Why the name Ranch Chimp? it was in humour because, science says that humans have similar DNA to a chimpanzee,so I felt some way related biologically to a chimpanzee. 2nd, everytime I was out of Texas on a vacation or for whatever reason I’m always asked things like, do I live on a ranch?,or have cattle? so I commonly call Dallas the Ranch. "Politically Depressed" was also humour inspired by the 1993- 2002 Bill Maher TV/ tele show "Politically Incorrect".

PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES 2016/ DEMOCRACY NOW: First Presidential Debate with Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump & Jill Stein ... with "GREEN VIEW On The ECONOMY" ... The "Spirit of Democracy" Edition ... (Out of LINE with JILL STEIN PT.4)
This posting will serve as Part 4 of the "Out of Line with Jill Stein" series of this journal/ blog ... and Big Thanx to "Democracy Now" for the work they done here, I thought it was impressive work, that I wanted to have in this journal, and it's a treat for those Americans who enjoy fantasizing about what would America be like, or what the debates may look like, if we had a REAL Democracy ... instead of the corporate communism we have through neoliberalism, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-) ... and Thanx to Jill Stein here, because you look great and done great in the debate Jill! For me, I had no interest in watching the debates, until I seen this one where there was other than just Clinton and Trump, with the usual talk between them 2 that been going on for months ... because I already had a good idea of what it would consist of as far as Clinton and Trump were concerned, and I was accurate in my assumption, having watched it now with Democracy Now. Jill was actually escorted by police from the debates site, as well as others exercising their 1st Amendment right, which you have to expect as well in our state of corporate controlled politics ... I believe she also still has a warrant for her arrest in North Dakota too (The Nation), for standing up with native Americans trying to protect their land and environment, which I also commend her for, and my advice to Jill would be to not even turn herself in, not unless you feel it's in your best interest ... otherwise, make them come and get you if they want you, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {:-) ... what do they call it today? ... "civil disobedience"?, "puritanically or politically incorrect"?, "radical or extremist"? ... that'll work ... sounds good to me ... we need more of it too! {:-) Of course, Jill Stein is NOT going to be our next President, but hearing alternative views and ideas is healthy. The fact is, that 3/4 of Americans want open debates, just like 3/4 of Americans want some kind of national healthcare as well, which would NOT put insurers or medical providers out of business, but make them more competitive, nor will free colleges put your major private universities/ colleges out of business, but create a better educated new generation, and even if we were not in a climate change crisis, trying to clean up our air, waters and land, would not put oil companies out of business, but prepare us for an energy future that is coming.
The whole point here is to have other views on why our nation and politics are ill, and where are they going? ... and to have a vision that is alternative to the pre- programmed institutionalized corporate only vision for the country ... Jill Stein makes some points that are worth hearing out, they may call the ideas "radical" thinking ... or use the common responses like "it cant be done" ... "who's gonna pay for it?" etc, etc (you've heard em all) ... but we certainly have a lack of vision in much of our leadership today, and like the mainstream media, they are held hostage and kept in fear by the multinational corporate and banking powers. I'm sure some would like to talk about other wayz to make change, but they simply dont have the courage to, and are afraid to stand up against that which controls them ... an example here of how Wall Street boldly told Hillary Clinton, if she chose Sen. Elizabeth Warren as a running mate, they would finish her and their campaign support, making her pick their choice ... it is sad actually, and makes politicians weaker and weaker over time. These ideas though for real change are NOT radical, it is just common sense, that when things dont work, you try something else ... there is plenty of money out there, especially in America, to do more about education, infrastructure, healthcare, class and racial injustice, the environment, etc. ... and the proposals made to pay for what is needed, will certainly not drive the wealthy into poverty or the poor house ... they will still do very well, it is the financial responsibility as well to those who prosper most, to contribute their share to what makes their prosperity, gains and growth happen, they at the top would be first to tell you that "nothing is for free" ... so it should apply to them as well, since they are so glued to that idea. Below is linked the debates from Democracy Now with Jill, Hillary and Donald, video as well as transcript. I also wanted to close out the posting with an extra video from Jill and RT America a couple weeks or so back, where she talks about a green view on the economy ... which is something I point out in the "Global War'n'ing" series, because it's a view of how to grow employment, economy, and transitioning to renewable energies with the infrastructure that will be needed ... this is big business as well for the future investments ... the $500 billion proposed plan in my view, is one of the best plans for the economy and environment that I have heard ... Word Out ....

