Children from Belt and Road countries sing out their gratitude ... Thanx to China Daily

This posting will be Part 6 of the "China The Sleeping Giant" series of this journal/ blog ... I opened above with a cute little promo video, even communist China is pretty good at marketing, eh? ... even running competition with Corporate Communist America {:-) It will be to look at the China Belt & Road Initiative (wikipedia), that is being called the "project of the century", among other things. Some are praising it and hoping China will "choose" their country to invest in and do business ... some are worried. I started this series in 2009, and have not done a posting in it since 2013, so this is to update the series, on what China has been doing ... I mean, we ALL know what America has been doing, eh? ... and China is a critical player to be recognized, especially to the U.S. It's admirable to me, what China has done just over the last half century, of course, the west and U.S. played a big role in making them the economic power that they are today too, and we are in debt to them ourselves. Just after World War 2, China was really having hard economic times and had a war torn country, so to be such a big player today is impressive. I admire as well, that at least they have some vision ... I wondered as an American, what our vision has been? ... well, it's pretty clear what America has been doing. Is this too much of a cost for China to handle? ... they will get other investments/ finance too, sure, they're taking a chance, and with the style of global economics today, they are bound to take some hits, as everyone else. A trillion dollars isnt too bad ... I look at the U.S., we had already spent $2 trillion to bomb, invade, rebuild, and take over Iraq, killing over 130,000 civilians, and that cost is still growing (Reuters), a recent piece here has death toll at a half million (HuffPost) ... of course Iraq has about I think $12% of world oil reserves, but what the Hell did the American people get out of it, besides several thousand of our military killed, and the costs? China is spending a fraction of what we spend, and not having to kill hundreds of thousands of people, or exhausting their defense budget or military health ... instead of bombing countries to win their support, they're offering to help them with infrastructure, etc.

Many countries are worried and suspicious about China's moves ... and of course, you should alwayz be, whether it's China or anyone ... so I have some links below for views on this, and what is currently going on. Is anyone suspicious about America, when they go in to some of these countries and takeover all the resources and political structure?, I dont hear enough about that. Many are concerned over the human rights thing, China has a poor history on that too. Were in bed though, with a President, dancing with Saudi's wealthiest, swinging their swords around, a country who has even more horrible public executions of their own people than any major country on Earth, so cut the bullshit about how evil China is. While the U.S quietly supports Saudi- UAE forces that are slaughtering thousands in Yemen, with a shitload of human rights violations (NY Times). Who made the trade deals with China here in the U.S.? what western corporations benefited and how many folks got rich off of Chinese products and labour? ... stop being so blatantly hypocritical for a change America. We couldnt have consumed all the junk we have from China and made y'all so rich without China. China is charging interest that many folks may not be able to repay? ... they do the same thing in America ... why all this bloody damn humanitarian love talk and so forth we have to hear out of our own country. Where are all our (American) multi- millionaires and billionaires with their philanthropic "tax haven/ shelter" foundations, as far as helping even our own people that slave for them and make a fortune for them? China took over 800 million Chinese people out of extreme poverty, while extreme poverty has increased in the U.S. ... a communist government at that. And the Chinese government has been spending an enormous amount on their own infrastructure, while our government has been neglecting ours. They say China executes so many prisoners, which I'm sure is more than the U.S.. But the U.S. has twice as many prisoners in a country (U.S.) with a quarter of China's population. Because in the U.S., prisoners make folks rich, as you can see HERE, HERE, and HERE, and American corporations thrive on our prison industry, as well as keeping people returning to prison, to keep their profits up, if we executed as many as China, they would be out of business, eh?

