Why the name Ranch Chimp? it was in humour because, science says that humans have similar DNA to a chimpanzee,so I felt some way related biologically to a chimpanzee. 2nd, everytime I was out of Texas on a vacation or for whatever reason I’m always asked things like, do I live on a ranch?,or have cattle? so I commonly call Dallas the Ranch. "Politically Depressed" was also humour inspired by the 1993- 2002 Bill Maher TV/ tele show "Politically Incorrect".

TRUMP'S Bigger Than TEXAS Break On TAXES ... Tax LEAN Queens & WELFARE Kings ... The "GREAT American Tax Cut" Edition ... (HOW TO PRIVATIZE AMERICA PT.14)
**** CREDO ACTION: Tell Democratic leaders: Hold the line against Trump cuts ... (petition)
Reagan economic adviser Arthur Laffer breaks down Trump's tax plan ... Thanx to CBS News
This posting is Part 14 of the "How To Privatize America" series of this journal/ blog. It will focus on the new tax cut scam being peddled by the President and his crew ... a historic bigger than Texas tax cut at that. There is also alot of talk about getting this through to I guess give some show to the first 100 dayz of the Trump presidency ... maybe try to peddle some bipartisan bargaining chips bullshit with folks on the Hill to postpone any government shutdown this weekend, bipartisan tax reform crap or whatever. Believe me, the last thing I wanted to do is hear about Trump or do a posting on him, he's got too much free publicity and freebies as it is ... but this is some serious business. You dont need to be a tax accountant or economics expert to see what can most likely happen with this tax cut proposal ... even without it all finished and available for public review besides a couple flash pages ... this is not what it appears to be ... which is why I opened this posting above with Reagan economic adviser Dr. Arthur Laffer, and to be fair here to those who think this is great for America ... and a Credo petition above that. Even though Arthur is excited as Hell about this tax cut ... something aint right, because the stock markets (equity stocks and bonds) didnt hardly budge when Wall Street heard the news. I mean, you would figure with this "great news" to get a big positive reaction on Wall Street, eh?, or even with the republican party ... so you got to wonder what's up, eh?, maybe Wall Street and the republican party is in question too. For me, it's pretty clear what this tax cut plan is. I threw in some links and video below to get some opposition and skepticism views and opinions from the pros on this ... then below, I want to add some of my own.

First of all, about this first 100 dayz talk show about what this administration has done, and I gave President Trump the benefit of doubt in fairness (and NO, unlike some, I dont think Trump is evil, or like Hitler, or that he hates women, homosexuals and people of colour, so please dont categorize me with that bunch). All I see that President Trump accomplished in the first hundred dayz besides executive orders and a Supreme Court pick, is proving that he is more full of shit and more flip- flopping than Hillary Clinton ... that's about it (but dont expect much from anyone in only 100 dayz either). He was already whining yesterday, that he thought this job would be easier, already in the first 100 dayz, that shows me he may buckle under pressure, which I expected before he took office ... why? ... because the contrast of being like under house arrest with this new position of his, and not having the mobility, privacy and freedom he had in the private sector, and if not in the first hundred dayz ... in due time. Bottom line, you cant handle the heat and pressure, you should have never took a job in the kitchen, eh? What in Hell did you expect this job to be like? ... dont whine so quick if you dont get your way ... it was your free will and choice to pursue and accept this position, you made your own bed ... now it's time you live with it, including any mental anxiety that may come with it later. Plus were shelling out millions as it is, so he can spend a quarter of his time on his Florida resort or whatever it's called ... each run costing us a few million dollars a pop, pay his NYC properties security, and for all the back and forth travel of his wife and kidz ... it's bloody ridiculous. Listening to Arthur Laffer above sounds great ... I mean, it's all uphill and happily ever after talk, but how likely given the history of these tax cuts, and knowing how the big money and markets flow today globally is this going to work as he sayz? These kings and queens of today already get tax breaks, loopholes and welfare subsidies out the ass as it is ... and every damn time they fuck up, they feel no repercussions. Do you realize that the underground drug cartel and organized crime world dont even get a "free ride"?, and are actually governed better, are more trustworthy to their word, and are held accountable for when they fuck up ... they actually pay with their lives and get iced/ end up dead and get flushed out when they pull shit like these folks do. This is just bad timing for this tax reform crap ... this should be on the bottom of priorities, unless it is real and fair reform. Now you see why I hope that little to nothing gets done in Washington over the next 4 years actually, because when they do get things done, it basically screws us out of something else ... in other words ... I'd rather get nothing done and take 6" inches up my ass the next 4 years, than taking 12" up my ass for the next 4 years.
