Legal expert Pete Schulte on Roy Oliver's sentencing ... Thanx to WFAA

This posting will serve as Part 2 of "Jordan Edwards Killing", and Part 31 of the "Police Brutality" series for this journal/ blog. To try to make some sense of this, as far as what happened in the sentencing of Oliver, I chose legal expert Pete Schulte above to point out something of importance. It appears to look like they had to find "no guilt" on the aggravated assault cases to deliberate and find guilt on the murder one, all due technically to the differences between "intent" and "reckless", I just dont know, but something screwed up somewhere. And we wont know what happened in the sentencing, until one of the jurors comes public, which they can do, as long as they only talk about their decision, and not other jurors decisions, as instructed by the judge. I was asked about this case by several folks locally, as the trial was going down, for what I think, etc. When the guilty verdict came in of the trial phase, I immediately received a couple texts on my phone, from folks that were happy and excited about it. I went to media ... and media coast to coast was excited about this as a victory, for not just Jordan, but so many others across America that lost their lives like this. People were so excited and shocked, because for years in case after case across America, hearing of an officer convicted for murder is rare, and was shocking to some nationally, that it happened in Texas, of all places. I was happy, but not too excited for reasons of my own, which I will explain in my part below after the news link. I needed to hear the sentencing phase first, before posting on this, because I been following the trial with testimonies, including the defendant who took the stand, Oliver. Conviction is a plus, but sentencing is also importante. It appears this is not over, that there could be more to this case and to come, than what we see in mainstream media ... which could be sad for Jordan's familia too, as far as having to go through more. I also want to credit Dallas County DA Faith Johnson, for aggressively pursuing this quick indictment, the Balch Springs PD for immediately firing Officer Oliver, and all the work of the 7 member prosecution team, led by Mike Snipes, who really done a good job in prosecuting Oliver. This jury selection was done back in June, unusual too, because most are picked the week of/ or before the trial. Some news and video below, then my part at the bottom.

A red flag in this went up for me, when the guilty verdict was being read off by the judge from the trial phase, I was like "what happened on the 2 felony aggravated assault charges? ... not guilty on them?, but guilty of first degree murder?", that there told me that something in the jury deliberation concluding the trial, was complicated and confusing ... confused the shit out of me ... that's for sure! I was thinking, that this was going to impact the sentencing, and it made it almost look like manslaughter or murder 2, after the sentence ... which is why I wanted to add Pete in the video on the top of the posting. Was the jury deliberating the sentencing as manslaughter?, basing sentence on 2 to 20 manslaughter, instead of the 5 to life, while throwing out the 2 agg assault charges, which made that 2- 20 decision, and applying the manslaughter sentence to murder one??*#! And why were the agg assault charges applied to a murder one case/ indictment, if it is intended to apply to "recklessness" in manslaughter only? You had a jury of 10 women and 2 men, some of the jurors broke into tears as well, during the trial, in compassion reaction to testimonies from Jordan's familia, teachers, and friends. But I would have liked to hear that deliberation between jurors, just to see, how the agg assault charges were tossed out ... that confused me, not unless they were basing it on officers training how to react to gun fire sound. It is true, that later after the shooting, police investigators say they found bullet casings from a gun unrelated to this incident, that was used in a previous homicide, that has not been solved ... I would like to see the evidence of that ... but. Also brought up at the trial, at the officers first response to the house where the party was, they were on good terms with the kids as far as officers Oliver and his partner, Tyler Gross. After the sound of shots, is when Oliver went into a defensive mode, his defense claims to save/ protect the kids at the party, perhaps thinking it was gang shooting. Video of the shooting from cams, clearly showed the Oliver lied, the car was not backing towards the officers, as Oliver claimed, but leaving the officers and scene. Officer Gross, said on the stand, that he never felt his life was in danger, but Oliver said his partner's life was in danger. The type of weapon Oliver used was clearly heavy hardware as I pointed out in part one, which I think was a tad too large to use, when at a kids party, especially where there was no crime, visible or found. These kids fled, because they were kids, and freaked out, being that cops actually showed up in this quiet suburban community ... I pointed out plenty on this in part one. For me, watching the cam, the force was beyond doubt, excessive ... and the way the shooting went down to me under the circumstances, was clear aggravated assault with murder, and for me, with intent to kill someone, at that range and with that type of firearm. The prosecution and Edwards familia asked the jury for 60 years on this, but would have been okay with 30 or 40 ... no one was asking for 99 or life here.