China is just capitalizing on what they learned and got an invitation to from the west ... they are doing what any country does to try to strengthen and secure their country in a globally corrupt system, because if they didnt, they would get shit on and used more ... that is how the world worx in our system ... we created it, not the Chinese. Are they in bed with Russia? ... of course, they are neighbours, but that doesnt mean they trust each other. I feel that the reason why North Korea has been loosening up, is because China put their foot down with them, and told them to chill, if they want to be a future player in the global arena and have China's support, I dont think it had a damn thing to do with Trump, nor do they fear someone like Trump, who is nothing but a bag of hot wind. China is criticized by America for their one party communist government, and criticized, saying that no country should dictate? What has the U.S. become? ... a neoliberal economics one party system, divided into a left and right by billionaires, with the banks and corporations dictating not only our country, but many other countries ... these bastards wont even let our country negotiate pharmaceutical drug prices, or let the American people choose a damn thing as far as their health care, to even our taxes we pay, on what they get spent on. Again, our neoliberal corporate/ banking loves China, BUT, they will not be totally happy until they dissolve and transform the government of China as is. Why? ... because China actually has state owned banks and stronger government to deal with ... and has guidelines for doing business with folks in the global arena, unlike America, where our Congress falls to their knees singing praise and thanks the minute any of them from Wall Street walk in the door on Capitalism Hill (aka "Capitol Hill"). A few years back when President Obama stated while trying to push the TPP trade deal (a trade package I was also opposed to), that "if we dont write the trade rules, China will" (similar wording) ... Obama was right. So we are in a spot now, that if we dont kiss the asses of our corporate/ banking masters night and day ... we will be at the mercy of the Chinese? ... you know, fuck you both in Washington and Wall Street, it's because of you bastards up there, why we are in this predicament.

Sesame Street: Bert And Ernie Are Not Gay, They Are Depraved Pansexual Perverts ... Thanx to The Onion

This posting will be Part 12 of the "Battle of the Dolls" series for this journal/ blog. I have an opening video above to get a little more detailed on the sexuality of Bert and Ernie, since mainstream media seems to be ignoring it ... so fret no more, the answers should be here for y'all. But what inspires this posting, is when I woke this morning and clicked on the tele news in bed ... I was expecting the usual news briefings to get updated on. But I was expecting the usual news such as last nights local shootings, or some person shooting up a venue full of people, climate change disasters, perhaps President Trump's buddies getting busted for fraud, money laundering, racketeering, and the usual, or Trump's girlfriends speaking out, about how he pays them off, more corruption revealed in our Congress, priests raping children, banks ripping off millions of customers, corporations screwing customers, etc, etc ... you know, the usual distasteful fucked up shit that all these pieces of shit that we praise get exposed of for the vile scum they are. What I did not expect in the news, was this thing about Bert and Ernie, the puppet/ muppet characters of Sesame Street ... and all the confusion and desperation to find out if Bert and Ernie are gay. I'm so far out of touch with pop- culture, that I even had no idea that there was a petition and push back 7 years ago for them to get married, nor did I even know about the Bert and Ernie response when hearing the SCOTUS ruling on gay marriage. Don't get me wrong though, I have watched Sesame Street before with the children at home, knew of folks like Bert and Ernie, but it never crossed my mind to think or question if they were gay or not ... I mean, they're little puppets, dolls, fictional characters. I am very grateful that I never got bothered by these things, it must be torture on the mind, to have to take our sexual issues and disorders or whatever, and incorporate them into fictional characters, or even other creatures in the animal kingdom. I think that gay, straight, and bisexual people that get so bent out of shape over things like this, have similar issues psychologically. I wouldnt even be writing about such in this journal, except that I find it so strange and stupid, so it's more in humour than anything. I cant tell you what sexuality they embrace, if they do, or if they should be married, I frankly dont give a shit one way or the other ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-). However, I went and compiled some news, video, and art, past and present, for the reader who may care to view it, which I hope is somewhat entertaining.

