Why the name Ranch Chimp? it was in humour because, science says that humans have similar DNA to a chimpanzee,so I felt some way related biologically to a chimpanzee. 2nd, everytime I was out of Texas on a vacation or for whatever reason I’m always asked things like, do I live on a ranch?,or have cattle? so I commonly call Dallas the Ranch. "Politically Depressed" was also humour inspired by the 1993- 2002 Bill Maher TV/ tele show "Politically Incorrect".

GARLAND- ROWLETT TEXAS TORNADO 2015: The Night of the TORNADOES Experience ... The "Cutting EDGE of the WEDGE" Edition ... (TASTE OF TEXAS PT.28)
View from Rockwall Harbor east looking west to Rowlett ... The long lighted line on the lower right is the I-30 Freeway bridge crossing Lake Ray Hubbard
Part 28 of the "Taste of Texas" series will be a local posting to look at the devastation and experience of the tornado that hit the Garland and Rowlett areas of the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex this last saturday night December 26, 2015. I chose to post this because I had the opportunity to get a fairly close experience of this head on driving right into the vicinity/ area ... this is the closest I've been to one of these or lightning strike, I have never chased these either, as these guys in the video below do, nor had radar or daylight to be able to get a sense of direction it was going, so for me personally, it was quite a unique experience. I have seen a couple of these before at a further distance, and in daylight to where I could determine how it was moving, once in Texas and once in Kansas that I can recall right off hand, both those were much more narrow and smaller, this thing was very wide/ large in comparison. There were several around the Dallas area, some miles south, and further north, but this one I was near had winds I read of around 160- 200mph. Saturday evening I was on my way to my daughters home in Rowlett around the Lake Ray Hubbard area for our annual familia Christmas party, which was postponed till the day after Christmas because of folks schedules over the holiday. I had not expected what I would experience on the way ... I mean ... you hear of tornado warnings in this part of the country and get numbed to it I guess, at least some of us do ... and dont give it the thought we should. Besides, it was really a beautiful day out, been running around town with a buddy earlier in the day and it was 72 degrees with clouds and a chance of some showers, which is actually 20+ degrees above normal ... so I'm happy. This morning for instance (monday), it was low 30's with some rain and snow mix with a high today in the upper 30's and windy ... which was not reason to be happy today (I prefer warm weather and the summer).
It had to be around 5:45pm when I left my North Dallas home off Marsh Lane and LBJ Frwy ... I jumped on to the LBJ/ 635 Fwy eastbound, in a hurry cause I had to make a couple stop's on the way, and it's about 30 miles. It had just turned dark, and I had on news radio to try to get the traffic report, because the day after Christmas is even a busier shopping day than Black Friday making traffic heavy, and it was reporting that there was a tornado warning somewhere I believe in southern Dallas County and west in Fort Worth ... I think (?) ... I didnt listen as closely as I should ... just listening for freeway back- up's to avoid. My other daughter who lives in the Dallas/ Lovefield area then texted me, telling me there is a tornado warning in my area further north in Northwest Dallas ... I didnt pay much atencion I guess, and just called her and told her I heard something about it, no problemo, and I'm on my way to her sisters house out in Rowlett. Then a buddy of mine called ... telling me that the sirens were blaring all over Northeast Dallas over there where Dallas and Garland meet's, close to LBJ Frwy and Plano Rd is where he's at ... still, I just blew it off as paranoia talk. By the time I got just down the freeway about 5 miles to between the Dallas North Tollway & LBJ Frwy interchange and the North Central Expwy & LBJ Frwy interchange, it just suddenly started to rain so hard that I had to reduce my speed significantly, the rain was so hard I couldnt hardly see where I was driving. Another guy then called me and told me that sirens were blaring around the City of University Park area in central Dallas, so I went back to the news radio, but they were reporting that they were getting hundred's of phone calls from various parts of Dallas that sirens were going off, and they said that they cant confirm nothing, and the sirens just may be programmed to react even at a minimal threat, so again ... I thought nothing of it, just over sensitive sirens or whatever, I dont really know if they're programmed or set off by folks at some control center. I made a short quick stop to pick up something and jumped back on LBJ Frwy.
