**** Issues | Elizabeth Warren

This posting will cover 3 series for this journal/ blog ... "American Trade", "American Jobs", & "Elizabeth Warren". This will focus on Warren's Economic Patriotism Plan released this month (BECAUSE, THIS IS THE KIND OF DESTRUCTIVE BUDGET AND ECONOMIC PLAN WE CURRENTLY HAVE). This is another one of many plans that Warren has drafted, as a sort of template to try to improve the economy and condition, to cover a broader range of American needs and interests. I don't expect ANY President to achieve much, if any, of what they campaigned on and promise, but Warren has such a "full plate" of ideas/ plans, that even if we only got a fraction of what she fights for, it would be a significant plus for the country, compared to getting nothing at all from some others. Many Presidential candidates mainly just have a few platitudes and some catchy slogans ... like "Make America Great Again", "Hope and Change", "I'm With Her", "Jeb Can Fix It", or whatever ... many don't talk much though about details of any plans they have ... I guess because people will later hold them to it, Warren lays them all out on the table, that's what I see a bit different about her too. This is an American issue, it's an issue that covers just that, Americans ... whether you are left, right, center, regardless of your party or none, religion or none, gender, race/ ethnicity, middle class to lower wage class. I chose Tucker Carlson of Fox News for the intro video, although it may seem odd, that a conservative like Tucker would agree with Warren, he has reason to, after all ... it's an American issue. Even expanding manufacturing and exports here in the U.S. is good trade and policy ... it's just a matter of setting a goal and taking action. Warren has big ideas for expanding industry and production across America, such as green industries, and not just in a handful of big cities that line the coastlines of America. After Tucker, the link below is Warren's piece to view/ read for yourself ... and the "Aggressive Intervention on Behalf of American Workers" part of it, is straight, simple, and needed change. At the bottom, I will add some of my own views.

Tucker: Warren's plan for US workers sounds like Trump at his best ... Thanx to Fox News

First of all, this is not some plan inspired by President Trump, because Warren has had these plans for years, she has pushed and talked about such things for years before Donald Trump was even a candidate. I have also heard, that this is just to try to reach out to Trump supporters ... again, these plans and ideas have been part of Warren for years, I been following Warren's work for several years, and know. If you're looking for a President that inspired Warren, and one that she looked up to, it would be President Teddy Roosevelt, who was a Republican, sure, but progressive. But, what is wrong with reaching out to Trump supporters? ... or, what is wrong with reaching out to middle America, and all the states and millions of people that have been ignored in large part by Washington for years? Warren has been in the trenches busting ass for Americans all over the country for years, so this is nothing new for her, what is new, is that she is finally running for President. Warren grew up in middle America, in Oklahoma, she has roots in it, this is "her", she is for real. She understands hard work and the American struggle to achieve the dream, she's from working class roots, she worked hard for what she gained, she didn't grow up in wealth and inherit it, or make her money off skimming, cheating people, and tax shelters/ havens. It is very popular for politicians to use the words "fiscal responsibility" like a broken record ... well, we been hearing it out of many for years, where is it? ... that still seems to be pending, or on hold, neglected, or tossed out, it sure as Hell is not being exercised, if you look at our spending priorities. This so called robust economy didn't just pop up over the last couple years, it took over a decade since the Great Recession to build it to where it is now. And look at how much it cost taxpayers, just to get a little of return for their involuntary investment (tax cuts, bailouts, and corporate welfare) ... the majority of Americans, even those with halfway decent jobs, can barely make ends meet today ... and that's getting worse by the year.

The other talk I hear/ read ... is that Warren's plan is nothing but big government spending. It's actually less government waste spending, when you try to consolidate a few departments to work more efficiently by forming a new department, the "Department of Economic Development" is intended to for that reason. In fact, it's very pro- business, at that ... this is a common business practice as far as consolidating departments to cut spending waste, in many corporations ... they do it to look out for their bottom line in business, why not look out for our bottom line? A couple folks at the CATO Institute (a corporate monopoly think tank, that claims to free folks from big government), say that Warren thinks that the U.S. Trade Representative Office is being controlled by lobbyists and special interests. I never heard her say those words of that office, CATO ... but thanks for bringing up the thought, because I couldn't have come up with a better way to put it ... is most of our trade and spending NOT controlled by lobbyists and special interests? And why wouldn't they, if we're stupid and frail enough to let them, they certainly control a great deal of all our legislation concerning business in every regard, including how we spend our tax dollars. Then they drain all our government taxes/ revenues for their offshore gambling ventures, leave us holding the tab, and when we ask for a little consideration for our needed basic expenses as a nation ... they tell us to sell them all our assets, for pennies of their actual worth, and cut our entitlements that we pay for, and cut our children, elderly, workers, teachers, veterans, and anything that is ours ... give all our taxes and revenues to them, and they will govern us and decide what we spend our money on. What these people are doing, is not making a free market as they claim, or giving us freedom and independence. This is nothing but a power grab and scam they are running on us, and many folks in our country are finally waking up to this.

