting, voting, and fighting for our right to voice, even if you cut down our cell's and site's, that doesnt break the spirit. Even in some countries like Syria with recent clashes or Iran, and trying to cut folk's off ... folk's still were clever enough to find wayz to get their message's out to the world. All I'm saying is that everything has a flip side to it. If it werent for these investigation's, snooping, sifting, etc ... you would have more of these cyber bullies even attacking folk's, their website's, their credit/ financial account's etc, hacking public system's, and even more of these spineless closet freak's than you can shake a stick at, that want to prey on your little children and their web space's and lives. I could list 101 reason's why I support alot of this to an extent, but I made my point here.

But it is importante to know at least that, of course there will be operation's to suppress movement's and so forth, so you dont need to be some conspiracy theorist to suspect that, just have common sense. There are watchdog's as I said watching watchdog's, and many is even watching the government. My concern was not with our government as much as it is with corporate entities/ interest's as you can see throughout this journal. But also as I mentioned in previous posting's, you dont need to declare something like "martial law", when you clearly have legislation and law's in place to do that for you ... cleaning up our representation and the hand's that feed them are what's importante especially ... again ... we have represenative's who have no term limit's and are bred to be political mouthpiece's since their college dayz, eliminate them through the power of the vote, and make term limit's, stop pay- off's to them etc ... will clean up much of this mess, so even much of the solution is simple as far as strategies and what we need to do. But I just wanted to make sure this is posted as well, in case it dont get linked at some time with the above video.

This Part 5 of the "Above & Below" series will look at a recent CNN piece on the possibilities of other Earth like planet's that may be able to produce and/ or sustain some life similar to Earth, and their not just talking about two here, they already suspect there may be hundred's, which shouldnt suprise us either. I mean ... just a child in 7th or 8th grade when they talked about planet's, orbit's, solar system's, etc ... I alwayz wondered if there could be planet's in other system's that are just the same distance from a similar sun energy in orbit, that may be somewhat like here?, perhap's plant's, animal's, or similar? Actually, it was one of only a few subject's in school as a kid that grabbed my atencion and could make me listen without boredom ... even though I scored highest in "math" as a child, I actually loathed and disliked math (which alwayz confused me, wondering why I would score so well in something I disliked? : ) But nonetheless ... this stuff is fun to me, and I love all the documentaries on the cable/ tele of this kind of stuff (not sci- fi though much).

They mentioned also the sci- fi French film classic here "A Trip To The Moon", so I went to YouTube to dig that up ... and what a treat this piece of film was (I never seen it before, so it was a suprise to me ... I mean, like this is some really old school flick : ) But just a look at what our idea's were like 110 year's ago as far as sci- fi ... to science, astronomy, and space exploration today that is not only real, but "fly" (cool) too.

This "Incarcerated American" Part 8 will be to look at the case and trial of what I see as one of the biggest scapegoat witch hunt style pop culture kangaroo trial's and conviction that I ever seen in my 55 year's of life, that of Charlie Manson, and really is fitting for this series. Charlie and his case is one that I am personally familiar with, that I first looked into 20+ year's ago at least ... through a friend who introduced me, who was doing some research on this case with Charlie. The reason for this posting, is not to try to get on the "Free Charlie" bandwagon or anything like such, as a matter of fact, I wondered ... "What in Hell would Charlie do if we was freed?" ... I mean most of his life, all he ever known was incarceration. I was actually shocked looking at the case, listening to Charlie's side and how it went down, everything connected with it was so flimsy, especially the testimonies/ deposition's from alleged participant's, and Charlie acting nutty in court simply out of rebellion and anger sure as Hell helped fuel it, being the Guy has been there before in small bunk cases, knew the hypocrisy of the system when it come's to folk's of his social/ economic background and such, and was just pissed and created a freakshow as sort of an insult, because he knew this was all about wanting for some freak to toy with for societies pleasure and someone to publicly scapegoat and hang, because of the counter culture uprise of the time (similar to folk's like OWS and war protesting, etc of this era), and what better candidate, than a nobody to connect to a gruesome murder scene. Even his prior's he went down for were amplified by technicalities, probationary/ parole violation's, stealing petty to eat or whatever, which when taken over a "state line" automatically jump's it into "federal" category, etc.

As far as those who claim they were under Charlie's magickal LSD induced spell or other bullshit, such as Pat Krenwinkel, Leslie Van Houten, Susan Atkins, Charles "Tex" Watson, etc ... who actually admitted to doing these brutal slaying's ... there will be no talk of them in this series beside's what lil here, because their all basically liar's and most importantly, whining coward's. One statement of Charlie once that caught my atencion, was him saying something about the honesty in jail/ prison, and the repercussion's of your action's, if your a phoney basically ... it's true, like a street code of sort ... bottom line ... you screw up, play game's ... you die, period. Out here in especially this era, we are saturated with lies, pop culture, and bullshit ... even those we look up to as leader's are basically worthless coward's in many cases, running their goddamn mouth's about all what they do, which frankly aint a goddamn thing, but running their goddamn mouth's : ) I think ole Tex (Watson) was preaching, other's were saving other's through psychological group session's or whatever in prison, getting brownie point's in the public and prison's eye's as having "changed" and now "good" instead of "evil" etc. Even Sadie (Atkins) a few year's back dying of brain cancer or whatever, pleading to be released, with her new pretty look and hairstyle, soft spoken, loving and all the rest of the nauseating bullshit about all she done as "good", and nothing about the brutal act's she commited and even teased about in court at the trial ... was whining about how evil Charlie was, and how she has changed, etc. The only one out of this so called familia who has stood to their gun's with any amount of honesty, has been Charlie, who commited no related offense, was not even at the scene for that matter of it, yet has spent over 4 decade's incarcerated over it.

To this day ... Charlie is actually called one of the most reckonized "serial killer's" of the 20th century ... just to show you an example of just how twisted our brain's have gotten ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... we have REALLY been brainwashed, and NOT by Charlie either : ) ... technically he doesnt even fit any way into the definition of a serial killer, so dont kid yourself. Just picture if you said that you didnt like a person or thing, spoke of how they should be eliminated, not even in a specific manner, and your buddies/ associate's went and killed that person or thing after, even though they did it, turn around and say your "word's" and/ or "dislike's" inspired them, so it's your fault? I dont know if that even make's sense, but that's what you have here basically. Kind of like when folk's blame "gun's" on murder instead of the actual person that pulled the trigger, eh(?) There isnt a damn thing wrong mentally with Charlie in my opinion, in fact, despite his lack of formal education, like many I met on the street's, is more level headed, and keen to the reality, has more integrity, and certainly more honest than many we look up to. I would actually feel safer and trust him more than many that are considered safe or trustworthy today, if I was sleeping in the same cell as his cellie for that matter ... at least I would know there is a certain amount of integrity if anything with him ... he's an actual victim and doesnt even whine about it. Charlie's angry? he sayz outrageous thing's? of course he does, he's been shit on his whole life, what should he do ... smile and talk loving to everyone, knowing their just there for their rating's and to create a cheap show, making million's off him? ... but most importantly, he's about as straight as you can get.

I also notice there's this sub- culture movement now to free Charlie and even talk of another trial, etc ... but I am no way connected to any of that either. When the trial was going on, I was a young teen and didnt pay much atencion to it, only knowing it was in the news constantly, beside's the weekly casualties in Nam (Viet Nam) ... I didnt even grasp the whole late 1960's peace and love flower thing, even though I loved the rock music of the era ... and damn sure wouldnt have even considered on living in some commune type enviroment, and when I got out in more rural area's like the Mojave Desert of the Southwest, Texas, or upstate New York, the last thing on my mind was doing LSD and holding hand's with folk's singing love song's in a commune ... I was there to do thing's like "hunting" and/ or related sport's. I was a kid who knew realities like the street's of New York City, which wasnt very peaceful and loving most of the time, and stayed as a teen fugitive in a brothel (or what some call a whorehouse/ cathouse, etc), nothing like the commune enviroment, I actually showered daily, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ) ... so the trial and "movement", protesting war or such, to me frankly I could have gave a rat's ass less about at the time. I even tried to enlist in the U.S. Navy at 17 or so, despite the chance of going to Nam ... didnt give a shit about the war either. So I never belonged to this peace and love or free the people movement either, meaning I have no motive's of such to write this about Charlie or this following. But I heard constantly about this so called "familia" ... how evil they were and their so called "leader", "pied piper", or "guru" ... "Charlie", so I just took it for face value ... thinking that's it. I had no idea what this was about until my first contact with this case and Charlie 20+ year's ago ... and found out, it's nothing like what the stories say, and Charlie also seemed to be some die- hard enviromentalist as well to me if anything.

One of the most incredible part's of this case, was the lengthy story book presentation Prosecutor Bugliosi made of this for "motive", and even got away with it blindly for a bit by a jury and court, basing it mainly on a song off a Beatles record album at that, mixed with some ancient verses from the Holy Bible, then twisted to some kind of modern day interpretation of these verses, engineered by Bugliosi actually, as if it was a school art's project ... with deposition's/ testimonies from a bunch of so called follower's, that willingly went on their own to hang out in this commune, were not even competitent enough or should have needed to been to testify, who were on multiple LSD trip's and still even tweaking during some of their stories ... basically scared kid's, runaway's, ex- offender's, kid's rejected by their families, etc ... being fed with word's and idea's to fabricate even way- out nonsensical theories of motive by Bugliosi as well, even Manson's defense was a joke of legal eagles, disorganized, and in my opinion a waste of money, spending more time with each other, trying to present their theories and strategies. Even the jury was railroaded time and again and denied (believe it or not) to even hear testimonies from the defendant's, based on ... get this ... Charlie and their hypnotic vibe's, drug induced psych power's, telepathy or whatever may harm them and their mental health, claiming that it happened to these follower's. Frankly the one who should have been in question on their mental health should have been this Prosecutor Bugliosi, who made a nice lil nest egg off his book too, which was really "motive" for Bugliosi's show. This case is to look at a victim that never whined, and his portrait as a contemporary scapegoat only.

This induction into the "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" will have to go to those bad boyz of the 1960's British Invasion ... the "Rolling Stones"! and what a history this crew has at that, so I will let Wikipedia handle that. For those who compared them just because of the Brit Invasion of that era to crew's like the Beatles, The Who, etc ... there is no similarities actually, Stones as well were a class of their own and especially the way they composed and arranged music was different, in a way ... more of a garage band style, party type group strictly.