By the time I got to Garland on the LBJ Frwy ... it was bone dry road, no rain at all ... so I thought ... cool. I then connected on the LBJ Frwy and I-30/ Thornton Frwy interchange to go eastbound on I-30 ... it was cool for a few miles, then around the Bush Turnpike interchange on I-30 Frwy ... it suddenly started pounding rain again, so hard you had to slow down, by the time I got to the long bridge of I-30 that passes over part of Lake Ray Hubbard, while crossing the bridge, the rains stop but the winds pick up so hard that it's hard to steer the car, an 18- wheeler in the lane just left of me, where it's trailer was starting to tilt from the wind, looked like it was about to blow over, so I slammed on the gas and zipped by it to get out of the way ... the radio news now reported that about 10 cars got blown off the freeway I was on, from straightline winds alone, I didnt hear any announcement of a tornado touching down in Rowlett though, but I may have just missed it. I am crossing over the bridge, cant see the lake waters because it's night, but look on the horizon across the bridge seeing dozens of lightning strikes and transformers in the distance blowing up. I was now pissed off at myself for getting on the damn bridge, and just remember saying loudly ... "awwwhhh fuck man! ... here we go! ..." ... and got ready to slam on the gas and go for it. There is nowhere to go with no exits and surrounded by water, but straight to the other side and towards it! ... I didnt see anywhere to U-Turn either ... I noticed several cars instead of continuing to drive across, pulled to the side of the bridge and stopped with emergency lights on, which I didnt feel was a wise option, being that if the winds blew you off of the bridge, your car would end up in the lake, eh? Because of all the lightning strikes, is the only way I was able to see the cloud rotation and tornado straight ahead, when they flashed up the night sky. I rushed at high speed to get across the bridge to the Dalrock Rd exit (you have that small Rowlett area of peninsula to exit before it goes back over water toward's Rockwall). No one or my wife who were already at my daughter's house called me though, so I just figured all was cool where they were in Rowlett.
Being night and how dark it is, I couldnt figure out which way the tornado activity was going or how far away it was either, just depending on lightning strikes to give me a quick glimpse of light. From what I was seeing, I was "assuming" it was further east in Rockwall, and not to the left/ north in Rowlett and Garland (?). I head down Dalrock Rd toward Hwy 66, a few miles and the rain stops again, but the winds pick up again, about a mile before Hwy 66 lightning strikes to my right outside the car about 10'ft/ 15'ft away, I dont know what it hit, but large sparks fly at least 20'ft into the air, the bang is so loud that I couldnt hear right for at least a couple minutes after, and all I seen was my car inside just lit up like a bright blinding type white to where I had to suddenly stop. Then I start to haul ass again and slam on the gas to try to avoid if any trees come crashing down or whatever, all you could see out there, was dozens of lightning strikes and transformers blowing up, loud bangs, a unique loud roaring type sound of wind, and sirens in the darkness. By the time I get to Hwy 66, part of the tornado or winds already hit that area, there was power out and destruction to structures. I rush as fast as I can go for a few miles down Dalrock Rd and on to the left fork where it turn's in to Princeton Rd, and head down Princeton Rd. towards Liberty Grove Rd getting closer to the area of where my daughter's house is, I didnt even think of trying to call her or her husband/ son- in- law. By the time I get to their house, it's all calm and some folks were already there watching news reports on the tele downstairs, they started asking me what I seen?, what's going on outside?, and what it looks like out there? I went upstairs and some teenagers were in the game room shooting pool, and my wife was up there too ... none of us even knew that this massive tornado just randomly bounced over the house and the entire block just barely missing it.
The aftermath was more than I thought, seeing the devastation when the daylight came the next day, I couldnt believe all the destruction that I passed by, as it wedged it's way through random areas, skipping a couple blocks here and there, with a bouncing type hit and miss edge to it, because I wasnt able to see clearly what was happening in the night ... hundreds of homes and businesses destroyed in Rowlett and Garland ... I think about 11 dead, and many injured. My daughter in Dallas just told me today that she Googled the tornado path which went right over her sister's house in Rowlett, I confirmed it on a tornado route map ... in fact it went directly over every house on her block, so it just randomly skipped their house and street as it bounced up and down it appears. My buddy Wolfgang called me and told me a lady he knows died in her car while on her phone at around I-30 & Bush Turnpike, she is young, married with children she left behind. I guess we shouldnt take a tornado warning lightly, when it finally dawned on me what was happening, I just started to move quickly is all, I didnt get scared, because I didnt have time to I guess, everything was happening so fast and I was just trying to figure out what was where, and how to get out of any path, etc., when it's dark and you cant see shit, it's a challenge. No doubt it was an experience I will not forget. I didnt even think of taking pictures as some folks did, I was just thinking of getting around this. Despite the weather/ tornado issues in the surrounding area, by 9- 10pm we had a full house and really good Christmas party going, the tornado came and went quick, within an hour after it passed, the weather was calm and perfect! Below a collection of aftermath photos, video, newsread ... I also found a video on YouTube of some guys that chase these things who done an excellent job of recording this, they were driving part of the same route of I-30 I was, out in the Rowlett- Lake Ray Hubbard area ... which was exactly what I was able to see from my car at that area ... so Thanx to these guys for catching it on film.