PHARMAKON/ MARGARET CHARDIET: Live at NYC's Webster Hall & Interview
**** Pharmakon- Sacred Bone Records
This entry into the music/ arts honour roll society series of this journal/ blog is to showcase the work and art of Margaret Chardiet, through her music project known as "Pharmakon". Ms. Chardiet is at the top of the list with me when it comes to post modern industrial music, today I guess they call it "noise music", although she dont consider it to be in any genre, for me, it is personal, philosophical and a reflection of the human condition ... I'm old school myself, so this is more in that line of what I remember of Throbbing Gristle, Nurse with Wound, Ruth White, etc ... even Diamanda Galas experimented with industrial/ electronic, incorporating some of it into her music, to large production classic rock musicians like Pink Floyd ... so it has quite a history going back several decades. I have an extensive collection of older industrial myself, much even out of print. Margaret comes out of the NYC area (Queens and Brooklyn), she grew up in the arts environment and New York's underground music scene, both her parents were into the arts, and were part of the punk scene, where she got influenced as well, but taking her own direction ... and instead dabbling in experimental, electronic, industrial elements ... and is a one woman show. She been at it for several years, starting at around 17 years old or so in the New York scene and has established quite a reputation, and rightfully so ... formed in 2007, with a couple albums and an EP, while touring worldwide ... even her misfortune with a serious medical condition and emergency surgery didnt slow her down. Her music is emotional, intense, and is combined with the sounds of everyday life that she picks up/ records here and there, mixed in with thrashing sharp electronics and keyboards with a pulsating deep beat and intense vocal work, where she is very interactive with her audience as well ... confronting them eye to eye, face to face, and expressing not just her feelings, but the feelings inside others. Instead of going with any studio cuts from this artist, there was a good selection of 'live performance' work that I sifted through, so I wanted to highlight a live set she done ... after there is a link with an interview with her from Dummymag I wanted to include. I look forward to her progress and future of her music career, and wish her the best ... Enjoy!

JOHN STUMPF Meets SENATE BANKING COMMITTEE: Exposure Meets Composure at The Capitalism Hill DRILL GRILL ... The "Do ASK- Don't TELL" Edition ... (ELIZABETH WARREN PT.14)- (TOO BIG TO FAIL BA(N)KERY PT.4)- (WELLS FARGO PT.2)
Chairman/ CEO John Stumpf of Wells Fargo
This posting will serve as Part 4 of "Too Big To Fail Ba(n)kery", Part 14 of "Elizabeth Warren", and Part 2 of "Wells Fargo" series of this journal/ blog ... and is a follow up on the Wells Fargo posting that was Part 3 of "Too Big To Fail Ba(n)kery" I done the other day. I was looking forward to hearing John's testimony to the committee, and as usual, it's what I expected, but it's all part of the legal game and show. He really kept his composure well too, which I expected, while some fairly incriminating drilling from senators got put on the grill. It's basically the same old song and dance when you have these hearings ... you have folks like Stumpf that run these entities, but know no one, what anyone is doing under them, are unaware of any wrongdoing, alwayz claims their responsibility verbally, but dont do anything to even be minimally accountable ... but, you have to wonder, how these people are in charge of anything, since they do nothing, see or hear nothing, or know nothing? Even as Chairman of the board ... he claims he has basically no responsibility or much say- so in any of the decision making of the board, it's "unbelievable" for good reason, because it is pure bullshit. Most likely also, during the long termination process of thousands of lower level employees, they were all told to sign statements, admitting to wrongdoing, but promised that no charges will be brought against them if they just sign and walk ... however, that only excludes those employees from the company not taking legal action, the courts can, and subpoenas, depositions, court testimonies or whatever needed if necessary can be legally taken ... while the top crust hopes that all stayz on the low as much as possible so shareholders get minimal info on what's internally going on. In all fairness, it's impossible for a CEO to know everything in every department going on ... but with the heavy gains from cross- selling in particular, and him showcasing it as a prime selling point, he had to know of the cross- selling pressure going on ... also, with their history of previous problems and lawsuits, and what he did know about, he was intentionally negligent ... I just think he tried to sweep it all under the rug.