However ... what a history they made, and Mick Jagger's business savvy skill's were a plus. Difficult to only pick 4 song's, but I managed after reviewing so many Stones piece's here and there over the month's ... I chose 4 of my favourite's of many tune's of their's ... and tried to space them over a 40 or so year period of "live" performance's. 2012 April should be their 50th Anniversary, and of course still out there. I seen them "live" once in the Dallas' Cotton Bowl Stadium, I believe 1981, and ZZ Top opened for them, great show too! Occupy Wall Street: Three Months In ... Thanx to RTAMERICA

I dont look too much as this being about "economic inequality" as far as how loosely the term is used ... I see what has been happening as more like "highway robbery"! I mean ... I think most of us favour some degree of economic and social inequality, it inspire's, motivate's, create's competition, etc ... we get inspired by those folk's that are not equal to us in other word's ... we sure as Hell dont want to all be the same, we would die off as a species. But what this austerity fetishism as Mr. LaGreca put's it is about is nothing but that, and a wave of what I look at as more corporate neo communism, anything but free market, competition, individualism, reward for risk's, etc ... this whole cesspool as folk's are starting to see is all one huge crock of bullshit, by a handful of entities who do nothing, create nothing, contribute nothing, and fear competition at that like frightened cat's ... have not an ounce of integrity or even spine for that matter, yet mislabeled as "elite".

Alot of American's are not yet comfortable with this, and only because they dont yet see the significance of this and are only looking at the short term, thinking of these folks as disruptive, disorganized compared to what we are used to as the "norm", and see these movement's of recent past history as something that just dies off and amount's to nothing. But as I posted in earlier posting's throughout this journal, will move in wave's, and also, as long as this changing system continue's business as usual, this also will continue to keep the flame's burning. Look at it like Ms. Katie Davison point's out ... a "transformative movement" in this sort of what I call a "transitional moment" throughout this journal. This also will inspire so many affiliate movement's and a new generation of what I talked about in earlier posting's of political/ social thought ... not being of this left/ right dichotomy and way of thought, alot of our thinking is not just like this or cultural, but also became genetic. We learn as a species from past mistake's, and all the hardship's that are coming to folk's, again ... are a blessing we dont yet realize or even see. So when you see thing's get worse for many over the next few year's, dont look at the short term hardship's, but the longrun benefit's of the pain and struggle.

Also as Mr. LaGreca point's out ... it is also importante that this splinter's and diversifies it's strategies and reaches out to both side's of this current era, as you can see by finding some common ground at least for some dialogue if anything, with even those folk's like in the Tea Party ... the power's want you to be divided as much as possible, the more the merrier for them, why do you think they created this? This austerity fetishism also as I earlier pointed out will hit everyone up and down the chain. On other political avenues if you want to look at poll's for instance (I never placed much stock in them, but the stat's/ figure's are something to look at as well) currently about 8/ 9 out of every 10 American's are unsatisfied with our representation, especially in Congress on both of these polarizing side's ... and this is a key factor, being that we are across the board finally waking up whether what side we belong to or group we fit into ... we are finally realizing this overall contamination of freedom and democracy and the dysfunctionality of the governing body as a whole.

Other than that ... Congratulation's to OWS and affiliate's ... and their will to utilize will.

What you see here is straight, not any campaign talk, left right talk or whatever ... this is the face and word's of a man, who is just simply sick and tired of these game's, plain and simple ... no pep rally talk, no bullshit, no pretty goofball smile's for the camera, just straight up ... and even more reason why I will support in this case whatever he decide's is best ... and when I say "him" ... First of all, on this one I will support the President and Democrat's 110% on whatever call they make regardless. I mean, even if $700/ $1000 buck's in extra taxes per year is a noticeable amount to many of us ... I am one as I wrote earlier time and again willing to pay that extra tax. However ... on the other hand ... I personally speaking, am sick and tired of this game afer game set- up ... and because so ... if I were in President Obama's position or fellow Democrat's in the House or Senate on this one ... I WOULD NOT ANY LONGER COMPROMISE, period. And I know how awful that would be looked at by some fellow Democrat's, being we get stuck with a tax increase, and it could also make or break my political career possibly ... but someone, somewhere must draw a line in the sand, eh? I mean ... give folk's like the GOP/ Republican's an inch in this game, and they'll take a mile, that's how it worx. The Democrat's and President Obama have been very generous to the GOP, despite the GOP's relentless stubborn whining, bitching, moaning, and bellyaching ... and they know it! The President himself is sick and tired of these game's, you can see and hear it in his talk and expression, even in this "CBS 60 Minutes" exclusive .

Again ... I am one who is more than happy to give tax break's to the wealthy and like doing business that way, because one hand washes the other ... the only thing though ... is this has been a one way street, we give, and the money doesnt go to domestic spending in job creation, but offshore to start manufacturing or such in foreign countries where you can pay employee's under a buck ($1) an hour with no benefit's ... and that brother/ sister ... dont cut it in my book. So why wouldnt I just give in on this one and let the tax break's ride through for the corporate clan and associate's? Because ... I wont play endless game's and go through these endless stand- off's time and again ... just for 2 or 3 month's of certainty here and there for American worker's, military personel, folk's drawing their SSI or whatever ... it's our goddamn money, and we dont need any goddamn babysitter's to manage our money, we do better than ya'll when it come's to our budgeting and spending ... this is all bullshit, period.

I cant even believe some of the blogging from fellow voting Democrat's as well as mainstream journalist's I been hearing and reading ... I was actually left with my jaw hanging to the floor in disbelief. The continuous complaint's over progressive die hard Democrat's and even Occupy Wall Street patriot's ... as well as the endless talk about .... "Ohhhh, it's over ... I give up, were doomed ..." "another satan sandwich, I'm frightened, which one do I choose? ... " "we dont have any choice, it's only getting worse ..." ... "boo- hoo, I dont know what to do, their shafting us ..." etc, etc (nauseum) Of course their goddamn shafting us, and we keep negotiating with them and letting them continue to do it!! What do you need? a jackhammer up your ass before you stop playing their game's? ... Geeeezz ... and these folk's call themselves "liberated"? ... how in Hell can you be liberated when the only thing you do is crouch in fear, talk doom and gloom, and take whatever is given to you?!! These progressive Democrat's and these folk's in Occupy Wall Street are the TRUE warrior's of the left ... plain and simple. Geeezz ... why the Hell do these folk's give up so goddamn easy and throw in the towel is what puzzles me ... I dont give a shit how much influence big money has in politic's ... I am going to do everything I can to buck them ... I wont even do business with their financial institution's ... and even recently encouraged several people I know locally, to withdraw out of their major bank's and put their money in local small bank's and credit union's, which they done on my advice, and dont even regret doing so, they found that their better off and less bullshit fee's to pay ... plus ... their keeping them extra dollar's out of those giant's hand's.

I wanted to add this video I found, because it is coming from a man I wouldnt even vote for, but at least it's solid truth ... and so well put, even uptight paranoia Wolf Blitzer here is squirming in his little politically correct panties ... but you want goddamn honesty ... Listen to what he sayz especially toward's the end about the money we spend overseas and the outragious cost's of these rent- a- mercenary folk's contract's etc ... hardly any of these chicken shit's in Washington will even address this and bring it to the table. Frankly ... we would save billion's more cutting some of that shit and the waste and pet project's from our representation alone, than even taxing the wealthy, as Mr. Paul clearly sayz ...there is no reason to even go into the programme's like SSI Medicare/ Medicaid, etc ... and this mind you is coming from a Republican! So ask yourself ... who is really full of shit?

Part Two of the "Beautiful Girlz" series in this journal will be to honour and take a quick glimspe of Alyona Minkovski on the ball and on the job! Who just made the "Forbes" list choice for folk's 30 under 30 to watch in the media , and of course Congratulation's to Ms. Minkovski! But no ... this actually didnt suprise me as a choice for Forbes ... this gal is really on the ball, straight up and kick's ass where needed on getting the "job" done! I have a love for her show especially, the guest's, the topic's, the point's of interest, flashing the scam's of what's going on and how especially were getting screwed. Whatever the discussion, she's rolling up her sleeve's and diving in.

But this woman for fella's like myself who like these subject's/ issue's to explore, nail, and bring to the atencion ... you couldnt want more from a woman ... I mean ... here you not only have beauty, but what a treat with her brain and how she think's and get's to the nitty gritty wasting no time on these issue's, and nicely bold at the same time. Even without the beauty just to have a long discussion with or to listen to, she a treat and a half, that could entertain you as well as capture your interest for hour's! This hasnt been much in the mainstream of news, yet I still wanted to post on it because it has had alot of sensitive response with American's, as far as the concept/ design of this building planned to go up in Seoul. This design was "made" and "labeled", as soon as the design's were released to the public ... before it was even given a chance of voice to defend itself ... instead, just having media's run these picture's wild to just tease folk's for reaction/ response, cause they knew it would touch a nerve. No doubt this was a big event as far as terror here in our country, even many year's to come after 9/11 it will be, so alot of folk's get touchy on this ... I'm even touchy on these thing's. But this building I thought was a fine piece of design ... looking closely at it ... I seen the idea ... having this small almost intimate condo/ apartment community above the smog and hustle bustle of the city, and the green factor incorporated into it, landscaping, etc ... I see some of these concept's as being a norm in the near future actually, and more and more tall urban structure's as well, not just serving as a place for corporation's and office's to house, but also, more and more energy efficient idea's, for water/ rain recycling, filtering of hazzardous atmospheric contaminant's/ pollutant's, utilizing all the solar/ wind energies it can collect, etc, ... even the design make's it spacious living and enough seperation for privacy that you cant even find on alot of ground level urban living, or standard high- rise condo/ apartment living. And the more and more of these idea's, the lower the cost goes.

On the other hand, folk's are upset because it look's like an insult to America resembling the 9/ 11 event (even though it's nearly half the height of the Trade Center Towers) ... and the new World Trade in New York City is even an uplifting piece of work 2nd to none . Look at the design and what we learned and what those ashes turned into at World Trade Center ... the old trade center was basically a "death trap" for instance, which unfortunately we had to experience this harsh loss and terror to address something that should have been addressed even long before it.

But I simply cant see this as insulting to America, and I even look at the Dutch and South Korean folk's as great allies at that, that I wouldnt want something like this to turn into some petty bitch fight and sour our relation's on a social level. I also find it difficult to believe that this was intentional or to try to insult or offend anyone, or done just for public relation's to advertise and get atencion to such. I think it's a damn good piece of work, and look forward to many more of these and other design's/ concept's for near future urban living, and multi- purpose use structure's of this sort.

My vision's in the future even go further than this, being of these complexes of sort standing in mid air without ANY ground support structure all over the planet, which would also reduce vulnerability to thing's like tsunami's, flooding, earthquake's, etc ... which I wont even get into here, because I cant explain what I vision, due to there isnt any solid science/ physics yet to explain this, I see this as a new science/ technology that we never experienced for instance ... I only vision it, yet dont understand what I vision, if that make's any sense.

I try to refrain from having too much religious item's in this journal. This is another case right here in our backyard in Texas, and of course an endless arguement. And since it involve's this Christian nativity scene, I wanted to post on it. Christian's in my opinion have persecuted far more than atheist's, actually, I dont think I can recall any case of atheist's persecuting, at least going by the defintion of "atheist", the folk's of herd pop culture in ancient Rome for instance that persecuted Christian's were called "Pagan's" ... but just look at history, look at especially the war's behind all religion's including the billion's and trillion's spent in religious countries abroad of our hard earned tax dollar's by folk's that dictate us and our government, that could give a shit less about atheist's, christian's, muslim's, satanist's, pagan's, or any of these nonsensical created battle's and bitch fight's, imposed by those centuries back till this day to manipulate the mass herd of population's ... creating code's, law's, and moral's in their palace's while watching the ignorant masses fight over it, while they who create these mindset's and culture's basically screw us.