Oliver took the stand at the trial in his defense ... his defense asked all about his childhood and life of course, which ate up over an hour. He was basically painted as an underprivileged kid. Oliver talking about how he was raised in Fort Worth, by his single mother in Section 8 housing, and on food stamps. Dropping out of high school, wanting to help people, volunteering to be a firefighter, failing the test to get hired on, working general labour, getting a GED to enlist in the Army, to get some further education to pass a future public service test for fire department or whatever ... then being deployed to Iraq, serving, etc. He had those who painted him as great dad, guy, etc ... and some painting him as a lunatic, that flew off the handle too easy. During the sentencing phase, Oliver's defense brought in Oliver's common law wife, Ingrid Llerena, who pleaded with the jury for mercy, crying, she spoke in spanish with an interpreter by her side, not a word of english, which showed that Oliver must be bilingual, they had a fellow black officer who said he was great, not racist, etc ... the point of this, was to show he was not racist. Oliver has an autistic son, age 3, who his wife and familia said, can not make it without his dad ... of course Oliver's mom said he's great. Yet, Oliver's sister took the stand, and said her brother deserves life for what he done ... and not forgiveness, she obviously did not support her brother. There was plenty of testimony and recorded evidence/ history of Oliver, that Oliver was like what prosecutor Snipes called, a "ticking time bomb". Even the woman that had an almost wreck with Oliver in another incident and time earlier, took the stand, and stated how Oliver went berserk on her, while off duty, aggressively jumped out of his vehicle, came at her, and pulled his sidearm on her. Another case where he was kicked out of a Dallas County court, because he went off in the court on another case he had to appear at, and used profane language in anger, during the court proceedings. Some may say, like one lady I talked to, that he had PTSD ... I mean, I dont know, I'm not a bloody damn psychologist, or attorney ... but as I told this lady, there were red flags from here to sundown from past history, that this guy wasnt dealing with a full deck. Whatever the issue with Oliver, you cant have a guy like that in the field responding to calls like that, and should not be on the department either ... he should have been cut before he killed Jordan Edwards, just on his prior problems. And the jury tosses out both agg assault charges?, the felony agg assault charges, were meant to be applied to the murder one, not manslaughter ... basically acquitting Oliver of ANY recklessness on murder part?, so what was it, intentional? ... I mean, I'm confused on the sentencing. Even the lies of Oliver, cam footage proving it, falsifying police interdepartmental reports at the time of the shooting, as well as conflicting testimony against Oliver in the trial phase from Oliver's partner, Tyler Gross ... and this is the result?

Of course there is some victory in a case like this, and it is precedent for other cases in the future. But this is not over, there was immediate appeal filed by Oliver's defense, and said there are flaws that they want to point out. As far as folks saying he will do 15 years ... no, no, no ... he becomes eligible for parole in 7.5 years, and he would also get more credits, and I would bet, that he would do less time than that even ... and would definitely make parole on the first board hearing. His defense is going to work the Hell out of this, not just for Oliver, but probably pressure from the police unions too. The only advantage in this, is because he received more than 10 years, Texas law will not give him an appeal bond awaiting appeal, so he will have to do his wait in custody ... only sentences under 10 years in Texas allow for appeal bond request. That wait time, also comes off his sentence, he started serving the minute his sentence was handed down, and some of those days, if in county hold, may count as 3 for 1, even ... that's what the news is not saying. Can the dismissal by the jury of the 2 agg assault cases, throw this into another ballgame, as far as an appeal?, as Pete Schulte says though on the sentence, the court will probably just overlook it as "harmless error" ... Hell of an error in my view. I would be curious how the appellate court is even going to look at this, because of that, and what it may turn into, in another court. At first, Oliver's defense tried to get the trial out of town ... similar to the shit they pulled up in the SF Bay Area, when Oscar Grant was killed in a BART subway station, shifting the trial clear down to LA County, convicting the cop, Mehserle, and he ends up doing about a year or less in LA County, no prison time. The other tough part in this trial, yes, a "conviction" of Oliver, but look at what it took, and the kind of evidence and testimony it took to get that conviction. I mean, Jordan was spit and polish kid as you can get ... top honor roll student, promising college athlete, role model, etc ... unblemished to the max. How many victims have such a perfect background?, and a cop on trial with such a shaky history ... and the cop ONLY getting 15 years and a $10,000 fine ... on such a solid case? Plus you have 2 CRITICAL agg assaults, that in my view are critical, because in my view, it was a key component in securing murder one in the indictment and during the trial phase, regardless of finding guilt on murder one while tossing them out in deliberations. Sure, Oliver could appeal, and like anyone else, chance getting more time, since his case calls for 5 to life ... but how likely is that with the discrepancies that Oliver's defense is already pointing out the same day the sentence was handed down? ... I mean, they're ready to roll right now. No, the sentencing was weak, and my heart and thoughts go out to Jordan's mom and dad, they done everything right, and even thanked the jury for the verdict of guilty after ... I hate to have to see them go through more shit on this.

