Goldie hits the nail on the head here, talking about the "excuses" that are found and sudden grouping of miscellaneous charge's to shut down, and incarcerate folk's for excercising their right to assemble and speak freely in our great democracy ... they got more goddamn petty law's as I explained in previous posting's to bumrush your ass with, than ya'll can shake a stick at. Alot of this recent action in the City and elsewhere's like even in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Oakland ... has been this safety talk, quality of life condition's and other slithering bullshit.

Since Bloomberg and his posse are so concerned with folk's "quality of life" and "condition's" ... why dont ya'll take ya'll's asses up over 110th St and up into West Harlem ... how bout Hunts Point and the South Bronx ... Jamaica/ Queens ... BedStuy or even Flatbush in Brooklyn ... place's I hung and stayed as a kid myself ... talk all that shit there about your concern's. Alot of folk's will be joining more from these area's of the City, and many are already there ... do ya'll think their scared of you, with what many of them lived in? Do you think throwing them over and over in Rikers (jail) or some other holdover around town will make them scared? Do you think many of those fear your ass whipping's? All ya'll are doing is making them hate you more than they already do, keep up and see what it evolve's into ... need I say more. Not everyone live's in the fine qualities of life area's as ya'll and those crook's in $3000 suit's you protect ... on the Upper East Side, out on North Shore/ Long Island, or up in White Plains. Do ya'll think that shuting down computer's will stop the spirit?

As far as all the so called progress and suppressing these citizen's with your elaborate and violent scheme's and strategies, thinking ya'll have cleaned this out ... the only thing ya'll are trying to clean out is American's Right's ... nothing else.

WORLD PERCEPTION OF AMERICANS: Stereotype ... Atencion Deficit Disorder ... or Laziness? (AMERICA'S STUPIDITY PT.2)

This Part 2 of "America's Stupidity" will be to look at what I find incredibly interesting as far as folk's being informed, educated, etc. I will say that I consider it a stereotype as well of American's, because most cannot be this challenged ... and human's are not born stupid, our species would have never evolved this far if we were. I also want to say that I have found this in various place's, such as England, Scotland, Canada, and across the nation here. Even thing's like racism and segregation for instance, I found all over ... one of the most racist, segregated, and backward place's I ever lived in had to be Brooklyn, New York ... even Los Angeles, believe it or not ... when most people would actually think you would find more of that in Texas ... another stereotype herd mentality mindset. Not to offend anyone here, but I am speaking the truth only ... I met folk's even in England that were dumber than a doorknob ... I shit you not. I havent been to many countries, but I would guess this is elsewhere's too around the globe. I can understand in some countries that are far more oppressed and impoverished where it may flourish ... but this is America! Even if you dont attend school, or even have a computer, you have public libraries all over the place, documentary tele show's, PBS, etc ... so you may wonder ... how is this possible? It redefine's the term "Atencion Deficit Disorder" for sure, but it's actually laziness and lack of atencion as well, that your not born with, but chose.

You may view this video below and get a laugh out of it ... but it is a serious issue in our nation ... and hardly something to laugh about in reality. Because of our lack of knowledge, it make's us more vulnerable to the way we are manipulated by everything from pop culture to politic's to religion ... all of which need drastic reform. And it mainly is our laziness to think ... really, combined with other self imposed weaknesses ... I say "self" ... because we are in a fairly free society, and there is no reason for anyone to be this uniformed of what is going on either ... no bloody excuse. Especially with the education level's of folk's in this country and the incredible amount's they spend on such and get in debt over. We cant blame this on the government/ politic's, the church, or anyone else as long as we keep feeding that which destroy's us ... lack of any decent education is more destructive to our society than just about anything else. I myself only have formally an 8th grade education, and dont even read that many book's, I known plenty of folk's in the same status, yet got at least halfway educated. Just the saturation of public libraries, online info, PBS, news media's, tele documentaries galore, and all kind's of access to info, that many countries dont even have nearly what we do, or the opportunities and/ or liberties ... is shocking. Even further education these dayz has become nothing but a market for mega profit, who could give a shit less about turning out educated citizen's, the more dumb and uniformed they keep you, the more those who dictate our society prosper.

The video below was made across America ... place's I recognized for instance were Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood Blvd/ LA, Manhattan/ NYC, Washington D.C. and Texas (Dallas & San Antonio) as well, and the Texas response was especially nauseating to me ... absolutely unbelievable though! Look at the map's closely after 4 minute's where he asked people to put little flag's on countries like North Korea, Iran, France, etc ... all relocated on a phoney map to where Australia would be on the map ... um, um, um ... imagine that! ROB HALFORD/ FIGHT: "Nailed To The Gun", "Into The Pit", & "A Little Crazy"

This will be the official induction posting in "RCJ MUSIC/ ART'S HONOUR ROLL SOCIETY" for Mr. Rob Halford. Mr. Halford is of course well known for his high octive opera type vocal range ... but I want to focus here on him as a songwriter/ composer more. I have an additional link below posted of one of his show's doing an old classic "Electric Eye" that was wrote with Judas Priest, and the history of the Priest in this genre of Metal music is unmatched, and the outstanding guitar work of folk's like KK Downing and Glenn Tipton was a treat as well. This is a man I could also write about till my finger's dropped off as far as his work as a songwriter/ composer, inspiration/ contribution's, inpeccable vocal work, the grand showmanship back in the dayz of the Priest and the releases impact on the entire metal genre scene.