Athens is a small East Texas town not far from Dallas, I dated a gal year's back who was born and raised in the Athens vicinity, and raised a Baptist christian, and proclaimed her faith in Jesus (except in bed : ) ... she was also a big fan of heavy metal, and that lifestyle ... it's also one of the friendliest lil town's you can just happen to randomly stop by ... with warm hospitality 2nd to none, peaceful, laid back, etc ... I love those folk's down there. So when I first heard this, I wondered, what in Hell is a group out of Wisconsin worrying over some lil East Texas town, and a simple Christmas Nativity scene for? The nativity scene though goes way back to like ancient Egypt even , way before Christianity was even an idea, part of ancient mythology and Paganism actually ... long story though, that I'm not even going to bother to get into here, cause I could write a book on this it's so lengthy. But local atheist's from what I gather in Athens, are who called in the folk's from Wisconsin, so it was kind of an "invitation" type thing ... remember Athens ... there are also some non- believer's around town : )

I'm not religious at all, and because of my religious opposition year's back and strong stance on free thought, etc, been a member of the Church of Satan for so many year's. Yet at the same time, none of these scene's bother me ... I cant frankly ever say that I seen a piece of art whether it's in the form of a sculpture, painting, etc ... that made me react violently, or made me feel oppressed, or got my underwear in bind over it, and sure as Hell not going to debate, argue, or fight over it. But the Nativity Scene to me, is simply part of American Christmas culture/ art ... so I welcome it 110% ... as well as all the rest of the Christmas holiday festivities, etc It's a fine story, whether it's folklore or not, or whether I believe it or not ... I also support 110% the folk's who want to have Pagan celebration's. The last Halloween/ Samhain celebration they had in the White House hosted by the First Family for instance ... it clearly had all the imagery of ancient occult paganism and ritual element to it ( I mean ... I sure as Hell would know ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ), and would be easy to look at, as a big violation of seperation of church and state, yet I wouldnt try to stop it, because it's a festive time of celebration and the children have fun ... especially in these trying time's.

At the same time I understand, this is a serious issue for seperation of church and state ... yet ... no ... I wouldnt go into a small town like this, and tell people of faith that they need to take down their display, and especially during the season for me would not be the appropriate time to address it. Nor would I even want to stop folk's from having this faith thing whether I believe in that particular faith or not, I look at faith sometime's as part of what pull's folk's through tough time's, but I also seen some hard thing's in life, whether it was folk's on the street or in incarceration ... I understand human's need's, so I seen first hand how faith has helped people psychologically as well. Yet at the same time, I will not tolerate religious bullying from any of these religious extremities, that may identify themselves as Christian's, I will defend my property, self, and familia when needed, but I also dont think that the majority of these faith folk's are out to persecute or bully anyone.

Earlier this evening (sunday) a lady sitting next to me on the train (rail/ subway), while going downtown to the West End entertainment district, said something like ... "Excuse me ... but has anyone ever told you, you look like Jesus?" ... I just looked at her somewhat shocked and said ... "Uhhhh ... noooo ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... that's a first : )", she sayz something like ... "No ... really, it looks cool though, with your hair and goatee" I could have gotten offended I reckon, but she was cool, and it struck up some conversation is all, soon finding out, she wasnt even a religious freak or anything, it was only just something that popped up I reckon as small chat.

Other than that ... enough from me, cause I'm fixin to go to bed, and onto the read and video's ... and I still hope for the people of Athens to have their Merry Christmas, sincerly : )

I wanted to get a video of the President without all the flash, or some bubble gum talk show interview, since it's been 3 year's nearly in office. For a week now, all I heard was about this so called historic speech he gave in Kansas I believe, which I listened to ... sounded great and all, but was nothing but pep rally talk for voter's, it lacked that personal one on one element, same as them White House lawn addresses basically, so I chose this. The entire hour show was with the President, I only chose these two segment's, because it focused on the domestic issue's over the economy and the obstacle's politically.

I have supported this President before he was President, because I was confident in his proposal's and idea's and he was truely bipartisan like myself. At the same time I was thoroughly upset when he didnt use his pen to lift the debt ceiling using the 14th Amendment clause, and equally upset when he tossed in the towel on the public option in Health Care Reform, those two issue's hit me the most, and another issue of concern is how this so called entitlement reform is going to go down, because frankly the only goddamn thing that need's true reform in this country is politic's, SSI for instance is solid and good, and no reason to play game's with, game's that they would regret later especially, if and when they lose all the money on the goddamn world stock market, and say shit after like "we didnt see" ..." we were wrongly informed" ..."it was the fault of the left or right, this politician or that politician, etc" Basically like million's of other American's, I'm sick of the game's, okay? the talk, the blame, the gridlock at time's, etc.

These video segment's below are straight up with the President, he is telling it as clear as you can get, with none of this pep rally talk, and none of the highlight's of other speeches that media's and blog's ponder on. Despite my oppostion to some of his move's as I stated above, I know goddamn well, that any of the situation we are in is not any fault of his, period. As a matter of fact, I wrote about these same obstacle's he would face before he was even the Democrat nominee, I just didnt know how he would deal with them back then. I also know goddamn well that he is getting the shaft, including in his own circle's/ party, and every goddamn thing he does is being manipulated by the whole of politic's. He's being put on the spot, ill advised, and too much money from private special interest's is contaminating getting any goddamn thing done, frankly, he is working with one hand tied behind his back anywayz. All these folk's that continuously talk about how they want to work with the President is more bullshit, they dont want to work with him, and the only goddamn thing they want is for him to get the Hell out of office, period ... as I have stated since day one in office as well.

How has he done overall in my opinion? ... alot better than I expected, considering all the obstacle's. As far as this constant talk about his possible opponent's for the next election, I am saturated with through blog's/ media's, what they have to offer the country and how they can create more job's, save the situation, etc, etc (nauseum) ... are we bloody kidding? Have you took a close look at this crew and listened closely to them that are challenging him? Like they can really do better than the President? ... give me a fucken break ... I may have been born at night, but not last night. I dont even think most American's are even halfway informed on what happened over the last decade and the depth of money influence, corruption, and everything else. I dont expect the President to create million's of job's, any more than I expect that our political representation can just change the way of the world market's and trade ... for Pete's sake, we need to wake the fuck up to the reality.

Two point's here that caught my atencion the President made ... the fact is ... since he been in office with his crew ... this free fall of job's and the economy has came to a halt and started to show positive number's at that ... the 2nd is that he still feel's like staying at it regardless of what, and he is persistent. He has been relentlessly attacked in Washington strictly because of all the money, nothing else. And in my opinion, it is not the President who need's to be ousted, but a large portion of the rest of Washington, and alot more regulatory shit need's to be put in place to stop this corrupt cesspool, because as the President said here, and even what I wrote in this journal time and again ... all this corrupt shit and manipulation was done "legally" in most cases ... that's what you need to change. But as far as office of the President ... frankly I dont see anyone on either side who could have done any better either, and this goddamn GOP Republican line- up frankly is a freak show. These video's below are better than any of them pep rally of White House backyard/ lawn speeches the media sop's up like gravy, because it's the reality, period. Other than that, I'm going to bed.

This "Veteran's Spotlight" Part 19, is simply to look at some view's outside the mainstream box and more from what I consider the "Eye Of The Storm" here from retired U.S. ARMY Colonel Larry Wilkerson , because he make's some good point's here.

Look, since the start of this damn journal ... I have of course alwayz been pro- defense, but also "real defense" and against all this corporate dictation of war and unfortunately now our political representation more than ever in American history. Pointing out time and again of the repercussion's of our action's around the world and how we will be viewed, and especially everything from our ocupation's, strongarming, boasting of being number one, playing "King of the Hill" game's, and American's sucking it up like lollipop's and falling more and more into a rut over these misfit's in our government that run everything else in the world, but our own country ... here, that cant get a goddamn thing done for America, but fussing, nitpicking, and nickel and diming us to death. We have the best defense if needed in the world ... I never worry if were protected from an enemy at all ... but ask myself alwayz ... who is the real enemy? ... our enemy is ourselves.

It isnt just the imbalance in this nation we call mistakenly at time's unfair, because without balance, no such thing as fair can exist, common sense just show's you that. Also as I have pointed out time and again especially to my fellow Texan's, knowing them ... How would Ya'll feel if a foreign country was occupying your land and backyard here in Texas or anywhere's in America, telling you what you will and will not do? What do we expect innocent people to do who are imprisoned abroad by us for year's without charge's being formally brought against them, and then cut them loose, give em a meal voucher and plane ticket ... do we expect them to go back to their people and talk about how great it was being a prisoner for nearly a decade of American's, after they did nothing but have a 3rd or 4th party association with someone who talked attack on America? And why are these people so successful at selling resentment and attack's to America on their people? But enough from me ... I think Larry below sum's up thing's well.

POST NOTE: I'm all for not only defense, but intell, covert operation's, helping allies, stopping terror against us, etc, etc ... The issue though with me, is the interest's involved as far as what we do and why? If Saddam Hussein for example, was a "real" threat to it's people and especially to us and/ or allies, but what also is that threat "level/ extent"? ... This "Police Brutality" PT.8 posting will be just an opinion of mine (that I'm sure many other men share) on this brutality against young defenseless women. Understand that this is not defense or even personal at that, these women that have been getting increasingly beaten, sprayed, and abused, old and even young have done nothing to call for 3 or 4, 200lb men to even have to restrain them the way they do. I chose the video below even though it doesnt focus on women in particular, but because Mr. O'Donnell put's together a good commentary and vid compilation.

But YES ... the thing that has been most irritating to me during this whole OWS movement has been especially the video after video after video footage I have seen where gal's in particular are beaten, targeted, sprayed, rough handed, simply because of some men/ officer's who have psychological problem's and probably a history of domestic abuse even, look for the most vulnerable, and take out their frustration's on them, because they can get away with it. I also do these posting's of course because with me, it's personal. These women could be your daughter's, niece, girlfriend, mom, etc ... this may be norm in some countries, but this is fucken America! I know that alot of men would like to probably deal with these kind of scumfuck's that treat our women like this ... who frankly dont deserve to be just reprimanded and desk duty or paid leave, but if anything ... hogtied and hung upside down from a tree and beaten by men of their size. I seen more than my share in real life as well, and why I focus on this.

Any comment's left on here now or in the future that try to justify this shit or debate will be eradicated as soon as I see them ... there is no arguement with me, I dont tolerate this shit, period!

