Well ... it's that time of the year again, and politic's again more than ever on both these polarizing side's have to contaminate one of the best holidayz we have of the year with these petty bitch fight's to play off people's emotion's, fear's, phobia's, like/ dislike's, etc, etc At the same time, Wall Street's high stake's gambler's are all making bet's on how much we will spend and on what? to estimate their profit's and losses ... while most of these mother fucker's havent a clue on what really mean's something for folk's, especially getting some down time away from their bullshit and just simply some vacation and off time to spend with familia, friend's or even just stranger's. For those militant/ political Christian's who say that Christmas is about their particular religion and wanting me to believe whatever they tell me to ... or those militant/ political atheist's who tell me it is importante for seperation of church and state to ignore the Christmas holiday ... go to work just like it's another day or whatever ... fuck both of ya'll !! : ) As an American I want some down time and frankly am sick and tired of both ya'll's sissy ass whining, and especially the petty game's that ya'll play with OUR money and resource's ... sometime's I wonder what Washington and Wall Street both would even do without us to feed their fetishes, addiction's, and bank account's? Down time, vacation's, and holidayz is something that we all need a lil more of, take in a few ball game's or personal sport's, entertainment, art's, that we like to indulge in ... we get sick of alwayz having to be on guard watching ya'll's sorry asses to make sure were not getting fucked on something else, such as getting pushed into some new corporate inspired war or whatever abroad. In the title "tear down that christmas tree" was inspired by former President Ronald Reagan.

Which shows they don't know jack -- the December 25th date as a god's birthday comes from the Persians about 600 years before the alleged time of Jesus (that's right, all those Christians are celebrating an Iranian holiday), the revelry and gift-giving comes from the Roman Saturnalia, the Christmas trees and a lot of the other trappings come from Germanic paganism. None of this stuff has anything to do with Jesus, who according to the Bible wasn't even born in the winter.
The Chinese video is mistaken, of course; religious displays on government property aren't an affront to freedom, they're a violation of the establishment clause of the First Amendment, and that kind of thing needs to be nipped in the bud before it leads to more serious infringements. It's part of the same fight as keeping creationism out of public-school science classes.
As for me, as an atheist I don't mind celebrating an Iranian holiday with Roman practices and pagan Germanic trappings, but if I have to listen to any more of those horrible versions of Christmas carols they play in the stores, I'm going to drown somebody in tomato sauce like the FSM.
Infidel ... I know you have plenty of let's say, knowledge on the history of christmas, pagan holidayz such as saturnalia etc, etc I sure as Hell know alot more about the root's of this festive season myself as you know ... you have wrote plenty about it over the year's in your writing's, I still have your magazine's (as well as so many other zine's and book's from various alternative underground writer's as well, kind of a mass collection if you will) that I subscribed to for at least a decade : ) and never known you to celebrate christmas or the season at all, beside's writing back to me "Bah Hum Bug" (spelling? : ) and that's cool too ... I never had any issue with those who dont want to celebrate a thing at all, or whatever they choose to celebrate either ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ) ... you can just say I'm a celebration type mother fucker I reckon : ) if there's a party/ celebration ... I've been known to jump in : )
