That really looks phenomenal! Looks like it is still in the raw but the finished product will be great. I haven't even heard about this. Definitely something to look forward to!

Hey Jim ... they started this around a year ago or so, but should be complete in a few more month's. I the Dallas Area we have a track called "Texas Motor Speedway" ... different ... for like Nascar/ Inde .. and some other race's annually, Texas 500, etc ... but it does very well here and seat's nearly 200,000. Nonetheless, this should be good for America!

Thanx for droppin in Guy ....

I see this is a taxpayer funded project. I guess this is why we have to lay off so many teachers across the state.

And why our deficit is ballooning.

Are there other big taxpayer funded projects like this under construction in Texas? Can we expect even more layoffs to free up money for them?

WMD/ Jack ... Thanx for the head's up on that Jack, I havent even read into what funding on this project come's from who, so unfair for me to make any comment's on that yet. But when I first heard of it oer a year ago, I wondered about that.

Another thing Jack, I dont see any damn reason we have to lay off teacher's as their talking about around the state, I heard something like around 8000, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... that's alot of teacher's Bubba ... all their playing here is that same budget crisis bullshit the GOP is playing in Washington, I wrote posting after posting about how there is a mission by special interest's through them to privatize America, why and how ... and I am confident I am correct. "Budget Crisis"? bullshit, if there was a bloody budget crisis we wouldnt be dropping million's in bomb's to go up in a puff of smoke daily in Libya or other place's, and these soft assed seat warmer's in Washington would be out trying to find real work! ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh, this is all bullshit Bubba :) All the million's they put into Education annually from the Texas Lottery disappear's, you know why? Not because they didnt put it in, because when they put it in through the front door, someone take's it out the backdoor, similar to why SSI in Washington is facing this manufactured crisis, because they take from it for pet project's ... Oh, I'm Sorry, they call it "borrow", and I'm "Mickey F'n Finn" :) I'm a hustler Dude, not some f'n mark for a pidgeon drop, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh :)