ANTI- CORRUPTION & PUBLIC INTEGRITY ACT 2018 | SENATOR ELIZABETH WARREN: Instruction for the Obstruction of CORRUPTION ... The "Stand Our Ground" Edition ... (ELIZABETH WARREN PT.17)- (AGGRESSIVE PROGRESSIVE PT.3)- (POLITICAL CORRUPTION & ETHICS PT.14)

This posting will be for the "Elizabeth Warren", "Aggressive Progressive", & "Political Corruption & Ethics" series of this journal/ blog. The focus is on the Senator's bill she is pushing called the "Anti- Corruption & Public Integrity Act", and covers executive, legislative and judicial, even federal employees paid and unpaid, it sweeps it all. As radical or far- fetched as mainstream news and politicians may say it is ... it's just one great step and piece of work to expand on! Most Americans know that there is something really wrong in Washington, most dont even trust Washington on what they say or do ... we have hit rock bottom lows in this country as far as public trust these dayz, dont matter which party or side you are on ... most know it's fucked up, period. And as usual, you have those who say that something like this cant be done ... nonsense, just "do it" ... if you keep believing and saying that nothing can be done, rest assured, you'll never get a damn thing done. It's true that many in Congress will be against this, but there is a growing amount of folks that are going to want to try something to clean up some ... even with revisions, if you only got a good fraction of this bill, after negotiating ... that would be significantly great. This is not anti- business at all, and Senator Warren has a pro- business background, especially for consumer support and smaller businesses/ companies, and her expertise is in bankruptcy law, a former conservative, who supports capitalism, yet folks like Jeffrey Miron of The Cato Institute, says her plans will destroy capitalism (CNBC). This has to do with cleaning up some of the trash that destroys markets, like the 08 crash, and fixing self destructive business flaws, it is not anti- capitalist ... it's what Trump would call "draining the swamp", heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-) President Trump though, has to be the most unethical President, and open about it, that I seen in my life, and the amount of open corruption in Washington on both sides, is the worst I seen in my life. There are more investigations than you can shake a stick at, whether it be concerning ethics or even criminal activity. I seen a short news clip from Fox News this morning in bed ... where President Trump now sayz, if he is impeached, he thinks the markets will crash, and everyone will become poorer (MarketWatch). Again, as I point out all throughout this journal, and President Trump in that statement solidifies it ... that the billionaire class will alwayz threaten you by instilling fear ... that if we dont kiss their asses day and night and give them a free ride and immunity from prosecution, etc, etc ... we will all go to the soup kitchens and live in eternal poverty ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-) Americans as a whole are resilient, they will pull through anything you dish out ... and as far as my reaction to President Trump's fear card he dealt in the news clip ... "nonsense, we can make it without you, or any of your buddies".

Too many right now in Washington have become too dependent on this flood of money from corporations, banks or whoever, they depend on it just to hopefully continue their political careers. They owe out the ass to those who bankroll them, and they are living large, they are not going to want to give that up, regardless of how enslaved they may feel. Many politicians because of this actually live in a prison of their own, they allowed themselves to get to that point and locked into it ... it's not our problem, they did it to themselves. There are alot of new people entering the political arena, and there are many who dont fear this nonsense, and are going to do everything they can to obstruct this culture of corruption. You dont see Senator Warren quivering in fear to these assholes, and she dont live in the poor house, eh? Nothing the Senator is proposing is radical or unreasonable ... the bottom line is this ... if you want to serve the American people, you will do so, or go find another career, it's simple. This plan also creates conflict free investment opportunities for those serving, you can go with a blind trust and other offers, no one is trying to rob you, or put you down ... so nothing asks you to go to the poor house either. We dont need foreign lobbyists either, that dont have the interests of our country at heart, we need to focus on here first. I realize the pressure that folks in Washington feel as far as the economy, and places like China, India, Russia or wherever gaining more ground ... we have been in this insane global corporate driven race, as if it was a football game ... we will make it without driving ourselves insane over this international nonsense. We can still have lobbying under this bill, it's just that there needs to be drastic changes/ reform and oversight to that as well ... much now falls into criminal activity ... establishing the bill's new U.S. Office of Public Integrity, is a new cop that helps. We have Wall Street running this whole damn country as it is, we have damn near lost all representation on the Washington level, they been doing great as far as catering to the needs of Wall Street, but the people of this country, needs to stand their ground. Even if neoliberalism policies and economics are running things, doesnt mean that we just have to shut up and do what we are told, we are consumers, producers/ workers, and all part of what makes this system flourish ... it's our responsibility to stand our ground, just as Wall Street does for their own. Below, is a quick 6 page summary of the bill, which is simple and straight. Below that, a half hour video where Senator Warren gives some food for thought, and a blueprint of where we are, and what we need to do ... hear her out, because it impacts you, and your families and friends, our democracy, our economies, markets and consumer choices.