No, I dont even have the slightest reason to be optimistic about this so called tax reform ... where is there evidence looking at the past of this accomplishing all these great things? Where is the incentive for multinational players, investors and corporations to bring back jobs to the U.S.? History has shown that whatever we give these folks is never enough ... their nature is to take, take, take, with no self control. I wouldnt even expect President Trump or his daughter Ivanka and their businesses, to all of the sudden have some sort of patriotic awakening, and bring the thousands of jobs they have abroad of cheap labour to the U.S. for that matter ... and that is the President of the U.S. that sells the "make America great again" talk ... so what in Hell would be the incentive for others of the private largest wealth to do so? Is there a history of this trickle down ever happening without any counter force to implement rules and standards? Can these markets even regulate themselves? ... history shows they do a lousy job at trying. No ... I think if we just give more and more, they are going to do what they alwayz do, and take more and more while shitting on us for being so stupid to begin with (which frankly, we deserve some of it). I'm all for giving tax breaks, negotiating and other incentives ... but what we have been giving and doing is beyond reasonable, it is totally out of balance and ridiculous ... and makes our country weaker if anything. With all the issues we have on our plate as it is, now is not even the time for this tax reform talk ... our economic problems are much deeper than having a goal to make folks too rich even richer. Plus, I only see this as another scam being pushed to make tax reform a big issue ... you have republicans wanting to get the corporate rate down to 20% ... the so called outsider President runs this 15% game, then the democrats are still stuck on the 30+% figures ... you got a republican House majority ... they force the dems to bargain and meet them halfway, they write a complex bipartisan deal up, with all kinds of extras tossed in, tell the people we met halfway, and no one got what they all wanted, and end up with a 20- 22% corporate rate, with existing loopholes taken out, with extras tagged on to the bottom of the bill when it passes to create a shitload of new loopholes ... this is nothing but like a street scam. I cant even picture republicans wanting to go along with this ... they are the ones alwayz whining about the deficit ... what in Hell do ya'll think this will do to the deficit? They say the average persons taxes will be simplified ... sure they will, and with all kinds of deductions eliminated too. Then the goddamn tax preparation lobby will bitch, because taxes will be so simple, which will cut the need for their over- priced services ... I do my own taxes on paper with a pen, and frankly dont give a shit if you simplify it.
President Trump alone has control over 500 companies himself that would benefit him big time from some of these tax cuts ... I frankly think that Trump wanting to be President, was mostly to set up his and his family future empire of wealth. What has he done in the past to create American jobs with all our country and taxes done for him? Most of these jobs we have to begin with in our country are from the smaller businesses, they are key to jobs. And of course they will get breaks, but with as tight as things are, why would they take what little gain they receive and just want to hire more people? More breaks equals more spending and more jobs equals more people paying taxes? ... there will not be enough to offset any deficit and debt increases ... I myself would bet on it. This will clearly lead to Americans having to pay for the wealthiest to just get wealthier, while we get a few bones tossed to us ... and get stuck with all kinds of economic issues and miseries in the long haul. Despite all the new private development/ construction you see going on all over American large cities ... our cities have budget problems coast to coast right now ... and are unable to even take care of our city and states needs. The tax burden on folks in states like California, Oregon, New York, etc ... that have state income taxes and tight budget issues would have an untimely and unfair burden and punishment put on them the way this tax reform is being presented ... and who pays for their needs, if they have to pay all their money and tax to the wealthiest people?, should they just hope and wait that it will pay off for them? When the private sector of wealth has all our money, who pays for our needs? ... you got it, we have to depend on them who we gave all our money to, and then we no longer have a voice or real representation, instead having only major share holders and CEO's dictating what we can have or need through their privatization. This is not only happening in America, every damn so called free market country on the globe is being squeezed into austerity measures by this same neoliberal shit, it's getting worse by the year for the bottom 90%, period. And you know that we're about to spend a fortune on new defense plans, and shelling out more, whether it's for action over Syria, Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan or wherever. Saudi Arabia is already scaling back their austerity measures out of fear of civil disorder, and they been squeezed financially because of their intervention and bombing in Yemen too ... this is a country we are depending on for their oil and to keep selling arms deals to. Patricia at Polygon blog, gave me a link here about what we are also going to have to shell out for Israel to build their defense at our expense. We have much more serious challenges than thinking to take another multi trillion dollar gamble hoping that wealthy folks will save us after they get all our damn money.

MARCH FOR SCIENCE 2017: Saving Science from the RAMMED SCAM of Control, Imprisonment and Privatization ... The "Blinded by Money, NOT Science" Edition ... (GLOBAL WAR'N'ING PT.48)- (CORPORATCOMMUNAZICA PT.15)

Why Was The March for Science Necessary? ... Thanx to Second Thought
This posting will be for the "Global War'n'ing" and "Corporatcommunazica" series of this journal/ blog. I opened the posting above with a video from "Second Thought", because it's a clear explanation of the necessity of the march. But I wanted to have some of this "March for Science" recorded in this journal for reference, and because it really went off well with one Hell of a turnout worldwide (you can thank "Earth Day" for that too, as far as number turnouts) ... and it got heavy media atencion worldwide, social, mainstream, left and right media. It is difficult to try to find news on this without politics involved, since everything is centered around politics and money basically ... but this is an issue that is very importante as well, because it concerns everyone and everything on the planet, regardless of affiliation politically or otherwise. The turnout and awareness to this was just great, and so many people, professional to working class got involved. Much of the turnout on this has been in response to the current President and administration with its majority of right wing control in the congress on making cuts to spending on science, regulations, environmental safeguards and related ... but this is much deeper than just some cuts to science, and can have a slippery slope to it. But, if this is what it took to bring folks out and protest against it ... that's all that counts, cause the turnout and awareness was significant. What I see happening here is a little deeper than just politics or Trump (Tweety), which I will give my view of all this after some newsread links and video below. The last link from The Atlantic gives a summary of the proposed cuts, and link to President Trump's budget blueprint. We also have the government shutdown scare this weekend, which is used to alwayz peddle more shit too.