They are muscling their way, to replace the peoples voice, economy, and government, with them being in total control of all, and our lives. They are the biggest welfare gluttons, and frankly, thieves, trying to tear down our democracy, and replace it with their corporate communism, so that we are dependent on them, and in eternal debt to them ... giving them a free ride and all our money is no benefit to us. And the excuses of politicians that cater strictly to them, and there are many ... is just more abuse and insulting to the American people. The excuse they will use to not embrace Warren's ideas, is that she doesn't have all the details on how it will work ... this is why we have experts in economics, trade and so forth, to iron out the finer details and make things work. At least she is thinking and doing and creating something through her plans ... many that criticize her have no vision whatsoever, all they know is doing the same thing over and over, and getting the same results over and over. Some, like those of the CATO group, will tell us, that folks like Warren, or anybody that even thinks straight and questions, look at imports as bad, and exports as good, only. This is also far from the truth, Warren is very pro- business and loves markets and trade ... she is saying that there is so much we can do to expand opportunity and free market for our country, and have a wider variety of players. What is wrong about trying to increase our exports? ... if we can create products that others want in the world, why not increase export? ... the oil/ gas companies certainly do it for LNG and related, and we subsidize them out the ass ... it shouldn't be no different for any other export we are capable of producing and a foreign customer wanting ... after all, it's free market. Warren never been against imports either, she understands trade better than many up there on Capitalism Hill (aka Capitol Hill), she is not talking about shutting out folks we import from, and these types criticizing know that. Sensible spending, plans, and policies are patriotic.

Word Out ....

US Department Of Energy Rebrands Fossil Fuels As "Freedom Gas" ... Thanx to The Ring of Fire

This posting will serve the "American Exceptionalism" and "Global War'n'ing" series of this journal/ blog. A little opening intro video above from Mike and Farron of "The Ring of Fire" for start. I figured on recording this in here, because I really got a laugh out of it when first hearing it. Even though the increased and constant extraction of fossil fuels and usage is a very serious issue, this posting was also done in humour, because I never fail to be amazed at what kind of names we come up with in this country, to justify and sugarcoat just about anything. America is 2nd to none when it comes to marketing junk even ... we could sell a bag of cowshit for its weight in gold, just as easy as you can sell a $30 pair of shoes to some affluent types for several hundred bucks in America. I mean, they could probably come up with some name/ slogan to replace "oil" with ... you could connect oil to lube, for example, and make it pleasurable, almost sexual ... painting it as something like "Dark Lube- Bringing us Pleasure from Pain" ... you know, a good masochistic pitch to it, since some American's like taking it up the ass from our leaders and corporatists. I figured that this would be something that the Democrat's would be criticizing Republicans on big time, but haven't heard much. But it's a big money issue too, and perhaps some establishment Democrats may be reluctant to criticize, and in fear of doing so, fearing that they may be mistaken for a leftist Democrat, instead of a moderate right wing neoliberal corporatist, due to the need to get that corporate/ banking funding for their campaigns, and getting insider investment tips. No doubt though, the Progressive left will have no problem in speaking up on this, even if it's just for fun, it deserves criticism.

The other hilarious part to this, is this push for extra exports to Europe, only came after the Russian deal to supply LNG to western Europe, Both U.S. and Russia wanting now to sell west Europe more LNG ... to so call "free" them ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-) Funny, being you have Russia and U.S. both talking about securing freedom and democracy, by planting their "freedom seeds" in a place like western Europe ... it's like ass- backwards, personally I think that western Europe in this 21st century could teach both the U.S. and Russia a thing or 2 about freedom and democracy, not the other way around {:-)  Just goes to show you how full of shit, both U.S. and Russia are. I put a couple links below, which sum it up well, I included one from Russia Today, to look at the global gas arena, and what is going down on their end too ... because we're also in a east- west battle, and using this like ammunition, Russia and China have an alliance to challenge U.S. too. In fairness, below that, and for a little laugh, I included Jimmy Dore taking a call from U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry, to explain some of this (not actually Rick Perry, this is a comedy skit). At the bottom, I'll add a bit, and look at some other related things.