There was much to hear, and some Senators were far too easy on Stumpf ... you can tell that they just wanted to get this over ... everyone knew what was going on though and what to expect ... and listening to average Americans online, many just throw up their hands and say "nothing will be done about it" ... and you cant blame them, considering history and what they/ we have to put up with. Even though this is no laughing matter, some of the answers Stumpf gave were so ridiculous, I couldnt help to laugh ... such as when Warren told him that cross- selling is to pump up Wells Fargo stock prices ... he actually responded saying "No ... cross- selling is about deepening relationships" ... I couldnt help laughing. But there is a positive to this ... and that's "exposure", and hopefully thousands will take their damn money out of this institution and others like it, there are many other places to put it, besides these behemoth banks. Another positive to this ... is the evidence and documentation here IS enough for criminal indictments beyond doubt, I see no reason why not ... if there isnt any, something is seriously wrong ... a rookie still in law school could make a case for that matter, and you can bet that there are many who would love to get high profile cases like these, great for the resume. It also appears that most or all of senior management people were kept, which is common for a company/ corporation to do, because those are the most valued employees/ assets for business, and they're the primary slave drivers ... and the ones they kept have plenty of reason to be investigated, since they orchestrated, organized and authorized these criminal actions ... this is so clear, I see it as no different than major organized crime. But I selected a couple videos here from Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA) and Senator Jeff Merkley (OR), both done well in questioning Stumpf, and highlighted the importante issues, of course I expected for Warren to really go at it too, she is really good, does her homework and alwayz comes ready to go at the drop of a hat ... Thanx to both.

WELLS FARGO CULTURE 2016 (PT.1): 2 MILLION cases of SUPER- PREDATOR GANG Extortion- Corruption- Fraud & Theft ... JAIL the Bank BANDIT's or FAIL The INDUSTRY ... The "Bring Them To Heel" Edition ... (TOO BIG TO FAIL BA(N)KERY PT.3)
How Scott Reckard Uncovered Wells Fargo Fraud Story | Power Lunch | CNBC ... Thanx to CNBC
***** LA TIMES/ E. SCOTT RECKARD: Wells Fargo's pressure- cooker sales culture comes at a cost ... (the December 2013 original investigative story that broke ground to take action)
This posting will serve as Part 3 of the "Too Big To Fail Ba(n)kery" and "Wells Fargo" series of this journal/ blog, that I wanted to record in here concerning Wells Fargo. I feel that right now (2016), it is more importante than ever because of these massive/ behemoth predator institutions they are more becoming, and devouring our economies, that we should seriously consider starting to grow a strong public banking system, owned and controlled by us for us (Public Banking Institute info) ... but that's another posting. I wanted to open above with Scott Reckard and the piece he done 3 years back in the Los Angeles Times, because much credit should go to him and his colleagues for the investigative work they done, as well as the bank customers and employees that helped this get in motion ... but, this is what broke ground for this before any of the government agencies from the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), the DOJ (U.S. Department of Justice), and the House Financial Services Committee even looked at any of these latest allegations on a more serious level, making it all possible for this to become mainstream. This is leading a push for further criminal investigations too, and also Wells Fargo CEO/ Chairman John Stumpf, will have to face the Senate Banking Committee this coming tuesday 09/ 20/ 2016. I selected a few pieces to link below about this out of several I read to highlight here, the one from the New York Times also has a CNBC/ Mad Money video exclusive with Chairman/ CEO of Wells Fargo, John Stumpf, trying to explain what happened, and how great of a community bank Wells Fargo is, and how they love their customers over their own lives/ existence, etc. Also Thanx to Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for inspiring the title of this posting in part ... because as I was reviewing these cases, allegations and settlements ... I couldnt help to think of Hillary Clinton who summed it up perfectly in short, that these super- predator gangs and mobsters should be brought to heel, although she wasnt talking about the banksters here, everything she said in the half minute video below describes what these banksters are, and what should be done to them. So on that note, since she is so influential on Capitalism Hill (aka Capitol Hill), I would hope that everyone from the DOJ to the Congress and herself, will DO all they can to bring these super- predator gangs of extortion, corruption, fraud and theft to heel ... after all ... there are 2 million new cases that justify criminal investigation and possible indictments to choose from. After, I will add a few more words ....