**** The Doors- Official Website

This entry to this journal's music/ arts honour roll society goes to The Doors (wikipedia) out of LA. This crew dont need much introduction, they are considered as one of the greatest and most influential bands of all time. The Doors are one of those groups that are just distinctively "Doors", and despite only as this original crew from 1965 to 1973, and the millions of records that they sold global, they are just as popular today as they were then, and still a big seller in music. They were also the first American group to get 8 consecutive gold and platinum albums. To me, The Doors just have one of those unique trademark sounds, I see as a genre of its own. Jim Morrison was so good at putting his poetry to music and an intense passionate vocalist/ front man and songwriter for this crew ... I alwayz loved Jim's vocal work and lyrics ... and that distinct keyboards sound from Ray Manzarek hits the spot for me. The rock music scene back then was so new, and not as contaminated by corporate stronghold, like it is today ... today you have to DIY label and be independent to escape it ... back then, the fans had more control as well as the bands. So much was less restrictive, and crews had more liberty and flexibility to do things more their way, and be experimental ... regardless of how controversial it was, way more raw and fresh ... and still be able to get on a decent label. To me, no one identifies as well in sound and spirit with that late 1960's, early 1970's LA music scene as The Doors do ... from Venice Beach, to Whiskey a Go Go and the Sunset Strip, to the Hollywood Bowl ... their sound is it, it is a cornerstone of the LA music scene of the time! More on this crew, if you need, in the links. I selected some songs/ vidz below, out of so many that I reviewed, and these are some of their most well known songs as well. Thank You much to all these guyz, on what they have contributed to music ... Enjoy!

CATHOLIC CHURCH SEX ABUSE REPORT| PENNSYLVANIA 2018: Predator Priests ... 7 Decades of DECADENCE & The REDACTED Holy Abuse Acts ... The "Paedophile Files" Edition ... (THINKING OF THE KIDS? PT.9)- (HUMAN MORALITY PT.26)- (SEXPLOITATION NATION PT.37)

Image result for catholic church sexual abuse    Related image

This posting to serve 3 series of this journal/ blog ... "Thinking of the Kids?", "Human Morality" and "Sexploitation Nation". To take a look at a Grand Jury report just released, concerning thousands of allegations and evidence of decades of sexual abuse of children by adult clergy, both top and bottom (no pun intended) of the totem pole, from deacons and priests to bishops. This is just one state too, Pennsylvania ... and the findings estimate that there are thousands of these abuse cases, these findings come not just from victims testimonies, but documentation of the church, priests, law enforcement, etc ... it is lengthy. So much is still kept from the public, and plenty in files has been redacted. In all fairness, some they claimed to have redacted, being that in our justice system and by the laws of the courts, many have not had the opportunity to defend themselves and be brought to trial. However, it is very clear, that much of the secrecy had to do with finance, reputation, and even politics ... as I point out throughout this journal when I talk about the "3 entities" of power and authority ... being corporations/ financial institutions, governing bodies, and your largest religious institutions, they work together as one body, to keep themselves on top, and the masses obedient and enslaved to them. It has been so difficult to bring so many to trial because of the depth of corruption within these institutions ... even though there has been case after case of this, admissions and confessions by those who openly admit to what they did, and this has been in state after state, across the U.S., and even on a global scale for decades too. But things like corporal punishment, sado- masochism, sexual abuse, and even murder, is not new to some of these institutions, and not exclusive to the last couple centuries, or America, this type of culture and fetishism goes back for centuries. Back years ago, they would blame these things on secret "satanic cults", being the devil scapegoat they created to blame their actions on ... even the concept of human sacrifice is in their teachings ... war, bloodshed, slavery, execution, you name it. Some of these christian religious cultists, created the "satanic panic" (RationalWiki) in the U.S. 1970's and 1980's in particular, which led to mass investigations of occultic groups by local law enforcement to the FBI, the investigations concluded, that these satanic cults did not even exist, or the falsely manufactured crimes supposedly committed. Many of those christians created these scapegoat fictional satanic cults, based on some of their own concepts, actions, culture, repertoire. I am not saying that this is all representational of a majority of followers of faith ... same as terrorists do not represent the majority of the Islamic faithful ... but many of these huge wealthy institutions are knee deep in secrecy, deception, and decadence.

