For this morning's art/ music selection for this journal's "Honour Roll Society", I will be partial here, so Yep ... another couple from Mark for this journal, because Mark ( aka MC 900 FT. JESUS ) is an ole buddy. But what inspired this on this drop dead gorgeous Dallas morning is reading all the media's that I have this morning (I'm off today, it's party day because my daughter's boyfriend graduate's from University of North Texas @ Denton today ... and congrat's Guy!) of all the usual horseshit out of the political and media mouth piece's ... and it just made me think of a couple of Mark's piece's ... thinking were just better off listening to UFO stories out of some of these political Monkey Assed folk's, and what they need to be told, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... Thanx for all the great memories Mark!

I like the second one. I think we had the ufo conversation before but I believe it a million percent and beyond. They are intertwined in our history. Okay I'll shut up, too long a subject. Nice music!
I agree the second one was cool. Reminded me of some of the cool science fiction B-movies I watched form the 70's.

We did have a discussion on UFO's Jim, and I brought it up because for year's Jim I been trying to figure out what my roomate, I, and our 2 girlfriend's saw in the orange grove's near Titusville, Fl back in the early 1970's, when were enroute to the "Daytona 500" race event coming from Miami(?). After what we seen, we stopprd at a Titusville truck stop to pig out on some burger's/ fries, and told folk's to notify someone, cop's or whatever, people looked at us as if we were just kid's high on drug's, it was embarrassing to say the least ... I never had any reason to believe in UFO's Jim, however ... for year's it puzzled me as to what we experienced, and never been able to find answer's, just the usual talk, either stories that sound too far fetched, or folk's saying they DONT exist. We know what we saw Jim, we just dont know what the fuck it was. Because of our experience and folk's reaction's at the time, I wouldnt even talk about it and tried to block it out of my mind for year's, telling myself ... there must be some logical explanation for what the Hell we experienced, we were young Jim and frankly we were blown away by this experience. This is all true Jim ... what we seen/ experienced? ... I havent a goddamn clue in Hell Jim, but sware on my mother's grave, it's the truth! But it fucked with me for year's, and till this day, never seen anything like it! Sure, we had smoked some pot that evening, and it was a long drive through the night, but we were not using hallucenating drug's of any kind whatsoever, and you goddamn sure dont experience in a small group especially, and simutaneously what we did, smoking some damn pot/ weed. But I'll shut up too Jim :)

Unfortunately I cant recall off hand ever seeing any B- movies on sci-fi from the 1970's(?) I did like the ole John Waters B- movies (really twisted stuff, but not sci- fi) and I was a big big fan of Cheech and Chong flick's as well for their comedy content. Glad you enjoyed Bum ... this album/ CD was released I believe 1989, it was Mark and Pat's debut CD after I believe a 5 year sign on contract that they got on the Nettwork record label, the whole CD is versatile as far as arrangement's, composition's, mixes, etc.

I'm a huge MC 900 Ft. Jesus fan. Ever since the early 90's. I have all his CDs, and most vinyl he recorded, including the 12" Maxi Single, "Shut Up" as well as "UFO's are Real".
What's the story behind Born With Monkey Asses? Where did it come from? Who recorded it? When was it recorded? Is there any way to find a copy of the original audio?

Up Missouri way, eh? Not much of a story here, but listening to this is hilarious! The one talking all the shit in the song is supposedly from a institutional psyche therapy tape of some sort that Mark ran across, at least from what I gathered that he was telling Spike(Greg) and I one night. Just another nut case with a chip on their shoulder I reckon. Thanx for your visit ....
Oh BTW DJ ... as far as finding a copy or original ... I would have no idea, but perhap's you could contact Mark (MC) about that.