First of all, I dont make excuses for these politicians and their Wall Street constituents that are popularly referred to as being scientifically illiterate, uneducated or stone age thinkers, etc ... I myself am far more scientifically illiterate, and have far more less formal education than any of them, and I'm about as old school as you can get ... just look at my photo, I look like I live in the 1970's! These people are educated in the best of the best institutions of education with degrees, and have the best access to information, they live in the most modern and highest standard of living environments with the best amenities, and dont eat crap food of fast food joints or the rest, or dont pour motor oil down their drains at home or office for reason ... they ALL know damn well what we are doing to the environment, so this talk about they "dont believe" that humans are doing any damage in our actions to the environment and Earth is more bullshit, they even bank on scientific data and research more than any of us when it comes to assessments for their personal investments and strategies. They know damn well what the Hell they're doing! ... they're NOT blinded by science, they're blinded by money ONLY. Modern civilization and everything we have to make our lives longer and better come from science ... agencies like the EPA are pro- business and essential for the consumer as well, it was pushed and signed by President Nixon, a conservative. Even if you only halfway follow politics, you knew this was coming as far as the priorities of budget cuts to be proposed and made by a republican majority ... I mean, they been talking about these cuts for years now in every goddamn session on the Hill and mainstream media, to campaigns. So it's expected to get a bunch more scams rammed through, since republicans waste no time once their foot is in the door, they dont fuck around, and utilize every opportunity to move quick. And I actually agree with republicans on the importance of spending cuts, it's just what I prioritize as far as spending and cuts is much different and more balanced and conservative. We are way out of balance in our spending, which I cover quite a bit in this journal, and we're way out of any balance, when it comes to our annual budget deficit figures ... to our multi- trillion dollar debt when you read up on it ... it's almost unbelievable ... how in Hell can this even happen when you rake in $3.5 to $4 trillion in tax and fee revenues annually? And now due to this neoliberalism/ corporate communism, we're even just going deeper and deeper and becoming even more dependent on the oligarchs ... which we all knew was coming too, just looking at this over the last decade even. Want to talk about spending cut needs ? ... our Pentagon/ defense spending and so called "nation building" is so far out of whack and overbloated it's become downright stupid.
The goal here with these cuts, is to try to run these departments tighter and cut back on waste, which is understandable ... but these cuts to things like NASA, EPA, health, technology, infrastructure, education, transportation and related is not all positive, because once you cut it, it's a little more difficult to raise spending when needed, and it will be needed, as simple as inflation makes a need for raising wages basically. And several social needs programmes are being entirely eliminated, which is not good ... I even view things like food stamps, as an economic stimulus, simple math shows you it creates jobs and revenues here in our communities. These cuts are not good for business or our domestic economic needs either, they are nothing more than corporate dictated to make a bunch more money and redirection of our spending, only for multinational investment groups as far as profits (which are at all time highs historically) ... not even much as far as job creation here in America can be done, except some on existing energy and finance ... but it's not enough compared as to what the transition to renewables would create, and needed public spending on strengthening our smaller domestic finance institutions and infrastructure needs here at home. As a matter of fact ... this is nonsense even about these pipeline expansions creating tens of thousands of jobs ... it decreases jobs if anything in labour and transportation of such especially. There is a bunch of room actually for cuts to some of the wild spending we do on corporate subsidies, And I'm not talking about taxing these corporations and investment affiliates to the point of bankruptcy either, they can cough up a little more and still do well, and they damn well know it, they are the ones that want every damn thing for free ... plus they have our protection and defensive support here and abroad also, so they are getting alot as it is. And I dont see any reason why we need tens of billions more for nuclear defense ... we already have more goddamn nukes than you can shake a stick at, and a very technologically efficient defense system as it is. Nor a need to build this damn bloody border wall, just so Trump can add his name to it ... and if you do cut the immigration from the border, their private prison/ detention centers will whine when they dont have enough illegals to fill beds and supply cheap labour to corporations. This nonsense that less illegals would create jobs? ... in what, jobs that dont pay squat and most folks dont want to do? Hell, cut some of those corporate sponsored legal immigrants in the tens of thousands that are coming from abroad, taking our high skilled and degree jobs for cheap wages from our own graduates! There is also other freebies that we need to tax, such as Wall Street speculation/ gambling ... the argument we alwayz hear, is that if we dont give these folks a 110% free ride and smother them in tax breaks and welfare, that they may run to another country with their money/ investments ... and frankly some of them, I would just tell "GO!", and we'll take what little we have left and do our own shit here without ya'll if you want to play that way.
All we see happening here, especially since the U.S Supreme Court opened the floodgates with Citizens United, is a bunch of multinational corporations and banks spreading more of their corporate communism cupcakes with neoliberalism sugar coated sprinkles on top. Dictating to a frail political representation that they weakened with such into cutting everything they can. The cuts by numbers may not seem that bad now, but this only leads to a slippery slope of wasting more of our money to please them and to grow bigger and pursue their multinational utopian goals transforming our economies globally to what they see fit only ... pumping fear into us, that if we dont do as they say, we will all fall into eternal poverty and be taken over by China or Russia or similar nonsense ... or threaten our politicians to not fund their re- elections or whatever. Our spending cuts need to start with them first. They dont really want to cut the EPA, NASA or other institutions of research, they depend on them ... what they would like to do though, is cut them to rock bottom means of survival to where we have to depend on the oligarchic controlled mega institutions they own to finance and buy them out, privatize and regulate the information, scientific and technological research and advancements to where they have first dibs and total control over them too. As far as expanding science and bringing facts of such to light ... it's more like imprisoning science to slave for them only at the top ... and denying science to take it's natural flow and pace of freedom to discover, evolve and advance. This is the same reason why they want to privatize every other thing they can, including education, and the reason why they want to have total control over every money transaction by every person, cashless societies, control over pensions/ social security, communications/ media, markets, health care, immigration, trade, etc. They at top really dont want to cut taxes as they say ... they still want everyone under them to pay, and use puppet governments as a flunky collection agency to bring them in, they just want all the money going to them instead of a peoples government and interests. Their ultimate goal, is to have all taxes and fees of any, redirected somehow through legislation to be all under their control and used for their investments, while they get a big return, and you are given peanuts return and penalized for everything they can nickel and dime from you. They only want safeguards and protections for themselves, not the consumers that make it all work. The whole mission is to cut out all governments and peoples voices or representation, and access to anything without their approval, there is NOTHING even free market about it, it's so twisted and one sided ... if they had their way, we wouldnt even have a damn constitution or court system for the people, because they would eventually take that over too. So this nonsense that this is all about freedom, love, spreading democracy, free market, etc, etc, is all bullshit as well. Fight and buck every damn thing they propose in every way you can.