The Deadliest Terror Attack On Wall Street ... Thanx to BUSINESS INSIDER
****************************************************************************
Thomas Hudson Pickering/ Ranch Chimp
You know, when you have folks like JPMorgan leaving the holes in the wall from the slug/ shrapnel of their Wall Street bank after the explosion/ attack on their bank and Wall Street in 1920, and saying it is in "defiance" of those who dare to attack them ... looking at these folks actions, as well as your other big banks ... they are basically saying, whatever they do to incite this violence will be looked at as them being the victims, and everyone else is their enemy and the aggressors. However, when these institutions do what they do to our citizens, communities and economies ... "they deserve what they get" as well should be our motto, the only disappointment I see in any of these attacks or even vandalism or whatever on these institutions, is all the innocent people that are harmed or killed ... instead of the bankers themselves ... I shed no tears when harm and failure comes their way ... after all ... who are the real instigators inciting this war on the people? Wells Fargo for example has a history now of several years of shady and illegal practices, by law, they are habitual offenders (at least that's how most Americans are charged and tried, such as "3 strikes out" laws), with several years of recidivism ... they prey on the common smallest depositor, homeowners, middle class, students, veterans, small businesses, elderly to young, to the homeless and people on Social Security, you name it ... they even have a term and plan for lower income people of colour in their culture ... that they casually call "mud people", where they peddle off through their communities and targeting their church ministers to peddle off subprime loans, that they call "ghetto loans" (PBS) ... all of these gangs of predators and their culture, whether it's Wells Fargo or others, will even train and pressure their employees to prey on the most vulnerable of our society, including their employees own family members and friends on up in America and abroad, and do just about anything to screw them/ you somehow out of something ... how can you have any respect for them?, or even want to have anything to do with their institutions/ banks? ... I see it as insane, and even more insane to make excuses for them. The thing is as well, since the 2008 financial crisis, these institutions that were too big to fail, are even larger, and it's getting worse by the year. Sure, the fines and penalties they receive are a positive, but it is not stopping any of this. Wells Fargo now saying that they will put on a new rehabilitated business image starting January 01, 2017? ... of course more bullshit, to see who the next political administration/ cabinet is, to get their lobbyists and insiders to work on ... this should have been done several years ago after previous troubles.
It's also insane that the senior executive VP that headed their community banking, Carrie Tolstedt, gets to walk away scott free with also over $124 million, but, that's all in the contract work and part of her compensation ... she was right in the thick of all this as it was going down, but like Chairman/ CEO John Stumpf, are not aware of this culture ... so they're either lying, or very incompetent. I would hope that this Senate Banking Committee hearing/ session will bring about much more focus on this, and a clearer view from the executives positions, but I dont expect much more than a political version of "Dancing with the Stars", being politicians drilling hard questions, but getting a dance around the issue response from Stumpf ... similar to previous shows with folks like JPMorgan's Jamie Dimon or BP's Tony Hayward hearings. The committee has to hold these hearings most importantly now during this election season, because it gives politicians and the 2 parties a boost, to show that they are somewhat cracking down ... so folks like Stumpf or whoever, understand and dance to the tune basically ... so that is mostly for show, and all you can do is hope that something positive results from it ... and it gets heavier media exposure, and inspires more investigations and possible criminal charges. Since there is no accountability of any of these folks in any significant way, you have to enforce laws, bring criminal indictments, and take action ... this is the only way to slow this down ... simply fining someone several millions who makes billions off these practices does nothing at all ... not taking action, is like failing business and the industry. They say that Warren Buffet for example lost over a billion dollars over this (Bloomberg) ... good, this also is a positive, and all the other major investors. It is a positive as well that there is a social and mainstream media saturation of this, and that thousands of people take their money out of this/ these institutions and refuse to do business with them ... there are so many different smaller banks, credit unions and other places to put your money and do business with ... customers dont deserve this, any more than they deserve politicians that fiddle faddle around and indirectly support this kind of culture, abandon them as well. If we dont challenge this, from the working class depositor to the larger investors ... this type of culture and behaviour will only get worse, and have a greater financial crisis impact and consequences on our economies, in an already fragile economy that we have now.
Word Out ....