The Catholic Church in this case, had the opportunity to act against this years ago, but failed in so many wayz ... doing all they could to cover everything up and even pay people off. I am curious how Pope Francis will react to this, they ALL in this hierarchy of this institution have a responsibility to come clean and actually act to punish these people for their crimes. If they fail again to do something, and continue the run around with evasive answers, people of catholic faith should not feel obligated to have any respect for them. It is the responsibility of the common followers as well, to clean this up, if necessary, through radical pressures ... these people that you turn a blind eye to, and give your money and dedication to, are not miraculously appointed by a God ... this secret order within an order, appoint themselves, and make themselves Gods and Saints. They are not only taking advantage of your children, but they are taking advantage in more wayz than one, of millions of people of faith, that support them financially and socially. Too many people turn a blind eye these dayz out of peer pressure or fear, whether it's to a religious institution like this, or politics, or corporations dictating/ preaching to them ... many of which have done nothing or contribute anything of value to the people or the earth that they say is God's creation, but empty words. It is difficult to hear and read some of this report linked below, but I encourage to hear out Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, regardless of how graphic some may sound ... and to also read through the actual report. It is very importante that especially catholic people of faith talk about this among each other, and to not feel pressured and restrained to keep quiet, these folks that orchestrate this secrecy, depend on keeping you obedient, and to not question ... sadly our politics is also the same bloody damn way ... I myself question all that is clearly corrupt. When I say it is graphic, I mean that, because of the patterns and nature of these offenses and culture. Some of it is clearly ritualistic and fetishistic ... this is not only on boys, but also girls, and where abortion, that they preach against, was forced on kids. It is somewhat remarkable how many of these people still have not been brought to justice, and the cover up was intentional, so that many would expire the statute of limitations, or even die off. This type of "holy abuse" is still abuse, if they need forgiveness, they can ask God, which they alwayz preach. The laws of our land, are not supposed to allow this to go on, based on forgiveness ... and if these folks are found guilty by our courts and juries with solid evidence, they should not go to a golf resort for therapy ... like any other person, they should do prison time. We are too much in the habit of respecting self appointed authoritative figures, that deserve no special treatment, let alone respect ... whether it is a bishop/ priest, politician, executive, or celebrity figure.

Wells Fargo whistleblower on fraudulent banking practices ... Thanx to CBS News

This posting will be for the "Wells Fargo" and "Too Big to Fail Ba(n)kery" series of this journal/ blog. I wanted to do an update on Wells Fargo bank, and to add one more piece to the many on the internet on this. It's been 2 years now since my last, so I been reading up on what they have been doing to change their culture. I been reading several articles on them, and chose to link some below for this update. Like some other historically great American institutions, what Henry Wells and William Fargo started back in the 1800's, is far different than what it has become today ... and showing us more advertisements of the old pony express or whatever, is not going to fix its systemic problems. The latest investigation is on the push to get folks to rollover their 401(k) to their Wells Fargo IRA, it's more like rollover and bend over. A business has every reason and right to promote products and so forth, that's what a business is supposed to do ... but what this institution has been doing, is not what I see as doing straight business. I opened with a recent august 2018 video above, with former Wells Fargo employee turned whistleblower, Yesenia Guitron, who told folks several years ago, how she thought they would change, if nobody tried to stop this ... she was accurate too. I myself, do not buy that these are just glitches, mistakes, accidents, or whatever. I alwayz give the benefit of doubt at first, in fairness ... but I been following this, and it's too well organized, and too often. And even though the top crust in Wells Fargo admits to not much of anything, besides mild misconduct at most, or claims to know nothing, seen nothing, heard nothing, etc ... they are too quick to pay off and settle. This is serious, when you have an institution this large, and such a large amount of people/ customers affected. At the bottom half of this posting, I will add some more of my thoughts on this.