How a Government can Unintentionally Inspire, Incite, & Breed Terrorism ... "The AWAKENING PT.7"

"The AWAKENING" Part 7, is another fresh video update in the first video from RussiaToday, the following will speak mainly for themselves. I know this isnt the most cheerful Holiday Season stuff to post, but there CANNOT ever be enough of these posting's either in time's like now ... it's needed to know, and to show just what the Government is falling into and the mistake's they will find out they are making ... in time. Sadly as you probably know, the Government's legislator's/ representative's in this nation are either pawn's or hostage's in a way, the largest money has influenced and mostly bought everything in it and in the public, and this is why I focused so much on this since the start of this journal, not because I enjoy it, but because I know it's inevitable. The deeper our representation get's caught into this trap, the more trouble will result, and a war on people and inciting terrorism and inspiring a new generation of anger/ hatred ... is a war you will soon enough find out you cannot win. And it will have also a drastic impact on the economies and business which enhance's the issue's. Again as I have pointed out in my earliest posting's on these issue's, this will go in sort of wave's globally and what will make it unique as well, is that it will be cross cultural and bipartisan over time ... this is not about left or right, it's simply action and reaction.

The idea that you have law enforcement in riot gear and bullet proof vest's and so forth cannot stop folk's that are knowledgeable in weaponry/ firearm's, etc ... and sooner or later with these tactic's, you will be ending up with dead cop's, innocent cop's who may not realize what they are doing, and ya'll know this. The sonic sound's or drones wont be totally efficient either, all that does is make folk's run and hide, plan and conspire, breeding a new front of potential, what politipop culture and mega media's would call "terrorist's". Even slowing it down in spurt's, like for event's such as political speeches, G20 or whatever, still does not eradicate the spirit/ idea, and especially when you continue to conduct everything like business as usual, like your currently doing. Even trying to get a public militia to help suppress many of those enraged (which ya'll will have to do in time also, because you will run out of manpower, even with the wealth financially feeding you) at most can only create a bloodbath you wont want. Innocent's will get hurt, and those who pay our representative's and their businesses will have target's on them eventually with even political rep's being made for what they do. You would eventually also have to face random sabotage of large energy provider's, and the list is endless. You just simply wont be able to protect everyone all the time or even infiltrate covertly, undercover, or otherwise.

Most daring- Riot Police vs. Ex- Military ... Thanx to ASSAULTWARFARE ... this I used as an example to quick no nonsense solution's, and eventually many of our own veteran's will see even moreso how their getting railroaded in this country as well. And I have to give so much credit to these heroic protestor's/ veteran's in a place like South Korea, because they have no firearm's/ defense to use ... this is why I focus so much on the 2nd amendment and the importance of keeping our firepower as citizen's/ people ... which the 2nd Amendment clearly state's what the amendment is for ... for the people to protect themselves from a government gone haywire and/ or against it's people. As you can see in this video below, the veteran's/ military through their efort's here DID GET their benefit's/ pay ... without violent confrontation it would probably not have been possible ... but just an endless runaround of sort. A lesson to be learned also here, is allowing police to centralize you and form a perimeter ... this you have to diversify and plan better, which I'm sure these military veteran's know too well, and will refrain from making that same mistake if needed action later ... at least to halfway protect yourself against these violent mob's of police.

This Part One will be of a new series for this journal called "Beautiful Girlz", title of the series inspired by the Van Halen song (late 1970's) "Beautiful Girls". And this one will be to take a look at and honour Ms. Jane Fonda. Whether she is 24, 44, 54, or 74, she can make a young or old guy's heart rate get in high gear ... and in my opinion at age 74, she is still drop dead gorgeous! even moreso now!

But Jane is the whole package all around and a dream for many men, not just the beauty end, she's talented across the board, business savvy, sharp/ intelligent, not a bore, a fitness instructor, liberated enough to where she dont consider being called "hot" as sexual harassment, an activist, enough money of her own, a producer, actor, sensual, outspoken- no nonsense ... and damn sure know's what many men like ... she's no rookie! : ) She got my arenaline in high gear at 12 year's old and still does at 55 year's old! ... and her beauty is timeless. I wish that folk's though like Jane wouldnt just say how they "fear" the GOP ... let me be honest here ... like President Obama I am bipartisan and semi conservative on some thing's. With all the President has done and bent over backward's to please the GOP, I see the GOP as a bunch of bully obstructionist's, who dont want to work on this countries behalf, and only goal is to eliminate this President and administration. I'd like just to be in the President's position for only one day in the back room negotiation chamber ... just to be able to deal with the GOP's top dog's "face to face", not through media's, third party chat, or yap- yap shit. Because frankly if I gave in as much as President Obama has to some of these and their proposal's and had to put up with what he has ... the buck passing would stop right there ... this aint a goddamn one way street, and next time I will use my veto pen on any goddamn thing you propose, even taking a goddamn vacation ... so lighten up and shut the fuck up, or I would make sure no one get's a goddamn thing done on their side! But what Jane sez here should be a concern to every American whether your left right or in- between.

I wanted to add this because of all the controversy over Ms. Fonda back in the Viet Nam war era up to this day ... alot of veteran's were not pleased with her, she was bold, anti- war activist type, etc I myself am very pro- defense/ military and even have a "Veteran's Spotlight" series I love keeping in this journal for that reason. I think alot of American's in these dayz dont want to disrespect our veteran's when they preach anti- war stuff ... yet many American's, whether they lost loved one's, or other's they heard of who sacrificed are sick and tired of some of the reason's for war, and some of the later result's it end's up in ... if that make's any sense. I have wrote at the same time throughout this journal my disgust with some of the defense contractor's that milk this nation and corporate influenced instigation for war, not leaving well enough alone and minding our own business at time's. I feel some of these nation's, despite how hard we fight for them and try to help them ... many of the folk's in them nation's even look at us as occupying and deciding what's 'right' for them, etc.

My idea of "defense" is basically that ... defending our nation, not occupying some nation, placing a puppet dictator in there to mine and drill their resource's without "invitation" and common social/ political interest's ... this is why I was so supportive of the bombing of Hiroshima/ Nagasaki for instance, even though it is an unpopular stance to take, you dont fuck around with our damn Naval Fleet like that (Pearl Harbor), and expect us to ask why you did?, or try to sympathize with you ... bottom line for me is ... you bomb and fuck with us, I will come back harder if I have the authority and arm's/ defense to do so. Even countries like Iran dont bother me ... I would sit down face to face with them and explain in simple term's where I/ we stand and would NOT try to stop any of their nuclear endeavor's (beside's asking folk's to consider this for 'enviromental reason's', which I feel we have the technologies now, to where we dont need nuclear weapon's and still have very outstanding defense) ... because I know that if they used it against us, what my/ our reaction would/ should be ... and frankly they dont want to fuck with us when it come's to that ... so we can set the slate straight from the get- go and be friend's or die as enemies, plain and simple.

VAN HALEN- "BEAUTIFUL GIRLS" ... Thanx to AMINDENANDEL ... I want to dedicate this song to Jane, the lyric's are fitting and she sure as Hell is "10+" BEAUTIFUL! : ) But anyone who knew me long from year's back, such as the early 1980's ... if we were going to jam cover song's, there isnt probably anyone I loved more to cover than Van Halen piece's, I was a tad more comfortable and compatible with Roth's vocal range making it easier ... and so many tune's they had, were honestly just so fun to cover ... whether it was "Beautiful Girls", "Mean Street", "Sinners Swing", "Atomic Punk", "Ice Cream Man", or "Runnin with the Devil" (all favourite really fun tune's) ... their tune's were also great kick start type song's that really would wind you up in high gear, with excellent guitar and percussion's work especially! MINISTRY/ ADIOS PUTA MADRES/ LET'S GO: From the Sonic Ranch to the Road ... Farewell Tour

This Ministry posting for "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" will be a lengthy interview with the crew behind the scene's to look at the private life, production, touring arrangement's, with interview's from Al Jourgensen and the crew on their final 2008 tour, released in 2009 on the "Adios Puta Madres" DVD, from the studios of the "Sonic Ranch" (13th Planet/ El Paso) to the road and event's. I have been a Ministry fan of course for year's, because Al Jourgensen has done so much over the last few decade's in this genre of music, and the multi talent of this composer, all the various project's and band's Al helped create and had input on, etc.

I never met Al, but a friend and fellow musician Turner here in Dallas toured for like nearly a year straight with the Ministry sometime back early 1990's ... but Turner told me also that Al, even though he is a perfectionist and very detailed, ass busting, etc ... is one of the best and most generous folk's you can work with, I have also heard this from a few other's I talked to that have worked with Al over the year's.

Their really a solid hard working group and have excellent sound engineering, which is so importante when playing this type music "live" especially because of the intensity, variety of venue's, acoustic's, etc. In the start Al talk's about the long rehearsal and method's ... another importante factor, no individual sound booth's with digital samples to follow, but playing as a group in the room as if it were a "live" performance, and this also give's the audience a much cleaner product and as close to the record you bought and listened to as possible. Al also get's to spend time with one his idol's/ heroes in the video below and fellow Texan Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top (a guitar legend). The 2nd video is a clip also from the DVD/ Tour called "Let's Go", which is another favourite song for me ... enough from me ... Enjoy!

***** Also ***** Ministry is scheduled to make a comeback/ reunion sort tour 2012, however, so far what I see is that it will only be in June 2012, and only 4 cities in the USA, one show in New York City, one in Los Angeles, one in Denver, two in Chicago, I would suspect that if that goes well, there would be more of course. I would guess 2 in Chicago because that was the original birth place of Ministry before the move to Texas and creation of "13th Planet" (El Paso, TX). I also feel the only 4 city gig is for various reason's, not to only see how it goes off, but also basically the touring work behind it ... so it's a good idea, to not strain or burn you out. Ticket's went on sale for them 4 show's nearly 9 month's in advance (Sept. 2011) which seem's a tad odd to, but leave's alot of open time.

First of all Thanx to RussiaToday as well for the opening of the title of this posting, as well as all the great coverage on several issue's they do across the board! This posting though is to show why "hatred" and "anger" as well is also healthy ... I get nauseated hearing some of these folk's playing down the importance of healthy hatred and anger, which should be a part of our existence in this era, because without some, there is no balance or counterweight, thus breeding defeat ... sometime's blood should be met with blood, that is what free's and liberate's as well, of course when all else fail's, and it is clear by now to anyone what the score is. This is why I have stressed in past posting's why this is healthy for America and the Globe as far as what we are seeing now ... all of which contribute's to not only healthy change but justice ... just look anywhere in history ... you dont think the French for instance freed themselves by endless fiddle faddle rabble and peaceful protest's, voting over and over for more of the same, do you?

But everything you see and read in just the above link's should make you angry and hate if you are halfway sane ... it's not radical or lunatic ... it's your nature, as much as your nature to protect your children, even animal's have this instinctual protection in them. What would you think or possibly do, if someone was abusing your children, your spouse, loved one, parent's, etc? ... think of this the same way, because this IS exactly what these in power who are puppet's are doing to our children, our veteran's, our familia's, our neighbour's. RT sum's it up perfectly in the above video, when they call it "Washington's Glass House of Hypocrisy". The bail bond's alone are even getting ridiculous ... $5000 for voicing your opposition? Beating your children silly, spraying chemical's in their eye's as they protest, instead of just picking them up if anything and relocating/ moving them? ... and dont think for a minute they cant. And these so called "higher education" institution's letting this happen to your children and loved one's, in turn charge you 10's of thousand's with much in loan's at that, for those to attend school there.