BOTHAM SHEM JEAN | PT.1: Dallas Businessman GUNNED DOWN in His Own Home by Dallas Police Officer in Mistaken Identity ... WRONG Call in the WRONG Hall, Y'all ... The "Mistaken Break In" Edition ... (POLICE BRUTALITY PT.32)- (AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM PT.13)

Latest information in Botham Jeans shooting death ... Thanx to WFAA

This posting will serve as Part 32 of the "Police Brutality" series, and I wanted to include it as Part 13 of the "American Exceptionalism" series of this journal/ blog, with an intro briefing video above to open. This is a local case, that got national and international atencion, which it should. And what a mess this damn case is looking to be, as well as the way this has been handled so far ... this case is certainly unique, and a legal mess so far, as far as making a solid case for a conviction. It's a case that I been following, and wanted to have recorded in this journal. Again ... I never put cases in this series/ journal unless it is clear fault of an officer, these are cases, where all your good competent officers should be upset as well, because it leaves a blemish on the department. This is a case where a young 26 year old Dallas businessman had his apartment invaded by a Dallas Police officer neighbour, and was gunned down and murdered, as mistaken identity or whatever ... the excuse was ... wrong hall, wrong apartment, and wrong call, y'all. The officer, Amber Guyger, was involved in another shooting a year ago, suspect lived though, she was cleared, as it was determined as justified. Technically from what I gather, unlike some other states, when charged with murder in Texas, it doesnt appear to have a 2nd degree, it is a first class felony for all murder ("capital murder" though is different, and the most serious, and warrants penalty of death, as far as punishment, or life in prison), but murder can be reduced to 2nd "class" too, and even depending on circumstances in the defendant's case discovered in the trial, which falls into a penalty similar to manslaughter, this may have happened in the confusing sentencing of the Roy Oliver murder trial, in the previous "Police Brutality" posting. Guyger has the right to a fair trial too, for all we know so far, this could have been a mistake, as she is claiming ... regardless of what I or anyone else may feel about this, this is what investigations, evidence, transparency and trials are for.

As loving and full of shit as America is, and the high standards this country has, global prominence, world leaders, liberated, civilized, etc etc ... this is still a country, that has a serious issue when it comes to policing, considering all what we are, which I'll call American exceptionalism, since it's such a popular term. This case made many Dallasites angry, of all race, gender, and class, and it should. And for those who BMB (bitch, moan and bellyache) about NFL players, like Colin Kaepernick taking a knee during the National Anthem at a game ... this is exactly the reason why the fuck they do. It is patriotic and in the American spirit, to stand up as Americans against these injustices, whether intentional or not, including taking a knee and questioning this corporate oligarchy that seems to run this country. So wake up, and stop making excuses for this corporate/ political programmed vending machine plastic type patriotism. If you dont believe it as far as corporate influence in the NFL, just look around, at how corporatism/ banking/ finance, has so much influence now ... whether it's naming rights of stadiums, involving themselves in our social issues while dictating thought, pushing their financial and retirement products, to incorporating military/ defense in our sports for recruitment, and more ... take a closer look at how much our thought is being influenced, and how. This is not only the NFL, they have the NBA, NHL, MLB, etc, ... just look at only the last 10 years even. I included some newsread and video below, importantly too, to get an understanding of how the law is going to work in this case. And frankly, in my view so far, this case looks lousy in getting anything significant for the Jean familia criminally, I would hope I'm wrong ... maybe better as far as something on the "civil" end. I mean what? ... maybe if the witnesses statements countering Guyger's account are solid, maybe you can get a different hand to deal in criminal proceedings? ... I dont know. At the bottom, I will add some additional views of my own.