Thomas Hudson Pickering/ Ranch Chimp

The bold type "Wells Fargo Fraud & Theft Culture" in the posting title, is what this should be truly called, that is why I wrote it like that ... although some may think that is defamation ... if so ... sue me. I think it's time that folks call these scumbag institutions what they truly are, and fuck all this politically correct sugarcoating. When Wells Fargo got fined $1 billion last, the Acting Director, Mick Mulvaney of the CFPB, made a public statement saying that he was proud of how they cracked down on these folks for "misbehaving". Whether it's this $1 billion or $185 million fine, this is nothing compared to the profits they bring in to Wells Fargo, it's simply the price of doing business ... and I'm sure they have some legislation already rigged, to get taxpayers to pay the largest amount of those fines. Even back in the 2008 $15.1 billion all stock acquisition/ merger, where Wells Fargo took over the so called "troubled" Wachovia ... later in 2010, Wells Fargo acknowledged to federal prosecutors, that between 2004 and 2007, Wachovia failed to "monitor" money laundering with drug traffickers/ cartels in their institution, including 4 planes bought, that transported 22 tons of cocaine into Mexico. I seen a business analyst on some financial station one night, saying that Wells Fargo is being picked on, for a few mistakes they made, and that there is now a witch hunt with microscopes on them in 2018 ... bottom line, there should be with their track record. No ... this is not a witch hunt ... this institution is clearly about organized crime, any way you slice it, they even acknowledge their so called "mistakes" and "misconduct". Just on the findings and settlements as far as foreclosing on homeowners, and screwing their credit ... this time they are blaming it on a computer glitch, and that they put aside $8 million to disburse to these 600 that they improperly denied modification to in the foreclosure process, and 400 people they took their homes from, amounts to maybe $13,000 to maybe $20,000 tops to compensate them. $8 million dollars? ... are you kidding? ... if you live in a place like California, or just about anywhere in the U.S. that isnt in the middle of nowhere, even $20,000 cant do much for you, you just lost your home, destroyed your credit standing, etc. These are not kidz that are "misbehaving", "troubled", or made a few mistakes and misconduct ... this is a culture of repetitious criminal activity. They have to now blame everything on computer glitches, because they are running out of lies and excuses. These folks are well educated, they are using force and threats in their management, to force employees to do this to customers, in fact, it is all detailed and calculated as to how they are going to rip people off ... it's very organized, and it is criminal.

When U.S. Congresswoman Maxine Waters of California said that these folks should be shut down ... some say that it would hurt too much, that Wells Fargo has over 70,000,000 customers and 270,000 employees. Allowing these institutions to continue as usual, will hurt too much if/ when the economy gets hit with another financial crisis ... bottom line. U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts been hammering this as well for years, but until a joint majority in our Congress actually act to do something about this, this culture of fraud and theft will continue. Although not too much is being done in Washington, and some of those who speak out against it know that nothing will be done at the same time, if intentional, just politically highsiding ... but at least, their bringing this into the spotlight makes the people/ consumers more aware. This is an institution that is 2nd largest of its kind in the world by market capitalization, and 3rd largest in the U.S. by total assets, so everything is "large" about this, including the theft/ fraud. The Federal Reserve ordered them to cap their growth and not increase assets beyond $1.95 trillion, they are at about $1.952 trillion now. As far as the talk about how large they are ... this clearly shows how large their theft and fraud is, talk about that. You have 800,000 people that they forced unnecessary auto insurance on, even after customers showed documentation that they were already legally covered insurance wise, they still took their money and threatened them. The National General Insurance company, who Wells Fargo contracted to underwrite, received shared revenues and commissions from Wells Fargo, clearly well calculated. 274,000 improperly penalized for delinquency, ending up with 20,000 to 25,000 wrongful vehicle repossessions ... by criminal law, the methods similar to a large scale car theft design of unprecedented levels, looking at a case history of the various types and methods of car theft. Forced products on millions without authorization from the customer, millions overcharged illegally, money outright stolen from accounts, these people even attack the elderly and our active duty military in large numbers. These folks have no limits on who they rob basically, it is unnatural and obscene to even have any respect for folks like this, and institutions like this are a disgrace to anything that resembles democracy or free market. It is odd how there is alwayz a computer glitch, or mistake made, when these robberies get exposed ... how many times, do any of these glitches or mistakes come out in the customers favour? I mean, how often do these glitches and mistakes put hundreds or thousands of dollars into customers accounts? ... this shows you the depth and well organization of this theft. Wells Fargo has a scam for everything, and the smallest depositors/ investors/ borrowers get hit the hardest ... they have everything covered, from home to auto to credit cards ... and they been going after folks retirement accounts, to top it off.