When I mention the bail bond's above, that is only half of that cash grab, the bond if paid in cash, you get back after the close of the case, if you go through a bonding agency, you have to put up at least 10/ 15% cash, and sign over property as collateral to cover loss if any, you DO NOT get that back, that is how the bonding agency make's their money, if you skip, whatever collateral you put up you lose as well. The attorney fee's even just to plea bargain will cost at least $500 to $1000. So you may wonder ... how does a simple city ordinance violation of say "disorderly conduct" end up with a $5000 bond? This is the trick in the arrest itself, of course all based on the officer's word. If you are disorderly, and even pinned down in a common knee pin and restraint position by the officer, and say it hurt's (which it will, trust me) when the officer put's the cuff's/ ties on your wrist's, if you try even to slightly twist your wrist or hand for comfort, that is "resisting", thus another charge, even larger than the initial disorderly ... then say you use a loud negative yell or tone of voice toward's the officer, or flinch your elbow ... that is an attempt of assault to the officer, thus maybe even putting you into a low felony range, etc, etc. Sometime's (depending on the municipality/ jurisdiction) they will even create flash/ sudden bond's and charge's to lump sum them all in one, regardless if your in violation of one or the other, which they can pull, if the event like this is also considered priority/ emergency ... long story though.

This crap they will also pull time after time about suspending officer's or whatever is more garbage ... they give them desk job's and other thing's, while these officer's in most cases draw pay ... it's no different than those CEO's who just robbed the taxpayer's through our legislator's, when they march them up to Washington to take a tongue lashing on camera from Senator's or such, basically pointless, then put on these show's on how hard they are working for you, giving you a choice of voting for two parties who are basically fed from the same payroll publicly and privately ... and basically in bed together, playing game's in feeding you more fear of what will happen to you if you dont support them. Try to pump that "fear" game into someone like myself, and believe me, there are a million like myself ... we will stand for hour's if we have to in the element's just to specifically vote against you, as an example.

***** POST NOTE *****: Back less than a decade ago, I had a bullshit case and charge where I had to do at least 30 dayz in jail on top of court cost's (they wouldnt just let me pay a fine, to set an example or whatever) or else accept 2 year's of probation (probation has you reporting every month, submitting all kind's of personal info on a monthly questionaire, and pissing in cup's whenever they tell you, to see if you use dope or whatever, not to mention the monthly fee). I basically told the judge through my attorney ... I'll take the 30 dayz, my attorney questioned my decision, she was telling me ... "are you sure Tom?, you really want to do jail time, when all you have to do is report once a month for 15 minute's" ... I told her ... "absolutely ... enter the plea ... it's final" ... beside's ... I knew that in Dallas County and all of Texas Dept of Correction's, because of overcrowding you get 3 dayz for 1, meaning 30 = 10 dayz only ... plus also the fact that the two court appearance's each count for a day- time served, and the book- in process to register which take's about 15 minute's count's as another day ... meaning technically I do 7 dayz for the 30, get out and dont have to report to no one, get my drift?

Anywayz, I brought plenty of cash with me to so I would be able to eat off the commissary wagon, not just the bunk shit they serve to inmate's (which is basically cold powdered egg's in the morning, bologna on hard bread at lunch and some slop with a meat at dinner, that the meat taste's more like cardboard than anything else), but when I booked in upstair's (it's about a 4 hour process) to go to a final unit to finally rest my head or get a shower and eat or whatever, you have to get your quick medical check first, which they only ask a couple question's from a nurse to ask if you have AIDS/HIV or whatever, routine. After my check, the guard/ boss take's you to the window to sign my/ your property and account paper's, but then tell's me they have a "new" policy now, to where they want me to sign a paper saying I agree to pay $15 from my account for the med check they just gave me ... I said "Huh? ... Hell Boss ... she didnt do nothing, I'm not going to sign over $15 dollar's for that ... Ya'll never charged before ... etc" (I had plenty of money, so it was a petty amount, but I wasnt going to pay it any damn way, or at least sign any goddamn paper to). The guard said if I dont sign I wont get any chow/ food and be locked in maximum confinement until I do. I told him ... "I cant", he said "Why?, you have plenty of money, etc" ... I told him ... "It's the principle and discipline Sir ... I wont sign ... it's not the money, I just cant ..." ... plus, I also knew there is no goddamn chow wagon at 11:00pm anywayz!

Bottom line, I was labeled of course as a trouble maker basically, was locked in a small cell, with no outside view, fed through a slot in the door, the light stayz on 24/ 7, and you can only talk through a push button intercom ... and if your ever in that situation, DONT EVER start using the intercom to bitch or whatever, they will send in a "goon squad" and beat the shit out of you in riot gear, and know how to do it to leave minimal bruises, they like the kidney area's, I seen it happen to other's before, so that's how I knew ... so just emergency call only or they wont even answer the call even. No commissary wagon, no visit's, no contact, no phone, not even a book/ read or anything basically and only the 3 bullshit meal's (described above) they serve you through the slot ... all this, because I wouldnt give them $15 buck's, and everyday, they would ask, if I changed my mind yet? ... I told them "I cant" ... after 5 dayz, they stopped asking. But for 7 dayz I stayed in that cell, and would just pace the floor back and forth for hour's and talk to myself, do a few bullshit excercise's, etc, it was about 8 paces from one end to the other. The way I knew if it was day or night and what day it was, was because of the meal's serving time's (since it's light 24/ 7 with no outside view), they served the powdered egg plate for instance about 4:45/ 5am, so I knew that started a "day", then I would put a scratch/ notch on the wall paint basically. But my point here ... I never gave them the $15 dollar's ... yet when my release came, I noticed they withdrew it anywayz without my signature, which is basically illegal as far as I'm concerned ... but no biggie, I'm not going to try to sue their cheap ass and spend more time and money.

PAY FOR SPRAY, TENNESSEE: ... Has the "Volunteer State" lost it's "Volunteer Spirit" ? (Citation Violation Nation PT.5)

This Part 5 of "Citation Violation Nation" will look at another case in Tennessee (called the "Volunteer State" at that) where firefighter's let a home burn to the ground, because the folk's that lived in it didnt pay their $75 fee. I am including this in this series, even though it is not a citation, but it IS the ultimate penalty for not paying these fee's, especially if your familia member's were to die as result. Also understand that this Union City area is way up on the northwestern border of Tennessee, too far from major cities such as Nashville or Memphis. There has been wide criticism on this locally across Tennessee and the country as well, not just Union City/ Obion County area. I can understand though ... you need fund's to support and pay for these service's ... and especially in 2011 as an American, I get a tad more annoyed, because our Washington waste (representative's) spend more time spending our tax dollar's for special interest's, pet project's, and worrying how much more we will have to pay some backstabbing nation abroad to get them to "like" us ... it's like for me ... fuck all that ... what are you going to do about here? These rural American communities need assistance financially ... they should come as priority. At the same time, if you do put out the fire, it will be incentive for everyone not to pay the fee ... but that's where American tax dollar's should be brought in, on a Federal level if needed.

I know that $75 dollar's sound's like a bargain to most of us living in cities, but understand there are many town's in many state's like this in America, where the cost of living and wage's are much lower than in the major cities, many of those job's simply pay Federal Minimum Wage , and $75 is costly to some folk's in rural area's, even if they work hard for a living, especially in these time's.

The part that really got me here, was not the fee's or taxation or what have you, but the response of the firefighter's in an emergency ... I dont understand that type of mindset I reckon. For me, if I took an oath to protect for instance in this type of occupation (even if I wasnt a firefighter) ... especially my neighbour's, call me old fashioned or neanderthal is fine, but if an emergency like this come's up and I'm a firefighter ... my automatic instinct would be to respond/ act ... in situation's like this, I do what is needed, period. I dont follow guideline's or legislated rubbish that are rule book written well I reckon, when a "job" need's to get done, my goal is to get it done ... I'm a rather simple feller in them thing's, and frankly dont give a shit what the rule book's or law's say to do, I know I'm not going to sit there with my thumb up my ass and just watch. Has the Volunteer State lost it's sense of "volunteer"? I dont think so, I think it's just more legislative rules and rubbish fostered on us, and being brainwashed by this pop- culture crap.

This Part 18 of "Veteran's Spotlight" will serve as a Memorial Posting 70 year's to date of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor . This of course was when war's were really about war and not simply corporate welfare sponsored occupation's and resource/ commodities rape of other nation's, off of American's tax dollar's. This attack by the Japanese is what eventually led 4 year's later to their surrender when we retaliated with all we had left to do so efficiently, getting the job done and the war over. Today ... Japan frankly is one of my favourite countries, despite our past conflict's, and are great business and social partner's.

Thanx to TITUSFLAVIUS79 ... this of course show's the finale of this war between our countries, unfortunate, but was in balance and appropriate (in my opinion of course) ... also to be fair here posting this as well, I realize how many say that the attack's on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were unjust, all planned, set up, had nothing to do with Pearl Harbor and/ or WW2, business, or all the other complication's and/ or opinion's. But my point of view is simple, and as to the way Japan itself was acting in this era (not just us), whether their strongarm on Hong Kong, Philippines, Pearl Harbor/ USA or elsewhere in the Pacific, to me they were acting in a way as Nazi's of the Pacific, and of course U.S. I'm not saying are saint's or innocent ... so for me it IS NOT an act on either side of good or evil, right or wrong, but action and reaction. No matter what excuse on what side or slant is given, we owed this nation in my opinion for what happened in Pearl Harbor too. This is how war make's peace you can say. HERMAN CAIN & THE ACCUSER'S: Super Heroes and Truth, Justice and the American Way (Sexploitation Nation PT.13)

This Part 13 of "Sexploitation Nation" will be to look at the recent sex abuse/ harassment cases surrounding dropped out Republican Presidential candidate Mr. Herman Cain and his accuser's/ victim's. The title "Herman Cain & The Accuser's" may sound more like the name of a music group/ band, but that was intentional in humour, because just when I thought ... "Who in America hasnt heard of Herman Cain and these fine ladies?" ... I was with a neighbor Rick the other day looking over his new engine and worx under the hood of his 1982 Ford pick up (in immaculate condition I may add) he just put in ... and I asked Rick about what he thinx about Herman Cain and all this? Rick just kind of looked at me strange and said ... "Herman Cain? ... seem's I heard of that name Tom ... who the fuck is Herman Cain?" (Rick is also a black man) ... so I gave him a briefing of the scandal, Rick just kind of laughed over it. Rick dont keep up much with media or politic's, beside's rebuilding vehicle's as a sort of hobby and his small pig farm outside of Dallas on some rural land he own's, Rick is just a 50 year old redneck at heart : )

ADDITION: ***** Ann Coulter weighs in on Cain allegations ***** ... This I take it is strictly politically motivated, being Ann Coulter is going to defend damn near anyone who is Republican, after all, it's her business. However, Ms. Coulter bring's up also some interesting point's concerning sexual harassment here, and "what" is harassment? When she talked about the pre- school 1980's stuff ... she didnt say the word "satanic", but this was also a popular witch- hunt sort of Christian pop- culture scam that went on in the late 1980's, they had clinic's back then set up like the one Michele Bachmann's hubby has to convert gay's, to coach children into thinking and saying that they were abused in satanic ritual's for instance ... one of the most notable cases was the McMartin Pre- School case, during the Satanic Panic era ... which was organized by the religious right at that time. My question is this ... If I tell a woman she is "pretty" in the workplace ... am I sexually harassing her? Of course I would never do that in this era, because of the possibility of a lawsuit, but it does make one think and question. Of course too, there is no evidence that any of the allegation's are connected or politically organized and/ or inspired by such either ... these cases are individual cases/ claim's of harassment, and apparently there has to be some substance to those, since Mr. Cain's defense/ affiliate's has paid off a couple of these victim's in the past to avoid further civil litigation's.