SEASON'S BEATINGS 2015/ ORANGE COUNTY, TX: Eggnog, Caroling, Lawsuits, Guns & Christian Vandalism ... The "TEXAS CHRISTMAS ASSHOLE" Edition ... (BATTLE OF THE DOLL'S PT.11)
Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore & Family ... although this is a Nevada familia, I thought it to be a sweet photo for the holiday season ... the whole familia armed and ready for battle {:-)
Part 11 of the "Battle of the Dolls" series will have to go to the news out of Orange County, Texas just east of the Houston area. It's that time of the year again ... Christmas is here, and many folks are loading their guns, calling their lawyers, beating each other in lines over products in the store during the Black Friday and Christmas sales, and related stupidity. This time our own new Texas Governor Greg Abbott/ CCP (Corporate Communist Party) and Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick are in on the action too ... of course in the name of "religious freedom". I also want to point out to anyone that thinx I am unfair to Gov. Abbott ... all he has to do is prove me wrong in his actions ... to be honest, his actions towards what is considered even as conservative values of this state have been awful during his short term as Governor ... and outright invasive, intrusive and hostile as far as Texas communities freedom's of choice and their voices, and the most hostile Governor I have seen in Texas, even rejecting the peoples right for their vote to count as you can see here. His decisions and actions looking like what I would consider as a type of "corporate communism", and more of a threat to the rights of American Texan's, than supporting our rights and voice ... this is exactly why I didnt want to see him as Governor, because I knew how hostile he may be on many issues. So I'm basing my assessment of the Governor strictly on his action's and decisions, it has nothing to do with what political party or religion he embraces. The title of the posting partly inspired by the Dallas Observer ... and Thanx to them. But first some newsread and video linked below, then I will add a few words after ....

This picture of some of my familia during Christmas at my daughter's Dallas area home, I'm the Ranch Santa in the suit, the 2 boy's to my left and right (as an elf and one with Santa cap) with my arm's over them pointing my finger's at their head's are two of my grandson's. The 3rd and 4th girl's from the right/ top are two of my daughter's.
Although I dont personally follow any religions or belong to any of the number of groups/ institutions they have, I actually celebrate Christmas as a modern western era winter holiday celebration/ festivity, at the same time I also enjoy some of the original season history ... whether it's the Pagan Winter Solstice, Saturnalia or other celebrations at this time of year ... bottom line ... if your going to party/ celebrate ... I'm all game to attend if I'm invited ... I may celebrate St.Patrick's Day for example ... but I'm not even Irish. Never though in my life have I felt a need at this historic time of year, to grab an attorney and file a lawsuit, grab a gun and arm myself and familia, or want to challenge anyone because of how they celebrate the season in a higher court or even the U.S. Supreme Court. None of this stuff as far as art, statues, greetings from different cultures, etc, have ever bothered me a bit ... so it's a bit confusing to me how folks can get so bent out of shape even over art or literature, it doesnt "force" you to do or acknowledge anything, or is "law". I understand that people want to have a separation of church and state, I am very strongly opinionated on that myself, religion does NOT belong in government in my view, I dont see any purpose it could serve, besides ... we have our Constitution and rights to set down the law in writing, so I never seen any need for any ancient middle eastern type creed's, laws and cultures to dictate what our rights and democracy should consist of in America of today ... whether it is Christian Law or any other that resembles similar, such as Muslim Sharia Law. Much of the laws in mega institutionalized religions are cultural and political laws handwritten my "men" not "God", and used more for bloodshed, wars, slavery, etc, and destruction of nature, which is considered as God's creation ... that frankly are kind of insulting if anything to any concept of what a creator of life like God would be, nor has a thing to do with anything like "spiritual enrichment". At the same time ... I believe in religious freedom just like our Governor Abbott does, but just dont go to such extreme as him or others ... instead of dishing out "Season's Greetings" ... Governor Abbott and those alike are more concerned in dishing out "Season's Beatings", and making folks more miserable this Christmas over silly shit than they already are ... or will be at the start of next year when they get their credit and banking statements!