I just simply look at this as the race and battle we are in globally, to maintain our power and dominance in the world, all this is orchestrated by the big money. You cannot expand, grow and promote capitalism of today, without massive amounts of cheap energy, due to how our economic system is designed, we are all like caught in a squirrel cage, and have become too dependent, instead of independent. Nor does simply selling all our resources offshore to the globe make us energy independent, that's not how OPEC worx, or the system worx, all we get is cheaper energy/ fuel prices, and have to use our tax revenues on top of that, to pay their way who are providing to us, and alwayz work, consume, and spend to keep it all going. This all plays into the neoliberal agenda too, and the way to expand and grow wealth/ capital across the globe, and to keep everyone in debt and dependent on this way of doing business ... look at it as a weapon of war. Sure we are creating jobs and wealth, but as wages decrease and labour strength, you are also widening the wealth gap to extreme levels, and damaging the environment at growing levels never seen on the planet, caused by humans ... so there is no long term future advantage to this. This is only a matter of how much gas we can pass/ export, not to make us energy independent, or give us some kind of new freedom. We are in a race, not looking at the long term as much as the short ... it can become a recipe for a race to the bottom, especially with the lack of regulation enforcement. That's why I point out throughout this Global War'n'ing series, that even with the vast amount of renewable energy production, this is not slowing down or going to stop any time soon, is because of this model to expand and create wealth.

Even if we had most people using renewable energy, they will alwayz be extracting more from the earth than they would even need. The population increase and demands will also put more strain on our environment and resources we need to extract. First of all, you have all the newest technology for surveying/ mining/ drilling/ fracking every resource imaginable from the earth, that we never had in the past. You have a bunch of prospectors/ investors ... and if something is of value, they will dig it up, period ... the same way that a person wouldn't leave gold or platinum in the ground, or diamonds either ... they have value, and make people money, in the type of system we have. We have the east/ west battle in full strength, and everyone is picking sides/ partners/ allies and new alliances constantly changing in this game, it's like a board game ... with so many groups of special interests. And this is also why we have pressure, whether with sanctions or otherwise, on a variety of countries ... America also wants places like Iran and Venezuela to be under our orders, as much as Russia and China may want the same. This is also the reason for the trade deals/ partnerships ... again, an east vs. west thing ... packaged as capitalism freedom over authoritarian rule, even though they are both a form of authoritarian rule, in a sense. Even if a country/ place has some small amount of resources and oil, what some may consider as insignificant, someone will be in line to take that too ... anything that makes a buck. And of course, as you may know ... the amount of freedom a person has, in our system, depends on the amount of capital/ wealth you have ... the more you have, the more free you are, and the more power you have ... simple.

Regardless of how cheap we get energy/ fuel ... in the markets, everything is fluctuating, that's what makes winners and losers, and players fear the volatility. Today OPEC sayz they are happy and can settle with $60/ $70 crude per barrel prices, Saudis will take it, but like $80, to avoid another budget deficit this year. Then you have big natural gas players and exporters, like Russia, with U.S. and Russia cutting into each others business, which can only result in driving down profits. If another war, or any friction in oil/ gas regions, again, you have a price issue, it won't stop. Saudis are trying to get away from their dependence on oil for their economy, out of fear, and not because of global warming, but the markets, and telling us what they are willing to produce, regardless of what we say, so they are not having to produce more and getting less on costs vs. gains, they are diversifying their investments into other areas. As we expand the renewable energy, and China is working big time on doing their own as far as expanding renewables and infrastructure ... we will be driving down the demand for fossil fuels ... so in time, they are going to devalue anywayz. Devaluation is also importante, as far as steering folks and incentive to invest and produce more in renewable, because even large investment bankers are investing in it, and they don't throw money into anything, unless their assessments show it to be a winner ... it inspires investment in a more fresh and open market area relating to energy and fuel. This is why I point out the importance of getting big investors more interested in renewable investment, and you can't do that if you don't hustle. They done their marketing promoting fossil fuels  ... we need a better marketing strategy to transform our energy, again, you have winners and losers in this game, it's a matter of having a winning product and selling it, we have the product.