ROBERT JOHNSON- Fathering The Formula of Rock Music: "Terraplane Blues", "They're Red Hot", "Cross Road Blues", "Hellhound On My Trail", "Sweet Home Chicago" & "Me And The Devil Blues" ... (BLACK HISTORY/ HARMON LOFT PT.12)
**** http://www.robertjohnsonbluesfoundation.org/biography/
This entry into the music/ arts honour roll society of this journal/ blog is to honour and showcase some of the music of Robert Johnson (wikipedia) of Hazlehurst, Mississippi. It will also serve as Part 12 of "Black History Month" with the "month" part left out of the title, since February is the official month for black history in US/ Canada (october in UK). It is also very importante to have Robert in the music/ arts series of this journal in particular as far as the classic and contemporary rock music of the 20th & 21st centuries ... I view Robert as fathering the rock genre roots ... I cant think of any of the classic rock greats who would not think similar. So many of the most well known greats of classic rock have covered and rewrote Robert Johnson songs, as sort of a homage too, for the influence he paved, some of those songs also became classic rock pieces, Eric Clapton himself done a whole series of Robert Johnson. When Brian Jones introduced Keith Richards (Rolling Stones) to the sounds of Robert Johnson ... Keith asked something like "... who's the other guy playing with him?" ... what Keith was hearing, was rhythm and lead guitars being played by one, it was unique as Robert's style, Keith seeing Robert as a one man type orchestra, and impressed also by Robert's stand out vocal abilities. Robert only made a small amount of recordings ... in 1936 he done some in a makeshift studio in a room at the historic Gunter Hotel in downtown San Antonio, Texas ... later in 1937, Robert went to record more at another makeshift studio in downtown Dallas ... but it was these recordings, that was the formula for the future of rock music.
Robert is known mostly as being in the Delta Blues category of music, and known for making a sort of other "voice" with the guitar ... which B.B. King later perfected (B.B. last video at bottom of post). Robert though, was also known in the day to play a very wide variety of music, so not just blues, it included folk, jazz and country as well ... or just whatever was popular at the time ... whether playing on a street corner for money, or playing at jook joints in the south, Robert would just play whatever people liked, period ... he was not fixed on one particular thing or style. At the same time, Robert never was very popular except in those small circles where he played and traveled. Many prominent black artists many years after Robert's death, didnt even know who Robert Johnson was ... it was actually young white artists that sought out and embraced his music most in the early 1960's ... Robert lived most of his life as a unknown ... and not making much money either, and back in them dayz, black artists didnt even get royalties or the recognition they should have. Those artists that embraced and rewrote, rearranged and brought so much atencion to Robert later ... were young white musicians and skiffle bands mostly out of the UK, and several American, who were blown away at such a young age when they heard some of the blues genres of music from black artists coming out of the southern United States, it inspired them big time. The early classic rock artists basically took those compositions, redone them with a sped up tempo, replacing acoustic guitar by incorporating heavily amplified progressive blues with solid body electric guitars, added intense percussion rhythms, etc ... for example, listen to the bluesy rock guitar work of Billy Gibbons or Angus Young today, great stuff too. With that inspiration came the British Invasion of rock music and the basic ingredients formula of what would become later hard rock and metal rock.
DEVIL IN DETAIL & MYTHS: All in all, despite all the stuff "these dayz" out there on Robert Johnson, much is speculation in my view, because of the mystery of sort about him, being the lack of history on him. I see Robert as a very influential figure in music, who was in his own way, just a simple man with a fairly decent education, that loved to travel around the country starting at a young age, no doubt loved to just have fun, live life to the fullest possible and play music ... and truly a romantic and rolling stone type, a lifestyle many of us could relate to. Robert may play some and walk away, and folks wouldnt see him again for weeks or months, or have any idea where he went or is, including fellow musicians. Much is told about these dayz even, of the story where Robert went to the crossroads in Mississippi where he met with the Devil, the Devil tuned Robert's guitar, played a couple pieces and gave the guitar back to Robert in exchange for Robert's soul, to give Robert fame, and the ability to be the major blues master and influence he is ... it's after that alleged meeting, that Robert started his recording sessions in Texas. I also credit much of this myth, to the reason why the "Devil" name is so strong in rock music actually ... and the part of selling your soul to gain success in that industry. Understand that back in Robert's time, especially in a place like Mississippi ... a state saturated in ghost stories and such (I also had the opportunity years back to play blues with blues artists in Mississippi), when you played any music, that was upbeat type music and made folks dance, or may not have had the usual christian gospel influence in it, it was looked at as music of the Devil by many folks ... christian fundamoralists still think that way to this day ... the talk about the Devil and Robert, like almost being one in the same is endless, especially today.