Even though I am not a woman and have never experienced first hand how it must feel to have this done to you emotionally or physically, I still have a somewhat understanding from listening to so many personal testimonies from gal's I known over the year's who been in some pretty harsh relationship's/ situation's, and been hurt more wayz than one, I also was a father of daughter's instead of son's, so I have somewhat of an understanding of some of the emotional stuff that some gal's may go through, I have personally witnessed more than once or twice sexual discrimination in the workplace and the pressure's on many gal's to perform more than their male co- worker's for less benefit/ pay, so I'm not dumb to this at all, and have to express a certain amount of sensitivity in issue's like this.

When the linked video above first was released on Ms. Ginger White, I feel like it was very disturbing to her, just looking at the look on her face of how disturbed she looked and depressed over this and listening to her was irritating to say the least, but I listened to it all ... and this went on mind you for over 13 bloody year's at that. Then you have Ms. Bialek above and her disappointment over Cain still, I reckon because she want's him to outright admit, apologize or whatever for what he done, and I listened to her previous testimonies, before other accuser's came out in the open. None of them want any money or anything else out of this they say ... but to basically I reckon expose this man because of his dishonesty and the fact that this show's the public that he cannot be trusted as a President ... and we the people appreciate that gesture of patriotism as well, since we have to vote for these folk's. But a big issue is ... if this is about just exposing liar's, abuser's and such ... there is a Hell of alot more work to do since damn near this whole crowd we have in Washington currently are habitual liar's ... as I wrote in this posting for instance ... if habitual lying was an illness, how many would call in sick?.

Even Ms. Gennifer Flowers above in linked video's weigh's in on this, for a reader who may not remember Flowers, it was many year's back when Bill Clinton was running for President, she had over a decade or so relationship she claimed with the former President. I heard there's other's who accuse Cain who havent even come out yet, I lost track of who's "number #what" in the chain of them (I think White is No#4). But frankly, and I'm not trying to be insensitive here at all, alot of the accusation's I heard were not very harassing sounding either. And if you ever feel uncomfortable about receiving any gift's of any kind or call's or whatever from any man, you should just simply tell him from the get- go, that you dont want to participate in anything like that, period ... and simply walk, get your legal defense together if you have reason to take civil or criminal action, and use the law's if you have to for restraining order's or whatever, etc. I mean how can you just go on in like a year after year situation, take gift's, travel paid visit's around the country, willingly go to hotel room's or whatever, and especially admit yourself that you feel your doing wrong, knowingly doing this with a man, that you know is married and you would be hurting his wife/ familia as well, just accepting and participating ... and for over a decade of it? Geeeezzz ... what's the deal? I mean doing that, indirectly make's you just as much as a liar as him as well, or at least untrustworthy.

RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS: 3 Different View's from American's & the Ranch Chimp ... (Self Defense PT.3)

Part 3 of "Self Defense" will look at 3 video's I chose from 3 no way connected American's on why the 2nd Amendment is so importante, and so clear that there is no need for dissection of it to try to understand it. The first is a lady who had to experience the Killeen Texas shooting massacre (her parent's were shot in it), the 2nd a civil right's icon, the 3rd a Hollywood movie actor. I post this because it is more and more popular thought in the mainstream, especially even in a Texas city like Dallas amongst many, that strictly law's and law enforcement, etc, can protect us all, and therefore gun's should be alot more restricted or even banned. Understand, when and if you come to the point in this era for example, that you have no defense, that is when you have basically lost all to preserve your safety and freedom to an extent. And what the young lady sayz below is so true when closing ... we have this right to protect ourselves strongly and properly against/ from those who represent this nation, our politician's and those who dictate them, as well as our properties and selves from criminal harm.

Example ... look at some other countries where the people have no gun's legally and when they protest are shot and killed by government order, just for voicing their opposition against the ruling parties. You say that wouldnt happen in America? Nonsense ... if folk's got too loud it would happen here, and they did at Kent State decade's ago as well to our student's. They already control the protesting like Occupy Wall Street by busting head's, and using plenty of violence against people and even on college campuses where the student's protesting pay thousand's in mainly loan's from the establishment to get an education, yet have no control over the school's they pay for to exist to begin with. They are willing to shut down your communication's or whatever else they need to do to maintain their power. One of the advantage's this country still has for the people is this right.

Also let me add, that part of inspiration for this posting came from some small chat last week with Jesse, who work's for a local Christian non- denomination Ministry here in Northwest Dallas. But Jesse couldnt clearly understand my stance on this issue, and even asked me ... "Who is trying to take away people's gun's? ..." basically wondering why folk's like myself stay so vigilant on these issue's, but what folk's like Jesse dont see is those working constantly behind the scene's trying to create more evil's out of every damn incident they can find that involve's some crime and gun's, alwayz trying to blame it on firearm's, instead of the person. Jesse and I are very different on this issue, he is confined to his stance based on his religion as a Christian, alot younger than me, and had a pretty decent life, he is anti- gun all the way, and strictly depend's on his faith in Jesus Christ to take care of those who rob or harm people, and the rest on the police, etc. I myself have been in harm's way more than once, and frankly, no one was there to look out for me but myself. The way Jesse sound's is like, if something happened to him and he was killed or whatever, the assailant would be dealt with by God and he will be in God's hand's, go to heaven because of his faith, and it's not up to him when his time come's and the Lord call's him home, etc. My thinking is quite different, and I still think if Jesse faced some of these situation's, which he never has, he might not be so quick to grasp that way of thinking. Nothing against Jesse, to each their own choice.

You have a couple line's of word's that are as clear as day, that need no dissection, yet this guy has a stack of paper's in front of him the size of a small town phone book to analyze and dissect this. I realize what Jefferson and those meant, but dont look at the time's as anything like of their time's, so I dont try to relate to what they were thinking, and they were all slave owner's as well. 2011 America has many more crime danger's as well for the average citizen, and law enforcement cannot protect you for the most part. As far as the murder rate he talk's about ... your going to have murder anywayz, and be again more vulnerable due to the era. At this point and era, you sure dont want to just outlaw or pull away gun's and right's, if you do, you will maybe even see a higher crime and murder rate due to the setting of this current society. The leader's in those time's of Jefferson were nothing like those who lead today either. Some of the spineless shit today we refer to as leadership quality is a joke, or can you trust some of them any further than you can throw them. If anything, right now, gun's/ defense are needed more than any other time in American history.

Also let me state that I am NOT a gun fanatic at all, but realize the condition of the time's and a good thing when I have it. I dont run around talking about gun's either to folk's that dont like them, as a matter of fact most folk's I know personally dont carry gun's or have any interest in them. I have encouraged more women than any to carry for self defense, but at the same time knew several gal's who simply didnt like gun's for one reason or another ... no biggie ... I showed several other defense weapon's you can utilize ... screwdriver's and boxcutter's are excellent for close contact related assault's, which usually gal's fall prey to when they do, and knowing the importante area's of the human body to go for when using these defense tool's.

RCJ: The American Dream" & The "New Normal" PT.1

While it's common this time of the year to hear the classic Edward Pola/ George Wyle 1963 Christmas song recorded by Andy Williams "It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" , watching a video and story like above would not be the most popular posting, and one of the most wonderful thing's for some of these familia's above, is the fact that they live in Florida and wont have to suffer the blistering cold winter's of alot of the nation. We are casually given phrases and titles to accept what is the newest pop culture thought ... this one they came up with a couple year's ago called "The New Normal" of course, and since it's the new thing, we should just accept it and gulp it up. But many American's will not gulp it up, and the struggle we are seeing now, which will even increase more over the next several year's will enlighten us, and make the new generation's much more sharp and keen to just how phoney and corrupt this "American Dream" has became through commercialization and pop culture thought.

My views and how I define thing's are a tad odd and not very mainstream at time's ... I look at alot of these folk's such as Arielle for instance in the above story as the true elite, strong, and true leadership qualities of our society, such as those other disciplined and courageous folk's in our branches of military ... and frankly it absolutely nauseates me sometime's the way we label some folk's as elite or having leadership qualities that are nothing but weakling's with money who couldnt frankly lead a pack of sewer rat's and in my opinion, their lives are not even worth much more. Folk's like so many politician's in this nation as I have wrote time and again, that we should just be getting rid of period, on both these pre- paid polarizing side's. But yes, I absolutely admire those who are truely strong and elite, and certainly not against a person gaining wealth based on real merit.

Instead we run around calling folk's "elite" who basically fraudulently made alot of money off the work and back's of other's, we allow them to grow, consolidate/ merge and even dictate us, and they couldnt even handle a budget crisis like most of us, or even defend us, or fight their own way out of a paper bag ... we support them with corporate welfare, give them sympathy, constantly feed them and their pet project's, let them take our revenues offshore and rathole it from us, and even occupy nation's so they can dictate at our expense, and we pay for it all. Then when some of these nation's retaliate against us for the action's of these dictating parasitic inbred ingrate's, they send our young and well trained defense's to clean up the mess they created. This stupidity of our's WILL dissolve in TIME as I have wrote time and again. Because you sure as Hell are not born stupid and without survival skill's, we simply have let ourselves be bought and conned and been negligent to deal with this viral trash in this cesspool.

What you see above should not even a fraction of the way exist, yet, we think that this is the pitfall's of capitalism and normal ... more bullshit. We should think more like a pack of wolves, and strengthen, support the strong and those who achieve ... and when thing's balance out and nature take's it's rightful course, we as a pack prosper ... and real capitalistic benefit's flourish. What the American Dream has been being turned into is basically an American Ream of bullshit, and when you have a country as financially well off as our's and prosperity out the ass, this should have NEVER happened. Of course you will have those less fortunate in any true free capitalistic society ... but not to the level we see in such an advanced era, there is NO reason for this, anymore than the thousand's of Veteran's that sleep in the street's and elsewhere.