When I first read about this case, was the morning after the shooting went down. And at first, I halfway believed officer Guyger's story, I say "halfway", because I still had alot of questions ... but it did sound like a mistake, yet after reading much more and leaks from residents that were witnesses to what happened, many more questions started getting in my way, it didnt appear so cut and dry. These neighbours are not the anti- cop types, or street type folks. I myself am familiar with this apartment complex, because I used to visit someone that lived there. I can tell you, that this is not some high crime type of complex ... this is one of those gentrification communities in The Cedars District, off southwest edge of downtown Dallas, that was formerly for decades, an old warehouse and manufacturing district. There is lots of new commercial and residential development. This apartment building is fairly nice, with adequate securities, in fact, within a block, across S. Lamar St, is the new Dallas Police Headquarters building, police were on the scene within 4 minutes, because they arrived on foot. You have electronic security gates to enter the building, to access the parking, as well as on the doors inside, a security check door just to enter the hall from the parking garage, and security check doors, to enter even the pool area, weight and club rooms, or whatever. The doors on the apartments work on a electronic key as well, you put your key in, it shows a green light to unlock it, a red light denies you entry, if you insert the wrong key. As far as the apartment door being "ajar"? it cant be without a door stopper of some kind, it's designed to close on it's own (YouTube) ... so either Guyger is mixed up or lying. This is not the kind of place, that is attractive to folks that burglarize apartments, that intend to score quick and get away easy ... too much to fuck with for low end burglars, and too little to score of high value for high end burglars. The tenants that move in, are screened pretty well too ... credit, rental history, salary, employment/ business, criminal history, etc ... so it is not a place where folks with a tainted or questionable history get accepted either. I realize that officer Guyger did not live there too long, but I dont see much reason for her to think that there was a burglary in progress, due to the hassle to get into these, after all, she works a high crime district, and knows the streets after nearly 5 years in it. It is likely that she was a little tense, because she works a special 10 member tactical type elite unit, which she is the only woman on this crew. Her and her crew serve more high profile warrants, and apprehend people that are known to be high risk as far as danger and being armed in the Southeast Division and Pleasant Grove District, this can be a rough area for officers to work, I'm familiar with it, I have friends there, and know some good people in the Grove. But you have an element of organized gang drug dealing and killings, with across the board high crime rates. If you just got off a 12 hour shift, working a hard day in that hood, you may need some time to work off that edge after.

One of the questions I would like to have answered is, what was the exact verbal command that Guyger gave Jean as a warning when she seen him/ silhouette, that he refused to comply with? Nothing has been even halfway clear of that verbal command ... did she first identify herself as a police officer, since it was dark? Should Jean not have seen it/ her in better lighting, since the most light from hallway was behind her? The apartment I was in had light switch close to the door, as most apartments do, did she think about hitting the switch? ... which is a typical first reaction. Officers carry the latest as far as high beam flashlights, really nice small ones too, did she think about using her light? ... I mean, she was wearing her duty belt, and had easy access to everything, not just her sidearm/ gun. A witness neighbour in the same hall ... said that she heard a woman saying "let me in" (similar wording) while pounding on a door, from 2 different witnesses, in 2 different apartments, saying the same thing. And a male voice saying, "God, why did you do that?" (similar wording), I'm sure this must be being carefully investigated, since they have the witnesses. I mean, if this is so, it is in conflict with what Guyger is saying ... not unless, there was someone else in the hall doing and saying this. How long did Guyger have to tell her story? There is nothing that shows, except for the call she made to 911, which hasnt been released yet, of when she gave her first account. Was it to arriving fellow DPD officers?, or not until she was interviewed later by the Texas Rangers?, which is a state agency ... what is the official first statement? They say that DPD immediately took her blood, before releasing her, this is for alcohol/ drugs, we dont know the results. It is common with some officers that work details such as hers, to stop off after duty in uniform, to take in a quick drink, to take the edge off ... wearing a uniform gets you special deals, prices at some places, that officers know and frequent. The hallways do look similar in the building, but there is usually little things, like a plant, or certain item on a wall, door, or doormat, large numbers on walls of floors, such as 4, 3, 2 & 1, that become familiar as far as identifying the floor, since you use it daily, she lived there. I have to question as well, did she go directly from the 4th floor parking to the hall, because of another witness statement that I read in an article ... and you do have elevators. She was officially off duty, but wearing her uniform ... the department asks officers, as soon as they finish their shift, to change back to their civilian clothes too, so that mistakes are not made as far as which officers are on or off duty. Why did Guyger make bond way out in Kaufman County, request of Rangers or her? She bonded immediately on an above average bond for a manslaughter case on an officer, with $300,000 (most manslaughter cases on officers are vehicle related, not shooting, perhaps that's why the higher bond). Someone either put up the whole $300K cash bond, which they'll get back after the final disposition of the case, otherwise, if they went the $30K amount through a bonding agency (10%+fees amount), and the bonding agency backed the rest, they wont get back none of the $30K.