One reason this was widely believed in my view, is because Robert was said to be by Son House, a terrible guitar, but great harmonica player as a kid, after this so called meeting/ arrangement ... months later he was tops in blues guitar. I credit much of his great guitar technique though, as Robert learning and mastering techniques of folks like Son House, Isaiah "Ike" Zimmerman (or Zinnerman spelling) and others ... nothing mystical or tricky. Because how Robert moved around and lack of history of such, this also led to much mystery as to his death, to even where he is exactly buried for that matter ... or which crossroads location he really went to ... much is speculation ... and a variety of stories, which has grown heavy over the years. It is also believed that a jealous man killed Robert by poisoning Robert's drink, because the man said Robert flirted with his woman ... the solid proof though is missing. Several pictures appear of him these dayz, but only 2- 3 at most been actually confirmed to be him, even some film footage (YouTube), where people think it was Robert. If you enjoy mystery or ghost stories that's fine ... but below are some of Robert's recordings, and this is the real deal ... and Thank You Sir, for the inspiration you gave to so many, which gave us the rock music we have today .... Enjoy!

"Pennies From Heaven" Police Chief Talks Asset Forfeiture (Raw Footage) ... Thanx to Citizens For Justice
This posting will be Part 5 of the "Last Call To Rob Ya'll" and Part 13 of the "Citation Violation Nation" series of this journal/ blog. I chose the video above to open it, with Columbia, Mo. Police Chief Ken Burton, who also inspired part of the posting title "Pennies from Heaven". Asset forfeiture (wikipedia), whether civil or criminal, has a long history, so it isnt nothing new or exclusive to America ... but because of the extent of these laws these dayz, many Americans are being robbed blind. It doesnt matter what happened throughout the history of this, or what they may do in other countries ... this is what is happening currently in America, and has went out of control. It is one thing to respect authority, law and order ... it is insanity though to respect unlawful and disorderly actions of any law enforcement agency or authority that act as nothing but gangs of thugs. This has turned out to be a sort of piggy bank for many law enforcement agencies across the country over the years, and escalating at an alarming rate. It has also contributed to the growing militarization of agencies, that otherwise would be just regular state, city or county police departments. This is an issue that dont matter what political party you favour or identify with, it's another serious issue that can hit anyone. It can and does create in some cases, making law abiding citizens viewed as criminals, and making cops become robbers. Actions like this is another reason why so many dislike and dont trust government, such as some libertarians for example, because of what happens to so many folks. There was supposed to be a distinct difference when these laws are made, between what is civil and what is criminal, but because of the loose legislation and the variations of the laws state to state, to federal ... it's grown into a real mess. In a criminal case, you got an arrest/ indictment , so you have a person allegedly involved in criminal activity, the criminal defendant, get the right to a lawyer, hearing/ trial, where the state/ county/ federal has to prove the defendant to be guilty of criminal wrongdoing. Where by law these dayz in civil, you have items such as money, property/ possessions being the "defendant/ accused" on just law enforcement officers "suspicion/ gut feeling", you have no hearing, court, lawyer, and your/ the "defendant" is not human, but property/ money, so it cant defend itself, where the owner of property/ money has to prove it's innocence/ legality ... since it is assumed as guilty by the law agency/ officer ... if it is suspected to come from illegal activity, it can be seized ... there is no need for evidence, review/ investigation, court hearing/ trial, etc ... they can just confiscate it, because they "feel" like it. Civil being now more frequent, law flexible, and vulnerable to abuse by law enforcement than criminal.
Asset forfeiture laws were needed over the years and still today for various reasons ... people avoiding paying taxes, money laundering, pyramid schemes and other scams, large scale illegal drug manufacturing, distribution/ delivery, illegal banking/ investment practices, counterfeit products/ currencies, illegal import/ export trade, etc. With all the new legislation of law updating its use and flexibility, it now hits the most vulnerable and innocent people ... the figures in dollar/ asset amounts of what is taken is good for reference data, but the figures are out of whack too, because so much smaller activity of confiscation is never reported or challenged. The Interstate highways across the country have seen a big jump in it ... you can be driving a car rental going out of town on business/ work or pleasure/ vacation, have a large sum of legal cash or credit/ debit cards that is yours (they can use hand held ERAD devices to scan and milk your cards), but a cop can feel you or your money may be illegal, and seize it, after being pulled over for a minor violation, such as a tail light that the bulb went out, the officer doesnt have to arrest/ charge you of any crime. Lower income working classes of people that may not know much about law or their rights, may be quick to allow an officer that suspects something do anything without question, they/ you may feel obligated to answer questions of the officer that are not relevant to the stop, or feel they have to open their trunk for inspection, or allow officers to go throughout the car. Most of the time the officer covers their ass, simply by saying, "do you have anything in the vehicle that we should be aware of, weapons, illegal drugs? ..." etc. They then "ask permission" to see for themselves (to not have to obtain a warrant, because without consent, even if you did have something illegal, any court would throw it out), if you decline, they say they can bring in dogs or another crew, the officer will say something like ... "if you have nothing to hide or are not guilty or anything, you have nothing to worry", etc. This is America, and they are not KGB of former communist Russia or the gestapo of Nazi Germany ... you havent any reason to grant them permission, and you can decline politely. Before you sign any waivers of your rights or the ability to file grievance or legal suit ... you should think for a minute, once you give permission and/ or sign anything, you lost most. Dont sign papers when your property is seized, promising not to sue, in exchange for not getting charged with a criminal violation ... unless you're guilty as shit of illegal activity, and they got you by the balls with compelling evidence ... same way you work out a plea deal in a court in other words. You answer questions, but never volunteer information, you dont have to explain a damn thing about your day, where you're going or coming from, your income, job, etc ... again ... in a polite way.