I never seen "Fight" live, but I did see Judas Priest back in the early 1980's on the "Screaming For Vengeance" tour ... and what a piece of audio perfection that show was (large arena show with full stage) ... absolutely outstanding performance! Enough from my mouth ... and onto this genius of a composer and legend. Of course I chose 3 favourite's of mine, but wanted to include the HBB Unplugged version of "A Little Crazy" for a different flavour using the acoustic touch ... Enjoy!

SARAH McKINLEY: Oklahoma's 2012 Heroine of Home Defense, Terminate's Intruder & Save's her Baby and Self (SELF DEFENSE PT.4)

First of all my heart goes out to this woman for losing her husband Christmas Day, I cant imagine what she feel's only a week later, then having to go through this ... but if she were my daughter, I would be so proud of this young lady!

And what a chance she took ... actually spending time on the phone with a 911 operator and armed with two weapon's, knowing she was about to be attacked by two men, one armed with a 12" inch hunting knife, who had been stalking this woman since her husband died, which is about as low and cowardly as a man can go. There are justifiable homicide law's in many states, like the "Castle Doctrine" that allow's you to protect yourself, in other state's you have to wait to be assaulted or killed basically. Sarah done everything by the book as far as Oklahoma Law and saved herself and infant son doing so ... I'm sure her husband would have been proud of her courage under attack.

There is suspicion that this intruder even killed a dog of her's. Anyhow, this is one of them cases that end up too many time's as another statistic of a woman, child, or even familia, that end up meeting a tragic end ... so Mrs. McKinley has also served her community by terminating this one, forcing the other to flee and turn himself in later.

Congratulation's to Mrs. McKinley for a JOB WELL DONE!

NDAA & Bill of Rights 2012- Soaring Gun Sales & Failing Left/ Right Politic's (The AWAKENING PT.10) & (TRUTH OR TREASON 2012 PT.5)

This will be another dual posting to cover both the "Truth or Treason 2012" and "The Awakening" series of this journal. I wanted to wait to do any posting's on this till after the start of the new year, to focus on this year, so it's a tad past due ... but still VERY importante and something that been discussed throughout this journal as far as the eventual decline of confidence of American's on every level in politic's. This will show now how this has touched all ... left/ right/ independent, upper middle class to the poor across the board, and how this will eventually lead to the change in the mindset of all in time and the next generation, regardless of which of the two polarizing side's we lean more toward's. Again ... this is such a healthy time for America and other Democracy type nation's. The mainsteam media's are basically saturated of course for the last few week's over these Caucus show's in Iowa, or else the fear card's over getting our dog biscuit's tossed to us as far as a tax break extension, unemployment extension, or other petty social issue's, so not too much out of them, but this is heavy throughout the internet.

Mr.Granderson here sum's up perfectly, what many American's are also going to feel after the next 10 month's or so of constant political mudslinging, and multi- million's in ad's to discredit everyone from the special interest mega buck's (our own surplus revenue, that we handed to them through our current and past representation : ), while they are continuously cut, cut, and cut on everything ... Heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ) ... Just wait and see how this will also eventually get on people's nerve's, especially listening to a bunch of politically bloated self serving mouthpiece's who would sell this nation in a heart beat, just over their political rating's and gain.




First a couple video's below concerning the rapid increase in gun sales, which is great for business, but also reason why you see these measure's and fine print in the NDAA being loose. Those who control our political representation are very concerned and even why they have to tighten up on cyber security, which I wrote about in the last piece on "End to Privacy?". On one hand, you need more security, on the other hand, you cant do this without trampling on some right's in the process. Much is going to be blamed on the President, especially his signing of the NDAA, which he said month's back he wouldnt do and had heavy reservation's of such, being a Constitutional expert of sort ... however, on the other hand ... it had to be passed to an extent, it's just part of the annual fiscal plan and spending of such, so he was in a no way out position. The most importante part of a defense bill like such is who actually wrote it (to see what political representative's stand on what), which is both side's working jointly, and just how loose it is and what type of affect it can/ will have toward's a slippery slope.