This recent update of this ongoing cultural/ religious battle has been spreading like wildfire year after year over the last decade with more intensity, even in various part's of the country. Down in Orange County Texas, when the Atheists tried to put up a holiday greeting sign to simply wish everyone regardless of how they celebrate, a Happy Holiday Season ... the shit hit the fan ... then of course, the City of Orange decides to just remove the Christian Nativity scene, partly because they couldnt handle lawsuits and because every other group will start their own season greeting deal, and more fighting will break out in the courts or the community, and before you know it, a half dozen more hate tailored and designer religions and cults will jump up trying to put up their message to counter the others messages. All this over some art, decorations, dolls and statues ... it got so bad down there, that Christian nativity supporters vandalized some "adopt a highway" signs of Atheists, shooting them full of bullet holes ... it could also have been a prank, I mean ... who knows ... nonetheless, many folks are freaked out over senseless shit. We alwayz tell ourselves and boast to others around the globe that we are leaders of the so called free world, our heads are so swollen on how liberated we think we are, and look at ourselves as a model example of what a civilised society should be ... not realizing what kind of assholes we really are in some of those areas. I expect to see solstice decorations or nativity scenes or whatever else, I expect to hear caroling and see midnight Christmas Eve masses at churches, or for Pagans to gather for festivities ... or any other related to the season, I enjoy getting together with friends and familia and dressing up as Santa Claus for the kids handing out presents too, having drinx and dinner with folks, etc. Other than that to the reader ... the season shouldnt be a time of misery, we get enough misery throughout the year from politics and the oligarchs that control them/ it, our markets and lives, to these folks that just want to start a damn war over nonsensical things ... so try to have a Merry Christmas and a fulfilling and relaxing Holiday Season!

Caller: Republicans and Founders Differ on Religion ... Thanx to THOM HARTMANN **** a video here I wanted to add to close out this posting from Thom Hartmann responding to a caller on his show concerning where our founding fathers may have stood on their views of having church and state separate. Thom makes some points here that at least are worthy of the viewer to go do some further research on where the founders of this nation stood on this subject. I constantly hear out of those who are mainly conservative, how they embrace what the founding fathers and Constitution stood for ... yet I dont see any connection with these folks we have today with our founding fathers. These today are more about discrimination, manipulating and corrupting legislation and politics, and even sell our nation, liberties and rights out in more wayz than one. At least if you want to know what this country's foundation of liberty was based on ... check out the writings of the founding fathers ... not these corporate sponsored and hate cult mouth pieces of today.

DALLAS SUBWAY/ RAIL: Does DALLAS Have a Subway? ... Well ... "YES" & "NO" ... A "Common Sense" Look WITHOUT LEFT/ RIGHT Politics of Urban/ Metro Rail ... (TASTE OF TEXAS PT.27)
Dallas subway
Yes Virginia, Dallas DOES have a subway ... Thanx to Dan Weissman
Part 27 of the "Taste of Texas" series will be to point out the reality of urban/ metro rail, what worx, dont work, and what is considered as efficient rail transportation service. I chose the YouTube video above because of the title of it, and the comments left by folks ... I also have ran into these same questions from folks who just moved to Dallas- Fort Worth, or just visiting. It's amazing how many folks will turn every issue in this country into a left/ right (Democrat/ Republican) issue ... I mean ... some folks say that Dallas dont have a "real" subway system because they are in a "red state" ... no, I shit you not. Some also think that Texan's for example are too uneducated to be able to construct/ design/ plan anything for an urban development setting, it is amazing that so many American's who seem to be well educated, certainly have excellent grammar skills, etc ... can let themselves sink to a level of stupidity by letting their thought process be so controlled by a left/ right (liberal/ conservative) way only of thinking. Sadly, all the wealth that has been taking more control of our economies, politics, media/ communications and the rest are depending on that too. So allow me to dispel some of the bullshit and use a little common sense here, eh?
