I have to give these folks credit for a great idea ... and the idea inspired by water conservation in California? ... they came up with a unique product, all proceeds go to a worthy cause in the state ... and a bunch of folks will have some fun filled evenings behind it all ... I mean ... what more can you ask for? ... now that's what I call the true spirit(s) of San Francisco! It never would have even crossed my mind remotely to use fog to make vodka, but also this is a limited edition, they captured enough fog for 2400 bottles, quite a recipe too, on all the flavours they can capture from the area in the process collecting the fog ... but ... what can this inspire, eh? ... perhaps Canadian Whisky made from Newfoundland fog? ... only the spirits know! But I'll drink to that ... wouldnt mind having a bottle of this myself!