Much of the talk is over "martial law" ... but I pointed out also time and again that there is no actual reason why anyone would declare such, when you have law's in place and new law's being ran through legislatively all the time to cover such. Nothing in this nation is ever called by it's "true name" in other word's, basically for political reason's and snowballing ... but it is all dictated by the money too. The same as the war being over in Iraq, yet the constant financial feed to overpriced security after, and protection of the new corporate interest's who now occupy it's nation and government ... which of course is why you alwayz have backfire's of these new type war's and occupation's ... or the various title change's and buzz phrases we are fed, is all as much marketing as simple as everything is alwayz $14.99 instead of $15, or how you need to spend money to save money, etc ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ) But no ... the President was never on a campaign either to take folk's gun's away, for the record. I was in the waiting room of a large nationwide tire center about 3 month's ago, waiting on my car ... and a gent next to me also waiting, started up some small chat with me, after seeing the magazine I was reading was "Guns & Ammo" (those magazine's like "People" or "Field & Stream", etc, they have in them waiting room's), he was telling me about a couple gun's he like's and we exchanged preference's, etc. But he also said to me about "stocking up" because Obama and this Administration are going to try to take all our gun's away. Basically I told him that I disagree that Obama even "want's" to take gun's or had any "plan's" to ... and frankly, as I posted before ... to try to do this will be difficult in this nation.

Alex Jones: Senate Wants Martial Law in America ... Thanx to RTAMERICA ... This is another I wanted to make sure is embedded/ linked here, to listen to this opinion from Mr.Jones. A year ago I couldnt have even told you who Alex Jones was, even though he's a Texan, but Thanx to RTAMERICA I have ran into his opinion's and point's that he make's here on YouTube. And this is strictly for an opinion from the man, whether or not I agree in any part or whole to what he sayz or not, but it is worth the listen.

Even though this may not be getting the mainstream coverage it deserve's, it is spreading like a plague all over this internet and inde media's in high gear. Again, because people are getting more keen/ aware to just how they are manipulated more than ever, which is a plus.

Many are or have been controlled strictly on fear, and the petty issue's they keep us at each other's throat's over ... religion, sexuality, petty amount's of cash back, or other heavily marketed political stuff related. But all this left/ right clashing will burn out in time, after people start to realize that their just going in circle's, like a dog trying to catch it's tail, rehashing the same thing over and over and trying to get back to a time that caused all the intitial mess to begin with ... so Yes ... these do have political repercussion's, and will change the face of politic's, as well as inspire what other free nation's have more of, which is multiple political parties that have and are gaining momentum ... it's just a matter of time. One of two thing's can result, either the people will change, or these parties will change ... so take your pick which will come first ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... you dont need a degree in politic's to figure that one out : ) People on all level's will come to realize that they all have something in common as American's and what that mean's to them. USPS: "America's Postal Service" (PT.1) The Next $60+ Billion Auction Block GRAB & Corporate JAB in the Final Round's (How to Privatize America PT.7)

Part 7 here of "How to Privatize America" will be a look at about the largest grab as far as mega corporate market's wanting on the auction block, the USPS. And believe me, they will spend million's to make sure this public entity fail's if they have to ... you seen what pharma giant's and mega insurer's spent just to eliminate a public option in health care and to assure there is no outside competition ... USPS is a $60+ billion annual entity, and they WANT IT TOO! And we must look at these privatization entities as our opponent in this fight, and "jab" back in these final round's, plain and simple ... go down on the count if we have to, we have nothing to lose, only to gain, doing so. Every American who love's free market, democracy, and the liberties we have should be concerned, regardless of what side you are on, this is our nation vs. corporate communism ... it is NOT anti -corporate at all ... it is pro- American/ Democracy!

The reason to start the new year with this posting, is because it has been past due for me, since I been following this closely, and because the other day I was having some small chat with a neighbor and just brought up to him, that it's good that him and his wife still are working, etc ... when he turned to me, saying that he feel's more insecure about his job than ever now. He work's as a mail carrier for USPS, he is also an Iraq war veteran, and I wont use his name here, they have 2 children 4 and 6, his wife has a steady full time decent job, that I cant mention either, I will call him "PO Vet" here. But from what POV tell's me in response to my telling him he has steady work at least ... is that he doesnt know from one day to the next what is going on, or the other employee's at USPS, they keep them in the dark, and alwayz worried about cut's and sacrifice's they need to make. Him and his wife with the 2 kid's are not old enough yet to have made any nest egg either (both in their 30's). He also is non- union ... and I thought that all USPS full time folk's were union, but he tell's me it depend's on the town/ state that their in as far as who is and isnt, yet he also work's with union worker's as well.

But POV was totally in the dark about what I'm talking about here as far as folk's wanting for USPS to financially fail and/ or privatization of such, their young, busy and have their own lives and finance issue's to deal with like million's of other middle class working American's. But alot of the political spin on this is bullshit in the media's. There is a need of course to tighten the belt and to update service's ... they are NOT allowed to expand to be competitive is the problemo. Also understand you have certain privacy right's as far as first class mail now for instance, that if this get's turned over to a purely profit business, all else become's obsolete, including our right's of such, search, or anything else, once they become corporate owned, including protection of property, litigation, public/ customer input, etc ... become's dictated by not any government entity of the public, but their board of CEO's and shareholder's. Enough from me ....