DPD Chief Renee Hall, immediately called in Texas Rangers to take over the investigation, before DPD could even sort things out for their own shit? Hall said, Guyger's department requested it. I mean, Chief Hall is new, she just came on as Chief, she was the former deputy chief of Detroit, and she is not broke in yet on Dallas, and she herself admitted it will be a challenge, due to the size of Dallas geographically, and with what is labeled as the "DPD officer exodus", being we are short several hundred officers that walked and left. Over the last 4 years, about 1000 police officers walked and quit, that's alot of officers, from what I gathered last in mid 2017. And some established, those higher in ranks and long timers, are not very confident in her yet, it takes time, she is also the first woman chief ... why did Guyger's department really request Hall to make that move?, I mean, they requested to the Chief to do this (more like, told her), Hall didnt do it on her own, they say it was to have an outside unbiased investigation ... I dont buy it ... I dont think they wanted Hall and DPD to do the first investigation and questioning drill of Guyger. If Guyger was off duty and involved in a homicide, as a "civilian", whether manslaughter or murder suspicion, why was she not immediately detained in Dallas County? If, since this was Jean's home, he decided to exercise the "castle law" as self defense on an intruder against Guyger, you can bet your ass, if still alive after, that Jean would be detained immediately ... and DPD would have sole dibbs on investigation/ interrogation ... I would bet Texas Rangers would have not been called in. Why did Texas Rangers take so long to get an arrest warrant? ... is it because they cant figure out whether to charge as manslaughter or murder? According to defense and prosecuting attorneys both, this has to be a murder case, as explained above. At least Dallas County DA Faith Johnson is ready to roll, and get this to the jury, and the jury is going to have the final call, and Johnson is politically Republican, imagine that. But DA Johnson, been wasting no time in getting things done, as far as this, or even the last local case against Officer Roy Oliver, in the Jordan Edwards murder. I would hope that Faith Johnson is straight about these prosecutions, but so far, she has been, with the exception of the jury misunderstanding during the sentencing of Oliver ... I still dont understand what happened in that. But, looking at this case so far, on just what you have now ... it doesnt look too good as far as getting some solid significant conviction of Guyger at all. And you heard how confident one defense attorney was above, on if he had to defend Guyger on a murder case, he's confident, she would walk ... and looking at all you have now, that sounds logical. And considering so far, this does not fall into the manslaughter category of offense, or 2nd class felony offense, despite the official manslaughter charge ... being the shooting/ murder was "intentional", and if you take the "mistake of fact" into account at a trial, what if much at all, kind of conviction/ sentence would she be facing? ... or what would it get worked down to?

SCREAMS OF WELFARE QUEENS 2018: Oil Companies Now Whining For WELFARE TAXPAYER PROTECTION From Climate Change That They Created ... The "Crushin Repercussion" Edition ... (GLOBAL WAR'N'ING PT.55)- (ANTHROPOGENIC CLIMATE CHANGE PT.4)- (MO of YO MONEY PT.16)

Flooded oil refinery storage area @ Texas City (Houston metro area), August 30, 2017

This posting will be for the "Global War'n'ing", "Anthropogenic Climate Change", & "Mo of Yo Money" series of this journal/ blog. For one, this is a "global" warning of concern, not just on climate change, but the future of the economy. Second, this is about the consequences of man made/ anthropogenic climate change, a result of choices, planning, and decisions, that contributed to extreme weather and environmental damage ... these industries suspected this could happen from their own research for decades, and science proved it. Third, it's about where our money is spent, and how much our ill actions can cost to come, if we dont make sensible spending and investment incentive reforms. This posting was inspired by some recent newsread I picked up a couple weeks ago, below from CBS News ... and this is something that I been pointing out in this series, looking at not just the impact of global warming on the environment, but the needed new infrastructure planning, not only for people and environment, but for business and the economy. The effect on the economy can/ will have crushing repercussions, and can/ will cost us more than we are saving in the short term, down the road. I also included a 2016 link from Forbes below, in fairness, to take a look at what the industry had to shell out as well (kind of, because there is some more breaks in the back pages of legislation too). Bottom line though, is these industries caused this, and because they had a sort of a monopoly for decades, as many industries, the people/ consumer are just using what they are offered, we are all regulated through their economic structures. These industries can easily pay to protect these places, their profits and dominance of the industry is enormous, but refuse to, and actually dont want to pay much of anything. When we do subsidize and tax fund these industry protections, such as they are asking, get out there and hustle, make a deal/ contract, to make them invest much more in renewables than they are. That way you are not asking for money, but asking them to "make more investment" ... and lock it in, as part of the deal, this creates incentive.