"MOUSE GUNS" Review via SOOTCHOO ... and a .32 Magnum Review via CRISGO3D (Self Defense PT. 2)

This "Self Defense" PT.2 is just a quick one that happened to come up when I was browsing some review's, and because over the year's, something I have heard alot in personal discussion's from folk's that said, they would feel unsafe with any kind of small caliber handgun, as far as stopping power, etc. And this is understandable, but let me just say a lil protection is better than no protection. And I have especially stressed this to gal's/ women in particular in the urban setting. I mean, if your attacked as a victim of perhap's a sexual assault, your going to be in most likely a close range of your attacker, a purse snatch, etc ... not like as a moving target several yard's from you, so I dismiss the popular talk that small caliber handgun's are useless in self defense (in the urban enviroment especially) ... I have seen alot of damage done to folk's and death from small caliber gun's as well. When your also staring down a barrel you frankly arent thinking about the bloody caliber, I had a thug once with a small .25 pointed point blank to my face ... believe me, it alarmed me, and I knew what caliber it was from sight, but alarmed me as much as if the fella would have had a damn .38 or .357 in the same position! Especially when I seen the fella was a strung out kid who appeared to be tweaking on a meth/ speed drug, sweating and in panic ... not knowing if he was going to "unintentionally" shoot me even.

There are also larger caliber handgun's that are fairly small in size you can look at, such as in the 2nd part of the first posting ... and a concern as well for some folk's would be the recoil/ kick ... and frankly I'm not scientifically literate enough to properly explain that, but I will say that, I felt just as much recoil even in smaller caliber handgun's at time's as far as that and the ammo used, being I would figure that the kick from the ammo can be in a way less with a larger caliber handgun because of the more larger frame/ construction, even though a larger caliber ammo is technically more recoil, if that make's any sense. If I had to use a small caliber for instance, I probably would prefer also .22LR ammo, but that's just me. Some of the first handgun's though I used as a kid were .22, .25, .32 ... and if I needed to use it in an urban setting in a close self defense situation, they would work fine. Ladies such as my wife for instance who is slender/ petite in frame ... probably 5'- 4" (top's), and her average weight is a pound or two over 100 lb's, may be more sensitive to recoil as well, and I wouldnt hand her a large frame .45 and ask her to just tuck it in her purse ... she can find caliber's smaller than that and larger than .22 and be sufficiently safe, and some training is necessary too ... and when training you have to consider ammo cost's.

But enough from me. When I was browsing some of Sootch00/ Don's review's I stumbled across this one below that was of interest, and he does some good review's too, explaining about "mouse- gun's" and self defense. The 2nd video was just added for "humour", because I searched YouTube for some .32 magnum review's the other day ... and this one, was one of the top one's that came up, and made me laugh up a storm! : ) Geeeezzz!

I been whining about this since after about the first year in Iraq. Why? ... because I knew damn well what would happen these dayz when going into a war of this magnitude, because of the contracting basically and how it's done, knowing this would cost us out the ass if it didnt bankrupt us first, and unfortuantely both happened! Now the first thing a person thinks when I talk like this, is I am one of these peace and love folk's that just run around ranting off that I expect everyone to love each other, hold hand's, etc, and I wouldnt fight back if a cruise missile was sent knee deep into my asshole. But this is so far from true ... I am VERY pro- defense ... in the REAL sense and definition of. SENATOR SANDERS: Fraudulent Defense Contractor Paid $1 Trillion

CNN/ POLITICS: Senate Passes Defense Bill with Detainee Policy compromise ... This is fresh news as far as the Senate passing this bill concerning spending in defense. But the trick here is again, more closer observation's of what money is going to and why? ... because they have 100 different avenue's to divert spending in one place, but taking that amount they publicly cut and spending it somewhere's else under a different title or department, which indirectly goes to the same party it was supposed to be cut from. Also notice in this so called "compromise" ... the detainee issue was highlighted ... this is a diversion to throw you off (this part is strictly done for domestic political reason's and vote's), basically to act like they are having concern's with the detainee issue, which is also rigged and crooked. First place, is any of these detainee's that ARE NOT found guilty of any crime's for year's should have been cut loose long ago, again, we CREATE terror and terrorist's by our action's. When you detain these folk's for year's without no charge and simply by association, even 3rd, 4th, and 5th party association in many cases ... it is totally un- democratic in the view of this republic as to what represent's democracy, which I have also discussed before. These folk's dictating these bill's and legislation ... I'm not talking about necessarily our representative's, but the corporate "lobbies", the safety and right's issue's of any of these detainee's they could care less about, any more than our mission in Afghanistan is about saving women and homosexual's from fundamoralist's oppression, if any of them were concerned with these issue's or even our social internal issue's, they wouldnt do half the stuff they do, and focus on area's that really need atencion ... these occupation's are more about business than anything else, which is also connected to the detainee issue.

The reason I was so focused on this for year's is because when I worked in shop in the printing industry for a couple decade's, I started noticing how dependent we were also on government contract's, many of those were in defense too. And everyone in the private business sector know's how great those account's are ... the government never welches or tries to back out of paying, need more time, a different payment plan, etc, etc ... they also pay "premium" price and very rarely whine about a thing. While dealing with customer's for instance I would have to haggle deal's all the time in that business, example ... I walk through a job with the customer, I give them a quote of say $20K on a job, and a time frame for completion, etc ... the customer sometime's would tell me of a competitor company across town that quoted them a few thousand buck's less, I can verify it ... that's when I would haggle without telling the owner even in many cases, I would throw in free film's, graphic service hour's, photo drafting hour's, or whatever I could to match that competitor's rate, and give a better time frame and/ or service. NEVER once had we had to haggle with ANY government contract ... they would pay top dollar, and even more to get a job and NEVER question a thing on cost's, and even gave more time for completion at that ... so government contract's to us were the cream of the crop! If you were looking for a steady good paying customer/ account, they never got any better.

When you have this kind of loose spending without proper adequate oversight, again, it's like putting a drug addict in a room with the drug of their choice and asking them to use discipline and be responsible ... it just dont work like that ... Like the drug addict, in time they will self destruct, the issue here is, when any of these large entities self destruct, the larger they are, the more they bring down with them. This is exactly what happened with those financial giant's on Wall Street over the last few year's, that needed multi trillion dollar guarantee's after and endless bailout's, its a domino effect that result's, and why I wrote time after time throughout this journal, that until you actually address this, all we are doing is rehashing the same circumstance's over and over year after year to get back to what created the mess in the first place, and every goddamn one of these politician's know this. We need to really tighten up in these trying financial time's on this defense contracting in particular, it is way out of balance ... if we had the enormous surplus we once had, no problemo, but we dont and are constantly hammered by our corporate lobbied dictated rep's that our spending issue's are just in public school's, social service's, medicare/ medicaid, and social security, or anything that is public/ social/ government, again to make these entities fail, so they can be bought out by those who milk our government and revenue's to begin with and privatized by them. This is another issue of grave concern, but enough from me for now.

This is another past due posting, but still importante enough to post at anytime, and because I have been following this for at least a few week's now, trying to be fair and look at this closely ... and Special Thanx as well to Senator Wyden of the Great State of Oregon! for being very attached to this, because in my opinion the corruption in our goverment is way deep ... and in the link below the Senator's petition. This has concerned me as well, because of all the past posting's I done on this neo- corporate communism that we have been seeing over the past few year's growing at rate of concern for all American's.

Look, there are wide arguement's for and against this, I'm a big music industry fan for instance and understand piracy and such, even when everyone bitched out Metallica for trying to protect their music year's back. But this isnt a group/ artist, but those who manage to even dictate them, and the one's who decide who and what get's airtime as well ... Oh Yes ... ask any artist in the industry who has a major label contract how that worx, I could write endlessly on that cesspool issue as well! But the issue of concern is ... is this another slippery slope scam to just support more censorship?, being fed to the industries and Washington by those who would have enough money ratholed to censor anything they feel bother's their personal interest's ... and I've certainly wrote plenty about this shit throughout this journal as well, so you can see my concern.

You see already how they are breaking up and trying to break down movement's like "Occupy" ... and you know damn well they will try to shut up anything else they dont like ... they bought the majority of our Government representation as it is ... need I say anything else? ... the evidence is overwhelming by now and clear as day. With all due respect to folk's like NBC and their affiliate's (and other media's and entertainment avenue's that I even use and support), those in Hollywood, etc ... who pay's Ya'll What and Why? And is this TRUELY about just protection for us all? As far as I'm concerned, this lead's to more of this neo- corporate communism and privatization of this nation by those crook's who own just about everything else already. That's all the fuck it boil's down to regardless of what political slant or spin or other horseshit you may want to believe.

I didnt know whether to laugh, cry, take a shit, or wind my watch! : ) The Governor said for folk's over 21 year's old and up to vote for him on November 12th, 2012 ... trying to figure out what ole Rick was doing by making this statement, being that the voting age is 18 and the election's are actually 6 dayz before the date he wanted folk's to vote, brought me to the conclusion that Rick is using "subliminal message's" (aint that some of that "satanic cult" shit Rick?) ... and really want's to tell American's and Conservative's ... "Please DONT VOTE for me".

Other than that, where Rick talk's about the multi trillion dollar behind closed door's deal's between Washington and Wall Street, and related corrupt shit, cause that's mostly what this "do nothing" gvmnt does, is corrupt shit, legalized and made "good" by the legislator's, Rick ought to know about that, they done plenty of that in Texas after all under his Governorship ... or about firing and/ or cutting in half salaries, work etc on Washington/ Politician's ... This posting to take a looksy at "Curiosity", the latest Mars Rover in route to the Red Planet. I love how technology has enabled us to make these move's now with robotic's, and the fact that if successful as far as landing and else, their longevity and work detail's they can perform, gathering alot of info. Of course it's obvious that Mars is just a desolate dried up planet basically, but it alwayz is a plus if we can find out anything that we can use ... beside's, I would love to be able to get deep beneath the surface to see what "might" have been on this planet in it's earlier dayz, such as so much we found out about earth as we went deep below. I also alwayz thought that there is other form's of life in the Universe as well. Even if it's just a Jurassic/ Triassic type setting, plant's, sea's, or whatever, it's still "life", or any other kind there may be. The last video at bottom, I just loved the new landing system they came up with, compared to the older bubble bounce thing, really a nice animation production too! And so much Thanx to these folk's for all their work and study to make this happen, Ya'll are Great!

Another posting into the "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" from "The Killer" or "Jerry Lee Lewis" , whichever name you prefer. But this posting was inspired by a fellow blogger "BBC/ Billy" who commented on the last "Lunachicks" music posting ... when he commented that he liked singing the song "Chantilly Lace" ... a song originally wrote by Texas' J.P. "Big Bopper" Richardson in the 1950's, and redone back in the 1970's by the Killer. But it just so happened that I covered "Chantilly Lace" as well back in the 1980's (vocal's) because it is an old favourite of mine that the Killer covered, I am a big Killer fan, and I was fortunate to find this 1983 "live" Jerry Lee/ Killer in London below, I attended this tour as well, but on the American leg of it. The 2nd piece, another classic from "Janis Joplin" that Jerry cover's here (same concert set) called "Me and Bobby McGee" that I just had to toss in here, because it is one of my favourite's by Janis as well! Janis and Big Bopper are from the same area in Texas as well, which is the Port Arthur area. But Jerry in concert is just plain Hell! Watching his hand's on the piano close up is like a blur at time's because of just how smooth and fast he is ... really a great Rock- n- Roll icon! ... Enjoy : )

Lunachicks are definitely a past due induction into this journal's "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" , because they are one of the most under- rated punk genre group's I have ever known of ... and seen "live".