Of course the challenge's are true ... but NOT the entire picture by far of what is going on.




How the Right Wing Destroyed the U.S. Postal Service ... Thanx to SAMSEDER ... Sam sum's this up perfectly here as far as the scam is concerned, is why I chose this ... but, I will not blame it solely on the Republican's, because I know that there are Democrat's involved with this crap as well, just NOT exclusively like the GOP. But this is NOT a matter of left or right with me, but just a need to clean up this cesspool of corruption in our government across the board.






Saving the Post Office ... Thanx to SENATORSANDERS ... The Senator here make's some point's on how to diversify and expand what the post office offer's, how to save the entity, etc. Understand, that the private entities who forcefeed our representative's in Washington ... have NO REASON to want the post office to expand, or have the right to go into these area's of service and are the one's who make it so they cant through our pre- paid political representation. But these same private entities have 60+ BILLION REASON'S to want the post office to FAIL.






Below I wanted to take a look at some of the private competition to the USPS, the one's who are supposed to make this business better and more profitable, less waste, more efficient, etc, etc. I also left the video's related linked, since there is a whole buffet of them, including argueing at the home of the customer with the customer. And I wanted to post this to also explain here "why" this service has been degraded to this level, having personally known 2 people that have worked for UPS within the last 5/7 year's, who explained to me in detail the pressure's of this job. I actually have to say, considering the pay they received both, which was approximately $10 an hour starting pay with "no benefit's" to work part time, had to be one of the hardest job's I ever known anyone to work for as far as pressure.

Understand also, that both of these people I know that worked for UPS, both ended up quitting, and only worked part time, because the Dallas area UPS they worked at dont hire any labour delivery and sorting level full time employee's (at least at that time, maybe they do in 2011/ 2012?), and therefore (at least by Texas Law) dont have to give ANY benefit's to employee's that are kept under 40 hour's per week, having them work longer hour's in only say 3/4 day's as well, which of course cut's any overtime across the board, but you also get more than 2 dayz off a week, but believe me ... no treat to that. It is a very stressful, high pressure work type enviroment, that I gathered as well from a couple other's who have also quit after working there ... but the two people I know, have really filled me in on detail's, and I have known both these people for year's. Basically ... you are at a point where if you deliver for instance ... you dont have time to walk a package to the door most of the time, this goes on more than we realize, your schedule and load is tight, you barely have time to use the bathroom, if you cant work like this, you will be replaced in a heart beat. If you work in the sorting/ distribution warehouse like my other friend did in a Dallas suburb ... you have to work at the same pace and on a tight clock, you have no choice but to throw, kick, toss package's to make your time. My friend who worked in the sorting warehouse was a woman, who worked there awhile after a lay- off, because she didnt want to draw out her unemployment, she had bruises all over her arm's the first couple week's, just from trying to keep up with the thrown package's, she told me alwayz to check carefully if I get a package delivered by them, even telling me that package's were kicked around like football's in the warehouse. Luckily she found another job afer a couple month's.

BIG D NYE 2011- Planet Productions- Dallas ... Thanx to PLANETPRODUCTIONSINC ... this is at the strike of midnight (01 January 2011) in downtown Dallas' "Victory Plaza", about an 8 minute fireworx display with sound sampling mix. A few band's also do "live" show's at the event bringing in the New Year ... it's not Times Square (NYC) ... but it's a great time in Dallas and nice fireworx show! Enjoy! : )

***** Ranch Chimp Tip: Those attending "BigD- NYE" this year, should consider taking the train/ rail ... Victory Station is right there, parking in downtown is a bitch, and park in a no parking, you'll get towed ... also all Dallas area law enforcement will be on a "zero tolerance" this weekend for drinking and driving, refuse the test, and they will take your drivers liscense on the spot.






This is a picture of some of my familia this Christmas at my daughter's Dallas area home, I'm the Ranch Santa in the suit, the 2 boy's to my left and right (as an elf and one with Santa cap) with my arm's over them pointing my finger's at their head's are two of my grandson's. The 3rd and 4th girl's from the right/ top are two of my daughter's.



This below was just sent to me from some of my familia up in New York this Christmas, the woman in white 2nd row from bottom with the Guy in the white shirt and tie is one of my mom's sister's & her hubby (both in their early 80's now ?) ... and the rest are her kid's (my cousin's) and grandkid's, the kid on the bottom right with the dog is a dancer, touring with Britney Spears on her stage dance crew. This brought back lost memories for me, because I can go back at least 50 year's or so, and was in these Christmas get- together's in this same room with my cousin's opening present's and playing as a 5/6 (?) year old kid ... the tree was on the right just like here back then, and the wreath was also in the center window, just like a half century ago.