My first contact with this culture at Wells Fargo was a decade ago, my daughter was working part time as a receptionist for a small business while going to college full time. She used Wells Fargo to deposit what little money she had, and said they have been taking money through improper charges from her account, she used Wells Fargo, because the university she attended had some promotion deal of some kind with Wells Fargo, and many of the nearly 40,000 students used the bank. I dont have any banking background, or knew a thing about it, but growing up as a street kid, I seen it was a bite/ scam ... I told her she is getting burned. My daughter went to the bank, questioned it, got the run around and excuses, and they were kind of insulting to her, I guess because she was a kid. After, she just decided to take her little money out and take it elsewhere. I know another guy who has his own air conditioning and heating business, with a few workers, he was using them, and accounts were created and fees, that he caught reading statements, he went through shit with them and took his money out. A few other people I have talked to had problems with overdraft fees and how some fees were calculated, all this over the last decade, I had the chance to hear from folks that had issues with them. Before the last CEO, John Stumpf left Wells Fargo, he talked about making individual relationships with all the customers, trying to come clean and regain customers trust, etc. You know, in my view, it is too little too late, they have a history of what they do, over and over, frankly it gets sickening having to listen to their lame excuses, whining, and pleas for forgiveness time and again. Bottom line, like anyone that commits criminal offenses like this, they should be criminally charged and given their day in court, and if found guilty, have to do prison time. Much of what falls into place as organized crime/ racketeering ... it is insulting to the victims of these crimes, that these offenses are not even falling under the RICO Act, and the ridiculous amount of leniency they get. When you start to criminally charge these folks, it will NOT put the institution out of business, but really inspire change in that culture. The DOJ instructing Wells Fargo to conduct an independent investigation of their Wealth and Investment Management business, with a contractor of their choice, is not going to cut it either ... who do you think they will contract? ... we need to choose who investigates. In the meantime, since Washington is restrained politically from taking more serious needed actions, or the Justice Department doesnt get more on them ... it is the customer who can really hurt them, by boycotting Wells Fargo and the crummy products they peddle. I guarantee you, if they went from 70 million customers to 35 million ... you can bet they would get a loud and clear message, just like locking some of them up, and that is how things should work in a market ran culture.

Alex Jones Gets Banned From YouTube, Facebook, And Apple ... Thanx to The Ring of Fire

This posting will be Part 18 of the "Corporatcommunazica" series of this journal/ blog. The posting will focus on recent news, of how Facebook, YouTube, Apple, and Spotify banned Alex Jones ... which has got quite a bit of mainstream media coverage, and it should have. I read several news pieces on it, as well as viewing opinions on video, so I added some below to review them. I included some mainstream media links below to get some info of what went down. Then I included a couple videos ... first from Jimmy Dore, Ron Placone, and Stef Zamorano ... these folks are progressives. The 2nd video from Luke Rudkowski, founder of "We Are Change", a libertarian journalist/ activist who started out with Alex, then parted wayz. The reason for the 2 videos I chose, was to give a view on how some may look at this, who may not just agree with the establishment party line, what is politically correct and fashionable, etc. I opened above with Farron Cousins, of "Ring of Fire" media, and an executive editor of "Trial Lawyer Magazine" ... because Farron points out also something, that none of the media is talking much about. After below, I will add some of my views on this. At the very bottom of this posting, in all fairness to Alex Jones, I wanted to include his response to being banned. Regardless of how radical or nutty you make think he sounds, he does make a few good points in it too.

Thomas Hudson Pickering/ Ranch Chimp

When I woke up tuesday morning, I grabbed the remote and turned on the tele mainstream news, I like to go to mainstream broadcast media in the morning, for a quick briefing on news stories, before I go online or even read a newspaper. I checked ABC, CNN, CBS, NBC ... they were all over this like a cheap suit on sunday ... and I was getting a good morning laugh out of it, listening to how they were covering it. Alex Jones' types are the problem? ... what about the people that create these issues we have, our 2 political parties and their wealthy constituents? ... forgive me, they just all love us/ the people, right? {:-) I mean, I kind of knew what to expect on a story like this, and thought it was hilarious, it's so predictable on an issue like this, how it will be covered in mainstream media ... no, I didnt get to Fox though {:-) Some talk was about how these corporations done the right and moral thing, thinking about the Sandy Hook families, kids, protecting the community, and the usual ... as if they're the personification of goodness and morality gods, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-) That is why I wanted to post Farron's video to open this post with, to get at least a little common sense mixed in and slow down a minute. One of the things I point out alot throughout this journal, is how these mega corporate entities, will alwayz come to the rescue to save us from evil, harm, financial burdens (which they also design), or whatever ill ... and this helps sway us into looking at them as some type of saviour, and to be more dependent on them. These entities do this, for privatization purposes, to eventually have exclusive ownership and control over everything, and to make us more dependent on them for their products, services ... and to eventually, replace government, our voices and choices, to our thoughts. Now, you can call me a conspiracy theorist, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-) ... but that's the reality, and it simply has to do with money, control and power. Farron sums it up perfectly, and he would know, after all, he's an attorney, and that's his business and specialty. These corporate entities could care less about our kids, communities, what is morally right or wrong, or whatever other nonsense they spew ... if they continue to let Alex do what he does, it may cost them, that is their biggest concern.