Then you have other wayz that cops will try to burn you, that you have to watch out for, here is an example where they tried to basically rob songwriter/ rapper "Boosie" the other day when he was touring, of a million dollars worth of jewelry (The Advocate) ... they pretended they didnt find any jewelry in the vehicle and that they gave the vehicle back to the rental agency, etc. The cops got made quick, after he went to the media and told his story, the cops admitted to actually having the jewelry and the vehicle they said they didnt a few dayz before. They just basically thought it would be a good grab and that this guy was just some guy with a bunch of jewelry, that "could" be stolen ... at least they'll say they "suspected" it stolen, if the IAD (Internal Affairs Division) or DA's (District Attorney) office looked further into it. They fucked with the wrong guy, Boosie was smart, knew he was wronged and challenged it, contacted his lawyers and took action. That's the whole point here ... exercise your rights, of course that is up to you ... but for myself, I try to utilize every damn right I have, it's just the American thing to do in my view, it's patriotic too in a sense. You may feel because of their authority and power, that you dont have the money or legal knowledge to challenge when you are robbed by law ... that is why you contact friends, agencies, lawyers/ legal groups, but, if you choose not to, that's your choice too. If the rights in the "Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform Act" (CAFRA) are still available for use as example, you use that, to where if you were wronged, the government has to pay your legal fees, or whatever else you can utilize. There are many wayz to challenge, even though it isnt easy and requires a little time and determination ... my choice has alwayz been to challenge and question ... that's what laws, rights and the constitution are there for. I strongly encourage doing this to many folks over the years in my own community, and try to inform folks of their options. Another thing is to talk about it and pressure politicians ... notice over the last 4 decades, whenever the people dont keep the pressure on, that's when they even take the abuse of the legislation to another level and escalate it ... give an inch, they'll take a mile in other words. Bringing this into social medias is importante to inform too ... you may have a low traffic blog like I do, or tweet a little with a few friends, Facebook or whatever ... but if you have a million folks covering these issues, it makes its way to others, even if it's just a few that you reach, meaning that millions more are informed. Some read links and videos I put below, some contacts/ info at the top of the posting as well.

SYRIAN BOMBING & REGIME CHANGE 2017: The "EXTREME IDEOLOGY" of Regime Change & Consequences with Tulsi Gabbard ... The "Intervention Intentions" Edition ... (TULSI GABBARD PT.2)- (ARAB WORLD TENSIONS PT.10)
**** STAND WITH TULSI GABBARD ... (petition)
Tulsi Gabbard speaks out against the regime change war in Syria ... Thanx to Tulsi Gabbard
This posting will serve 2 series of this journal/ blog, "Arab World Tensions", and "Tulsi Gabbard". I wanted to make sure to have a series in here for Congresswoman Gabbard, because I been keeping up with her for awhile, and looking forward to her moving into higher leadership positions in the future for America, and even a possible presidential candidate ... in time ... I mean of course ... I would "hope" to see her evolve into such ... but that has to be her will and choice, and the support of the American people. I been following the Syrian situation for some time, and expecting this bombing the other day was coming as well, for a few years actually, and the intentions on heavy intervention, regime change, etc ... I mean, they been playing us for awhile through corporate media and politics, from the Obama administration to the Trump administration, to see our reaction ... but they're all in on this, as far as the so called establishment of both parties, just trying to figure out how to play it right, and save their positions. Tulsi has been very outspoken about this, and I agree with her on this and many other issues she takes on, so I wanted to have her explain some of her views in here concerning Syria, to have an alternative view/ approach ... Tulsi uses a little common sense as well, for a change from the usual establishment mouthpieces. Not even Wolf Blitzer of CNN below made any mistakes this time, like he did last year with Sen. Rand Paul (The Intercept), when he said these interventions, bombing campaigns and billion dollar arms sales to Saudis were good for creating American jobs and business. The news mainstream has been playing this bombing up, and the talk about saving the women, children and babies of Syria from evil, spreading democracy (their twisted version of democracy is global neoliberalism), humanitarian intentions and love by the U.S. and Saudis (and dont think for a minute that Saudis arent key players in this shit as well, in this entire region of the globe), the need for this regime change, and the rest of the usual nonsensical bargain basement trash talk that is alwayz peddled to us. A video and petition above, some newsread and videos below, including a video from a progressive Syrian American opposed to Tulsi's approach ... then I wanted to add a few cents from my view on this, after below.

Thomas Hudson Pickering/ Ranch Chimp
As far as Tulsi's establishment democratic party colleagues that would like to see her ousted from the democratic party or whatever ... great! ... why dont ya'll do it, and get rid of other progressives that you dont like either in your party, and see how long your sorry asses last as a viable party, eh? I mean, as a voter, I would love to see you get rid of them, so they can form a real progressive party and exclude ya'll from it. In the meantime until you do something, perhaps you can just go back and do something constructive like spending time in your phone banks and luncheons, panhandling money for your campaigns from your wealthy constituents ... or do what you do best, as far as kissing the asses of your corporate and Saudi lobbyists, and do some more ass- sucking to the majority of republicans ... if you're lucky, you may get re- elected, eh? They been slowly on both sides, laying this on us for a few years now, and looking for reasons and a show, to have an all out attack on Syria, just like other invasions and occupations over the years ... they/ politicians know they are walking a fine line right now with the American people, as far as approval and much else. Or maybe since you have such humanitarian concerns in the Washington political establishment, you can get your own families and kidz to volunteer in Syria on land ... maybe the royal families of the Saudis can do likewise ... you know, share, love, save babies and women, etc. ... isnt that what this is all about? It's sickening enough having to hear some of these politicians relentlessly push for regime change here and there, to please their wealthy donors ... the only goddamn regime change we need is right here in Washington ... which has its own "extreme ideology" on how they handle situations abroad. There's NOT a more efficient and economically better way to deal with this? ... why dont I buy that?