Billy Idol- Scream & White Wedding ... Thanx to DRDVZ1971 ... This is a New Years Eve 2005 video that I chose for a music video of Billy Idol doing "Scream" & "White Wedding", that I wanted to post, because anyone who's been to a Billy Idol show, know's how this crew deliver's "live" too! Guitarist Steve Stevens of this crew is actually a "show" in himself, I stood once right alongside of him (I had an "all- access" stage pass through a local production company) less than 10'ft once on the "White Wedding" tour and was so impressed just with his guitar work and style, it just blew me away between listening to his monitor output and the huge cabinet's that surrounded the stage, was a storm of classic work in high gear, doing a couple random spin's at a speed that looked like a West Texas dust devil at 100+mph, but absolutely incredible guitar work, especially being he worked solo covering the rhythm and lead so well in the blend of them. It was kind of a funny audience up in front, surrounded by girlz dressed in white wedding dresses as well! OCCUPY WALL STREET "THANK YOU" video ... and THANK YOU OWS! ... From America (The AWAKENING PT.9)

I wanted to post this Thank You video from OWS to it's supporter's, plus OWS' commercial video and a Thank You as well from American's that support this movement especially, because over the last couple month's I have viewed and read so much opposition to this movement as well. They have been called dumb, stoner's (pot smoker's), a waste of time, draining our public tax money with their occupation's, disrupting everything from election's to people trying to work, to being called a hippie movement who need's to use soap and water, a waste of media time, etc ... several folk's asking them to please stop, while calling them insult's as well ... and one Guy mentioned for them to stop, so other young American's like himself can have a real movement that can create change by 2075 ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... which is fine and dandy, but some dont just want to sit and support the same ole same deadbeat shit for another half century while waiting for change : ) This posting is NOT to post any of the complaint's over this movement, but to Thank and support this movement, and post as much as I can with hopefully million's of other's like myself, so that this movement continue's to pop up again and again all over the internet.

Of course it's a free country to an extent still, and those who wish to ignore this movement and sit nice and proper going through the usual channel's of change and supporting the same ole same people are entitled to do so ... but I hardly call something like this a waste of time or insignificant, and it certainly is about as pro- democratic as you can get. What's also importante of this movement is what it will inspire and infuse for splinter's even more organized and feed the thought and spirit of this for million's of even young American's who see through what we currently have, just like those of my generation seen through the fault's that our fathering generation's before us had.

This inspire's true thought and motivation for change in action. For me this is far more than just poor folk's against the wealthy or 99% Vs. 1% ... this is about accountability, cleaning a house that frankly need's a good bath, and not the soap and water kind, to bring awareness in trying time's of how detrimental this is to the well being and stability of the future by ignoring these renegade's of market's and trade, letting them just recklessly continue business as usual, while we passively sit by and think we live in LaLa land of an era like "Mayberry RFD", "Leave It To Beaver" or other nonsense, like the American Dream as we knew it still exist's or the related, and everything will be fine and change, if we just say and do what were told, or whatever the pop culture report tell's us is acceptable or not. Hell, I'm not against true free market at all or capitalism, but when it become's not that anymore ... that's the issue, just like when voting the same ole same get's to be useless ... that is the TRUE "waste of time".

It take's all kind's of avenue's and strategies to get change, and alot of work ... this movement played a big role in inspiring that ... and Thank You much! This is not so much of a battle between the "have's" and "have not's", as it's painted to be ... but the "have not's" being able to get also rewarded for merit and hard work and being the true leader's and engine of this system ... not rewarding worthless self manufactured icon's who do nothing but manipulate.

This Part Two of "End to Privacy" is just a video that just came up from one of my favourite YouTube site's RTAMERICA. I am actually 110% in support of the CIA and other's affiliated of doing this ... so the reader of this may call me a commi or whatever ... which is fine as well. But ... I have my reason's, just like I have my reason's to not want to know what certain intell agencies in our nation is doing as well. I'm a tad different than many in my thinking on this, also I dont live in a fantasy mindset of thinking, I realize how dangerous the world is. But what inspired my first posting on this a couple year's back, was all the people I talk to who are worried about their privacy, yet ... they willingly play into everything that contribute's to invasion of it. When you just use your social security, drivers liscense, credit card, apply for a job, or anything else that has your code or number, you just lost some of your privacy, period ... you dont even have to get online and use a computer or even a cell phone. It's simple ... you dont want to discuss something in public ... dont ... period, but dont blame this on the government either. This uproar over the TSA scanning is also for me ... nonsense ... I dont care if you strip me buck naked, like in jail intake, ask me to bend over, spread my asscheek's and look up my ass. I would rather have ya'll doin that before I get on a bloody plane, than sitting in a seat on the plane later wondering if the SOB next to me is squirming because he may have a bomb strapped to his ball's, detonator up his ass that activate's by a ground cell or something, their even trying to surgically implant explosive's now for that matter according to intell. That's the reality that we live in, like it or not ... period. I'm also aware that agencies may use this constant threat of terror to invade more of our lives ... I'm just aware, not paranoid ... and I cant change the fact that we have major threat's against our well being as well, whether were pumped with "fear card's" or not ... it's the time's we live in.