I expected Alex Jones would get some heat, even a few years back, he even expected it, and pushed it, knowing he would too, they been warning him as well ... so this should be of no surprise to most folks. At the same time, it strengthens his following, and makes him right on something, to him and his devoted following ... that "they are out to get him". Thinking you are going to stop a guy like him by shutting down his channel or whatever, is dreaming ... like them corporate Utopian fantasies they have ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-) I myself dont follow Alex's conspiracies, some are ridiculous at that ... but I like to hear/ read many of the programmes/ news, and guests that he has on ... some is good food for thought ... it is good to question, and I question every damn thing, especially when money and power is involved. As you can see on my blog/ website roll to the right of this page, I have Infowars, Ron Paul, We Are Change ... and even the anarchist, Larken Rose. I have some friends who are libertarians, a few I known since they were little kids, I also have progressive friends, both progressives and libertarians I guess, are considered as radical, out of line, unpatriotic, or whatever. I was just with some libertarians at a cookout a couple weeks ago outside of Dallas ... it was fun, good people, good dialogue, good food and drinx, set aside the 105 degree heat {:-) Being one myself that sides with left progressives mostly ... we have differences on things like size of government, regulations and taxes ... but what we have in common, is we cherish what liberties we still have, and that we see a corporate stronghold in this country growing at an alarming rate, and you sure as Hell dont need a conspiracy mind to see that these days. I'm sure there are conspiracies that go on, but for me to halfway believe in such, I'm one that needs some evidence ... and some of these conspiracies that Alex talks about, havent even a shred of evidence. They say that Alex is full of hate ... hate is as natural as love, but I understand, that what he sayz, could enhance someones hatred too. I would say that Alex is angry, like millions of other Americans. And I think he is also pumped up on them body, mind, energy enhancement products or whatever they're called, that he sells (BuzzFeedNews). I myself dont use any things like that, or energy drinks, never have ... I'm just naturally wound up, even without caffeine. Much of which seems like overpriced junk to me, that I wouldnt even trust, similar to those fad diets, nutritional supplements, or whatever.

At the same time, these social media sites, have certain responsibilities to the customer/ community, and have to have "some" rules and regulations, plus you have the main concern of liable civil issues, or even criminal. You have many customers who feel offended for instance, and they too, sign these terms/ conditions agreements ... but for me, that is why we have courts, and actions like the defamation suits brought against Alex. These social platforms, data harvesters, or whatever you call them, are privately owned, they dont have to be concerned with "freedom of speech", they can legally do what they want as far as speech regulations or censorship. As far as the slippery slope ... we have been on that for some time now, just look at the heavy censorship all around you, what's socially and politically correct, etc, etc ... we are saturated with it already, and our speech is already on a leash. But yes, it's increasingly worse, and getting worse by the year, in our quest for perfection, from what politicians can say, to what can be covered or how, even in the mainstream media. We are all supposed to have a smile at all times, alwayz saying the right thing, alwayz be loving, alwayz be full of shit, and competing against each other for the approval of the top wealth. I myself like little censorship as possible, if I dont like what Alex or anyone else is saying, I simply dont listen to, or view it. Of course, this strengthens these corporations too, to even hit others with censorship more easily. All you have to do, is find something a little cutting edge/ controversial, find some folks that dont like it, then censor it ... again, saying it is for love and concern of the kids, community, to prevent harm, terror, or whatever. Of course, they will alwayz have a scapegoat to blame everything on ... I think now it's the Russians, eh? or is it China this month? Nonetheless, you can try to monitor and shutdown everyone you want, that is not kissing the establishment left- right's asses night and day, and their corporate/ banking lords ... folks will find another platform or create some other way, to get their views out, and they will still organize, question, and resist.
