EMILIE AUTUMN: "Manic Depression", "EA Live- Violin Solo", "Unlaced" & "It's Time For Tea" ... (BEAUTIFUL GIRLZ PT.17)

***** WELCOME TO THE ASYLUM:: THE OFFICIAL SITE OF EMILIE AUTUMN

This entry into the music/ arts honour roll society of this journal will be to honour and sample some of the work of Emilie Autumn out of the Malibu/ LA area, who is a favourite as far as her violin work too. But there is a Hell of alot more to Emilie besides violin ... she is an actor and worked in film, a poet, author, producer, composer and a really top notch vocalist with an operatic type range and style, but can cross into just about anything as far as genre ... put it this way ... if she would have been commercialized or corporatized she would be in the rank's of say Lady Gaga or someone like Katy Perry, she is more than just the frosting on the cake ... she is more like the sprinkle treats and decoration's on the frosting!

Emilie has had some classical background as far as training, but wasnt much on the formal education thing, being she gave up on school at around age 10, and was self taught much of the way, even while at a university and study with several teacher's, she also could not get along with maybe what they tried to pigeonhole her into as far as being a classical musician ... she is the kind of person that more or less know's what she want's to do and demand's it from what I gather. She even walked away from a producer in the past, that wanted to rearrange everything of her's, deciding just "fuck it", and starting her own independent label. She has quite a following too after nearly 2 decades in the business and also worked making music with Courtney Love and OTEP, she has 3 studio and 2 instrumental album's as well.

As far a genre ... she consider's herself as Victoriandustrial, she is hand's on all the way, musically influenced by opera, classical, jazz and had a thing for theatrics, plays, novels, history, and the Victorian era. Because of personal issues that landed her in an asylum for mental health, has also played a part in the storyline behind much of the music too, and she point's out some of this in her self published book "The Asylum For Wayward Victorian Girls" ... which also led her to be an activist as well for mental health care reform because of her experiences. Even though Emilie has quite a reputation on her show as far as drama or theatrics and driving the audience, I am blown away by her musical abilities and voice, and love her style. A few other's as far as this strings instrument category in this journal would be "Black Violin", "Jennifer Lynn", "Johnny Arco", "Charlie Daniels" and "Ruby Jane". But sticking to her roots and being her own boss has made it so her art hasnt got too contaminated and rearranged or destroyed, and it keep's it's authentic personal touch. I also wanted to include Emilie in the "Beautiful Girlz" series because of her beautiful fashion type icon beauty and enormous talents. Enough from me though, and looking forward to her future worx and wishing her the best of the best. Below some choices of mine of hers ... Enjoy!!

AARON SCHOCK: Representing the PEOPLE or YOURSELF ... and The Costing of the FROSTING ... The "Designer Resigner" Edition ... (POLITICAL CORRUPTION & ETHIC'S PT.6) & (DEAD BROKE HILL PT.3)

Rep. Aaron Schock (IL)

This posting will serve the "Political Corruption & Ethics" & "Dead Broke Hill" series of this journal, to take a look at some of the work of those we pay decent salaries and lifelong benefit's to, to represent us ... and in this case, the costing of the frosting we have on the cake, for the soon to resign designer Illinois Congressman Aaron Schock. Washington is alwayz telling us how broke they and we are, how we need to pay and sacrifice more and more, even turn over our social security and life savings to them and Wall St,, make cuts to public services, education, veterans, elderly, etc ... or were all doomed. And when these so called strong leaders get their panties in a bind with petty fights on the job, they act like little spoiled brat's and walk out off the job with pay, and tell us they will abandon us, the job or whatever ... I would say ... just go, get the Hell out and dont let me see your ass again ... I dont care, walk out, close down, whatever ... there are plenty of folks that can and will do the job. Some video and news link below, then I will add my part following.

Thomas Hudson Pickering (aka "Ranch Chimp" & "Commie Tommie") with other half (wife) Rosalie Recto Vinas (Pickering)

This shouldnt shock anyone about this guy Schock, but bring more light and awareness about how some of the culture in politics is ... and to never get into a mindset like some thinking that this is acceptable and should be the norm. This man is more concerned with representing himself than the people, or even his constituent's as he claim's for that matter, this man represent's nothing but himself, and dont belong in a position to lead or represent a damn thing. This is/ was a man considered by many in his party (Republican) as an upcoming superstar type for the party as well. Now after these investigations and such ... they're all acting as if he doesnt exist, or they want him to, yet no one talked to this young man before hand in their party and told him how his lifestyle looks in a public office? Which show's even more how out of touch Washington is with America.

I am not so much disturbed with his office decor, as a matter of fact, I thought it was impressive, but NOT as a Congressional member's office, I dont see it as a reflection of the job/ workplace at all, some say it is like a scene set of some popular UK tele series called "Downton Abbey", or the office decor of former First Lady Nancy Reagan ... to me it look's like what I would expect in the outer offices and waiting area of a more upscale satanic ritual chamber, but not a representatives office of the people. Schock's lavish and pop- culture vulture saturated lifestyle dont even reflect his needed qualities to represent American's. This is a man representing Peoria (IL) for example ... world headquarters of Caterpillar, Inc. ... the hard working blue collar backbone of America ... if you been to Peoria, you know what kind of town it is.

Schock had an impressive resume and childhood as a student and working hard as young as his early teens, hustling, investing and even setting up his own private retirement at 14 years old and invested in the stock markets, top's in school, ahead in his grades, a real leader, worked in rural farming as a kid, even being later the youngest school board member at 19 years old, and very cost conservative on spending. So what the Hell happened? ... I dont consider his spending spree's and lifestyle as even reflecting what he valued, and especially if he paid $74,000 for a new Chevy Tahoe, I dont see that as conservative or even smart dealing/ haggling, or the $5,000 podium of his. It is obvious though that he used his skills to nickel and dime tax- payers out of extra gas mileage reimbursement and other expenses. So it's okay by his so called values I guess (as his dad talks about his son's great all American values) to just recklessly spend the peoples money on his personal needs instead of what they intend the money for, eh?