Even that cant stop terror/ harm completely, but make's for just a tad more safety from it. For instance ... you may wonder if Bin Laden was some kind of genius for being able to avoid capture for so long? ... nothing "genius" about it though ... he was able to, because he didnt use the technologies that we use daily or cell phone's that are on contract's with your friend's and familia package discount's, and stayed in clear sight, down the road from a military base, that even had U.S. support ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... right in the open, right in the heart of the city, even burned all their trash for that matter and used foot messenger's, etc. Major drug cartel's operate similar as far as communication's ... their not genius, just not that stupid. But all this shit as far as sifting social network's is needed, if we like living. A buddy who work's across the street as a car mechanic for instance, who moved to Dallas from Jerusalem (Israel), was telling me just how dangerous it can be in that town, just going to a bloody mall on the weekend to shop or browse ... and the tight security that is needed in that town. I dont think we clearly understand that there are folk's that are out to kill us, not because of our personal action's, but just because we are in America, and they feel they have a job to do, which is to destroy us ... period. And now even more of a threat of local domestic terror, even by lone wolves, tampering with store shelf medicine's, food line's in buffet's, comtamination of public drinking water, sabotage, etc, etc ... the list is endless, we even have our own financial entities screwing us, and Wall Street! We should also realize, that we have a job to do, to stay alive and safe ... the reason's are not importante, it is what it is, and this is the reality those who run this country made happen over year's of their action's and interference with these nation's and people, and blaming who or why aint gonna change the reality, but action will.

As far as the "fishing expedition's" of law enforcement ... well ... you have to expect that too, that shit was going on before the computer age ... but ... also understand that you still have court's and law's to use in your defense, if something foul come's up, and even after the fact, appeal's, etc. And we even have watchdog's watching all these watchdog's as well. We dont need to watch the government agencies as much as you should watch where the funding of these media's come from ... so watch us, because we are also watching Ya'll too : ) But I also mentioned in some of my earliest posting's that security in this cyber space especially is simply going to have to get tighter ... we even have countries that are hacking into our system's. Also as far as your privacy is concerned ... all your major marketer's are watching every move you make, even watching your cell's when you shop, your eye's, what you shop for, eat, like and dislike, etc ... Why? ... because it's business. I mean ... how many time's do you visit a site even online ... and next thing you know, your hammered with product's folk's are trying to sell you in pop- up's etc? ... there IS NO BLOODY PRIVACY ... and most folk's frankly dont give a shit who your screwing or whatever, unless they can make a buck off you.

Sure ... they can cut down communication's like these organized movement's, OWS or whatever ... but that wont stop us either from protesting, voting, and fighting for our right to voice, even if you cut down our cell's and site's, that doesnt break the spirit. Even in some countries like Syria with recent clashes or Iran, and trying to cut folk's off ... folk's still were clever enough to find wayz to get their message's out to the world. All I'm saying is that everything has a flip side to it. If it werent for these investigation's, snooping, sifting, etc ... you would have more of these cyber bullies even attacking folk's, their website's, their credit/ financial account's etc, hacking public system's, and even more of these spineless closet freak's than you can shake a stick at, that want to prey on your little children and their web space's and lives. I could list 101 reason's why I support alot of this to an extent, but I made my point here.

Alex Jones: US Government spies on everybody ... Thanx to RTAMERICA ... I also wanted to add this video in this posting, because again, simply thought for awareness is all. I cant say that I agree that Bin Laden has been dead for instance way before they say they executed him, I dont have any evidence to support that, but I also have no evidence that he was taken down as reported and buried at sea ... nor do I really give a shit anywayz. But it is importante to know at least that, of course there will be operation's to suppress movement's and so forth, so you dont need to be some conspiracy theorist to suspect that, just have common sense. There are watchdog's as I said watching watchdog's, and many is even watching the government. My concern was not with our government as much as it is with corporate entities/ interest's as you can see throughout this journal. But also as I mentioned in previous posting's, you dont need to declare something like "martial law", when you clearly have legislation and law's in place to do that for you ... cleaning up our representation and the hand's that feed them are what's importante especially ... again ... we have represenative's who have no term limit's and are bred to be political mouthpiece's since their college dayz, eliminate them through the power of the vote, and make term limit's, stop pay- off's to them etc ... will clean up much of this mess, so even much of the solution is simple as far as strategies and what we need to do. But I just wanted to make sure this is posted as well, in case it dont get linked at some time with the above video.