Dallas DART Street Cars
Central Dallas- McKinney Ave Trolley Cars
Yes ... Dallas does have a subway by definition ... but is it an efficient urban subway system? ... not in any way compared to a system like NYC, Chicago or major rail/ subway systems of the northeast ... NO. The systems for example in NYC, Chicago and London, which are systems I've used and more familiar with, have good coverage as far as covering boroughs and a broader region, besides the central and downtown areas. Also, this hasnt a thing to do with being in a red/ Republican state politically, and Dallas is actually dominated by Democrat's as a city. It hasnt a thing to do with not being able to design an urban system correctly either. Most engineering and planning are done all over the country on these things like rail design or even architectural for that matter, by folks from all over the country, and other countries whether they're from Asia or Europe or wherever. Dallas rail is good if you live on a line and use it for going to work, or out on the town for the night with other connecting points on lines, it does cover major sports/ concert venues, and large entertainment areas, shopping and hospital districts, etc. New developments and planning are built around the rail planning as well ... not the other way around. Understand that the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex is a very new and very fast growing area, even there is much undeveloped areas of land within the city limits of Dallas, something that you would never see in cities like in the northeastern corridor that have been developed and filled in to capacity for up to a century longer than anything here or in the southwest. Dallas does have also about the largest rail expansion going in North America ... BUT ... can it compare to a subway system in a place like Boston or New York? ... I dont see it even getting close to that amount of efficiency as far as urban/ metro transportation any time soon, those systems been in place for decades, and their cities are already developed to capacity, unlike here which is in constant development and expansion.
North Dallas suburbs ... suburbanites love their freewayz, so you mostly have to sell them
Understand also that the mass of development here seems almost endless as far as how far out it will go, we are already laying plans for north Dallas suburban rail lines as far as McKinney just to tackle the growth and sprawl of North Dallas, which goes out 40 miles north from downtown Dallas ... just to cross the Metroplex/ metro area is 75+ miles, trying to plan "ahead" of the new development is critical in planning. There is also commuter rail to take you further out like Fort Worth, North Richland Hills or Denton, and there is direct service now to the terminals at DFW Intl Airport. I have walked myself across Manhattan/ NYC faster than I can drive at 70 mph highway speed across the DFW Metroplex ... a "Mapsco/ map" in the Metroplex is damn near obsolete after a few years, because of all the new streets, freewayz/ tollwayz, etc! Rail here and trying to make it work is a nightmare for those drafting this up. So YES ... the most efficient way around the Metroplex is by car ... and I dont see that changing any time soon. Also it needs to be promoted here unlike the northeast where it has been a way of life damn near for decades, for cities in the southwest from Texas to Southern California, driving and freewayz has been a way of life for decades. At the same time I am grateful of how well this rail system does work here, I have used it many times ... and I'm grateful of how much the Federal Government has shelled out money-wise to make something here to tackle the growth and transportation. We have been also having a million population growth here in the Metroplex every 10 years over the last few decades, and it hasnt slowed a bit.
Dallas elevated rail
Dallas- Fort Worth TRE commuter rail
Much of the rail here is also being done as "elevated" rail in urban Dallas, even though new plans for another Dallas underground/ elevated/ ground level is in the worx in downtown, because 3 or 4 light rail lines are using one track when crossing in downtown, what runs down Pacific Ave. downtown. So as far as trying to make a system that worx like say Boston, New York, Chicago or others, that is difficult here. Understand that those cities like in the northeastern corridor, were layed out and developed before the automobile was even invented, back in horse and carriage times ... the county/ city boundaries are smaller and more compact and people are more concentrated into less area than here. The freewayz here for example, blow away and are much newer and better than any freewayz anywheres in the northeast as far as efficiency and what they can handle. I cant tell about the Boston, Philadelphia or Washington DC subway system, because I never rode them, but heard they work well, as well as Atlanta's. But I rode daily the subwayz in Chicago, New York City, Toronto (ON), Montreal (QE) and London (UK) ... and those are REAL subway systems that work well! You had the same problemo in Los Angeles as far as getting around on rail/ bus (Houston too), and even worse than Dallas at that ... the LA area has been filled with miles and miles of urban/ suburban sprawl twice as large as here for decades! ... I mean, you can spend damn near 3 hours driving across the LA area from San Bernardino to Oxnard ... riding buses to get around LA may take you 3+ hours and transferring to 4 or 5 buses, because of how spread out it is! LA has been doing everything possible to lay out light rail and subway to work in that town, and has a pretty good lay-out for subway/ rail now it appears in the city (I never rode LA's rail, only the bus, I just mainly drove in that town), but to try to cover the LA "area" efficiently is challenging ... I mean ... have you ever tried getting around the LA area without a damn car? ... so you see what I mean. Most American cities over the last 20 years that been introducing rail, have been going with light rail, it's less expensive and can be re- routed and expanded easier. I also rode the light rail and buses in Portland (OR) too, which seemed to work very well, but too, Portland is layed out like a northeastern city. Phoenix has also been trying to make light rail work, another fast growing and spread out city of the southwest. No, we dont have a rail/ subway system like northeastern cities, nor are these cities layed out or designed like those cities, so dont expect to have a system that can work the same as it would there any time soon.