WORKPLACE PEOPLE & BEHAVIORAL ANALYTICS: Meet Big Brother's Cousin "BIG BOSS" ... ID Badge Monitoring & Surveillance ... The "Slippery Slope on a Rope" Edition ... (End to Privacy? ... NONSENSE ... NOTHING in the PUBLIC has ever been PRIVATE PT.6)- (AMERICAN JOBS PT.5)
Ben Waber PhD ... CEO of Humanyze
This posting will serve the "End to Privacy?" and "American Jobs" series of this journal/ blog ... it will be to highlight the new generation of workplace performance, people and behavioral analytics that is becoming the new norm in our pop- culture institutionalized programming. Waber sayz this technology is just scratching the surface (in other words, the possibilities are endless), they like to call it "biometrics meets the boss" ... and that is why it is so importante to watch, legislate and regulate closely ... especially in this new era of corporatized dominance. You have folks of course like JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America who absolutely love this, to maximize profits and productivity of course, and a couple thousand other companies ... employees who currently decide/ volunteer to wear these and participate are sold on the idea, because it is looked at by them as a fitbit of sort to enhance their performance and career ... or how we get over- excited over every new tech that comes out, whether its a new phone, tele or whatever that we just get fascinated by how cool it seems ... and it is "cool" ... however, you have to watch the people behind it purchasing this technology too, like a fox watches a hen house. I mean ... I think they're cool too ... I would like to see some of these CEO's/ associates and their corporate pocket puppet politicians wear some of these cool devices, perhaps we could get a more clear and precise evaluation of their performance, since when they're questioned by the people/ shareholders/ investors, or a Senate Committee, they are very vague of what they do/ done, oversaw, who they know, or even their positions ... maybe we could refresh their memory, eh? (an example of that here in the video and 3rd paragraph).
Of course the other positive they talk about, is it/ they will not monitor you while in the bathroom ... beacons tracking your movement are omitted from the bathroom, sounds great ... since sitting in the shitter is about the only privacy you have left (I think we should add a "shitter amendment" to our rights, to at least try to preserve that). Your boss dont get to see personal details?, data will ONLY be used to enhance workplace performance? ... dont count on this nonsense ... if you get fond feelings towards a co- worker, which is even common in the workplace, it will be questioned and possibly attacked ... this can also make or break a persons career, with just a simple mistake, etc. ... not just help it, every coin has a flip- side, eh? This can be a slippery slope as it progresses though, is why to watch this closely ... you can see they already have algorithms on Facebook for instance to monitor and censor your morality today, and to watch everything you shop for and buy, so that they know what commercial/ ad programming to use when they want to steer you in whatever direction they choose ... and Lord knows we have enough advertising saturation and aggressive marketing as it is. This cool device that hangs on a rope around your neck, or one that you wear on your wrist, such as the cool sounding "Hitachi Business Microscope" ... can read and record every damn thing you do, from your breathing, emotions, conversation, movement and contact, to when you just take a breather for a minute to try to relax ... they catch it all. Like with any new technologies, it becomes less expensive and more abundant in time, those like Ben Waber are only looking at the positives, and what business/ usage it can grow into over the next decade. I chose a couple newsreads linked below from "The Washington Post" and "CNN" to review that gets more into this.

KELLY STONE ... "DEAR FACEBOOK: IT'S A BOY!": INFLATED, INVESTIGATED & PROBATED ... Facebook Photo Censorship of Mom & Son ... The "Algorithm Puritanically Correct" Edition ... (SEXPLOITATION NATION PT.33)
**** Kelly Stone/ twitter ... (bottom to top) Kelly Stone and her son Mayne **** this photo considered as "nudity" & "sexual activity" by Facebook, pending investigation of course.
**** I chose the above photo here ... as proper social media photo attire in America, if you choose to post a picture of your boy/ son on Facebook ... you know ... for "puritanical correctness" reasons.
This posting will serve as Part 33 of the "Sexploitation Nation" series of this journal/ blog ... of a mother, her son, and friend enjoying a day at the San Marcos River in San Marcos, Texas (between Austin and San Antonio). This is simply another case and posting that confirms some of the sexual stupidity (or I guess what some call morality) we have, and the type of neo- puritanical society that we are becoming in our force- fed puritanical correctness ... in todayz society now having our morality censored and regulated by a computer algorithm ... um, um, um ... imagine that! The Facebook photo at the top of this posting of Kelly and her son Mayne, that was taken by her friend Chris Cardoza, was censored, inflated and investigated for having content that depicts "nudity" and "sexual activity", following (while under investigation), Kelly received 7 dayz probation by Facebook from being able to use her Facebook. Sadly, Kelly like millions of others depend on Facebook (I never had much use for it), in this case Mayne's mom depends on it for her career as well, which she explains in the video/ newsread linked below, she is a local comedian, a sex health educator and college lecturer too ... millions like her, depend on this communications/ social network tool. Even 8 year old Mayne had enough sense to see this is wrong ... of course his brain hasnt been institutionalized yet like many adults. I heard rumors in the past about this censorship thing of Facebook, but never really looked into it much ... while reading up on this earlier, I seen that there is really alot of this going on ... maybe we should make our sons wear a bra like our daughters, eh? LABOR DAY 2016: America's GROWING FRUITS of LABOUR ... In the Form of STOLEN WAGES ... & Reinforcing the Force to FIGHT BACK ... The "WAGE THEFT" Edition ... (AMERICAN JOBS PT.4)- (The AWAKENING PT.44)