Two New Earth's ? (CNN) ... & a 1902 "Trip To The Moon" ... from "Sci- Fi" to Sci that's "Fly" in 1.1 Century (Above & Below PT.5)

This Part 5 of the "Above & Below" series will look at a recent CNN piece on the possibilities of other Earth like planet's that may be able to produce and/ or sustain some life similar to Earth, and their not just talking about two here, they already suspect there may be hundred's, which shouldnt suprise us either. I mean ... just a child in 7th or 8th grade when they talked about planet's, orbit's, solar system's, etc ... I alwayz wondered if there could be planet's in other system's that are just the same distance from a similar sun energy in orbit, that may be somewhat like here?, perhap's plant's, animal's, or similar? Actually, it was one of only a few subject's in school as a kid that grabbed my atencion and could make me listen without boredom ... even though I scored highest in "math" as a child, I actually loathed and disliked math (which alwayz confused me, wondering why I would score so well in something I disliked? : ) But nonetheless ... this stuff is fun to me, and I love all the documentaries on the cable/ tele of this kind of stuff (not sci- fi though much).

They mentioned also the sci- fi French film classic here "A Trip To The Moon", so I went to YouTube to dig that up ... and what a treat this piece of film was (I never seen it before, so it was a suprise to me ... I mean, like this is some really old school flick : ) But just a look at what our idea's were like 110 year's ago as far as sci- fi ... to science, astronomy, and space exploration today that is not only real, but "fly" (cool) too.

This "Incarcerated American" Part 8 will be to look at the case and trial of what I see as one of the biggest scapegoat witch hunt style pop culture kangaroo trials and conviction that I ever seen in my 55 years of life, that of Charlie Manson, and really is fitting for this series. Charlie and his case is one that I am personally familiar with, that I first looked into 20+ year's ago at least ... through a friend who introduced me, who was doing some research on this case with Charlie. The reason for this posting, is not to try to get on the "Free Charlie" bandwagon or anything like such, as a matter of fact, I wondered ... "What in Hell would Charlie do if he was freed?" ... I mean most of his life, all he ever known was incarceration. I was actually shocked looking at the case, listening to Charlie's side and how it went down, everything connected with it was so flimsy, especially the testimonies/ depositions from alleged participants, and Charlie acting nutty in court simply out of rebellion and anger sure as Hell helped fuel it, being the guy has been there before in small bunk cases, knew the hypocrisy of the system when it comes to folks of his social/ economic background and such, and was just pissed and created a freakshow as sort of an insult, because he knew this was all about wanting for some freak to toy with for societies pleasure and someone to publicly scapegoat and hang, because of the counter culture uprise of the time (similar to folks like Occupy Wall Street and war protesting, etc of today), and what better candidate, than a nobody to connect to a gruesome murder scene. Even his priors he went down for were amplified by technicalities, probationary/ parole violations, stealing petty to eat or whatever, which when any stolen property/ merchandise is taken over a "state line" by offender, it automatically jumps the offense into the "federal" category.

As far as those who claim they were under Charlie's magickal LSD induced spell or other bullshit, such as Pat Krenwinkel (It was Krenwinkel's plea deal testimony designed by Bugliosi that basically sealed Charlie's conviction during the trial), Leslie Van Houten, Susan Atkins, Charles "Tex" Watson ... who actually admitted to doing these brutal slayings ... there will be no talk of them in this series besides what little here, because they're all basically liars and most importantly, whining coward's. One statement of Charlie once that caught my atencion, was him saying something about the honesty in jail/ prison, and the repercussions of your actions in prison, if you're a phony basically ... it's true, like a street code of sort ... bottom line ... you screw up, play games ... you die, period. Out here in especially this day and time, we are saturated with lies, pop culture, and bullshit ... even those we look up to as leaders are basically worthless cowards in many cases, running their goddamn mouth about all what they do, which frankly aint a goddamn thing, but running their goddamn mouth :-) I think ole Tex (Watson) was preaching, others were saving others through psychological group sessions, prayers, or whatever in prison, getting brownie points in the public and prisons eyes as having "changed", and now "good" instead of "evil" etc. Even Sadie (Atkins) a few years back dying of brain cancer, pleading to be released, with her new pretty look and hairstyle, soft spoken, loving and all the rest of the nauseating bullshit about all she done as "good", and nothing about the brutal acts she committed and even teased and flaunted about in court at the trial, as well as to fellow inmates ... was whining about how evil Charlie was, and how she has changed, etc. The only one out of this so called "familia" who has stood to their guns with any amount of honesty, has been Charlie, who committed no related offense, was not even at the scene for that matter of it, yet has spent over 4 decades incarcerated over it.