This guy seem's to fly around with plenty of other's in their private aircraft's including the President (Obama) who also spoke highly of him, lives better than most in his salary range, related occupation and community where he sayz he likes to at least spend a day of two once a week. Considering all the vacation time time off of Congress and miscellaneous walk- outs over bitch fights and the rest, I have to wonder how he gets any damn thing done on the job, or exactly what does he do addressing some of the serious issues. He said that he is a representative of the economy and focuses mostly on that, especially for the young people, and not a social issues kind of guy, which is great, the economy is very importante for those ... however, what's up with this money spending? ... why is he so gung- ho on bucking against fair/ equal rights for LGBT (gay/ lesbian) citizen's? or rights for those who are victims of hate crimes, against a woman's right to choose, etc?

Some say it's great that he just resigned, I am sure his party partly inspired that, if he is so up and up and hasnt nothing to hide or no fear and a real leader ... he wont walk, but fight till the finish, that there show's me his cowardly colours. He know's also damn well that his ethics/ morals are in question, he know's damn well what he is guilty of. Letting these people just walk away to please our political tastes is NOT good enough, thank goodness that the FBI and others are digging deep into this while politicians turn their eyes away and get on the current politipop gab about their candidacy shows to distract us. These people need to be hounded, hunted and held accountable for taking an oath to represent people ... that is our problemo ... you DONT let shit like this slide ... you set an example, and make solid what we expect out of those like him. If any of us can go to jail for such, so can he.

DeMARCO MURRAY ... Sayz "Farewell" to the COWBOYS ... & "I'm Ready To Work" to the EAGLES ... Leaving Brother's in Dallas and Running HIS GOAL ... to the City of Brotherly Love

(left to right) fiancee Heidi Mueller, their daughter Savanna June & DeMarco Murray

(left to right) Dez Bryant, Tony Romo, Jason Witten & DeMarco Murray ... after 2014 NFC East Championship win

This posting will be to highlight and Thank Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray for his service to the Dallas Cowboys from 2011 to 2014. But the other reason for posting this as well is because this is big local sports news here in Dallas and Philadelphia, Eagles and Cowboys have been one of the NFL's hottest rivalries for decades and the NFC East division. Also because some fan's in Dallas got so bent out of shape over this, that some started burning Murray jerseys and criticizing Murray for leaving ... and in Philadelphia, fan's like this gal are thrilled and excited. But first some newsread and video below, then I want to add some after.

DeMarco Murray ready to be an Eagle? ... Thanx to CBS SPORTS

***** ESPN/ NFL: Eagles introduce DeMarco Murray

 *****************************************************************************

Thomas Hudson Pickering aka "Ranch Chimp", "Commie Tommie" & "Skool" (short for old school) to kid's locally

I myself was disappointed to see DeMarco leave as much as any other die- hard Cowboyz fan and teammates were ... I mean ... there are tough choices in this business too, and that's how it goes. DeMarco has proven to be one of the upcoming NFL great's as far as a running back, even though he has had a strong history in high school and college in Oklahoma, he has contributed so much in particular this last year as far as the Cowboyz winning the NFC East Championship and building that team spirit, and being the top rusher in the NFL. I also give alot of credit to the Dallas offensive line who helped him achieve his potential ... Murray worked extra hard this last season, since he was being played alot, some feared of injuries or wearing him down. But considering too, Murray coming into the Cowboyz back in 2011 as a 3rd string backup, he has came a long wayz in a short time.

DeMarco sayz that he see's potential in Philadelphia winning a SuperBowl and wanted to be a part of that ... and even though I am No#1 a Cowboyz fan ... I agree with him ... Philly is a Hell of a team, and only came in 2nd to Dallas last year in our division, they just had some real problem's pop up smack dab in their season that hurt them. DeMarco sayz it wasnt really about money, I have to take that as at least partial truth, because there were other team's even offering him more than Philly since he was up for grab's ... but the $42 million for 5 year's and $21 million guarantee made it also a sweet deal. But it's also obvious that QB Sam Bradford had alot to do with that decision also ... I mean, DeMarco and Sam were tight as roommates and teammates in college. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones couldnt match it? ... NO ... not at all ... in fact, in my opinion, if it wasnt for this salary cap deal, I feel DeMarco would still be in Dallas ... Jerry has no problemo spending, as a matter of fact, Jerry partly inspired the salary cap's in the NFL because of his spending, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh {: ) ... (I wish spending cap's would happen in Washington DC as well, to stop these corporations and investment banker's from buying all our politician's campaign's {: ) Jerry and the Cowboyz had a tough decision to make as well ... we are limited on what we can spend, and you have to decide who get's cut and who stay's, and Dallas has a great crew across the board, this is the best Cowboyz team I seen since the dayz of Aikman, Smith and Irvin back in the 1990's!

Jerry and the Cowboys needed to make as tough as a decison as DeMarco, and in my opinion, DeMarco has to look out for his best interest and go with what's in his heart, and right now ... it's not running to the goal line, but to run to and with his OWN goal's ... and I wish him the best in his pursuit. Also understand as the gentleman in the top video brought up ... DeMarco will have to adjust to this new system and the Philly offense been playing the fastest game plan in the league (one of the first thing's that stood out to me about Philly watching them closely last season), that new offensive line will have to adjust to him as well, and that will be a challenge to match Dallas' line on that end for them ... Dallas is tight and easily gave DeMarco what he needed and knew DeMarco well. DeMarco is at a good age too of 27, and need's to keep good protection, because that is also what many look at, is how he can hold up taking those hard hit's and punishment ... so he will have his challenges as well. DeMarco sayz he's ready to get to work ... that's all that count's ... Thank You and have a good one guy ... we will see you here in Dallas in a Eagles uniform this coming sesaon!