Energy/ fuel plays the biggest role in economic development, it creates much wealth and development ... the existing energy and infrastructure been in place for long, and been working as far as those needs. It's difficult to motivate mass smaller investments, in something that has to take off from scratch, that will take years to develop. Yet, investments into renewables has been stronger than ever, and prices have become competitive. The technologies are moving ahead so fast also, that investment is unsure, if we build too much, that it will not be for the long term, because of advancements in technology, and it will become obsolete quickly. Some are concerned, that we are on the way to eco- disaster, and only looking for the short term profit, to secure their own future and safety. And some may be unsure, of how long this economics model of current will be around, meaning they want their money now, to secure themselves for what may change. This is why we need to push it harder, and have government and scientists, including AI, to be involved in decisions and planning much more, and help build confidence by promoting this more ... you need to "sell folks" more aggressively. Oil and gas have big bucks, I think we should focus more on getting those big bucks investing more into renewables, even though they been investing in renewables, but can significantly more ... by creating new offers/ incentives that are too good to turn down. When developing these mass energy systems, keep in mind of technological advancements, and design to be open and friendly/ compatibility with upgrading and changes. This posting is to look at both sides of the argument too, because it is easy to look at the title of this posting, and assume, that I am out to attack business only, or that I am some radical leftist. But my point here, is to take a common sense look at what changes need to be made to soften the blow some, that nature is going to give us ... and to try to actually improve the economy as well as the environment. I will add more of my views below.

Thomas Hudson Pickering/ Ranch Chimp with wife, Rosalie

I use the decades old term "Welfare Queen" in the title, because this was a term used to describe some mothers for years, saying that mothers would have more babies to collect government money, and use various fraudulent methods to collect more. Many of these corporate giants also used these terms to spread word through their pre- paid politicians, that taxpayers should stop giving out handouts to these poor people and mothers, who keep themselves down, by doing more of the same, as far as what they call "bad personal decision making". The thing is, with all that we give out to many of these corporations, which is more than generous, they keep making these bad decisions, that keep them and us in the same rut. We have to keep increasing how much we need to spend on them, to keep them doing business as usual, instead of trying to improve themselves ... by definition, they are "welfare queens" then. We are not talking about poor folks here, these are folks that spend tens of millions on lobbying Washington for more handouts and breaks, and pay to write legislation in their favour as well. They stupidly are willing to pay $10 million in fines, for something that could have been fixed for a few million, while hoping to not get caught, these people are reckless and wasteful. We are talking about folks, that make decisions for the rest of us, call themselves leaders, innovators, strong, and rational decision makers ... yet they whine like babies when they fuck up and have to feel the repercussions of their actions ... I mean, whatever happened to that "pull yourself up by your bootstraps", and accepting consequences for your actions, that they constantly sing in chorus? ... are these problems not a result of your actions? And in all fairness to these large corporate icons of energy ... I am only using their own perspective here ... pointing out what they themselves preach/ advocate. Meaning, I agree that we should give them "some" help, breaks, and incentives, after all, I'm not a communist or hard- ass ... since we use all this energy. But we been helping them for decades, and the amount of help they need goes up from decade to decade, because they refuse to change. When will the time come when they can stand on their own?, they already make substantial profits, how much more do we need to breastfeed them? Why should we keep helping those who refuse to help themselves, that repetitively make the same mistakes over and over, that everyone else has to pay for, eh? They believe in free market, and those that fail, need to be replaced, when they become insufficient and incompetent ... and to keep competitive and changing to the market and consumer needs and demand.