To this day ... Charlie is actually called one of the most recognized "serial killer's" of the 20th century ... just to show you an example of just how twisted our brains have gotten ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh :-) ... we have REALLY been brainwashed, and NOT by Charlie either :-) ... technically he doesnt even fit any way into the definition of a serial killer, so dont kid yourself. Just picture if you said that you didnt like a person or thing, spoke of how they should be eliminated for their actions, not even in a specific manner, and your buddies/ associates went and killed that person or thing after, even though they did it, turn around and say your "words" and/ or "dislikes" inspired them, so it's your fault? I dont know if that even makes sense, but that's what you have here basically. Kind of like when folks blame "guns" on murder instead of the actual person that pulled the trigger, eh(?) There isnt a damn thing wrong mentally with Charlie in my opinion, in fact, despite his lack of formal education, like many I met on the streets, is more level headed, and keen to the reality, has more integrity, and certainly more honest than many we look up to. I would actually feel safer and trust him more than many that are considered safe or trustworthy today, if I was sleeping in the same cell as his cellie for that matter ... at least I would know there is a certain amount of integrity if anything with him ... he's an actual victim and doesnt even whine about it. Charlie's angry? he sayz outrageous things? of course he does, he's been shit on his whole life, what should he do ... smile and talk loving to everyone, knowing they're just there for their ratings and to create a cheap show, making millions off him? ... but most importantly, he's about as straight as you can get.

I also notice there's this sub- culture movement now to free Charlie and even talk of another trial, etc ... but I am no way connected to any of that either. When the trial was going on, I was a young teen and didnt pay much atencion to it, only knowing it was in the news constantly, besides the weekly casualties in Nam (Vietnam) ... I didnt even grasp the whole late 1960's peace and love flower thing, even though I loved the rock music of the era ... and damn sure wouldnt have even considered on living in some commune type environment, and when I got out in more rural areas like the Mojave Desert of the Southwest, Texas, or upstate New York, the last thing on my mind was doing LSD and holding hands with folks singing love songs in a commune ... I was there to do things like "hunting" and/ or related sports. I was a kid who knew realities like the streets of New York City, which wasnt very peaceful and loving most of the time, and stayed as a teen fugitive in a brothel (or what some call a whorehouse/ cathouse, etc), nothing like the commune environment, I actually showered daily, heh, heh, heh, heh, heh :-) ... so the trial and "movement", protesting war or such, to me frankly I could have gave a rats ass less about at the time. I even tried to enlist in the U.S. Navy at 17 or so, despite the chance of going to Nam ... didnt give a shit about the war either. So I never belonged to this peace and love or free the people movement either, meaning I have no motives of such to write this about Charlie or this following. But I heard constantly about this so called "familia" ... how evil they were and their so called "leader", "pied piper", or "guru" ... "Charlie", so I just took it for face value ... thinking that's it. I had no idea what this was about until my first contact with this case and Charlie 20+ years ago ... and found out, it's nothing like what the stories say, and Charlie also seemed to be some die- hard environmentalist as well to me if anything.

One of the most incredible parts of this case, was the lengthy story book presentation Prosecutor Bugliosi made of this for "motive", and even got away with it blindly for a bit by a jury and court, basing it mainly on a song off a Beatles record album at that, mixed with some ancient verses from the Holy Bible, then twisted to some kind of modern day interpretation of these verses, engineered by Bugliosi actually, as if it was a school arts project ... with depositions/ testimonies from a bunch of so called followers, that willingly went on their own to hang out in this commune, were not even competent enough or should have needed to been to testify, who were on multiple LSD trips, and still even tweaking during some of their stories ... basically scared kids, runaways, ex- offenders, kids rejected by their families, etc ... being fed with words and ideas to fabricate even way- out nonsensical theories of motive by Bugliosi as well, even Manson's defense was a joke of legal eagles, disorganized, and in my opinion a waste of money, spending more time with each other, trying to present their theories and strategies. Even the jury was railroaded time and again and denied (believe it or not) to even hear testimonies from the defendants, based on ... get this ... Charlie and his/ their hypnotic vibes, drug induced psych powers, telepathy or whatever may harm them and their mental health, claiming that it happened to these followers. Frankly the one who should have been in question on their mental health, should have been this Prosecutor Bugliosi, who made a nice little nest egg off his book too, which was really "motive" for Bugliosi's show. This case is to look at a victim that never whined, and his portrait as a contemporary scapegoat only.

But anywayz Mr. Pat Condell is someone that I enjoy watching his video's on YouTube, and he just added this piece, which is exactly how I feel about this as well, so I just had to include it, to let Pat speak for me here, and to save the reader from another one of my over worded posting's because of my lack of writing knowledge skill's ... because this pop culture "monkey say, monkey repeat" herd mentality in this country is frankly not just shocking because alot of these same folk's claim to be free thinking, liberated, tolerant, etc ... but it's also to a degree nauseating.