THE WHO: "I Can See For Miles", "See Me, Feel Me/ Listening To You", "My Generation", "Pinball Wizard" & "Won't Get Fooled Again"

***** THEWHO.COM

This posting for the music/ arts honour roll society of this journal will be a salute to honour The Who, out of London, who are also celebrating 50 years together as a crew and currently on tour. This crew of course has alot of music and are definitely the arena/ stadium sort of crew, they are top notch in album as well as singles classic rock as far as genre, a major influence to so many, Pete Townshend, a self taught multi- instrumentalist, is a Hell of a songwriter too, who get's much credit ... but as far as history I will let the links handle that. Overall the band just was really tight as far as live performance and sound, even though I havent seen them in at least 35 years or so. Pete has a unique guitar style and Roger a powerful vocalist, and everyone in the band can sing well with nice harmonies. What really caught my atencion seeing them live as well, was the bass guitar work of John Entwhistle (I was right up stage front) and the style of how he would roll on the bass, the smoothness of his playing, he would look so laid back not hardly moving while his fingers would lay out this intensive thunderous sound. Keith Moon is such a unique drummer and rated as the best of the best in that category with his style and intensity, but also I can imagine rang up a Hell of a bill in damages on his kit's and hotel room's which he had a thing for too.

I been wanting to have a posting on this crew in here for sometime, so I been sifting through alot of stuff on YouTube trying to find some of their early stuff to focus on their beginning's for this posting, looking through some of my favourites as a kid and song's that are well known, so I finally after reviewing so many, chose these below to highlight for this posting. And Thanx to this crew for all the great music and all those they influenced ... Enjoy!

JESSICA LIESMANN: "Don't Mess with MAD MOTORIST MAMA" ... The DASH, CRASH & BASH Edition ... "My Girl ... A Tribute to those LADIES a Lil on the HOT & SPICY side PT.8"

Jessica Liesmann & son Jaylen

Part 8 of the "My Girl ... Ladies a Lil on the Hot & Spicy Side" series will be another local Dallas posting to highlight some defensive action taken by Ms.Jessica Liesmann yesterday here in town. Basically ... this dude/ suspect allegedly jacked some guyz ride/ car outside a convenient store at gunpoint after he held up the store down around the Fair Park district in South Central Dallas, then dashed off hitting a few freewayz with it (S.Central Expwy, R.L.Thornton & LBJ Freewayz) ... it was a Dodge Challenger he hijacked, and believe me, those have some good pickup and speed (I love the Challenger), he took DPD on a high speed chase that ended going all the way to the Lake Highlands district of NE Dallas ... then when he got off the freewayz and took to the street's ... boom! he crashes into cars at a light in an intersection, one van he hit's into, the driver/ Jessica gets out to basically bash the dude for hitting her van, her teen son is laying in the median injured in pain, and she confront's this suspect really fired up (this suspect is also armed at that, although I'm sure she didnt know). Basically Jessica was pissed, and who can blame her? plus, just last year, she lost her 4 year old son Jaylen (death) to a medical condition, she didnt like seeing her other son hurt ... she was smokin hot and ready to rumble ... and the way it looks ... if DPD wouldnt have arrived at the scene so quick, she looked like she was about to give this suspect some ass whippin, that he well deserved too. Anywayz ... great work Jessica to you and your boyfriend Charles, good to hear your son TJ will be okay too! Some video/ newread below.

 *****************************************************************************

***** NOTE: Dallas Police advises citizen's to not take this approach when/ if your car get's hit like this, and to "let police handle it" ... a couple people here in Dallas also told me they thought Jessica was wrong for getting out of her car and attacking the guy/ suspect, and that it is assault ... another guy told me she could have got shot (suspect had his piece/ gun on the seat) ... which is all true ... being she could have got shot and it is illegal to assault someone that hit's your vehicle. I see this a lil different ... this suspect in my view was using his car as like a battering ram, and NOT a mistake of just failing brakes, especially at the speed he was flying, it was 20mph school zone and max speed limit anywayz is no more than 35mph when school zone hours are not active (not 60- 70mph) ... it appear's clearly that his intention's were to try to slide at a high speed between the lanes of car's in the hope of knocking them out of the way to clear a path, with no regard whatsoever for anyone ... and as far as I'm concerned deserved an ass whippin.

My Girl (The Temptations) Tuca Oliveira, Guilherme Dini & Eduardo Maran- Cover ... Thanx to EM HOME STUDIO ... this song is what partly inspired the title of this series (out of light humour at the time), the song originally was wrote by Smokey Robinson for The Temptations, I have the original in the first posting, but was looking for a cover version sifting through YouTube to dedicate to Jessica and found this, which was so good of a cover by these gentlemen that it will be also added in the "RCJ MUSIC/ ARTS HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY"

WAR ON CIVIL RIGHTS 2015 with Charlie E. Cobb, Jr: "This Nonviolent Stuff'll Get You Killed/ How Guns Made the Civil Rights Movement Possible" ... The "RACISM to CLASSISM" Edition ... (BLACK HISTORY MONTH/ HARMON LOFT PT.9) & (SELF DEFENSE PT.28)

Charlie Cobb (Author/ Activist)

(left to right) ... Stokely Carmichael, Charlie Cobb, George Greene (1963) of the SNCC

This posting called "War On Civil Rights 2015" will serve 2 series in this journal ... "Black History Month" (which is a series personally dedicated to Harmon Loft as well ... a mentor of mine as a kid that I point out in Part 1) and the "Self Defense" series both. I chose a Charlie Cobb interview, who worked in the early 1960's civil rights movement and was very active in it in Mississippi starting in the SNCC as a civil rights activist, and today an author/ journalist who will share a lil history and about what inspired his book "This Nonviolent Stuff'll Get You Killed" and why guns helped make the civil rights movement possible down there especially. But this posting is also kind of personal for all those locally that have been great in sharing their concern about what we are seeing happen to America, and looking at the various solution's that are needed. The fact is, in 2015 America ... our rights are being attacked more than ever (which is why I call these times a "War on Civil Rights"), including even the voting rights ... which was a big issue back then in the civil rights movement, are being attacked AGAIN and suppressed in various states. And this attack in one way or another is on every tax paying American that has to work for a living, small businesses and across the board ... so it has went from openly racism, and became sugar coated in political correctness to where today it's classism, but still strongly prejudiced on people of colour without calling it race ... if that makes any sense. But first the interview with Charlie from former Black Panther member and host Eddie Conway, then an added video of a former American militia founder James Johnson speaking to the Senate on gun rights back 20 years ago, then of course some input from me after.