Sadly, as a friend was telling me the other day ... these people, whether in Syria, Iraq, or anywhere else in this region, are the ones that get hit the hardest, whether it's terror attacks, existing regime attacks, outsiders intervention such as U.S., Saudis, Russians or whoever. It would be great to see the people of these countries get their hands on these parasites at the top, who inspire, fund, and influence these wars, and serve them justice, including Americans ... in the most horrific and inhumane manner possible. When I seen the news the other day at first of the chemical attacks on Syrians, I had questions, as far as the rescue methods, hazmat gear, equipment, protection, etc. At the same time, knowing the history of Assad, the U.S., Russia, ISIS, I have to question also, if this was a real attack, and if so, who was really behind it? Then when Trump ordered the sudden quick bombing, which he hinted a day before in a news conference, I expected that ... and expect it's to see the public reaction ... waiting to see if Americans will cheer or sneer, hoping for a cheerful American public support, so they can go full throttle, like they did in Iraq ... and play it as saving all these people from evil. Me personally, no, I dont support any of these over night decisions to bomb countries, especially when we are not attacked, and/ or without further review, and the proper channels of going through Congress either. Nor do I want to see us quickly jump into another half trillion or trillion dollar expenditure, so a bunch of multinational corporations and contractors can capitalize off it while milking us dry, and forcing even more misery and uncertainty on Syrians ... as we get shafted in America once again, because we cant even afford as it is, to use our taxes or borrowed money to pay for our own goddamn domestic needs, because of these bastards in Washington squandering our money.
Word Out ....
***** POST NOTE: I'm an independent politically, who happens to vote Democrat. However, due to the unique circumstances and issues we have currently (and more increasingly with neoliberalism, even on a global level) ... the United States is past due and in need of a strong peoples political movement and party. I believe, that if we had a real progressive party in America that stands firm, that it would in these times receive a mass amount of public support (and both these deadwood parties know that, deep down). I believe the voting power of the people hungry for REAL change, would give it a landslide victory over these 2 parties we have now. It would be exciting as well, to so many people in our country, that are just burned out, on the same political crap over and over, decade after decade ... it could and would, be a political shift of historic magnitude. We have not had the challenges that we have today as Americans, that I can recall, since the Great Depression era, and even in some wayz worse now, due to the unique circumstances now/ today.

UNITED STATES NATIONAL HEALTH CARE ACT/ H.R.676/ 2017- 2018: Revisiting & The PUSH for Health Care Reform ... The "Enhanced Chance" Edition ... (HEALTH CARE REFORM: another "FORM" of "REFORM" PT.10)
***** JUSTICE DEMOCRATS | medicare- for- all ... (petition)
***** HEALTHCARE-NOW: Expanded & Improved Medicare for All Act, H.R.676 ... (review/ info)
***** TAKE ACTION FOR H.R.676
This posting will serve as Part 10 of the "Health Care Reform" series for this journal/ blog. It is to look at revisiting and taking another shot at health care reform, since this administration has failed with their nowhere rush plans to destroy ACA/ ObamaCare. This is a subject that I have talked to so many folks about over several years, and got so many opinions on this, from health care professionals, and a variety of Americans and some from other countries ... so I heard many views of this. I even had my daughter explain to me, how a couple friends of hers in England and Germany said those countries have a wait period for some medical needs, or to see "specialists", even familia of mine in Canada, have told me that some things are a wait, unlike here in America. Understand also, that these corporations are doing everything they can to destroy and dissolve national healthcare in those countries too ... again, neoliberalism. A doctor of mine told me that it would be difficult to do here in America, as far as national health care, because of the population ... also telling me, that many specialty doctors may decide to go to law school over medical school, if they cant make a decent living, etc. I have had folks tell me, that the insurance industry and many medical services providers, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies would be squeezed out of business, etc. So I have heard so much first hand from many folks, and I really appreciate their insight and opinions ... really. I understand it's NOT easy ... but change isnt easy for anyone, especially when business is so good for some ... but we have to try to figure out some way to make some balance, in a system ... that is great, yes, as far as how were taken care of ... but badly in need of reform, as far as costs and much else, which I wrote plenty about in this series already. My point here, is not to throw in the towel and give up, when we all know there is room alwayz for improvement. And there has to be a way that we can cover everyone in this country for the most needs, without tearing down all the insurance companies and related companies ... I never buy into folks talk, about nothing can be done ... I dont buy it, and know damn well if you try, you can do things.