And this current deal on exporting this natural gas been in progress for several years, they bought up all the homes in Quintana, Texas to do this (Texas Observer), this is just an expansion of exports to spread freedom, democracy, and love to the world {:-) And the connection is Rick Perry and Texas, the same Rick Perry as Texas Governor, that put billions into building our large wind power sector, at that. So this is not some grand new idea by the Trump administration, it's already been in play. Today we have just as many wayz to produce renewable energy, as we have new wayz to extract fossil fuels, so we have something of worth to sell, even in a capitalist model society ... renewable or fossil, both capable of creating economic growth. This takes a change in leadership too, as far as politics ... Republicans are no doubt in a time warp, and taking this extraction to new levels, but it has been going on for years. Even under the Obama administration, we were opening up more drilling and fracking, at an unprecedented rate ... why? ... because of the race with the east, our debt, and to grow capital, to sustain our global power, because what we don't do in this race and battle, rest assured, Russia or someone else will. In the Democratic Party, you have a growing amount of progressives, and fresh ideas, Democrats in our country are better and more understanding trying to deal and negotiate with than Republicans. Politics through public pressure, with a plan, can play a part in this, just as consumer demand does in any market. And we're already up shits creek, as far as the weather we been experiencing, that's a result of global climate change, just look at what's happening, and the warnings from scientists for decades ... and we're going to be dealing with that for years, even if we all went totally green tomorrow.

DALLAS STORM 09 JUNE, 2019: Sudden Severe Summer Storm Swarm on The Ranch ... The "Summertime Blues" Edition ... (TASTE OF TEXAS PT.34)

Image result for dallas storms aftermath june 2019

Rain gush hammers downtown Dallas **** this photo taken from approximately 7 miles west of downtown Dallas over the Trinity River

This posting will serve as Part 34 of the "Taste of Texas" series for this journal/ blog. I wanted to record this event of a summer storm we just had here in Dallas, that came the afternoon of last sunday 09 June 2019. Severe summertime storms and hail are very common here in Dallas, and at times, it can be a blessing from nature, due to the hot summers here too. But this was NOT the average thunderstorm, is why I wanted to record this in here. Even though summer isn't officially till the solstice of June 20th- 22nd ... summer in Dallas is all of June, July, and August. This storm was really a hard hitting storm though, as far as intensity, winds were 60 to 80 miles an hour, straight line winds, not a tornado or hurricane winds, just plain old thunderstorms ... I'll just call it a case of the summertime blues. But, this last sunday afternoon was absolutely drop dead gorgeous, probably about low 80's, sunny, nice little breeze, etc. I was out in the back patio/ yard with my neighbour, Bill ... Bill is a transplant here from South Bronx/ NYC ... we were out just chillin and having small chat, Bill's wife was out with friends, and my wife was at my daughter's apartment. All of the sudden ... the sky went dark, winds started to pick up, really heavy too ... the large tree on my patio area, which is about 2.5 to 3 stories tall, the large limbs started swaying side to side about 5 or 6'ft sway back and forth ... me and Bill just pause and look at each other with that "what the fuck?" look. I asked Bill if he heard any weather forecast?, he looks on his phone and sayz "there's a thunderstorm warning" ... I'm like, "Huuhh!?" ... I mean, it was gorgeous a few minutes prior, even the pool was full of little kids, etc, I mean, I haven't listened to the tele or was on the computer, so didn't hear anything. Next minute, here comes rain blowing sidewayz, and winds that had to be at least 60mph, and the temperature must have dropped at least 20 degrees in only 5 minutes or so ... time to take cover! We heard a deep loud sort of humming sound, then a very loud boom, like an explosion ... we just look at each other, wondering where it came from, we weren't sure, then all the power goes out, so we figured it must have been a transformer close by. My daughter, where my wife was at, said their power went out, she lives about 5 miles south of me in the Bluffview neighbourhood of North Dallas ... but everything with them was fine otherwise. Many businesses were down, and better have cash, because so were ATM's and card payment machines in businesses. I didn't realize yet how bad this storm was, till I got out around town ... I live on the very far edge of Northwest Dallas, across the street from me is North Dallas, and north a few blocks are the cities of Farmers Branch and Addison, probably about 12 miles from downtown.