*****************************************************************************

***** NOTE: I have been asked more than once, and by new recent Arab immigrant's for instance ... what is the big deal with black history? ... or why it is so special?, etc ... and many of these folk's that I explained this to had no idea what all black American's have done as far as molding the modern Democracy America is today, the impact on American rock, jazz and R&B music and arts, to many invention's, to the cowboys and ranch hand's that built the new west, to medicine, to all that served this nation in our military, etc. And what is remarkable in most of this, is that these folk's were brought here as slaves, stripped of their culture, religion's, languages and families, and deliberately for year's denied to even get ANY education or to have any rights whatsoever as even being human, even some punished just for trying to learn to read or write for that matter ... I cant think of ANY immigrant culture to this nation in our history that has had to go through this and overcome the obstacle's put in place, even by our own founding government and leader's ... these folk's had to really fight and go through Hell to just be recognized as human and brought into any kind of mainstream of society, yet contributed so much to the construction of it. And time and again, so many here in America tried to sweep their history under the rug and act as if it never happened. The struggle and fight of African American's are also what done so much as far as expanding rights for ALL in this nation as well. So that's why it's importante and special historically.

***** BILL OF RIGHTS OF THE UNITES STATES OF AMERICA

***** CORNELL UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL: CIVIL RIGHTS

The reason you see a growing concern over civil rights today, is because it needs to be revisited right away, and this is why you see also the growing number of group's getting involved and so much social media on such. The bottom line is ... a half century ago so much action was taking place, and progress has been made, but 50 years later, we are back at square one, and this need's American support across the board, it doesnt matter what race, gender you are now ... you will get hit, it has to be especially frustrating to African American's because it looks like years of hard work down the drain almost, and most of this is simply a result of the same oligarchic disease that contaminates our government/ politic's ... and as I wrote earlier in this journal ... that this time it will go global, which is what we are starting to see now more than ever ... they're basically fucking up society all over the globe ... through our politics and financial systems.

It is at the point now where damn near every one of the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution (Bill of Rights) is being violated in some way, and those of lower incomes and especially those of colour are getting hit the hardest. The 4th Amendment is guaranteed almost to get violated daily when it comes to search and seizure, residential door's being bashed in, even many times with paperwork screw- ups and mistaken identities, actually kicking in the wrong door's. The 1st Amendment is basically in the shitter these dayz, not just on the right to peaceful assembly (which is regulated to a point of almost no assembly), and free speech is all sugar- coated to politically correct speech and everything you do and say is picked apart, especially if you do it in social media, and to petition the government concerning grievances takes forever with run around after run around. The 8th Amendment as far as excessive bails, fines, cruel and unusual punishment is collapsed as well. The 6th Amendment I could talk about till I'm blue in the face (see this series "Incarcerated American", because that can be a long complicated mess), and you should know at least a little about law when going into the courts system (do your homework and have as much to say in it as your attorney, or fire them), you may be working poor and get a speedy trial, without the trial part, with a public defense that basically worx for the prosecution in your county/ state/ city court, etc ... get hustled into a cop- out plea and go down, to profit privatized prisons on a petty offense (courts work different between city, county, district, etc). BUT ... these are still rights ... and if you DONT utilize them, you will never see them in force ... so it is importante to fight back.

The 2nd Amendment is no exception, although it is being constantly pigeon- holed as being as the cause for so much violence and evil, at least American's are more well armed than ever in the history of this nation. When some of the latest protest's in Ferguson (MO) went down, the police wouldnt even send any police to protect small businesses from looter's notice ... it was local militia's like the "Oath Keepers (a look at American pre- programmed and masochistic pop- culture political bigotry view of what well regulated militia's are)" that volunteered to protect, board up and stand guard over small businesses and properties in that community (and the government tried to STOP Oath Keepers from protecting Ferguson properties, citizens and businesses) ... the police were quick to surround and protect government building's and the police headquarter's, but that's about it ... which shows that they dont care about your community or your businesses ... those Oath Keepers probably saved millions in damages, just simply showing their presence, that's how simple it was. In Dallas today you have militia groups like the "Huey P. Newton Gun Club" taking care of their own communities in areas of town like South Central Dallas or West Dallas, and because they want to keep a visible presence as well to let police know that they are guarding also the members of their communities who are too often abused or killed and have their rights violated.

A half century ago in the civil rights movement there was tension between Dr.M.L.King and Malcolm X over methods to get results ... Malcolm X accusing King of being too passive, and Dr.King saying that Malcolm is too violent and in the south it can only cause alot more bloodshed of black people, King had to work with a more peaceful approach than what Malcolm may do and say in a place like Harlem/ NYC ... sadly they both were assassinated, both having to pay a price. Peaceful assembly, voting, and alot of working for legislative changes is importante, and because we have rights we can utilize ... but also remember that America is a nation that was bred on violence, bloodshed and guns ... and today what you see is all the aggression and violence being handed out is from corporate/ political influence, not from the people when it comes to these rights issues. Today in 2015 ... a well regulated militia is as importante in this nation as it ever was in history, not the talk about ... "lets ban firearms" from the people, and everything will be fine ... it WILL NOT be fine. One of the reasons why Mr.Cobb is still alive to talk and write about the condition back in the civil rights movement of the 1960's ... is because he was defended by rural black people who were armed ... otherwise, he may be dead. He didnt understand this at first coming from the city and going into that environment at such a young age, but learned in time.