I'm NOT complaining at all about the medical service and quality I or friends and familia have received that have decent insurance in this country ... it is really good. But like everything else, as we are alwayz told ... there has to be adjustments made to the financial/ costs end, and tighten the ship. I mean, were alwayz told about spending cuts needed and tightening our entitlements, public amenities, etc, etc ... we have to tighten ... means ya'll have to tighten too ... it's not a damn one way street. I'm not blaming this solely on one entity as many do, such as insurance companies ... I understand, because of how all these businesses are milking everyone, that even insurance companies get the shaft and ripped off too, therefore having to push up premiums ... and everyone providing services, is milking everything they can, from milking medicaid/ medicare to insurance companies and each other ... it's like an unregulated wild- wild west type of cost/ spending structure ... so DONT tell me that nothing can be done. These mega giant companies also, from big pharma to insurance ... need to get in shape and balanced too, and if they cant do it on their own ... someone needs to crack the whip and get this shit in line. Now I dont expect the majority of folks in the House of Representatives and Senate to suddenly awaken and jump all over this ... because they have their corporate lobbyists and sponsors to kiss up to ... but I expect for millions of people to start to wake up and pressure these folks, to get off their asses and do something. That is what this is about ... signing petitions, calling your representatives, etc ... apply the heat, eh? With all the experts and all the money and resources that we have ... you cant tell me that we cant come up with an improved type system, where everyone will at least have access to health care ... unlike now as well, where non- insured people have to cram our county hospital emergency rooms for basic needs, or putting more of it on community faith based organizations ... we need something that is nation- wide and supported by our government, and supported by our tax dollars. America needs this more than building a damn border wall, or building a larger nuclear arsenal of weapons ... it is already supported by a majority of Americans, and there is plenty of wayz to pay for it, and plenty of support from Americans for that end as well. Some links above, the Healthcare- Now link above, puts a straight plan on what to do to shape this, then some video below.

4-DAY WORK WEEK: How a REST to The STRESS can Improve for The BEST ... with LEISURE & BUSINESS Balance ... The "ULTIMATE AMERICAN SIN" Edition ... (AMERICAN JOBS PT.8)

US workers debate long working hours ... Thanx to Al Jazeera English
This posting will be Part 8 of the "American Jobs" series of this journal/ blog ... and the video above is a reality worth more atencion. The posting is about an old idea, and giving it new thought, as far as working lesser hours, or a 4- day work week ... and having more leisure time for folks, which can have some healthy benefits for not just those in the workforce, but even for business. What inspired the posting in part, as well as part of the posting title, was an article I was reading by Chris Weller in Business Insider ... I also wanted to add some read linked below from G.E. Miller's piece in 20SomethingFinance. This also applies to so many so called free market countries of today more than ever, because of the work culture and mindset that has been largely influenced by America to spread and expand globally even more, with this new push of neoliberalism ... and the rest of our work, buy, consume and die, stress filled hot rush lifestyles and thinking. After the pieces from Weller and Miller, I will add some views of my own below.

This is another posting and food for thought, that is considered by many today as radical thinking, impractical, it cant work, etc, in our prepaid programming and race to keep up with the Joneses ... thinking and questioning like this, is a sort of ultimate American sin in our pop- culture programming. Work and leisure are way out of balance, and you cant maintain stability and real progress for long without balance in anything. Between the high pressured commercialization of obtaining wealth, buying and working more, more and more, to corporate controlled political mouthpieces feeding us lies and doom/ gloom stories, pressure and competition, to unregulated neoliberal capitalism on steroids ... it is healthy mentally and physically to slow down a minute, and not drive ourselves crazy over the talk from a bunch of worthless parasites and overpaid hustlers peddling this nonsense to us. I mean, if any of the recent figures just over the last years since the 08 recession tells us anything about most of the new wealth in this new stage going to the top of the chain, and were working harder and more for lesser pay than ever, with not much trickling down, something isnt working right, eh? ... even the design in balanced capitalism shouldnt work and have results like that, nor should it create more poverty. It's remarkable how many even believe that poverty is part of healthy capitalism, and necessary for capitalism to survive, and that just driving wages into the dirt is healthy as well for capitalism ... I mean, the only folks telling us this, are either those at the top that control and rathole most wealth, or those at the bottom who are so culturally and politically uninformed or brainwashed to believe and spread such nonsense. The positive we have going, is that so many people are analyzing and researching what we have created as far as work/ employment and business, and coming up with alternative ideas ... along with so much inde and social media to get people to think and communicate for a moment out of the boxes they been assigned to. This is also why I think things like universal basic income are inportante to consider, and YES ... I think it can be beneficial not just for society, but even for business.
If you look around in your communities you see the stress factor more than ever, the job pinching, austerity, bankruptcies, credit problems, etc ... and it just been getting deeper and deeper, regardless of the bullshit you are fed about how great things are or will be on the path we currently are on. Some companies are starting to realize that happier employees lead to better productivity as well ... and that driving workers to stress and burn- out has a negative effect too. Back in the 1980's I done some contract work for a small company that had a 3- day work week, 3- 12 hour dayz ... the employees loved it, the owner loved it also, because they didnt have to pay out any overtime ... I was offered a job there, but declined, because I was already a foreman full time at a place I was with for 4 years, and had good benefits and profit sharing ... but I told them I'll work contract when they need help, just call me. The only thing better now through all of this, is that you have more gadgets and things to buy, most of which are obsolete in no time, and of not much actual value ... and much that will just fill landfills/ garbage dumps ... anything of real value that doesnt depreciate much, such as land/ real estate, metals, minerals, etc ... those at the top hoard. And today they are even buying out our governments, public amenities and ratholing our taxes ... so the idea that embracing this economics idea we have now, and working till we are blue in the face and dropping dead to get ahead, isnt going to do 99% of the populations a damn bit of good, besides buying and paying out more than they need. We are in a new era, the economics of past are not going to survive forever, eventually the jobs are not going to be there no matter how much you bust ass and compete for them. So, we are going to have to re- evaluate everything we been doing, because if we dont have enough time for leisure now ... in the future we will have to adjust and take time off, because there will be no need for jobs like today. Lesser work weeks are a healthy start to prepare as well for that future, so that people change that mindset and routine gradually of having to work till you drop, and having to keep up with the Joneses, with the new global alliance whether corporate or public, of how we work, trade, produce and do business.