After the storm passed through, which was only about a half hour, I decided to go over to the Lake Highlands area, just a tad east of White Rock Lake in East Dallas, because I was planning to go visit a friend over there before the storm came, anywayz. I couldn't get on LBJ Freeway by my house, because I heard on a portable radio I had, that the whole area of LBJ Frwy, North Central Expwy, and the Dallas North Tollway interchanges were at a complete halt, and that glass was blowing out of one of the bank building towers there too. So I went down Marsh Ln from my place and eastbound on Royal Ln, which is about 11 miles down Royal Ln, to get to Lake Highlands Dr area I needed. But all along Royal the full drive, which is some very nice affluent areas too, it was debris and massive tree destruction all over. Right before I got to North Central Expwy on Royal Ln, a large tree was even uprooted and went into an apartment building. Many people were out trying to tie ropes to trees to move them with several people pulling, working class folks working alongside more upper class folks. But so much debris for that 11 mile stretch, most traffic lights did not work, I heard that 400 to 500 traffic lights were out in Dallas, on the radio, and that over 350,000 people without power. Just east of North Central Expwy on Royal Ln, past Greenville Av ... the large golf course was partially flooded in the low areas, and the forest of large trees all around, half of the trees were split and large limbs scattered the landscape, pieces of roofs, signs, billboards, etc. I heard, that even one of the new towers under construction in downtown (approximately 45 stories) had the glass panels of the building even blowing off of it, and a crane fell into one complex off downtown in Old East Dallas, and power lines down all over the place. Many homes had trees that fell on them, Dallas is saturated with large trees and forest areas ... so yeah, there was quite a bit of damage, just from this one short storm. Power outages varied across the city ... in Lake Highlands at my friend's place, it was out an hour, other places in the same part of town were out dayz. My daughters place in Bluffview for maybe a half day ... she got lucky because her building is new, she was like first to move in, and the buildings surrounding her are all still under construction, lots of construction equipment and scaffolds, like the Old East Dallas area below where the crane fell. My place in Northwest Dallas, was without power for 4 dayz, and we are just getting power to all of Dallas as of today, friday. Much credit to those crews locally and from out of state, that worked around the clock 24/ 7, to restore power to Dallas ... looking at the mess, I knew it would take some time. Some video and read below ... Word Out ....

Image result for elizabeth warren fort wayne in town hall

This posting will be for the "Elizabeth Warren" and "American Jobs" series of this journal/ blog. This is a town hall meeting with Senator Elizabeth Warren and folks in Fort Wayne, IN, covered by Chris Hayes and MSNBC. You have 4 videos here, that is approximately 50 minutes combined, and well worth the listen. I rearranged the order of the videos, because I felt it was importante first to hear out the local working folks, sitting down one on one with Elizabeth, and her directly addressing their concerns, face to face. For me, there is nothing like a good one on one when communicating with folks, especially when running for office. This is just as importante as speaking to large crowds, it's more intimate and personal ... and you get to hear first hand, the voters concerns. I myself like person to person communications, I can write on this blog till I'm blue in the face, and try to be as personal and intimate as possible ... but for me, nothing beats, or is as good, as meeting with folks on the street, house, or venue, and talking face to face, eye to eye. There are too many average people that do not get heard and felt, so it's so importante going to those places that are not in the spotlight daily, and talking to those folks, especially in the smaller cities and towns, where word travels faster and more solid than big popular cities. After the videos, at the bottom, I wanted to add some to this too.