Also let me add that I see Malcolm X and Dr.King as different as day and night, and only are both recognized for the same thing by some ... simply because they were in the same era and both argued for African American rights. What I mean is, Malcolm I see as a segregationist, while I see Dr.King as a integrationist, so todayz society in America is more like Dr.King's vision, not like Malcolm's (but I admire both for their leadership qualities). Malcolm as well as King both were pro- gun though, and both to protect their people and properties is why, King was denied firearms license though. Malcolm was also heavy into the Islamic faith for a while, King was Christian. One guy told me back awhile ago that he viewed Malcolm X as no different than the Ku Klux Klan is why I bring this up ... there is a big difference though between them, being that the KKK back then actually terrorized and murdered in a horrific manner innocent people and was even a very strong political influence in Washington with members working on Capitalism Hill (aka Capitol Hill). Malcolm was just one that believed that if we couldnt get along together, that we should be separate and was a black nationalist of sort, similar to how I view things like extreme religious views such as more stricter forms of Sharia Law which I dont believe is healthy in our democratic society, so "if" necessary, like Malcolm, I believe if our wayz cant coexist in a healthy beneficial way, we should seperate until we evolve socially to that time and place is all.

It takes alot as history shows to maintain rights, because they are alwayz under attack at one time or another, and nothing is too easy. We should be very grateful that we do have rights to assemble and bear arms as we have ... I feel sorry for people in some of these countries to see what they have to go through when they want to be heard, going up against tanks and amoured military/ police with only sticks and bottles as defense and NO armour themselves, and there are forces out there that dictate our political representation who would love to see the entire world like that, including us ... just more defenseless. Some say that peace is the only answer to assembly and protesting grievances ... and passively waiting ... I disagree, peaceful solutions are great if possible, but not one way is the solution, if they were peaceful with the people I could understand, but that IS NOT our society, they are violent on us, and manipulate our rights and laws ... period ... we even pay their salaries to protect us, what a rip off that can be, eh? Some say that our guns is no defense against such strong forces ... it is defense though bottom line, look at these ragtag militia's who are less armed with sophisticated weaponry in places like Afghanistan, not even the USA or Russian (military/ occupation) over a couple decades has been able to make them submit, and we spend billions to fight them, so dont tell us that no defense is a reliable defense ... that is just foolish thinking.

I alwayz hear political mouthpieces saying we need to be cut of this and that entitlement, public services, schools/ education, infrastructure repair, etc, while they spend recklessly on everything they choose or are directed to by billionaire lobbyist's (and the nerve of these folks telling us what to do with our own money, and telling us we have to pay for the losses of some like Wall Street is insane), that we need to take personal responsibility, pull ourselves up by our bootstraps or other nonsense ... this coming from people who are basically weak and frail as far as leadership qualities, overpaid, and insist and legislate that we need to give welfare to them and their Wall Street friend's. Well ... American's are taking responsibility by defending themselves and country by right, duty, and a sense of patriotism, and are the ones also doing all the work and paying all ya'll's bill's ... so shut the Hell up ... and be grateful you even get a goddamn paycheck from us instead of a foot in your ass, and shown the door election day.

Word Out ....

***** ESTAS TONNE MUSIC/ FACEBOOK

***** ESTAS TONNE/ YouTube

***** EMAHO MAGAZINE: Music in the words of Estas Tonne ... (interview)

This posting will be another favourite of mine as far as guitar work ... to highlight some of his work and honour for the music/ arts honour roll section of this journal will be Estas Tonne. A remarkable 21st century guitarist and self described troubadour, who was trained/ schooled in classical as a child in the former Soviet Union/ Russia, moved to Israel and dropped playing for over a decade, then picked it back up, with strong enthusiasm in New York City after 9/11 ... and now is global with a strong following. As far as genre? ... I dont think there is one, nor does Estas care to be categorized into anything, his playing is also very spontaneous, "unrehearsed" even for an album (which is rare and unique), or get- together such as below in the first video with Fodor Reka ... kind of like a spiritual sort of thing, or like when you just get with friend's and just do a jam session, just letting it flow from within ... describing his music as something like an adventure and journey with a message of the new consciousness and paradigm through music. Where he tells stories without lyrics even to where he would encourage the person listening to create their own story just listening to the instrumental (more above in the Emaho Magazine link interview).

I wanted to focus this posting of Estas on the basic's as far as production and keep it raw as possible, this is a guy that worx well on the street and solo too, being just an amplified 6 string acoustic with all finger picking combining lead, rhythm and bass in one by himself, with a touch of folk, latin, gypsy, classical and rock, to where it makes like a full ensemble. But Estas can just work well in any size venue or setting large or small, so I chose a few below to enjoy. Estas Tonne is the creme of the crop though in his field, and if you love great guitar work like myself, he is a treat! And wishing a fruitful career and best to Estas to come ... so enough from me ... Enjoy!

CHRISTI CRADDICK: Reject's Denton VOTER'S Voice ... The MISINFORMATION of Peoples Perception of Technology ... The "QUAKE WAKE" Edition ... (PUBLIC PARASITES PT.9) & (GLOBAL WAR'N'ING PT.36)

This posting will serve for 2 series of this journal/ blog as well, the "Global War'n'ing" and "Public Parasites" series both, which is past due for this journal, and has been quickly swept under the rug ... of course this week the news is saturated with this Paris terror thing ... and folks are angry and as usual frightened, which I just got so tired of hearing I had to ignore most of the news all week, because it was so saturated and repetitive with this, and the endless talk of how we can better relations with a Muslim terror threat that the west pretty much created, and as usual, how afraid we all should stay, etc. So I chose Chairman Craddick of the Texas Railroad Commission to highlight as a local for the public parasite series, for just outright ignoring the voters request of Denton (a Dallas area suburban city) who voted a ban on fracking in the city last November, and Chairman Craddick pushing the oil/ energy companies to battle them in court. Part of what inspires this posting is the recent wave of earthquakes here in the Metroplex, most are very close to our NW Dallas neighbourhood, I for instance got hit with a couple back to back within a few hours a few dayz ago that were around 3.6 magnitude, which didnt alarm me so much since I experienced this out on the west coast several years back, but alot of folks around me were alarmed, even not knowing what it was in some cases, where I had a couple neighbours call me in the middle of the night, so alot of folks have been bringing this up to me, worried about home and infrastructure foundations, etc .... I touched on this a few years back in the Frackerjack posting's too. And this IS something that ALL business and property owners should be concerned with. But some read and video below, then of course I will add a tad to it after.