Back sometime in the early 1990's I was with a buddy, Tracy ... up at a local studio in Denton's Fry St. District getting a demo mix made for him ... a reel to reel type system that played just listening tune's in between session's was running, and this crew blurted out and frankly hit me like a Peterbilt broadsiding me at 65mph! I asked the sound guy ... who in Hell it was? He didnt even bloody know off hand, it was just a reel with probably 30/ 40 group's on it ... so ... I of course didnt leave it there and was determined to find out who in Hell they were ... because I was impressed, then of course it was in a studio, so the sound balance was excellent to begin with. After finding out who they were and doing a lil searching for their stuff, which was far and few between it seemed, I was able to indulge on some more of their worx. Sometime in the late 1990's while at a venue here in Dallas, I happened to see a 8.5 x 11 flyer by the door with them on it, saying they were playing a local venue in a couple weeks.

Went to see them, cant recall the venue off hand, but it was back on Canton St. down in Dallas' Deep Ellum District ... just into the 2nd song my adrenaline was in high voltage, I was really captivated as well in particular with the bass work in this crew, which was like a show of it's own, but the crew as a whole done excellent work, and this venue didnt even have a good acoustic's set up in my opinion, so I didnt expect perfection of course, which really was a treat! And really nice sharp fast breaking vocal's work done with a really sweet blend of sharp backing vocal's and harmonizing work, excellent percussion's, some nice lead guitar work, etc And I heard them compared to the Ramones before, but this crew was dictinctively different (I seen Ramones "live" as well, in their prime) ... the instrumental structure and riff's were different and a tad more complex at that ... so I really didnt know how to categorize the crew either, because of such a versatile mix/ arrangement as well.

Below I chose a few favourite's, and trying to find suitable "live" video's was a tad difficult, either the volume was too low or not right, too much distortion, visual quality, one thing or another. I did manage to find a fairly decent audio "live" piece of FDS, of course the visual's were somewhat fuzzy, but decent enough to give the viewer a "live" taste of their work and impact. Like the Ramones though, you have basic, no nonsense, no real stage show beside's some creative clothing/ costume, or pyros, lighting, etc ... just a basic explosive set of sound. Thank You to this crew for their worx as well ... Ya'll really kick ass! Enjoy! : )

I didnt want to post politic's this Thanxgiving Eve ... but I made a commitment to cover the year before and up to the 2012 election's in this journal, so therefore I'm obligated. But also this "Truth or Treason" PT.4 is fitting this "eve", because again ... here we are caught in this endless cycle of after getting rammed up the ass politically ... giving Thanx, just because we got the lesser of two evil's, because of the total across the board incompetence, manipulation, corrupt policies, etc of our overall government representation. I mean like when I turn on the tele or online news daily, I loathe having to hear what the latest front runner of the GOP is saying in some bullshit politipop debate, and even just as nauseating, every 10 minute's or so in between having to hear how some oil giant is clean and green, commercial ... as well as listening to Dennis Haysbert (actor) talk about all the money Allstate Insurance saves us daily. Some newsread link's and video's below, then even my reason's why I am actually happy as well over this so called "failure", and trying to halfway understand and dissect this slippery bullshit.

Yes, I am actually "Happy" over this recent failure for two reason's primarily ... First because as I said in previous posting's ... these deal's and move's will be the moment of truth to see who stand's where and on what, here clearly being that the Democrat's DID NOT cave in this once to the GOP again and kiss up to Grover Norquist's dictated "no taxes pledge" of the GOP platform, which is the GOP/ Republican's main job, since they have to pledge to never support any tax increase on corporation's to even get campaign support for their non limited term career's as political mouth piece's. And because the only thing that could have came about of this well orchestrated mess as far as the best for the overall of this nation would be more serious cut's to everything here if they did reach a compromise, and this is also why I cant figure out quite yet how deep this was and how long if this been pre- planned for poltical reason's? ... by a joint faction from both parties. Why? ... because both parties seen their approval rating's going down the drain month's ago with even the new Occupy movement, even Democrat's were scared that folk's are getting hip/ keen to the score, the GOP being frightened of the Tea Party to a degree as well. The poll's are what they follow, and they didnt like what they see from the American People as a whole on either side and fear the ultimate, which is people losing faith in the entire Washington crew on both side's and forming a new "in- between" which will ultimately happen in time, trust me ... the younger one's of the future are going to abandon this shit ... you can bank on it!

But I will give credit here to the Democrat Party being a registered Democrat voter in Texas. But the Democrat's were in more of a "do or die" situation, and they knew it, because they been going along with the GOP on damn near everything, and the party was getting more and more divided, potentially losing many, many voter's if they even budged to look like they would go with the GOP's tax propoasl's as far as not taxing the corporate end, etc. My issue with all of this is not so much what party does what, but to also figure out who was behind this sequester engineering, because it is that, that put us in this do or die situation alone, no sequester deal should have even been made ... all it does is guarantee cut's to everything, just less of. In other word's ... this tell's you that both side's planned on cutting period into everything and created various platform's and strategies of how to do it and break it to us gently. I know we have to cut, I have pointed out in this journal too many time's about over indulging, over charging/ borrowing, and learning a lesson to "tighten our belt's" time and again. However, at the same time ... DO NOT tell me this bullshit about how Social Security is bankrupt when I know it has a goddamn trillion plus surplus, is solid for at least over a quarter century more, and is paid into daily through payroll taxes of million's and million's of working American's ... so this part was all orchestrated by the world banking/ finance, because it is a global austerity sweep that I spoke of in earlier posting's that will go in wave's around the free globe and also meet strong resistance.

As far as the drop in the stock market yesterday folk's are whining about, over this failure ... so what! ... fuck the stock market, if you let that shit scare you as an American, you should take your money out of it and put it elsewhere ... you already know it's going to be a rollercoaster ride daily moreso now because of thing's like the new global arena, speed trading, etc ... so dont act like your shocked or hurt, if you lose money, it's partially your own fault, period. When your putting into a failing venture, common sense tell's you to stop feeding it, eh?

The reason why both side's do feel a breath of relief over this failure, is strictly political, because it buy's time for both side's and feed's the blame game card which will be forcefed over the next year at a fierce ratio at that. Basically they got a lil taste of cut's now, but will all want to let this slide onto 2013 so they can all use it for the 2012 election's show. It's like a political insurance policy if you will for both side's to continue this endless bickering and divide, just when American's were getting fed up with all of them, to insure at least some added time to their own career's, payroll, and benefit's. As far as taxing the rich talk etc ... this is also slippery talk politically ... ask yourself, how in Hell do you propose to actually make the super wealthy pay any significant amount more or any tax, when their attorney's write all the proposed legislation on this avenue? It's a global investment arena that is a free market for only those who run it and write all the law's to begin with. You can cut all the loophole's you want, what make's an investor(s) leave any investment/ money/ profit's in the perimeter's/ boundaries of our market's to get taxed, eh? Now if I can figure this shit out as a poor man, with little formal education ... you know damn well they can do it 100X times better!

And how much money could we raise from this wealthy ratholing plastic elite? I actually would GIVE them the loophole's and credit's, however, on much different condition's and playing field ... making sure to lock them into investing HERE in our own country. Again, it's just a matter of who cut's what kind of deal's and make's the plan's ... the one's in Washington dont make plan's, they write and do only what their told ... this tamper's with their creativity, because instead of thinking independently free from this corporate communist influence, they dont clear their mind's enough to play a different game and create new incentive's and idea's ... like so many of us ... they think like a "herd".

CNN: ... LATEST GOP/ REPUBLICAN DEBATE HIGHLIGHT'S ... I posted this video to only show a taste of one of the most importante issues to the GOP on debate's, beside's their worry over the Bush tax cut's expiration, of course to kiss up to their lobbying Super Godfather "Grover Norquist", who has had more control over this well orchestrated mess than any flunky player on this Super Committee. But below as usual in this debate video, due to possibly also over a half trillion in defense cut's, devoted so much atencion to the concern over the Middle East and/ or terrorism, which are also juicy fear topic's for their beloved right wing masses ... but the candidate's major concern here they dont dare talk about, is how many defense contract's may get trimmed of what's in my opinion ... a waste anywayz ... and remind you, I am very pro- defense at that ... it's just I would rather see my tax dollar's go to the military and Vet's than to rent- a- mercenaries that charge 2 to 3 X time's the cost! I would like to also see some more financial help from our Chinese friend's since the Afghan conflict is more about securing Afghanistan for the Chinese who will mine the country of it's resource's and rail them into China. Of course they will tell you that our mission in Afghanistan is all about saving the Afghan people from the Taliban and oppression, and replace it with our occupational detention instead. Funny thing is ... listening to all these millionaire American politician's all on the same stage when America is in the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, talking about what they feel is best for other nation's like Afghanistan or Iran, yet they cant even do a half assed job in our own nation. Again ... all more full of shit than a sewage treatment center.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS: Riverwalk, Culture, Fiesta & LowLow Car Show ... Viva la Vida! (Taste of Texas PT. 9) ... For Gil & Tess

This Taste of Texas Part 9 will be a peek at a Texas city that you may not hear about as much as cities like Dallas, Houston, or Austin, but is quite a city, one of the nation's 10 largest cities as well like Dallas and Houston, but also a unique flavour all it's own ... San Antonio . There was so many other video's as well that I could have posted here of even other attraction's such as Sea World Texas, or Fiesta Texas Amusement Park , but chose these 4 for vid's to get to the beauty, the serenity, the laid back atmosphere of the town ... just a really great town, that I been to so many time's I cant even count, stayed there about 4/ 5 month's back in the mid 70's, and till this day, in the downtown area, I still get confused on my sense of direction, because of some of the twisted winding street's in town! : ) ... local talk said that some were originally started from way back from horse and cattle path's, back around the dayz of the Battle of the Alamo (I really dont know).

However, this first video I chose just to take a cruise along the San Antonio Riverwalk ... which is a tad over 3 miles of restaraunte's, nightclub's, shop's with music and eat's for just about every taste ... and a really nice romantic place to take a lady/ date at the same time too, for a night out, some drinx and music, and a night time boat ride. The finale video is to look at a Low Rider Show, I chose this because there is nothing like the beauty of these car show's, I sware, the engine's are even so immaculate and polished clean that you could eat off of them, this is an art by itself, with just an excellent display of some of the most incredible show car's I have ever seen.

Also I wanted to dedicate this posting to a fellow musician that I played music with 3 decade's back who was a heavy metal rock guitarist, but also a Tejano music guitarist named Gil Cortez, who had a side project here in Dallas and local cable access tele show called "Tejano Productions", and turned me on to my first LowRider Show that he started up here in Dallas and went state wide in time. And a dear friend Tess Bordeaux, who I've known now at least 25 year's who when we first met was actually a LowRider fashion model ... these dayz, she currently has a lil side gig where she does custom design art for LowRider car's, tattoo's, etc ... she has made me some great personalized art piece's as well, a few on cloth even, as gift's on occassion's, that I cherish to this day in my home collection.