Word Out ....

SEN. ELIZABETH WARREN SOTU 2015: The State of the Union For the AMERICAN People ... "Having The MONEY We NEED, BUT ... Fighting over SCRAPS" ... The "CHRISTMAS STOCKING" Edition ... (ELIZABETH WARREN PT.12) **** with RC Post Note
Part 12 of the "Elizabeth Warren" series of this journal will be to highlight some of the work and legislation that the Senator has been pushing. President J.F. Kennedy once said to not ask what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. That is the key here ... we have not had enough action in Washington out of many that are not doing a damn thing for this country ... with their multi- national corporate/ banking supporters and lobbies just asking for handouts and what we can do for them, Warren summed it up perfectly when she said that, we have the money we need and is ours, but these folks have us fighting over scraps. At the same time though, we are fortunate enough to have some strong leaders like Warren who question, drill and challenge every special interest in Washington's lobby gang, and tackles the most importante issues to our nation, holds those accountable who need to be and pushes legislation that we need to keep our nation and economy strong. Warren is one that I would like to see in the Oval Office or perhaps even a Supreme Court Justice, but her work as Senator has proven to be most importante during her short time as Senator, and she is just doing one Hell of a job! But it is possible that Sen.Warren I guess was "asked nicely" by the establishment Democrat's to NOT run for President, to give Hillary Clinton an edge, I posted this over 2 years ago about a Obama- Clinton deal. It is becoming more obvious that voting, campaigns and elections are being rigged as much as "legally" possible on both sides of the left and right establishment ... even the debates are getting increasingly obvious what is happening, or with all the gerrymandering, polls, mainstream media, etc, everything is being strongly manipulated, that is why the "vote" of everyone is of importance, to overcome what is happening, it's about the only tool we have left ... because were not going to outspend the big money. Through this manipulation ... and hope that I'm wrong, I expect that both the Republican and Democrat "establishment" are going to start to twist this 2016 elections concerns ... into not domestic issues (besides some BS treats tossed in, to keep some interest), but use fear cards and turn it into a war on terrorism sort of campaign, debates and election ... with more spending, intervention and occupation in Middle Eastern countries issues as priority.
As I point out in this journal myself time and again, it is importante to focus strongly on these special treats ... or let's just say "Christmas stockings" we hand out to these corporate/ banking folks, because with todayz global economy ... once we are drained and have nothing else to give ... all those who we gave all our money to, will just go to another continent/ country to continue business, and will not spend/ invest much of a damn thing here, besides buying up in mass quantities real estate/ property to have more control over the market, they are and will continue to buy in mass as investment firms, to also have an edge over individual small investors and homebuyers. We have to be more aware of where we are spending every dollar and what kind "return" or "bang for our buck" are we getting back on our spending? It's time that we watch what were putting in their Christmas stocking, because frankly they are filling ours with coal. It was much easier to build and maintain a strong economy a half century ago when so much of manufacturing, trade was being done in America, with large investments from those who done well were being done domestically, now we have a new challenge. When we give, or let's just use the term "invest" our money/ taxes/ assets ... we have to conduct business like any big company would conduct business, and look at what is in our best interests as well. Again, I'm all for giving fair and decent tax breaks, incentives and the rest to any large entity of business ... but at the same time, I want a guarantee/ contract through legislation in writing what your obligation will be in the deal, and what our return is for our generosity ... that is how any business worx and does business, it's not a one way street ... we are making alot of people alot of money, get my drift?