Craddick on the Denton Fracking Ban ... Thanx to THE TEXAS TRIBUNE

 *****************************************************************************

***** Thanx for your "support and trust" eh? ... who in Hell is she talking to? ... the oil/ energy companies or the voter's? ... cause the voter's got screwed on this one by the Chairman.

 *****************************************************************************

Thomas Hudson Pickering aka "Ranch Chimp" & "Commie Tommie" (the car is a 2013 ZL1 Chevy Camaro convertible, with a LSA 6.2 liter supercharged V8 and 580 horsepower engine ... it dont fuck around (half- step), and neither do I : )

According to Chairman Craddick, this is all a misunderstanding and misinformation of peoples perception of technologies, so Craddick is a self- proclaimed "Queen of Tech" I assume, and were all just paranoid nuts with conspiracy mind's, eh? This is all about protecting vested interest's, job's, job's and mo job's according to Ms.Christi ... she sayz McDonalds out in Midland, Texas is paying $15 an hour minimum because of this (they sure as Hell dont in Dallas, Houston or San Antonio, and the cost of living is higher here ... imagine that), the resurgence of Texas energy business, etc, etc. Ms.Christi also guarantee's us that she has a seismotologist Craig Pearson investigating this to make sure were all safe, etc. I am sure what credential's this political circle look's for when choosing some of these rent- a- scientist's to evaluate and investigate though ... Ms.Christi herself is a so called oil/ energy expert ... although I just look at her as a generational lawyer/ lobbyist politician who got pretty much campaign funded by oil and gas, riding on the coat- tail of her dad ... Tom Craddick, Speaker of Texas House of Representatives, not a scientist, okay? And since Chairman Christi talks constantly about misinformation ... many Texan's dont understand the title "Texas Railroad Commission", and assume it is what it sayz ... but it has not a bloody damn thing to do with railroad's, and hasnt in at least a decade, the name is just historically and traditionally used, it is basically a commission/ department that is indirectly owned and ran by energy/ mineral companies ONLY (even supported with Texas taxpayers money), for their purpose and profit ONLY.

Since this is ALL about the resurgence of energy business in Texas, job's, business, building a relationship between community and business or whatever, why were so many businesses and property owner's ignored in all of this, and this battle starting (and this isnt just here in Texas, but state after state across the nation) where these oil/ energies giant's want to sue us all and basically run everything how they see fit? ... and this fracking is going on everywhere, around folks homes, schools, hospitals, you name it, with cleverly worded legislation on restriction zoning. Christi talks about business, peoples voices, how we should be heard (which is a sacred Texas value historically, of the power of the voter/ people here ... actually a conservative value at that) when it comes to zoning for health, safety and property issues ... yet out of the other side of her mouth, saying that, even though people should have their voice, mineral rights take precedence over surface. So basically all this negotiating that the Chairman want's to hear is about total control by oil/ energies only ... I mean ... if you deny the people their voice and vote to where it becomes meaningless and there is only one way to negotiate with these folk's ... that dont even sound American, pro- business or Democratic ... nothing more than you would get out of the communist government of China who has ownership in probably at least 4/5th's of all business in their country. The bottom line is Chairman Craddick denied the peoples vote and rights ... plain and simple ... your voice will only be heard their way or no way.

Frankly speaking as a Texan American who is also pro- business, free market, the right of the people and power of the vote and the rest ... I dont see Chairman Craddick as nothing more than another oil/ energy political flunky, who buckles up under pressure and is on a one way street, who ignores the vast array of business and property values as well of this state. As for Denton's oil/ gas business ... it roughly is less than a percent (1%) in royalties of the city budget and about 1% of their property tax revenues. The idea that Texas is a loser without strictly oil/ gas control is more nonsense ... the Texas economy is very diverse in the 21st century in many area's besides these oil, insurance and banking investment giant's ... so the idea that without us kissing their asses 24/ 7/ 365 we will fall into eternal poverty and the poor house is more bullshit. Property values is the other issue, not just rights ... I was pointing this out for a few years here in Texas to many folks ... like the other day when I told folks that home owner property values just in a large suburb like Irving are going to devalue because of foundation issues and these quakes, it will have an impact on many business structures as well, that are not built like say ... structures in California to handle this. I personally know people that have cracks in their homes and foundations because of the recent high activity, my daughter the other day was concerned when she was at her office in central Las Colinas (Irving), when a 3.5 shook everything, wondering if the above floors could collapse of the office building and fall on them? ... and no one in the office knew what to do. While my daughter was telling me this here at home later that day and still tweeting with friends about it ... another 3.6 hit while we were in the living room.

Of course the debate and argument over this is ... does fracking have anything to do with earthquakes? ... I feel it does have an impact looking at all that is done in fracking, this sudden rise in earthquakes in an area not even known for them, I dont think is just coincidental ... I would bet my Dallas Cowboys training shorts on it, but I reckon folks like me are looked at by folks like Ms.Christi as technically illiterate, militant green and anti- business neanderthal's. And I agree with Chairman Craddick that we are misinformed ... but not the way she is thinking. I myself several years back thought the natural gas boom was a good deal, being at least it was cleaner burning, but had no idea what all it took to develop this energy source, after reading up on the process of extracting this I was amazed, and thinking of the hazards, which I should have expected right away, but the way it was being presented publicly blindsided me ... but I should have suspected something, being that I know damn well there is a flip- side to everything and nothing comes free (without a price), being you have to weigh prices and consequences to anything. To me there is MORE evidence that fracking is detrimental as well to the environment, business and everything else ... than the talk or idea that it does not do or damage anything ... people just dont jump up overnight who are both left and right and wonder what is happening?, they experience problem's, and want to make measures to resolve them, that is why they vote, to protect their business, rights, properties, etc. At least if anything out of this since Chairman Craddick is so pro- business and peoples/ Texan's voice ... she should have AT LEAST put a freeze on issuing new contracts/ permits until the scientific investigation is concluded ... not just issue more and more. Which shows that Chairman Craddick is just full of shit and worx against the majority of Texas homeowners and businesses!