'US prospers more with labor law protections' ... Thanx to RT AMERICA
****************************************************************************
****************************************************************************
***** www.workplacefairness.org
First of all, Happy Labor Day to American workers ... and Thanx to Ed Schultz and John Nichols for the opening video above, which is straight to the point. This posting will serve both the "American Jobs" and "The Awakening" series of this journal/ blog, and in this posting to focus on wage theft in America, and the need to press this issue more and more, because the growing fruits of our labour here in America, are getting increasingly stolen. It is a positive though to see so many around the country that has also increasingly been fighting back against this, and also Thanx to the labour movement/ unions/ action groups all over the country that been reinforcing this force to fight back. For the last few decades wages have been being chopped down, along with benefits ... and many in business using their political influence to try to block any worker organization, which is bad for business, because organized workers make the best workers and consumers ... today they use lobby powers that would rather spend millions on lobbying or even in courts, than simply saving money, if they would just do straight business and pay fairly ... which is ill decision making in my opinion from a business perspective even ... but this has became a viral culture of sort more and more ... trying to take us backward instead of forward, so it's importante to hammer it. Still some folks are reluctant to challenge their employers when getting screwed, so that is why it's importante to inspire and motivate those as well, for the benefit of the overall workforce, from minimum wage positions to more well paid positions, because this wage trend can have a ripple effect to different pay scales and occupations over time ... and it also inspires others now around the globe to fight back as well. And there is a variety of scams in use today to steal wages, and big corporations like WalMart use contractors to hire for services for example, to try to not be accountable themselves for it, temp agencies and others are part of it too, so you need to stay informed and vigilant. Right now in America, tax incentives and profits are at all time highs ... there is no reason that wages should be cut and stolen ... this is not just normal greed, but extreme greed, which is an illness and addiction, and should be treated like such ... like a bad drug/ alcohol addiction is harmful to you ... this is harmful to good business. So if and when you decide to sue some of these bastards or report them, look at yourself as doing society and them a favour, you're being patriotic even.
I linked some newsread and other info below that pertains to the wage theft and your rights, what you should and can do. I also included a lengthy 25 minute documentary video from Al Jazeera America, that I wanted in this journal anywayz in some series, but well worth the view, to show that this is not just your largest employers like McDonalds, Chipotle, or WalMart, this goes on increasingly and been for years in the restaurant/ food industry and many other smaller companies. In the video below, a waitress, Gloria Lewis of the Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area, who legally fought/ challenged 3 employers ripping her off and successfully won all 3 cases, and later became a sort of advocate for workers too. Gloria points out some of the scams like, when she won her cases, she also had a type of court ordered or arbitration tribunal gag- order against her to collect her money, that she cant talk about it with anyone ... of course, this is to try to stop workers from exposing employers and inspiring folks to question and do the same, she also points out how even after they're exposed and told to pay up, how they try to nickel and dime her/ you in other wayz, like break times ... 30 minutes here and there type cheating ... or beating/ scamming you another way ... or like a Chicago dishwasher Alfredo explains too below, and some of they payroll/ debit type cards they give employees with multiple charges, and more. Also below, Florida State Senator David Simmons tries to say that the system is already overregulated on business, and the usual talk about how we should be grateful that we are the best country to work in (Huh?) ... that we should compare our conditions and wages to Southeast Asia, China and these developing countries, which is passive bullshit talk they alwayz give, or their political mouthpieces. Here's the bottom line here (and I explain more in Part 3 of American Jobs linked at the bottom of this posting) ... this is NOT Southeast Asia or China ... we are talking about our country and what we worked to establish over decades, and what we/ workers, as well as our consumers/ customers expect from employees and quality of service/ products ... so save that talk for some piss poor developing nation to tell that to. They also tell employees if they dont like it, go find another job ... what I suggest, is that employers that cant stand their own ground and run a business to take care of the employees and customers as well as the shareholders ... perhaps ya'll should find another business, or better yet, since you talk about the great cheap labour in some of these countries ... Hell ... go start up a business there (WITHOUT America's tax loopholes, home base or tax paid subsidies) ... I'm sure there are others in this country that would love to take care/ over your customer base here, eh? ... Enjoy your Labor Day and the fruits of your employment, you deserve it ... more below.