I want to call this posting a "State of the Union" posting ... is because the formal annual SOTU address that President's give to Congress such as this coming next month, will not be of any use to 99% of the people of our nation ... it's more like a traditional pep rally ritual that many of us gawk at when it comes on the tele, and we may feel good or not so good, but means not much of anything. The President at the time, tell's of their administration's and party's accomplishments, how they need to work with Congress to get this or that done, etc, people stand and applaud and sit back down more times than at a Catholic Church Mass, some look sad, some happy. Most of what's proposed which never gets anything done, and is about as much meaningful as making New Year resolutions, that you know will never mean a damn thing. When President Obama for instance gives his next month and sayz he want's to work with Congress and everyone is applauding, etc ... the next week it will be back to gridlock as usual and Congress will not lift a finger to work with him, plain and simple. In January of 2014 for example, I done my own "State of the Union" in this journal for working American's on the go, who dont have time to watch it, it's simple, straight and to the point. The political news recently in so much media has been also pointless and useless to us or our own domestic needs as a people and nation, much about some of these rant's and bitch fights between a few of the Presidential candidates and the 2 party's, saturated with talk of why we need to spend billions more invading and occupying foreign lands and how we will be targets of terrorist's if we dont ... much of the terrorism to begin with is basically because of our occupation in places where we shouldnt even be or serves any interests of actually defending our nation. Our past involvement in others affairs and politics in some of these countries, including bombing and killing thousands upon thousands of innocent citizens helps fuel the reaction and resistance we call "terrorism". So I chose these 4 videos below of what Sen. Warren has been acting on and making progress on, since it is critical to our nation, economy and children, and what WE NEED to do for our country ... and gives the American people a clearer view of what the state of our union actually is, and what action needs to be taken. This posting will also be included in the "DEBT CRISIS PT.1/ PAPER DOLL SHOW" of this journal/ blog ... so below some importante points and legislation from Senator Warren ... and Thanx to the Senator. After, at the bottom of this posting, an additional "post note" I will add concerning business and responsibilities.

***** "RESPONSIBILITY TO THE RESPONSIBLE" & CORPORATION'S BEING "CITIZENS/ PEOPLE" (Post Note)
A post note I wanted to add to make some points. It's common talk that we hear now, that corporations are people/ citizens, and they sure as Hell spent enough money in advertising and lobbying to make that point, whether in elections/ politics or lobbying, that it even like any other basic right ... went to the U.S. Supreme Court. They want to be a major part of not just business, but our families and communities, including wanting us to be their customers and investors in their mega banking institutions and financial planning. In "capitalism" there are rules and requirements across the board that we all play in, and are standards of how we do business. There is NOT one mega- corporation or banking/ investment entity foreign or domestic in our global capitalism system that dont want protections and safeguards, and in more extreme cases, want to be subsidized, bailed out and utilize every tax break possible. Today in these mega giant businesses, they are asking to be pampered too much and not have to feel any repercussions or responsibility to the business community of the globe ... that is not strength or responsibility ... that is weakness and irresponsible. They ask to pollute or destroy the environment in other wayz, yet only get a small fine, to destroy the lives of their consumers/ customers through faulty mis- managed investments ... and have no penalty ... but instead ... ask for a hand- out/ bail- out again and again ... from who? ... from the peoples government ... and how much business sense does it make, to destroy your environment where you conduct business or your customer baseline? These are NOT helpless people, refugees of oppression, unhealthy, handicapped or under- educated people, these folks pride themselves on being the cream of the crop of our societies, some so self- deluded and financially intoxicated, think of themselves as "elite" ... yet like everyone else expects to get their entitlements, but at the expense of the entitlements of everyone else. Being a person, businessman/ woman and player requires basic responsibilities ... not whining like a toddler every time they cant find their misplaced toyz or dont get their way.