That's the REALITY! ... Word Out! ....

 *****************************************************************************

***** POST NOTE: I was talking to a couple (James and his wife Emily) not long back who gave up on voting and has not much faith I guess in this nation and the governing, and Emily said something like ... "it is naive to expect the government/ politician's to tell us the truth" (similar wording) ... and I realize alot of folks may think like that, but my response to that was pretty solid on what I expect of those who lead and represent the interest's of us all. You know ... with me it's simple, I can understand a need for some thing's to remain secret from the people, especially for national security interest's, or even for politician's to maybe lie about a romantic/ sex affair or whatever simple and personal that isnt really a crime, I'm fine with that. But when it comes to truth and transparency on SERIOUS issues that make and break us financially or otherwise, or has to do with the safety of our environment, preservation of rights for ALL, I see it a little different ... and YES, including rights of investor's and even corporation's, and realize as well the importance of building strong alliances and trade relation's with foreign countries, I'm not a hard- ass. I think truth and transparency is importante ... and I for one expect more, it get's problem's resolved faster and is what we call forward progress, and bring's thing's to light that are in the dark and not understood ... I dont feel that is naive, unbalanced, unfair or asking too much.

My semantics or perception may be different on how I look at our rights and the Constitution, everybody has their way that they see thing's, even on our institutionalized religion's, I dont think we ALL believe the same regardless of how we act like we do, our mind's our INDIVIDUAL. I may in this journal for instance, look at some as treasonist's, and another may say ... well if they are not acting in war against our country or supporting the enemy or whatever ... that is NOT treason. My thinking is a tad different ... I see war being declared in some wayz on our country and freedom's by NOT necessarily firepower/ weapon's, or a military by some foreign country enemy and aiding that country, but maybe strong money controlling interest's in our own country, that may contaminate our rights and liberties ... which is in my opinion also necessary for our security for us to notice. I may look at some certain corporate or banking interest's as an enemy  because of certain action's/ moves ... unless one can prove to me that an entity like such CANNOT possibly be an enemy ... I dont buy it. Absolutely these oil/ gas mineral companies should have rights, and some rights are more importante than other's. BUT the bottom line is, that doesnt mean that everyone elses rights mean nothing ... there has to be checks and balances for both the small and large investor, at least that is supposed to be what this democracy was intended to be, which gave us faith in it to begin with, and why we have a balanced judiciary system with laws. And even when someone buys a small property/ home, business, etc ... they dont do it expecting to just have folks run over it anywayz they see fit either, and even they are investor's and contributing to our economic success as a nation.

I am the same way on our gun rights ... and in these times I feel the CITIZEN'S can never have enough gun's (This is what you face when you lose gun rights and other rights start to deminish **** see last paragraph and videos), the way those running our country been doing to it, and to our Constitution/ Rights and economies ... actually legislating open corruption and legalizing criminal activities even concerning OUR MONEY and prepaid safety nets, properties, and rest that are OURS to begin with! And I realize that when the second amendment was wrote, they had maybe a different idea of what maybe a well regulated militia should consist of and what it's function should be ... but one thing we can agree on ... is that it DID mean that IF there is even domestic interest's that are contaminating our government and the proper function of such, they need to be dealt with, and IT IS the citizen's responsibility of this nation, and a militia maybe necessary even to maintain order, or preserve our rights, liberties and country from any possible tryrannical contamination in our system ... cause IT CAN HAPPEN ... history all around the globe and humanity shows clearly that it can. So for me just sitting around passive in my safe zone without observation and acknowledgement of what may be happening, is also naive. So in that respect, I dont live in some naive fantasy illusion ... history shows to also expect the unexpected at any time for any reason ... so we ALL have responsibilities on that end too, and if we are not ready to act at the drop of a hat, that is when we lose. To me, it is odd or even politically masochistic to some extent for ANYONE to EXPECT that we get lied to by those who are paid by our government/ revenues/ taxes to do a job and fairly represent all interest's, and who our own families protect militarily/ defensively, a job that they're all well compensated for at that, yet expect to be lied to and cheated, and to not hold anyone accountable for even incompetence. I will never understand that way of thinking and passive thought.

DONTRE HAMILTON: "Excessively BEATEN & GUNNED Down" ... America's SOCIAL COLOURS & it's Gang Mentality ... "Dressed to ARREST" ... The "Polo Shirt & Dockers Pants" Edition ... (POLICE BRUTALITY PT.20)

Dontre Hamilton (dressed to impress)

(dressed to arrest)

Part 20 of the "Police Brutality" series of this journal/ blog will be to examine the death of Dontre Hamilton, and of course another officer that basically got away for now with murder. With all due respect to Dontre's familia here, the part in the posting title being about "beaten & gunned down" may seem harsh, but the reason for this title is to show accurate wording on just what happened to Dontre, because regardless of the twist's/ spin's or fashionably acceptable media wording ... this man was NOT a criminal, and done nothing to deserve the extreme beating and multiple gun shots that were handed to him by this police officer. I would want the wording to be accurate if this were my own child or familia member ... does it enrage people? ... of course it does ... and should, it would be improper and an insult to Dontre and his familia to sugar coat this, and try to paint some twisted politically correct version of the reality of what happened. First to open this posting will be some words from Dontre's brother Nate below ... then I will add my part after.

Which photo of me would some "beat cop's" be quicker to look at and try to profile?