Regardless of all the talk you hear about how great jobs are or how low unemployment is, there is still alot to be done. All your large cities that have big business are of course going to have a good selection of jobs, especially towns with big finance, medical/ healthcare, hospitality and entertainment, techs, and manufacturing and service industries ... and yet still in those big towns, despite all the glitter and sparkle you see, there are even millions there, that are not even heard. When I look at some of the states that are considered as dying economically, lost, abandoned, rust belt, or whatever, even states that traditionally politicians have avoided for years and forgot ... and people that say, there is nothing there, or why go there? I see something completely different, when even looking at states economically challenged, such as Mississippi, New Mexico, Arkansas, Alabama, West Virginia, to name some, and I've been to them all ... and plenty of others, especially throughout the heartland. I see millions of hard working and ambitious folks that have good work ethics and values, looking for a chance to show what they have, and appreciation for their jobs that is unmatched, strong communities, and are good to folks that do right by them. I see millions of people that are hungry for opportunity, and willing to go that extra mile for it, and for a candidate that really puts in that extra mile for them ... they are solid and will stick by you, trust me. Unfortunately too many found that the current President, who many supported strongly, has not even done a fraction of what he said to improve things for them. And it's true, that a President, political party, or government alone can't do everything for you ... but government should be of people first ... like in business, the consumer/ customer should be first. I mean, I registered and started voting in 1974 (same day I signed up for my "Selective Service" draft card), but more for the country as a sort of duty, not as much myself, I feel it's one of the most importante rights and duty we have, and wish everyone voted ... no political party or President has had much, if any, impact on my life, left or right, everything I done and got was mainly on my own, and from my actions. I vote for my country, not for me. But having good leaders to motivate and inspire folks to get involved helps, not just going back to Washington and ignoring them.

When Senator Warren talks about "green jobs", she hits the nail on the head. When I look at all the states that I talked about above, I see a golden mile of opportunity waiting for these folks and our country, one that can stand out on a global scale, once in motion. There is so much to be gained even for business in all kinds of green/ renewable infrastructure, equipment, and products, these states can be in demand for their products and industries, with the right kind of leadership making the right kind of deals, and eventually maybe exporting product ...we have an opportunity to take a leading role. The great thing about Warren, in all the years I been following her, she has a plan for everything, she sits up at night, and figures out wayz to make things happen ... instead of talking like many ... about what "can't be done", what "can't work", or whatever ... her thing is finding a way it CAN be done. Don't take my word for it, look at how much she done as a Senator, look at her track record ... in some cases, she has done more for workers, veterans, and consumers, than a half dozen other Senators combined. Government investment, and tax partnership incentives for private investments in these states, is a win- win. You have moderate real estate and building costs, and moderate wages, a unique business friendly environment, millions of folks and many towns, hungry and ready at the drop of a hat, to welcome your industries, and millions of customers waiting for product. This country needs much infrastructure across the board, so there is plenty to invest in, and there is plenty of capital. As Frank was telling Elizabeth above, many folks don't have the skills and training needed in these towns ... this is where you start up "on the job training" opportunities, like trade schools. This way, the business gets to hire people at moderate wages, in turn the employee/ trainee gets to learn a new trade under qualified instructors and supervision, while still earning a paycheck ... combining a trade school and industry all in one, and focusing on green technologies manufacturing, services, sales and distribution ... with America's needs in mind first, then hopefully shooting for a global market for increased business in exports.

I seen a fella I know not long ago in Mesquite (a Dallas suburb), he has been a moderate republican his whole life, a mid- 50's HVAC contractor, he is also disappointed in the current President and administration. He said "Hey man, I just heard Elizabeth Warren yesterday in an interview" ... he only heard she was a socialist before I told him of her, I told him to just give her listen, if he gets a chance. He told me, he liked her so much, that he will vote for her ... he knew nothing about her before I brought her up to him, besides the socialist rubbish. He told me, that she was wanting to have a 2 cent tax on the dollar after so many million, and that the person interviewing her, asked if that would be asking too much of the rich, and the rich would think it's unfair. He said, he couldn't believe that someone would be so greedy with that many millions of dollars, to complain about a 2 cent wealth tax on a dollar, after so many millions ... I couldn't agree with him more, I told him ... that is the point we have got to in our country ... extreme, senseless greed. That's the point we are, when millions of folks like the guy I just mentioned, work their asses off, pay their taxes and do the right thing, and they have to listen to multi millionaires and billionaires, many who never done an honest dayz work in their lives, whimper and whine over such a little tax. As the guy told me also, that small tax, can do so much for other things we need in our country. That is the whole point I explain to folks like this guy ... many of these people, we not only give them a tax free ride and welfare, they spend much of our generosity in foreign country investment, and show no appreciation for all this country does for them. Then to top it off, we even subsidize their businesses and protect them ... they need cuts ... and like Elizabeth points out, we sure as Hell should not be subsidizing companies to export our jobs and business ... that is just absolute insanity, even from a pro- business perspective. She is not talking about taxing the rich to death, she is talking about having a small fair tax, that they should be willing to pay easily, for all we do to protect their business and keep it thriving, and they still have other tax breaks too ... that alone should be the basic price of balanced business.

Word Out ....