It has become too common that many of these entities in corporate/ banking, whine just because they have to pay a penalty, or because there are consumer/ product protection rules in place, having to label their products and take responsibility for what they sell to their customers, environment protection rules, having competition as any free market in capitalism has ... and a long list, I mean ... responsibility is something all these in big business clearly understand, it's a basic requirement of business, and the rules of business, eh? At the same time ... each and everyone of these entities want exactly the same rules and protections as everyone else in the global community, and want the opportunities to expand and grow, and have a playing field that allows the natural flow of business to work for everyone ... not just them ... but for their customers ... after all ... where is any business without the demand of their customers, eh? where is any business that has no rules to even protect themselves from themselves when they get too intoxicated and unmanageable? ... where is any business that cant experience any competition, failure, or challenge? ... it's a recipe for self destruction, maybe not immediately, but ... in time ... there is no balance. You want to be a player and pride yourself on actual accomplishments and really display your worth and strengths ... you have to accept reality of how it worx ... you must understand that there are losses as well as gains ... and when you fail, to feel it ... otherwise ... you will not strengthen ... but weaken and self destruct like any out of control addict will do in time. The customer/ consumer as well as every player in capitalism has rules to abide by for a reason ... those rules are made by a governing body that represent's ALL in the arena. When you want to be a citizen and a competitive player ... do so ... and act like it. In return, we are rewarded for our work and accomplishments, and part of that deal is your responsibility to the business community and governing body and protection of such. It has become too common, that when people speak against unbalanced business ... they are labeled as "anti- business", especially in a place like Texas ... people like Senator Warren are NOT anti- business at all, they/ she are actually very pro- business ... and she and those like herself, have better things to do than act like babysitters for toddlers who cant stand their ground and conduct business in a balanced way!

BONOBOS (CBS/ 60 MINUTES): The FEMDOM QUEENDOM & LGBS Community of a War Free Environment ... The "Real HOUSEWIVES of the CONGO" Edition ... (THE OTHER TENANT'S PT.14)
Part 14 of "The Other Tenants" series of this journal/ blog is to look at the FemDom (female domination) QueenDom (opposite of kingdom) LGBS (lesbian/ gay/ bisexual/ straight) Bonobo community of the Congo in Africa, and the basically non- war society they have created ... as well as some simple lessons we can learn from them. This first link below of video and transcript was aired last night on CBS/ 60 Minutes, and was just too good of a piece to not be included in this journal and series ... and the added video below on the posting is from National Geographic, Thanx to both. I also linked another series below from this journal called "Sexploitation Nation", which shows just how sexually inhibited and screwed up our own human species can be on our views and rants about sexuality ... much I personally credit to our leadership in politics and religions of course ... 2 elements in our societies dominated and created by the Almighty Dollar that basically is the root of just about every problemo that the human race and planet Earth has, whether it's the economy, environment, war, terrorism, our children being executed by police in the streets, healthcare or anything else damn near ... all a result of our leaders, some of which should be eliminated themselves through imprisonment, execution or other methods. We are forced to be a violent species basically ... I mean, we have to defend ourselves, eh?, and forced to have sexual, cultural and political hang- ups. Part of the reason for the extinction for example of the Bonobo species is as well because of humans ... I mean, lets face it ... humans can literally fuck up a "wet dream"! {:- ) Part of the posting's title was inspired by the "Real Housewives" American tele series (no, I never watched it, but heard much about it). And this couldnt be a better time for a posting like this with the upcoming Christmas Holiday season ... we are already saturated with songs of peace on Earth, goodwill towards our neighbours, etc, which is playing like a broken record on the tele across the nation ... something of which the human species has never seen in their history {:- ) ... after all, no animal that I can think of is better at lying to themselves and actually believing the lies they create and are taught to us by our leaders than human's {:- )
Of course our human societies are male dominated for the most part, even though it is our mothers who gave birth to us and nurtures us in more wayz than one as we grow ... along with all else women do for our societies ... where would we be without them? Because of the dominant role of the female among Bonobos, it contributes to a more stress free and war free environment. In the femdom environment of Bonobos ... the female has no hang- ups about her sexuality or liberation and neither do the males ... she gives it up sexually when tensions flare between Bonobos or they're just plain restless, and the male gladly indulges, plain and simple ... and as a result they mainly remain happy campers! {:- ) Having sex face to face seems as common between male and female, as well as the male giving oral sex service to the female as much as it is with us. As far as bisexuality, same- sex, or straight sex among Bonobos ... no problemo ... just enjoy yourself whatever you choose is required, all regardless of age, gender or sexual preference are encouraged to join in, if the desire is voluntarily there ... just do it. The video shows just how alike we are by nature, yet how different we are in running our societies, they also love their leisure and fun, families, playing games/ sports or even making and utilizing tools just as we do. Anywayz ... enough from me and more below ... Enjoy!