 *****************************************************************************

***** NOTE: Right now especially in America this is a very importante subject of concern for ALL people, including even those police officers especially that do a great job and love their job's and serving their communities, who there is NO issue with them ... but some of the higher ups in their department's that have political motivations and obligations are different, making the situation more like instigating a war on people instead of bettering relations. For police it allows them time to look over the situation that they are in and push themselves for reform's in their departments and improve their image, from those who disgrace and misrepresent their shield's. For the citizen's it's also importante to attack this on every level you can, WHILE we can, since so much of our rights are being attacked and manipulated by the big money powers, even taking advantage and using our political representation, while holding their political career's as hostage. But this sort of thing has a slippery slope to it, especially with the added security we need in our cities these dayz due to international and domestic problem's such as retaliatory terror attacks, or other thing's that danger all, so making sure we take care of home and ourselves is importante as job#1 ... this is one of those thing's that will have an impact on all of us, not just poor or people of colour, it will grow and escalate further and further. I encourage any reader of this particular series, to at least run through this entire series, to view some of what is happening in our country ... those who know me and I talk with daily here locally in Texas and others, I am able to even get more detailed and personal on related subject's, than I can on this public blog/ journal on what is needed to get done, and want to hear input and suggestion's from other's on what is needed to do to improve the condition, because there is alwayz need for improvement.

 *****************************************************************************

Reading up on this case and looking at the autopsy report linked above, there is no way you can say that this officer (Christopher Manney) simply reacted in self- defense, as a matter of fact ... that is why the police dismissed/ fired him, they said of course that it was simply against their policy, calling it an interdepartmental charge of violating "core values" (Hmmmm ... imagine that) ... but it is a Hell of alot more than just police or policy codes, so that press release from police official's is outright bullshit and not good enough. Plus they as alwayz want to exempt themselves from any responsibility/ liability/ accountability, so when (and ONLY when) it comes down to outright MURDER of an innocent citizen ... they start engineering wayz and words to distance themselves. Simply firing this officer does not a goddamn thing, but let the officer go back into some community and get hired by probably some fly- by- night security service and get a job as perhaps "captain" or similar, strictly because of his so called law enforcement experience.

Looking at the number of hits to the victim (Dontre) and especially where those hits were directed, just from the officer using his night- stick alone, shows that this officer was focused on killing this man ... being orchestrated and premeditated, then on top of that, if those multiple blunt hits to the skull didnt kill him for sure, he shot Dontre 14x times at close range in all critical areas top of the body, and even after he is down, more in his back ... no way can you survive this ... it was more than excessive ... it was extreme hatred/ anger, or more like a revenge killing/ execution (without even any revenge motive) ... so it is far from not standard procedure, but any procedure ... this was just plain slaughter ... nothing else, with laws designed and inadequate police training to make it all legal. And listening to this officers radio call in after he slaughtered this man, calling for help because he got hit with his own stick, is cowardly and disgusting at least ... and a display of emotional and mental illness. After you beat this man to a pulp, there is not even any need to shoot him as well.

***** FBI- Civil Rights: Color of Law Abuses

They will say that Dontre grabbed the officers night stick and hit him ... looking closely at this, it was most likely because this officer was so radical and first beat this man, that Dontre out of just fear, had to grab the stick from the officer, knowing what this officer was going to do to him. If Dontre would have hurt or killed this officer defending himself against this excessive brutality, Dontre would be a different news story and made to look like a bad guy in the media, even though it would have been self- defense in my opinion and justified by the common law of nature, and possibly by some written laws from what I been reading ... Example-- "Constitution Society: Your Right of Defense Against Unlawful Arrest". Bottom line, Dontre committed no criminal offense or was a threat to anyone. With my experiences in these matters, I would even question if the so called "hit" on the officer was even intentional or even a hit, as I point out what qualifies as assault on an officer in this series also, meaning that just putting up your hand to cover your head from a hit/ blow is technically assault, or grabbing the night stick while in swing to your skull to prevent it from hitting you is also technically assault. The only cause for this officer to shake him down was a report from people at a Starbucks coffee shop, that there was a "black man sleeping on a park bench", as a matter of fact ... other officer's that previously answered this so called complaint, checked him (Dontre) and walked away. According to report's, Dontre even had an apartment where he lived alone, according to autopsy results ... no drugs or alcohol in his system ... why would he be sleeping on a park bench? ... maybe he wasnt even sleeping ... maybe he was depressed mentally or other reason's ... where is the public threat?

Dressed to impress ... most acceptable in society

Dressed to arrest ... least acceptable in society

The familia of Dontre should be outraged, the American people should be outraged as our leaders try to drive our standards of living and wages into the dirt, then driving citizen's into likely victim's of this type profiling, prejudice and hatred. To try to make us think that this is correct and fashionable to attack citizen's based on this. They think that people will just pipe down and wear out, or will just feel sorry for these officers with enough media coverage ... but it wont work, and wont happen, as it never did in the past and wont happen any time soon. Because it's not just wrong by any written standards or laws ... but by nature, so to resist and fight this is in order, and to fight/ battle this is Democratic and what this Republic is about and dies for if necessary, and this familia of Dontre and every other victim and citizen's should go at this until there is change in legislation that allow's this to happen.

Oakland/ Bay Area

Chicago

Dontre's crime was nothing more than what they term now as a "quality of life" crime, and this is coast to coast in America with many death's ... being dressed basically to arrest is the "probable cause" here or "reasonable suspicion", he didnt dress in this case to impress, or to look socially acceptable to probably the folks at Starbucks coffee while they may be pumped up with caffeine wearing their polo shirts and dockers, and when your a person of colour, that even add's to the paranoia ... some of these folks are the same kind of folks that would cross the street if they see you, just to avoid any close contact with you, because of your colour or dress/ attire. This is exactly the social colours (like gang colours) and gang mentality that we have more of in 2015 America with its love of corporate greed, correctness, and neo type communism and fascism is all. Just an updated version of what we had in the past and repackaged into more pop- culture acceptance and force- fed by legislation through politicians and their financial supporter's, who twist our thinking with their word's through media.