As I was pointing out in previous postings in the "Global War'n'ing" series, infrastructure planning and development are going to be needed, if we continue to do the same or not ... so much damage is already done, and it's getting worse. And not just in Texas, but all over, such as the east coast in the U.S., as well as globally, which will be very expensive, and we are constantly losing coastline to rising sea levels. As for this region on the Texas Coast, it will be much more costs in the long run, than they are even talking about, if you want to really protect these industries. This nonsense that oil and chemical companies are spewing, that this is about protecting people and the environment first ... why even talk stupid shit like that?, no one believes this garbage anymore, so just dont say anything, unless it is worth listening to. Take this area of Houston where these industries are ... the only people that even live in those southeast areas of Houston are poor working classes, and no one cares about them ... no investor with any common sense invests in retail/ commercial or residential development in that area, or would even consider doing anything around those industries ... that is why your big development is up in areas like The Woodlands or west. This is about protecting those industries only, and the environment has already been damaged for years, and they have done little to nothing to try to clean up a thing. Sure, we are caught in the energy/ resources trap and global race, that we will have to help pay for needed infrastructure, for everyone, not just these companies ... but as far as these companies, they need to pay too, and that is not likely, considering Washington as we have it. This means also, that all those foreign companies that have business there, whether it's the French, Saudis, or whoever ... they need to shell out more too. Sadly, whatever they shell out, they will see that they have their lobbyists, make sure there is wayz to rollover the costs to the taxpayers/ consumers through new or existing legislation. And any other costs to them, they will pass those costs over by increasing prices on product, if we dont pay it all ... it's all market driven, and global. So whether it's a storm that makes gas prices go up 25- 30 cents a gallon after it hits, or the cost of repair, accidents, neglect/ fines, or whatever, we are alwayz going to have to face that cost increase factor, which will be up and down like the markets, regardless. None of this "costs game" will stop, until we change how we do things, it will be constant debt, constant cuts to pay for it, and a constant race to try to compete in the global arena. And this whole energy race we are in, is only to make a small percentage of folks richer, and to develop a larger market and demand globally, to be more dependent on this way of thinking and doing.

It is just plain stupid to keep incentivising bad business decisions even, it's bad for the environment and business ... and as long as there is any of these resources in the ground, they are going to keep extracting them, because of the value ... we know this. What is needed to at least halt some of this usage and dependency, is to create and market brand new business incentives into renewable energy, instead of giving incentive to invest largely into this outdated way of providing energy and capital. Restructuring incentives, although oil is investing in renewables more now, make it even more attractive ... the thing is to sell the "oil and gas" producers to invest more, they have the money, and will benefit big. We all know that we are on the edge of a big transition in energy, the technologies are already in place, it's being done all over right now ... make it so that those investments are more lucrative, through legislation. This includes incentives to educate and train millions worldwide, as well as development in new infrastructure, taking climate change into consideration for that infrastructure, as far as the safest and accessibility friendly places to build it on a mass scale, and creating new mega industries in such for the future, right now ... and much is already being done. This is a big jobs creator too, and big as far as new business, and a new mass breed of investors, that can expand and grow beyond what we imagine now ... business- wise, it's a sound investment that can only grow because of demand, and a winner ... and much is already in play for them. This new development will be global too, and still be a big player in developing countries, as far as business and expanding economic growth. Oil is still needed for other uses, but on a smaller scale, but there will be no need to burn it as we do now ... we can minimize and even eliminate much of our damage, by changing what and how we use as far as energy and fuel, and so much can also be done as far as cleaning up our production. Not focusing on doing this on a larger scale right now is stupid, even from a business perspective ... all you're doing is increasing the chance of accidents, putting a huge strain on the economies, having to spend constantly to fix damages, costing business more in fines and expenses, wasting an arm and leg on lobbying and advertising, court costs and legal fees, civil suits, and the list goes on. This investment is much more sound as far as for a future sustainable business model, than the way we are doing things now. It's new and fresh, not outdated, to where it reached already it's potential, and has no where else to go of any worth to the Earth or business. It is so importante to change this mindset in stone that we have, and have governments even advocating this stronger in unison. Replacing some of these outdated political deadbeats and ideas is needed also, and that demand is on the rise too.
